Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif collecteur avec système de montage, pour l'extraction et le mélange d'un greffon autologue, destiné à permettre le mélange du tissu autologue extrait de la moelle osseuse avec l'acide additif, dans le propre corps de prise (2) du dispositif collecteur (1). À cet effet, le corps de prise (2) est évidé par formation de 4 passages, soit des passages verticaux (4) et (8) entrecroisés avec des passages horizontaux (13) et (14), reliés par une ouverture centrale (12) de réception de vanne à 4 voies (29), actionnée par clé d'actionnement (30). La vanne (29) est positionnée de manière à libérer les passages verticaux (4) et (8), le stylet (28) étant introduit par l'ouverture (9) supérieure du corps de prise (2), dans la canule externe (6), ledit stylet, après la perforation et la mise en mouvement au voisinage de la moelle osseuse du patient, étant retiré en vue d'un remplacement par la canule d'aspiration (non représentée), également à partir de l'ouverture supérieure (9). Par l'intermédiaire d'une seringue, on effectue la micro-aspiration de la matière extraite pendant la perforation à partir de l'ouverture supérieure (9). Ensuite, la rotation de la vanne (29) pour accéder à un ou à deux passages horizontaux (13) et (14) permet d'accoupler, au niveau de leurs ouvertures (15) et (16), une seringue ou deux seringues contenant l'acide additif. Par l'intermédiaire des seringues, la matière extraite de la moelle osseuse et l'acide additif sont injectés dans les compartiments (19) et (20) du corps de prise (2) en vue du mélange sans nécessité de retirer le dispositif collecteur (1), ce qui permet d'obtenir, dans le corps lui-même, la concentration de cellules souches appelées à être réintroduites dans le patient en vue d'un processus régénératif.
