一种具有良好散热性能的LED显示屏 技术领域
本公开涉及LED显示屏技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有良好散热性能的LED显示屏。
背景技术
LED显示屏是一种平板显示器,由一个个小的LED模块面板组成,用来显示文字、图像、视频等各种信息的设备,并具有色彩鲜艳、动态范围广、亮度高、寿命长、工作稳定可靠等优点,从而可广泛的应用于商业传媒、文化演出市场、信息传播等领域,使得满足不同环境的需要,而LED显示屏最常见的问题就是散热问题,当散热问题较差时则会导致LED显示屏的内部温度升高,进而导致LED显示屏损坏,所以对LED显示屏进行散热处理至关重要,例如在中国专利公开了一种具有良好散热性能的LED显示屏(授权公告号CN106409170A),该专利技术能够通过风向指示标能够准确的判断风向和风力大小,调节LED显示屏的角度达到风冷的目的,旋转电机控制LED显示屏的旋转,能够很平稳的使其转动以及角度的调节精度高。
但是,针对该专利还是存在不足,首先风冷在进入到LED显示屏中时会导致外界的灰尘以及湿气进入,这样则会对LED显示屏的内部零件造成损坏,同时灰尘也会对造成散热孔堵塞进而影响LED显示屏的散热效果,并且只通过风冷散热的效果较差,起不到良好 散热作用。因此,本领域技术人员提供了一种具有良好散热性能的LED显示屏,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
发明内容
本公开的目的在于提出一种具有良好散热性能的LED显示屏,旨在解决现有独权解决的问题。
为达此目的,本公开采用以下技术方案:一种具有良好散热性能的LED显示屏,包括LED显示屏主体,所述LED显示屏主体的前表面通过螺丝安装有散热箱,所述散热箱的前表面设置有连接箱,所述连接箱的内部设置有制冷片,且连接箱的内部设置有循环水泵,所述散热箱的内部设置有制冷管,且散热箱的内部在制冷管的后方设置有散热板;
所述LED显示屏主体的两侧对称开设有散热孔,且LED显示屏主体的前表面在散热箱的两侧均设置有安装板,所述安装板的一侧从上到下分别设置有第一连接板和第二连接板,所述第一连接板和第二连接板之间从前到后分别设置有过滤网和除湿网,所述第二连接板的上表面在过滤网的前方设置有清洁板,所述清洁板的前表面与后表面均设置有清洁刷。
优选的,所述循环水泵的出水端连接有第一连接管,所述第一连接管的一端贯穿连接箱的内部并密封连接有第一连接套,所述第一连接套的一端与制冷管的进液端连接。
优选的,所述连接箱的内部设置有第二连接管,所述第二连接管的一端贯穿连接箱的一侧并密封连接第二连接套,所述第二连接 套的一端与制冷管的出液端连接。
优选的,所述制冷管至少为四个“U”型管组成,且制冷管的后表面对称设置有导冷杆,所述导冷杆的一端与散热板连接。
优选的,所述制冷管的内部对称设置有圆盘形的降速板,所述降速板的上表面开设有降速孔。
优选的,所述LED显示屏主体的一侧开设有固定槽,所述第一连接板与第二连接板滑动安装在固定槽的内部。
优选的,所述固定槽的内部设置有滑轨,所述第一连接板的上表面与第二连接板的下表面均开设有与滑轨相互滑动的滑槽。
优选的,所述散热板的材质为铜板,且散热板的后表面与散热箱的内表面贴合。
优选的,所述第二连接板的上表面对称开设有安装槽,所述安装槽的内部设置有电动伸缩杆,所述清洁板的下表面对称设置有安装套,所述电动伸缩杆的伸缩端嵌入至安装套的内部。
优选的,所述清洁板前表面设置的清洁刷与散热孔接触,且清洁板后表面设置有清洁刷与过滤网的前表面接触。
本公开的有益效果为:
1、本发明通过螺丝可将散热箱以及连接箱安装在LED显示屏主体的前表面,利用连接箱内部设置的循环水泵的工作,会使得连接箱内部的冷却液通过第一连接管以及第一连接套进入到制冷管的内部,最后通过第二连接套连接的第二连接管进入到连接箱的内部,这样可完成冷却液的循环使用,有效的节约能耗,并且通过导冷杆 连接的散热板可将制冷管产生的冷气传导至LED显示屏主体上,这样即可快速的对LED显示屏主体进行散热处理,同时通过降速板上表面开设的降速孔,这样可使得冷却液在制冷管的内部流通缓慢,从而使得传递冷量效果更好,起到良好的散热效果。
2、在第一连接板与第二连接板之间设置有过滤网以及除湿网,这样可避免外界的灰尘以及湿气从散热孔进入到LED显示屏主体的内部对LED显示屏主体造成损坏,并且通过拉板的拉动可将第一连接板与第二连接板之间设置有过滤网以及除湿网从固定槽中抽出进行更换,方便使用,同时利用电动伸缩杆的工作,这样可使得清洁板前表面与后表面设置的清洁刷可对过滤网以及散热孔进行清洁处理,避免过滤网以及散热孔发生堵塞而影响LED显示屏主体的散热,导致LED显示屏主体损坏。

LED显示屏主体1的两侧对称开设有散热孔4,且LED显示屏主体1的前表面在散热箱2的两侧均设置有安装板5,安装板5的一侧从上到下分别设置有第一连接板53和第二连接板57,第一连接板53和第二连接板57之间从前到后分别设置有过滤网55和除湿网56,第二连接板57的上表面在过滤网55的前方设置有清洁板58,清洁板58的前表面与后表面均设置有清洁刷581。
在图2和图3中:循环水泵35的出水端连接有第一连接管31,第一连接管31的一端贯穿连接箱3的内部并密封连接有第一连接套33,第一连接套33的一端与制冷管21的进液端连接,该设置利用第一连接套33可将第一连接管31与制冷管21的进液端连接,这样可便于冷却液从连接箱3的内部进入到制冷管21的内部。
在图1和图2中:连接箱3的内部设置有第二连接管32,第二连接管32的一端贯穿连接箱3的一侧并密封连接第二连接套36,第二连接套36的一端与制冷管21的出液端连接,该设置利用第二连接套36可将第二连接管32与制冷管21连接,这样可将循环后的冷却液通过第二连接管32重新回到连接箱3的内部,从而完成循环使 用。
在图4中:制冷管21至少为四个“U”型管组成,且制冷管21的后表面对称设置有导冷杆24,导冷杆24的一端与散热板23连接,该设置利用导冷杆24可将制冷管21产生的冷气进行传导并传递至散热板23中,这样可通过散热板23可对LED显示屏主体1进行散热处理。
在图4和图5中:制冷管21的内部对称设置有圆盘形的降速板25,降速板25的上表面开设有降速孔22,该设置利用降速板25上表面开设的降速孔22可对流通在制冷管21内部的冷却液限速,从而使得传导的冷量效果更好。
在图6中:LED显示屏主体1的一侧开设有固定槽54,第一连接板53与第二连接板57滑动安装在固定槽54的内部,固定槽54的内部设置有滑轨52,第一连接板53的上表面与第二连接板57的下表面均开设有与滑轨52相互滑动的滑槽51,该设置利用滑轨52与滑槽51的滑动,这样可方便将安装板5连接的第一连接板53与第二连接板57安装到固定槽54的内部进行使用。
在图4中:散热板23的材质为铜板,且散热板23的后表面与散热箱2的内表面贴合,该设置利用铜板可使得冷量传导效果更好,从而为LED显示屏主体1提供良好的散热性能。
在图8中:第二连接板57的上表面对称开设有安装槽584,安装槽584的内部设置有电动伸缩杆582,清洁板58的下表面对称设置有安装套583,电动伸缩杆582的伸缩端嵌入至安装套583的内部, 该设置利用电动伸缩杆582的伸缩端与安装套583的套接并利用螺丝连接,这样可在电动伸缩杆582工作时使得清洁板58在第二连接板57的上方移动。
在图7中:清洁板58前表面设置的清洁刷581与散热孔4接触,且清洁板58后表面设置有清洁刷581与过滤网55的前表面接触,该设置利用清洁板58前表面和后表面设置的清洁刷581可对过滤网55与散热孔4进行清洁,这样可避免发生堵塞而影响通风散热。
本发明的工作原理及使用流程:本发明在使用时,首先工作人员将散热箱2通过螺丝安装在LED显示屏主体1的前表面,在安装后将第二连接套36的两端与第二连接管32和制冷管21的出液端连接,同时将第一连接套33的两端与第一连接管31和制冷管21的进液端连接;
在对LED显示屏主体1进行散热时,首先工作人员启动连接箱3内部设置的循环水泵35的工作,这样会使得连接箱3内部的冷却液通过第一连接管31进入到制冷管21的内部,当冷却液进入后会通过降速板25上表面开设的降速孔22可对冷却液降速,这样可使得冷却液在制冷管21的内部缓慢流动,而制冷管21中的冷却液产生的冷气会散发到散热箱2的内部,同时冷量会通过导冷杆24传递至散热板23中,该散热板23与散热箱2贴合,这样可通过散热板23可对LED显示屏主体1进行散热处理,而冷却液会在制冷管21的出液端排出并通过第二连接管32进入到连接箱3的内部,这样即可完成冷却液的循环使用;
进入到连接箱3中的冷却液会与连接箱3中的冷却液混合,并通过制冷片34可对冷却液制冷,这样可有效的节约能耗;
同时工作人员可将过滤网55与除湿网56安装到第一连接板53与第二连接板57之间,并在安装后可将第一连接板53与第二连接板57通过安装板5推送至固定槽54的内部,在进入后通过螺丝可将安装板5进行固定;
在外界的自然风对LED显示屏主体1进行风冷散热时,会经过过滤网55与除湿网56,在自然风经过时会利用过滤网55可对空气中的灰尘进行过滤处理,同时除湿网56可对空气中的湿气进行吸附,这样可便于灰尘和湿气对LED显示屏主体1内部的元件造成损坏,并且在过滤网55发生堵塞时,此时工作人员可启动电动伸缩杆582进行工作,在工作时会使得清洁板58前表面与后表面设置的清洁刷581对过滤网55以及散热孔4进行清洁处理,这样可避免过滤网55以及散热孔4发生堵塞而影响LED显示屏主体1的散热,导致LED显示屏主体1损坏,该设置对过滤网55安装拆卸方便,并能够对过滤网55与散热孔4进行防堵塞处理,避免堵塞而影响LED显示屏主体1的散热效果。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种具有良好散热性能的LED显示屏,其特征在于:包括LED显示屏主体(1),所述LED显示屏主体(1)的前表面通过螺丝安装有散热箱(2),所述散热箱(2)的前表面设置有连接箱(3),所述连接箱(3)的内部设置有制冷片(34),且连接箱(3)的内部设置有循环水泵(35),所述散热箱(2)的内部设置有制冷管(21),且散热箱(2)的内部在制冷管(21)的后方设置有散热板(23);
    所述LED显示屏主体(1)的两侧对称开设有散热孔(4),且LED显示屏主体(1)的前表面在散热箱(2)的两侧均设置有安装板(5),所述安装板(5)的一侧从上到下分别设置有第一连接板(53)和第二连接板(57),所述第一连接板(53)和第二连接板(57)之间从前到后分别设置有过滤网(55)和除湿网(56),所述第二连接板(57)的上表面在过滤网(55)的前方设置有清洁板(58),所述清洁板(58)的前表面与后表面均设置有清洁刷(581)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种具有良好散热性能的LED显示屏,其特征在于:所述循环水泵(35)的出水端连接有第一连接管(31),所述第一连接管(31)的一端贯穿连接箱(3)的内部并密封连接有第一连接套(33),所述第一连接套(33)的一端与制冷管(21)的进液端连接。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种具有良好散热性能的LED显示屏,其特征在于:所述连接箱(3)的内部设置有第二连接管(32),所述第二连接管(32)的一端贯穿连接箱(3)的一侧并密封连接第二 连接套(36),所述第二连接套(36)的一端与制冷管(21)的出液端连接。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种具有良好散热性能的LED显示屏,其特征在于:所述制冷管(21)至少为四个“U”型管组成,且制冷管(21)的后表面对称设置有导冷杆(24),所述导冷杆(24)的一端与散热板(23)连接。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种具有良好散热性能的LED显示屏,其特征在于:所述制冷管(21)的内部对称设置有圆盘形的降速板(25),所述降速板(25)的上表面开设有降速孔(22)。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种具有良好散热性能的LED显示屏,其特征在于:所述LED显示屏主体(1)的一侧开设有固定槽(54),所述第一连接板(53)与第二连接板(57)滑动安装在固定槽(54)的内部。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种具有良好散热性能的LED显示屏,其特征在于:所述固定槽(54)的内部设置有滑轨(52),所述第一连接板(53)的上表面与第二连接板(57)的下表面均开设有与滑轨(52)相互滑动的滑槽(51)。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的一种具有良好散热性能的LED显示屏,其特征在于:所述散热板(23)的材质为铜板,且散热板(23)的 后表面与散热箱(2)的内表面贴合。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的一种具有良好散热性能的LED显示屏,其特征在于:所述第二连接板(57)的上表面对称开设有安装槽(584),所述安装槽(584)的内部设置有电动伸缩杆(582),所述清洁板(58)的下表面对称设置有安装套(583),所述电动伸缩杆(582)的伸缩端嵌入至安装套(583)的内部。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的一种具有良好散热性能的LED显示屏,其特征在于:所述清洁板(58)前表面设置的清洁刷(581)与散热孔(4)接触,且清洁板(58)后表面设置有清洁刷(581)与过滤网(55)的前表面接触。
