本发明提供一种冰箱的隔板装置、冰箱及其安装方法,隔板装置包括前隔板模块,具有第一固定件;后隔板模块,具有第二固定件,前隔板模块与后隔板模块藉由两个固定件可拆卸地连接;前梁;以及加热模块,包括设置于后隔板模块内的第一加热器以及设置于前梁处的第二加热器。本发明在结构简单拆装方便的情况下同时实现分割间室。

本申请要求了申请日为2022年11月11日,申请号为202211414347.1,发明名称为“冰箱的隔板装置、冰箱及其安装方法”、申请日为2022年11月11日,申请号为202223014326.9,发明名称为“冰箱的隔板装置以及冰箱”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及制冷设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种冰箱的隔板装置、冰箱及其安装方法。
背景技术
随着经济和社会的发展,人们对生活质量和水平的要求越来越高。其中体现的一方面就是人们在居家生活中对食物存储的多元化和个性化要求越来越强烈。相应地,为了满足这种需求,市场上带有变温间室的电子产品和冰箱越来越多。有单独的变温室产品,也有带变温室的多门冰箱。变温室的温度调节范围一般都包括多个温度区间,譬如从冷藏到冷冻。
为了将冰箱的制冷间室分隔为两个甚至多个间室,一般均使用隔板进行间室分隔。但是现有的隔板为一体式结构,在拆装时需要先拆除箱门,操作复杂。另外,为了防止在隔板产生凝露,一般需要在前梁的位置设置防凝露管,为了对防凝露管进行安装,现有前梁组件结构复杂,而且防凝露管在环境温度低的情况下除露效果不好。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种冰箱的隔板装置、冰箱及其安装方法。
为达上述目的,本发明提供一种冰箱的隔板装置,所述隔板装置包括:前隔板模块,固定于所述冰箱的箱胆上,所述前隔板模块上具有第一固定件;后隔板模块,所述后隔板模块上具有第二固定件,所述前隔板模块与所述后隔板模块藉由所述第一固定件与所述第二固定件可拆卸地连接;前梁,设置于所述前隔板模块相对所述后隔板模块的前端部上;以及加热模块,包括第一加热器以及第二加热器,所述第一加热器设置于所述后隔板模块内,所述第二加热器设置于所述前梁处。
作为可选的技术方案,所述前梁与所述前隔板模块为一体式结构;或者,所述前梁通过螺钉固定于所述前隔板模块的所述前端部。
作为可选的技术方案,所述第一固定件与所述第二固定件的其中之一为卡合部,其中之另一为被卡合部。
作为可选的技术方案,所述前隔板模块的横截面形状为I型、U型或L型。
作为可选的技术方案,所述第二加热器的加热丝沿所述前梁的长度方向设置。
本发明还提供一种冰箱,所述冰箱包括:箱体,所述箱体包括壳体以及设置在壳体内的箱胆,所述壳体和所述箱胆之间限定出发泡空间,所述箱胆内设有制冷间室;风道组件,设置于所述箱胆内;如上所述的冰箱的隔板装置,所述隔板装置用于将所述制冷间室分隔成位于所述隔板装置相对两侧的子制冷间室,所述前隔板模块固定设置于所述制冷间室内,且所述后隔板模块位于所述前隔板模块与所述风道组件之间。
作为可选的技术方案,所述子制冷间室的其中之一为变温间室。
作为可选的技术方案,所述第一加热器以及所述第二加热器的插接端子均引出至插接头,所述插接头位于所述隔板装置以及所述发泡空间之外并位于所述制冷间室内。
作为可选的技术方案,所述后隔板模块上还具有第三固定件,所述风道组件上具有第四固定件,所述后隔板模块与所述风道组件藉由所述第三固定件与所述第四固定件可拆卸地连接。
本发明还提供一种如上所述的冰箱的安装方法,所述安装方法包括如下步骤:安装所述前隔板模块至所述箱胆内,并将所述第一加热器的插接端子引出至插接头,所述插接头位于所述隔板装置以及所述发泡区域之外并位于所述制冷间室内;利用发泡模具对所述箱体于所述发泡区域内进行发泡;安装所述风道组件至所述箱胆的相应位置;安装所述后隔板模块于所述前隔板模块与所述风道组件之间,以及将所述第二加热器的插接端子引出至所述插接头,并固定所述后隔板模块与所述前隔板模块。
与现有技术相比,本发明通过分体式的隔板装置的设置,可以实现隔板的前后拆分,那么在拆除风道组件时,只需要拆除后隔板模块,而不需要拆除箱门;而且,本发明在前梁上使用加热丝能够很好地解决除露管在环温低的情况下除露效果不好的问题。此外,本发明的隔板装置在结构简单拆装方便的情况下同时实现分割间室。

上述冰箱的隔板装置1包括前隔板模块2、后隔板模块3、前梁4以及加热模块。
其中,前隔板模块2固定于冰箱的箱胆上,且上述前隔板模块2上具有第一固定件21;后隔板模块3上具有第二固定件31,前隔板模块2与后隔板模块3藉由第一固定件21与第二固定件31可拆卸地连接,亦即前隔板模块2与后隔板模块3非一体式结构,而是可拆卸式结构。前梁4设置于前隔板模块2相对后隔板模块3的前端部22上。其中,上述第一固定件21与第二固定件31的其中之一为卡合部,其中之另一为被卡合部,具体的例如第一固定件为凸块,第二固定件为卡扣或卡槽;又或者,例如第一固定件为弹性块,第二固定件为卡槽。此处对卡合部以及被卡合部的具体结构并不作限定,卡合部与被卡合部的接合只需要满足前隔板模板2与后隔板模块3能够被可拆卸地固定即可。而且,在前隔板模板2与后隔板模块3卡合固定后,为了更进一步地固定两者,还可以利用螺钉与螺孔23更牢固地锁固前隔板模板2与后隔板模块3。
另外,加热模块包括第一加热器5以及第二加热器6,第一加热器5设置于后隔板模块3内,第二加热器6设置于前梁4处。而且,较佳地,第二加热器6的加热丝沿前梁4的长度方向设置。本实施例中,由于在前梁4上使用加热丝,且加热丝沿前梁4的长度方向设置,如此能够对前梁4均匀加热,从而很好地解决现有技术中使用除露管在环温低的情况下除露效果不好的问题。
其中一实施例中,前梁4与前隔板模块2为一体式结构,亦即此种情况下,前梁4可以集成于前隔板模块2内。另一实施例中,前梁4例如可以通过螺钉或其他固定结构固定于前隔板模块2的前端部22。
而且,本实施例中,前隔板模块2的横截面形状例如为I型。但本发明并不以此为限,请参见图8-图9,图8为本发明的另一实施例的前隔板模块的横截面形状;图9为本发明的又一实施例的前隔板模块的横截面形状,本发明中的前隔板模块20的横截面形状还可以为U型(例如图8),U型的前隔板模块20三面包围后隔板模块30。又或是前隔板模块200的横截面形状还可以为L型(例如图9),L型的前隔板模块200两面包围后隔板模块300。
本发明还提供一种冰箱,冰箱包括箱体、风道组件100以及如上所述的隔板装置。箱体包括壳体以及设置在壳体内的箱胆,壳体和箱胆之间限定出发泡空间,箱胆内设有制冷间室101。风道组件100设置于箱胆内。隔板装置用于将制冷间室101分隔成位于隔板装置相对两侧的子制冷间室102、103,前隔板模块2固定设置于制冷间室101内,且后隔板模块3位于前隔板模块2与风道组件100之间。
另外,第一加热器5以及第二加热器6的插接端子均引出至插接头7,插接头7 位于隔板装置以及发泡空间之外并位于制冷间室101内。其中,本实施例中是将第一加热器5的插接端子以及与第二加热器6的插接端子连接的导线61均连接至插接头7;另一实施例中,亦可以对应第一加热器5以及第二加热器6分别设置插接头7。
本发明中,由于隔板装置的前隔板模块2与后隔板模块3为前后拆分结构,两者通过卡合或可拆卸的方式结合,所以前隔板模块2在箱体预装发泡时即进行安装,并将第二加热器6的加热丝进行插接端子的引出,第二加热器6的加热丝经过发泡区域后在制冷间室内对接,便于检修。后隔板模块3在风道组件100安装完成后再进行安装,对风道组件100的固定有辅助作用,后隔板模块3的第一加热器5对子制冷间室中的上间室起温度补偿作用。而前隔板模块2和后隔板模块3之间,先采用卡合固定,再用螺丝固定。
而且,另一实施例中,后隔板模块3上还具有第三固定件,风道组件100上具有第四固定件,后隔板模块3与风道组件100藉由第三固定件与第四固定件可拆卸地连接。
请参见图10,图10为本发明的一实施例的冰箱的安装方法的流程示意图,本发明还提供一种如上所述的冰箱的安装方法,安装方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S1,安装前隔板模块2至箱胆内,并将第一加热器5的插接端子引出至插接头7,插接头7位于隔板装置以及发泡区域之外并位于制冷间室内;
步骤S2,利用发泡模具对箱体于发泡区域内进行发泡;
步骤S3,安装风道组件100至箱胆的相应位置;
步骤S4,安装后隔板模块3于前隔板模块2与风道组件100之间,以及将第二加热器6的插接端子引出至插接头7,并固定后隔板模块3与前隔板模块2。
综上,本发明通过分体式的隔板装置的设置,可以实现隔板的前后拆分,那么在拆除风道组件100时,只需要拆除后隔板模块3,而不需要拆除箱门;而且,本发明在前梁4上使用加热丝能够很好地解决除露管在环温低的情况下除露效果不好的问题。此外,本发明的隔板装置在结构简单拆装方便的情况下同时实现分割间室。
本发明已由上述相关实施例加以描述,然而上述实施例仅为实施本发明的范例。此外,上面所描述的本发明不同实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互结合。必需指出的是,已揭露的实施例并未限制本发明的范围。相反地,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内所作的更动与润饰,均属本发明的专利保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种冰箱的隔板装置,其特征在于,所述隔板装置包括:
    前隔板模块,固定于所述冰箱的箱胆上,所述前隔板模块上具有第一固定件;
    后隔板模块,所述后隔板模块上具有第二固定件,所述前隔板模块与所述后隔板模块藉由所述第一固定件与所述第二固定件可拆卸地连接;
    前梁,设置于所述前隔板模块相对所述后隔板模块的前端部上;以及
    加热模块,包括第一加热器以及第二加热器,所述第一加热器设置于所述后隔板模块内,所述第二加热器设置于所述前梁处。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的冰箱的隔板装置,其特征在于,所述前梁与所述前隔板模块为一体式结构;或者,所述前梁通过螺钉固定于所述前隔板模块的所述前端部。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的冰箱的隔板装置,其特征在于,所述第一固定件与所述第二固定件的其中之一为卡合部,其中之另一为被卡合部。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的冰箱的隔板装置,其特征在于,所述前隔板模块的横截面形状为I型、U型或L型。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的冰箱的隔板装置,其特征在于,所述第二加热器的加热丝沿所述前梁的长度方向设置。
  6. 一种冰箱,其特征在于,所述冰箱包括:
    箱体,所述箱体包括壳体以及设置在壳体内的箱胆,所述壳体和所述箱胆之间限定出发泡空间,所述箱胆内设有制冷间室;
    风道组件,设置于所述箱胆内;
    如权利要求1-5中任意一项所述的冰箱的隔板装置,所述隔板装置用于将所述制冷间室分隔成位于所述隔板装置相对两侧的子制冷间室,所述前隔板模块固定设置于所述制冷间室内,且所述后隔板模块位于所述前隔板模块与所述风道组件之间。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述子制冷间室的其中之一为变温间室。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述第一加热器以及所述第二加热器的插接端子均引出至插接头,所述插接头位于所述隔板装置以及所述发泡空间之外并位于所述制冷间室内。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的冰箱,其特征在于,所述后隔板模块上还具有第三固定件,所述风道组件上具有第四固定件,所述后隔板模块与所述风道组件藉由所述第 三固定件与所述第四固定件可拆卸地连接。
  10. 一种如权利要求6中任意一项所述的冰箱的安装方法,其特征在于,所述安装方法包括如下步骤:
    安装所述前隔板模块至所述箱胆内,并将所述第一加热器的插接端子引出至插接头,所述插接头位于所述隔板装置以及所述发泡区域之外并位于所述制冷间室内;
    利用发泡模具对所述箱体于所述发泡区域内进行发泡;
    安装所述风道组件至所述箱胆的相应位置;
    安装所述后隔板模块于所述前隔板模块与所述风道组件之间,以及将所述第二加热器的插接端子引出至所述插接头,并固定所述后隔板模块与所述前隔板模块。
