本申请涉及连接器技术领域,特别涉及一种具有保险功能的连接器。
背景技术
随着新能源汽车领域的发展,高压电连接器在汽车上应用的比例越来越高,电动汽车得到了越来越广泛的发展。动力电池***是电动汽车构成的重要组成部分。连接器作为动力电池***的关键使用部件,担当着连接设备,传输高压、大电流的主要职责。随着连接器在动力电池***的广泛应用,其安全性、可靠性也越来越受到关注,而整个电流的回路的保护也变得越来越重要,因此在动力电池***的回路中增加保险部件已成为一种必然趋势。
目前,动力电池***普遍在连接器与动力电池***的其它部件之间采用保险丝连接以对整个电流的回路进行保护。由于保险丝为单体结构,其需要安装于高压控制盒(PDU)中,由于安装于高压控制盒的保险丝的安装和拆卸复杂,导致动力电池***的回路的可维护性差。
发明内容
本申请要解决现有技术中的保险丝的安装和拆卸复杂的技术问题,提供一种具有保险功能的连接器。
为了解决上述技术问题,本申请的技术方案具体如下:
本申请提供一种具有保险功能的连接器,包括连接器壳体、至少部分设置在所述连接器壳体内的至少一个端子和至少一根线缆,所述端子和所述线缆电连接;所述连接器壳体内设置有保险机构;所述保险机构包括可拆卸的电流过载保护部以及与所述电流过载保护部两端分别电连接的第一连接件和第二连接件;所述第一连接件与至少一个所述端子电连接,所述第二连接件与至少一个所述线缆电连接。
可选地,所述第二连接件与所述线缆的连接方式为螺栓连接、焊接、铆接、压接或拼接。
可选地,所述端子与所述第一连接件的连接方式为螺栓连接、焊接、铆接、压接或拼接。
可选地,所述电流过载保护部为保险丝,所述第一连接件以及所述第二连接件上具有卡槽,所述保险丝的两端与所述卡槽卡接。
可选地,所述电流过载保护部为保险丝,所述第一连接件以及所述第二连接件上均具有螺杆,所述保险丝的两端均设有通孔,所述螺杆穿过所述通孔并与螺母可拆卸连接。

本申请具有以下的有益效果:
1、通过在连接器内串联保险丝,可以有效的防止连接器内电流过载损伤连接器以及汽车内的电池包,也降低了车辆自燃的机率;
2、可拆卸的保险丝设于连接器中,便于拆卸更换,节约时间,同时减少拆卸重要充电元件,从而提高线路的安全性;
3、本装置实现对电池包高压电连接器进行电流限定,在保险丝烧毁时,仅需简单更换保险丝即可,且不需要对配电盒和电池包进行拆卸。

请参阅图1-图6,本申请提供一种具有保险功能的连接器,包括连接器壳体1、至少部分设置在连接器壳体1内的至少一个端子2和至少部分设置在连接器壳体1内的至少一根线缆3,端子2和线缆3电连接。
连接器壳体1内设置有保险机构;保险机构包括可拆卸的电流过载保护部以及与电流过载保护部的两端分别电连接的第一连接件4和第二连接件5;第一连接件4与至少一个端子2电连接,第二连接件5与至少一个线缆3电连接。
具体的,本申请公开了一种可以快速更换保险丝的连接器,具有以下重要组件:连接器壳体1、保险机构、端子2和线缆3。
其中连接器壳体1具备屏蔽信号以及绝缘功能,有效的防止信号干扰到内部的电器元件,并且在连接器出现烧损情况,可以杜绝火灾的发生,保险机构安装在连接器壳体1的内部,具体包括可以快速拆卸的保险丝8及安装固定保险丝8的第一连接件4和第二连接件5,保险丝8的一端安装在第二连接件5上,第二连接件5与线缆3相连,保险丝8的另外一端安装在第一连接件4上,第一连接件4与端子2相连,从而实现电连接,在电流过载的时候保险丝8最先烧毁,在维修时打开连接器壳体1上的盖体,进行更换保险丝8即可,避免电流过载对连接器或者电动汽车的损伤。
进一步的,第二连接件5与线缆3的连接方式为螺栓连接、焊接、铆接、压接或拼接。
第二连接件5与线缆3的连接方式并不限于以上几种,正常情况下以上几种方式均可,如果线缆3里面的导线特别细,适合焊接、压接或拼接;导线较粗或者为铜排、铝排甚至银排等金属导电材质,以上的连接方式均为最优的连接方式,但不限于以上几种。
进一步的,端子2与第一连接件4的连接方式为螺栓连接、焊接、铆接、压接或拼接。
端子2与第一连接件4的连接方式并不限于以上几种,正常情况下以上几种方式均可,端子2与第一连接件4可以螺栓连接,以方便进行更换,如果电流过载严重,可能对端子2或者第一连接件4有所损伤的情况,可以通过螺栓连接进行固定,便于更换,其次焊接、铆接、压接或拼接均可达到固定的功能,但是端子2也可以与第一连接件4为一体成型,经过 试验证明,螺栓连接为最优连接方式,但本申请所保护范围包括以上几种,但不限于以上几种的连接方式。
进一步的,电流过载保护部为保险丝,第一连接件4以及第二连接件5上具有卡槽,保险丝8的两端与卡槽卡接。
当电流过载保护部为保险丝时,连接器发生烧损的情况,断开电源,打开连接器壳体1上的盖,通过工具或者手动取下卡接在卡槽内的保险丝8,方便快捷更换保险丝8,卡槽的作用是固定保险丝8,避免保险丝8在第一连接件4以及第二连接件5上脱落,影响使用。
进一步的,电流过载保护部为保险丝,第一连接件4以及第二连接件5上均具有螺杆6,保险丝8的两端均设有通孔,螺杆6穿过通孔且与螺母可拆卸连接。
当电流过载保护部为保险丝时,保险丝8的两端有通孔,通过通孔把保险丝8轻放在第一连接件4和第二连接件5上的螺杆6上,之后通过螺母进行拧紧,此种固定方式适合较为大型的连接器进行使用。
进一步的,保险丝8为温度保险丝、快断保险丝、慢断保险丝、陶瓷管保险丝或玻璃管保险丝。
以上的保险丝8均可安装在连接器内进行使用,具体为感应电流回路切断装置,电流过载切断回路以避免火灾以及危险的发生。
进一步的,连接器壳体1还包括用于固定保险丝的固定加强座7,固定加强座7位于第一连接件4和第二连接件5之间。
为了保证连接器在使用过程中的安全性能,在连接器壳体1上安装固定加强座7,固定加强座7安装在第一连接件4和第二连接件5之间,可以防止保险丝8在工作的时候晃动,同时可以起到防磕碰以及减震的作用,在连接器与外部磕碰时,可保证保险丝8不会因为震动造成损伤。
进一步的,固定加强座7与连接器壳体1卡接、螺栓连接、拼接或一体注塑成型。
固定加强座7卡接在连接器壳体1上,便于拆卸分离,或者直接与连接器壳体1一体成型,稳定性能更好,拼接同样起到快速拆卸的效果。
进一步的,固定加强座7具有设置开口的固定槽702,保险丝8卡接在开口内。
固定加强座7的开口可以与保险丝8卡接,可以防止保险丝8在工作的时候晃动,同时可以起到防磕碰以及减震的作用,在连接器与外部磕碰时,可保证保险丝8不会因为震动造成损伤。
进一步的,固定加强座7具有设置开口的固定槽702和封闭开口的卡接部701,保险丝8放置在开口内,卡接部701限制保险丝8移动。
保险丝8放入到固定槽702内,之后通过卡接部701进行封闭,让保险丝8卡接在固定槽702内,之后关闭卡接部701,卡接部701的另一端卡接在连接器壳体1上,可以限制保险丝8移动,同时可以起到防磕碰以及减震的作用,在连接器与外部磕碰时,可保证保险丝8不会因为震动造成损伤。
进一步的,电流过载保护部为空气开关、熔断器、断路器、继电器或执行器。
电流过载保护部不限制为保险丝,还可以通过空气开关、熔断器、断路器、继电器或执行器等进行替换,同样可以起到电流过载时,对电器元件进行保护。
在上述方案中,本申请提供了一种具有保险功能的连接器,具有以下有益效果:
1、通过在连接器内串联保险丝8,可以有效的防止连接器内电流过载损伤连接器以及汽车内的电池包,也降低了车辆自燃的机率;
2、可拆卸的保险丝8在连接器中,便于拆卸更换,节约时间,同时减少拆卸重要充电元件,从而提高线路的安全性;
3、本装置实现对电池包高压电连接器进行电流限定,在保险丝8烧毁时,仅需简单更换保险丝即可,且不需要对配电盒和电池包进行拆卸。

  1. 一种具有保险功能的连接器,其特征在于,包括连接器壳体、至少部分设置在所述连接器壳体内的至少一个端子和至少部分设置在所述连接器壳体内的至少一根线缆,所述端子和所述线缆电连接;
    所述连接器壳体内设置有保险机构;
    所述保险机构包括可拆卸的电流过载保护部以及与所述电流过载保护部两端分别电连接的第一连接件和第二连接件;
    所述第一连接件与至少一个所述端子电连接,所述第二连接件与至少一个所述线缆电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有保险功能的连接器,其特征在于,所述第二连接件与所述线缆的连接方式为螺栓连接、焊接、铆接、压接或拼接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有保险功能的连接器,其特征在于,所述端子与所述第一连接件的连接方式为螺栓连接、焊接、铆接、压接或拼接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有保险功能的连接器,其特征在于,所述电流过载保护部为保险丝,所述第一连接件以及所述第二连接件上具有卡槽,所述保险丝的两端与所述卡槽卡接。

  10. 根据权利要求7所述的一种具有保险功能的连接器,其特征在于,所述固定加强座具有设置开口的固定槽,以及封闭所述开口的卡接部,所述保险丝放置在所述开口内,所述卡接部限制所述保险丝移动。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有保险功能的连接器,其特征在于,所述电流过载保护部为空气开关、熔断器、断路器、继电器或执行器。
