Abstract
The invention is a breast lifter (10) that gathers the female breast tissue and skin, brings the sagging tissue close to the body and creates a relaxing effect against low back and neck pain comprising a frame (11), which houses the whole structure and acts as the main body that can be adhered to the body, a tulle part (12) structured on the said frame (11) and a thread (13) wrapped around a neck part (14) of the said tulle part (12) that shrinks as a result of tightening the thread (13).
Description
A BREAST LIFTER
TECHNICAL FIELD
The invention relates to a breast lifter that gathers the female breast tissue and skin and creates a relaxing effect against low back and neck pain by bringing the sagging tissue close to the body.
BACKGROUND
The breasts are very important for women. Especially women with large breasts face many problems at this point. For example, the weight and sagging of the breasts cause back and neck pain in women and also lead to hunchback. On the other hand, it can lead to many results such as numbness due to the pressure of the bra on the arm nerves, difficulty in breathing, heat rash under the breast as a result of the continuous rubbing of the breast skin and chest skin, wounds and limitation of daily physical activities. In addition, while this problem causes difficulties in choosing clothes, the fact that women do not like themselves for this reason can cause social and psychological problems.
Breasts that are larger than normal may cause psychological discomfort to the person, as well as depending on the weight of large breasts it may cause bra strap marks on the shoulders, back pain, itching under the sagging breast due to continuous sweating, rash and bad odor. In addition, the weight and sagging of the breasts can cause back and neck pain in women and can even lead to hunchback.
For a woman, the breasts are very important both when having an illness and when being healthy. The main function of the breast is to secrete milk and provide nourishment to the baby. Breasts, which are exposed to some changes in different periods of women under the influence of different hormones, cause some complaints and diseases in women with the effect of these changes.
Some congenital disorders: These are disorders such as unilateral or bilateral absence of the breast, absence of nipple, having more than two breasts and nipples (accessory breast).
For hormonal reasons: Diseases such as early puberty development, excessive and rapid growth in puberty, unilateral or bilateral growth in males, and advanced breast enlargement may occur.
There are several products in the current art as a solution to the problem of large breasts. One of them is breast lift and shaper bands. These bands are insufficient to gather the breast tissue. Adhesives can be used for a maximum of 3-4 hours. In addition, this period is reduced in cases of sweating, and the adhesive of the tape comes off at any time, causing the woman to be constantly at risk. In addition to these problems, it can cause complications on the skin since the entire product is a tape.
Another product in the current technique is bras with silicone bands. These bras are used by sticking to the entire breast. Although it cannot provide a full lifting in the breast tissue since it is made of silicone, it can leave the skin airless and cause complications. Therefore, they are not suitable for use for more than 1-2 hours.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The aim of the invention is to present a different product that brings a new perspective in this field, unlike the products used in the current technique.
The most important aim of the invention is to gather the breast tissue and skin and to bring the sagging tissue close to the body and to provide benefits for low back and neck pain.
Another aim of the invention is to provide a more upright and plump breast appearance as it aesthetically recovers the tissue.
Another aim of the invention is to provide an easy and comfortable solution to the problem in the current technique, instead of surgical operations.
Another aim of the invention is to provide the opportunity to use up to 2-3 days since it comprises products with high air permeability such as plaster and tulle.
Another aim of the invention is to provide a comfortable use during the day with the lightness of the materials used in production.
In order to fulfill the objectives described above, the invention comprises;
- a frame, which acts as the main body that houses the whole structure and can be adhered to the body,
- a tulle part constructed on the said frame,
- a rope wrapped around the neck part of the said tulle part and which shrinks the neck part as a result of tightening.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention is a breast lifter (10) that gathers the female breast tissue and skin, brings the sagging tissue close to the body and creates a relaxing effect against low back and neck pain comprising a frame (11), which houses the whole structure and acts as the main body that can be adhered to the body, a tulle part (12) structured on the said frame (11) and a thread (13) wrapped around a neck part (14) of the said tulle part (12) that shrinks as a result of tightening the thread (13).
In Figure 1 and Figure 2, the general views of the breast lifting (10) apparatus which is the subject of the invention are given.
The tulle part (12), which is fixed to the said frame (11) by adhering or sewing technique, further comprising a thin and transparent structure compared to the frame (11), comprising the neck part (14) with a narrowing and expanding cross-section as a result of tightening and loosening the thread (13). On the other hand, in order to be compatible with the structure of the breast, the frame (11) is presented, which has a circular or any geometrical structure and has a thick and durable part compared to the said tulle part (12).
The invention performs the process of being fixed to the body by being passed around the breast thanks to the frame (11) that can be adhered to the body. Adhesion of the frame (11) to the body occurs thanks to the part of the frame (11) that corresponds to the tissue is in a form of a plaster or is equipped with a similar adhesive material. The plaster is a product known as a kind of synthetic tape and used in the medical field. It is used to cover a treated area and to prevent contact. The adhesive in plaster minimizes the allergic reaction in the body. It prevents the tissue from being damaged thanks to its micro pores that allow the area to be attached to breathe. The invention gains flexibility thanks to the tulle part (12) that
surrounds the body-adhesive frame (11) of the breast lifter (10) apparatus. While the frame (11) that provides fixation and can be adhered to the body and the tulle part (12), which gives flexibility to the product, form a large part of the breast lifter (10) apparatus, the breast tissue collected in the middle of the tulle (12) thanks to the thread (13) passing through the tulle part (12) becomes fully gathered and fixed to the body.
The frame (11) that can be adhered to the body is the structure that is adhered around the breast and thus ensures the fixation of the apparatus. The tulle part (12), on the other hand, is the adhesive-free textile part. The soft breast tissue passing through the frame (11), which can adhere to the body, settles into this part. The thread (13) passes through the tulle part (12) and provides compression of the breast tissue and gathering of the sagging skin. After the thread (13) is tightened as much as the user needs, it can be tied and the whole system becomes fixed.
Claims
1- A breast lifter (10) that gathers the female breast tissue and skin, brings the sagging tissue close to the body and creates a relaxing effect against low back and neck pain comprising;
- a frame (11), which acts as the main body that houses the whole structure and can be adhered to the body,
- a tulle part (12) constructed on the said frame (11),
- a rope (13) wrapped around the neck part (14) of the said tulle part (12) and which shrinks the neck part (14) as a result of tightening.
2- The breast lifter (10) of Claim 1 characterized by comprising the frame (11) further comprising a part that corresponds to the tissue in a form of a plaster or with a similar adhesive material.
3- The breast lifter (10) of Claim 1 characterized by comprising the tulle part (12) fixed to the frame (11) by adhering or sewing technique, further comprising a thin and transparent structure compared to the frame (11).
4- The breast lifter (10) of Claim 1 characterized by comprising the neck part (14) with a narrowing and expanding cross-section as a result of tightening and loosening the thread (13).
5- The breast lifter (10) of Claim 1 characterized by comprising the frame (11) further comprising a circular structure in order to be compatible with the structure of the breast.
6- The breast lifter (10) of Claim 1 characterized by comprising the frame (11) further comprising any geometrical structure.
7- The breast lifter (10) of Claim 1 characterized by comprising the frame (11) further comprising a thick and durable part compared to the said tulle part (12).
