现有的传统烟检测设备常见的有吸烟机,吸烟机是为模拟人的吸烟行为设计的一种自动化吸烟装置,它能够对主流烟气中的气相物和粒相物进行捕集,提高检测效率,是烟草行业进行烟气分析不可缺少的设备。但是,电加热卷烟在使用时是将发烟段***特制的加热烟具加热部位,将发烟段加热到一定的温度,以使发烟段能够产生烟气供用户使用,而加热温度的高低对产生烟气的质量以及用户的使用时的体感影响很大,所以对此温度的准确控制对加热不燃烧烟的研发以及烟具加热温度的控制起着至关重要的作用。目前,在用的传统卷烟吸烟机主要包括烟支夹持部分、点烟部分、抽吸部分和软件部分。
受限于已有结构和软件设计,传统卷烟吸烟机无法适用于电加热卷烟的抽吸检测,其主要原因如下:
(1)烟支夹持部分无法完成加热卷烟触发。由于目前电加热卷烟需要***相应的烟具完成触发,而现在的烟具形状各异、尺寸不一、重量不同,原有的传统吸烟机无触发装置,无专用夹具夹持和触发按钮,无法完成夹持触发。
(2)传统吸烟机以及进气出现的加热不燃烧卷烟吸烟机的主要功能为加热卷烟烟气的 粒相物和气相物的捕集,没有办法对抽吸过程中加热不燃烧卷烟的功能段及烟气温度进行检测,而这两处的温度对电加热卷烟的研发起着关键的作用。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电加热卷烟烟气温度检测装置,其特征在于,该装置包括回路控制器、温度感应器(204)以及依次连接的烟具(201)、电加热卷烟(202)、吸烟嘴(203)、过滤器(205)、单向排气阀(206)、吸烟缸(207)和吸烟驱动装置(2);回路控制器与温度感应器(204)电连接,用于实现烟气温度检测;
    所述烟具(201)设置有触发装置及振动传感器,所述触发装置用于在放入烟支对烟支加温,温度达到烟支燃点后所述振动传感器感应到烟具振动可将信号传给回路控制器,回路控制器用于控制吸烟驱动装置(3)开始吸烟;
    所述温度感应器(204)设置在吸烟嘴(203)的出烟处;所述过滤器(205)用于对烟雾中的杂质进行过滤;
    所述单向排气阀(206)用于保证吸烟缸在吸烟时烟雾顺利通过,排烟时通过单向排气阀(206)的排气孔排到***外;
    所述吸烟缸(207)所包含的活塞在吸烟驱动装置(3)作用下做往复运动,用于实现吸烟排烟。
  2. 一种吸烟机,包括机柜(1)、排烟***(5)、巡检记录仪(4)、烟气温度检测装置(2)、手工操作按钮(3)及支撑***(6),其特征在于,还包括如权利要求1所述的一种电加热卷烟烟气温度检测装置;所述驱动装置(3)由活塞连杆(301)、滚珠丝杠(302)、滑轨(303)、滑块(304)、丝杠座(305)、联轴器(306)和伺服电机(307)依次连接组成;所述滚珠丝杠(302)、丝杠座(305)、滑轨(303)及滑块(304)固定在机柜(1)的底板上,组成一个能将转动精确转化为直线运动的机构,所述联轴器(306)与伺服电机(307)连接,所述活塞连杆(301)与吸烟缸(207)连接;所述回路控制器与伺服电机(307)电连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的吸烟机,其特征在于:
    所述排烟***(5)采用变频电机风机驱动检测之后的废烟的排放,变频电机风机通过变频器由计算机控制。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的吸烟机,其特征在于:
    所述支撑***(6)固定在机柜(1)内,用于支撑加热卷烟烟气温度检测装置(2),支撑***(6)设置滑轨,实现加热卷烟烟气温度检测装置(2)的烟具(201)固定架的前进与后退。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的吸烟机,其特征在于:
    所述烟具(201)、电加热卷烟(202)、吸烟嘴(203)、过滤器(205)及单向排气阀(206)按照设置4排、每排5路共20路是并行方式排列;所述每排5路共同连接一套吸烟缸(207)以及位于其后方的吸烟驱动装置(3);所述4排的每一排单独连接一套一套吸烟缸(207)以及位于其后方的吸烟驱动装置(3);这种按照4排每排5支的方式,每一排都可以单排整体测量。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的吸烟机,其特征在于:
    所述回路控制器控制伺服电机(307)实现设置要求的抽吸口量及抽吸时间。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的吸烟机,其特征在于:
    所述抽吸口量的大小通过回路控制器控制伺服电机的转动快慢实现。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的吸烟机,其特征在于:
    所述抽吸时间在1.5–5秒范围内,以0.1秒步距调节。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的吸烟机,其特征在于:
    所述抽吸口量在10–70ml范围内,以0.1ml步距调节。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的吸烟机,其特征在于:
    所述抽吸间隔在0–999秒范围内,以1秒步距调节。
