本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明的转台旋转垂直铺纸设备可实现玻璃铺纸生产线的全自动运行;
2、本发明的转台旋转垂直铺纸设备可利用转台进行360度旋转,能够实现与不同方向的其他工位进行有效对接,提高了设备规划布局的灵活性;
3、整个工艺过程安全稳定,同时能够与不同方向玻璃生产线的对接,极大的提高 了玻璃铺纸工位的利用率。
4、采用垂直铺纸模式,可实现玻璃竖直状态下的铺纸工作,来料时,玻璃采用竖直并列摆放,每块玻璃的受力承载点均在存放架上,彼此之间相互作用力很小,有效的避免了玻璃因自重造成的损伤。

具体实施方式
以下参考说明书附图介绍本发明的多个优选实施例,使其技术内容更加清楚和便于理解。本发明可以通过许多不同形式的实施例来得以体现,本发明的保护范围并非仅限于文中提到的实施例。
在附图中,结构相同的部件以相同数字标号表示,各处结构或功能相似的组件以相似数字标号表示。附图所示的每一组件的尺寸和厚度是任意示出的,本发明并没有限定每个组件的尺寸和厚度。为了使图示更清晰,附图中有些地方适当夸大了部件的厚度。
如图1所示,本实施例公开了一种转台旋转垂直铺纸设备,所述的设备包括:
旋转台1,实现整体设备的旋转动作;用于承载移动框架,采用减速电机带动回转支撑实现旋转动作,旋转动作平滑顺畅;
移动框架2,安装在所述旋转台1上,为移动部件提供导向和传动基准;用于承载铺纸结构基础3,采用型材焊接而成,载荷余量大,结构稳定;
铺纸结构基础3,安装在所述移动框架2上,配合所述移动框架2实现设备整体移动;用于安装并承载送纸辊压组件4、托纸组件5、压纸机构6、切纸机构7、吸取翻转机构8、静电消除装置9和铺纸机构10,并配合移动框架2实现上述机构和组件的整体移动,采用型材焊接后二次加工,能够在保证结构强度的同时,保证各安装尺寸的精度;
送纸辊压组件4,安装在所述铺纸结构基础3上,用于实现送纸功能;用于提供纸张送料的动力,辊子表面包胶,增加与纸张之间的摩擦力,确保送纸稳定,减少纸张损伤;
托纸组件5,安装在所述铺纸结构基础3上,用于送纸时支撑纸张,辊子表面包胶,增加与纸张之间的摩擦力,确保送纸稳定,减少纸张损伤;
压纸机构6,安装在所述铺纸结构基础6上,用于纸张裁切时,压紧纸张;确保切纸机构7能够稳定地完成切纸动作,压纸动作由气缸提供动力,接触部分采用聚氨酯材料,增加压纸效果,减少纸张损伤;
切纸机构7,安装在所述铺纸结构基础3上,用于完成纸张的裁切,切刀采用钢制锯齿形结构,确保裁切动作顺畅,裁切采用气缸动力,成本较低;
吸取翻转机构8,安装在所述铺纸结构基础3上,用于裁切后的纸张吸取和翻转;翻转后将纸张送至铺纸机构10的下侧,翻转采用气缸动力,成本较低;
静电消除装置9,安装在所述铺纸结构基础3上,用于去除纸张静电;
铺纸机构10,安装在所述铺纸结构基础3上,用于将裁切后的纸张送至玻璃处,完成铺纸工作。
如图1所示,移动框架2固定于旋转台1上,铺纸结构基础3固定于移动框架2上,送纸辊压机构4、托纸组件5、压纸机构6、切纸机构7、吸取翻转机构8、静电消除装置9和铺纸机构10均固定于铺纸结构基础3上。
如图2所示,本优选实施例中,所述旋转台1包括旋转基础101、玻璃存放架102、安装台面103;所述的玻璃存放架102和安装台面103固定于旋转基础101上。
如图3所示,本优选实施例中,所述移动框架2包括框架主体201、直线滑轨202、齿条203和光轴滑轨204;所述直线滑轨202、齿条203和光轴滑轨204均固定于框架主体201上。
如图4所示,本优选实施例中,所述铺纸结构基础3包括铺纸结构框架301、直线滑块302、齿轮动力机构303、光轴滑块304、翻转辅助轮305、气胀轴306和制动组件307;所述直线滑块302、齿轮动力机构303、光轴滑块304、翻转辅助轮305、气胀轴306和制动组件307均固定于铺纸结构框架301上。
如图5所示,本优选实施例中,所述送纸辊压组件4包括主动辊401、送纸动力机构402、从动辊403和压紧气缸404;所述主动辊401与送纸动力机构402相连接,从动辊403与压紧气缸404相连接。
如图6所示,本优选实施例中,所述托纸组件5包括托纸固定架501、托纸活动板502、托纸动力气缸503和托纸直线导轨504;所述托纸直线导轨504固定于托纸固定架501上,托纸活动板502固定于托纸直线导轨504,托纸活动板502与托纸动力气缸503相连接;
如图7所示,本优选实施例中,所述压纸机构6包括压纸固定架601、压纸气缸602和压纸组件603;所述压纸气缸602固定于压纸固定架601上,压纸组件603与压纸气缸602相连接;
如图8所示,本优选实施例中,所述切纸机构7包括切纸气缸座701、切纸气缸702、切纸直线导轨703和切刀组件704;所述的切纸气缸702固定于切纸气缸座701上,切刀组件4固定于切纸直线导轨703上,切刀组件4与切纸气缸702相连接。
如图9所示,本优选实施例中,所述吸取翻转机构8包括翻转动力气缸801、吸翻直线导轨802、导纸板803和吸盘组件804;所述导纸板803和吸盘组件804固定于吸翻直线导轨802上,并与翻转动力气缸801相连接。
如图10所示,本优选实施例中,所述静电消除装置9包括静电消除支架901、静电消除器902;所述的静电消除器902固定于静电消除支架901上。
如图11所示,本优选实施例中,所述铺纸机构10包括铺纸安装架1001、升降组件1002、夹紧气缸1003和夹爪1004;所述升降组件1002固定于铺纸安装架1001上,夹紧气缸1003固定于升降组件1002上,夹爪1004与夹紧气缸1003相连接。
该发明公开的转台放置垂直铺纸设备工作步骤如下:
(1)初始位置。
旋转台1带动所有机构旋转至与玻璃来料工位对接方向,通过铺纸结构基础3的制动组件307固定气胀轴306,纸卷固定于气胀轴306上,将纸卷拆封,纸张拉到送 纸辊压组件4的主动辊401和从动辊403之间,压紧气缸404缩回,托纸组件5的托纸活动板503闭合,压纸机构6的压纸气缸602缩回,切纸机构7的切纸气缸702缩回,吸取翻转机构8的翻转动力气缸缩回,铺纸机构10的夹紧气缸1003张开。
(2)送纸工作。
送纸辊压组件4的压紧气缸404伸出,将纸张压紧,铺纸结构基础3的制动组件307释放,送纸动力机构402进行纸张的夹送。
(3)纸张裁切。
纸张经过托纸组件5后,托纸动力气缸503将托纸活动板502打开,待送纸辊压组件4将纸张送到位后,铺纸结构基础3的制动组件307工作,压纸机构6的压纸气缸602伸出,带动压纸组件603将纸张压紧,压紧后切纸机构7的切纸气缸702伸出,带动切刀组件704完成纸张的载切,裁切后,切纸气缸702缩回,托纸动力气缸503将托纸活动板503闭合。
(4)吸取翻转。
纸张裁切后,吸取翻转机构8的吸盘组件804将纸张吸取,压纸机构6的压纸气缸602缩回,压纸组件603离开纸张,吸取翻转机构8的翻转动力气缸801伸出,将吸盘组件804和裁切后的纸张翻转至垂直方向。
(5)铺纸工作。
纸张至垂直方向后,铺纸机构10的升降组件1002带动夹紧气缸1003下移至纸张处,到位后,夹紧气缸1003闭合,实现夹爪1004对纸张的夹取,吸盘翻转机构8的吸盘组件804将纸张释放,翻转动力气缸801缩回,铺纸机构10的升降组件1002下降至玻璃处,实现玻璃铺纸工作。
(6)复位、重复循环。
所有机构恢复至初始位置,随后对下一个产品进行同样的操作,如此循环作业。
该实施例中的转台旋转垂直铺纸设备能够满足玻璃铺纸工位在不同方向的生产线中进行布局。整个工艺过程安全稳定,同时能够与不同方向玻璃生产线的对接,极大的提高了玻璃铺纸工位的利用率。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种转台旋转垂直铺纸设备,其特征在于,包括:
    旋转台(1),实现整体设备的旋转动作;
    移动框架(2),安装在所述旋转台(1)上,为移动部件提供导向和传动基准;
    铺纸结构基础(3),安装在所述移动框架(2)上,配合所述移动框架(2)实现设备整体移动;
    送纸辊压组件(4),安装在所述铺纸结构基础(3)上,用于实现送纸功能;
    托纸组件(5),安装在所述铺纸结构基础(3)上,用于送纸时支撑纸张;
    压纸机构(6),安装在所述铺纸结构基础(3)上,用于纸张裁切时,压紧纸张;
    切纸机构(7),安装在所述铺纸结构基础(3)上,用于完成纸张的裁切;
    吸取翻转机构(8),安装在所述铺纸结构基础(3)上,用于裁切后的纸张吸取和翻转;
    铺纸机构(10),安装在所述铺纸结构基础(3)上,用于将裁切后的纸张送至玻璃处,完成铺纸工作。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的转台旋转垂直铺纸设备,其特征在于,所述旋转台(1)包括旋转基础(101)、玻璃存放架(102)和安装台面(103);所述玻璃存放架(102)和安装台面(103)固定于所述旋转基础(101)上。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的转台旋转垂直铺纸设备,其特征在于,所述移动框架(2)包括框架主体(201)、直线滑轨(202)、齿条(203)和光轴滑轨(204);所述直线滑轨(202)、齿条(203)和光轴滑轨(204)均固定在框架主体(201)上。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的转台旋转垂直铺纸设备,其特征在于,所述铺纸结构基础(3)包括铺纸结构框架(301)、直线滑块(302)、齿轮动力机构(303)、光轴滑块(304)、翻转辅助轮(305)、气胀轴(306)和制动组件(307);所述直线滑块(302)、齿轮动力机构(303)、光轴滑块(304)、翻转辅助轮(305)、气胀轴(306)和制动组件(307)均固定在铺纸结构框架(301)上。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的转台旋转垂直铺纸设备,其特征在于,所述送纸辊压组件(4)包括主动辊(401)、送纸动力机构(402)、从动辊(403)和压紧气缸(404);所述主动辊(401)与所述送纸动力机构(402)相连接,所述从动辊(403)与所述压紧气缸(404)相连接。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的转台旋转垂直铺纸设备,其特征在于,所述托纸组件(5)包括托纸固定架(501)、托纸活动板(502)、托纸动力气缸(503)和托纸直线导轨(504);所述托纸直线导轨(504)固定在所述托纸固定架(501)上,所述托纸活动板(502)固定在所述托纸直线导轨(504)上,所述托纸活动板(502)与所述托纸动力气缸(503)相连接。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的转台旋转垂直铺纸设备,其特征在于,所述压纸机构(6)包括压纸固定架(601)、压纸气缸(602)和压纸组件(603);所述压纸气缸(602)固定在所述压纸固定架(601)上,所述压纸组件(603)与所述压纸气缸(602)相连接。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的转台旋转垂直铺纸设备,其特征在于,所述切纸机构(7)包括切纸气缸座(701)、切纸气缸(702)、切纸直线导轨(703)和切刀组件(704);所述切纸气缸(702)固定在所述切纸气缸座(701)上,所述切刀组件(704)固定在所述切纸直线导轨(703)上,所述切刀组件(704)与所述切纸气缸(702)相连接。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的转台旋转垂直铺纸设备,其特征在于,所述吸取翻转机构(8)包括翻转动力气缸(801)、吸翻直线导轨(802)、导纸板(803)和吸盘组件(804);所述导纸板(803)和吸盘组件(804)固定在所述吸翻直线导轨(802)上,所述吸翻直线导轨(802)与所述翻转动力气缸(801)相连接。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的转台旋转垂直铺纸设备,其特征在于,所述铺纸机构(10)包括铺纸安装架(1001)、升降组件(1002)、夹紧气缸(1003)和夹爪(1004);所述升降组件(1002)固定在所述铺纸安装架(1001)上,所述夹紧气缸(1003)固定在所述升降组件(1002)上,所述夹爪(1004)与所述夹紧气缸(1003)相连接。
  11. 如权利要求1~10任一所述的转台旋转垂直铺纸设备,其特征在于,还包括静电消除装置(9),所述静电消除装置(9)包括静电消除支架(901)和静电消除器(902);所述静电消除器(902)固定在静电消除支架(901)上。
