可选地,所述出料组件还包括瓶肩,所述瓶肩固定安装于所述笔身的第二端内,所述滑块置于所述安装槽,所述联杆滑动地插设于所述套筒内,所述传动轴滑动地插设于所述瓶肩,或所述传动轴滑动地插设于所述套筒内,所述联杆滑动地插设于所述瓶肩。
可选地,所述第一阀体和第二阀体皆为单向阀,所述第一阀体的开启方向为从所述出料组件到所述涂抹组件的方向,所述第二阀体的开启方向为从所述容器组件到所述出料组件的方向。
可选地,还包括外盖,所述外盖盖合于所述涂抹组件,所述涂抹组件包括涂抹头、笔头和涂抹头座,所述涂抹头固定安装于所述涂抹头座上且所述涂抹头与所述涂抹头座内的液体通道相连通,所述笔头固定套设于所述涂抹头与涂抹头座外。
可选地,所述容器组件包括瓶体、活塞和尾塞,所述尾塞塞紧于所述瓶体的尾端,所述活塞密封安装于所述尾塞内侧的瓶体中,所述尾塞上设有与外界连通的通气孔。
可选地,还包括替换组件,所述替换组件包括所述容器组件和替换盖,所述替换盖盖合于所述容器组件。
本申请的有益效果是:
1)本申请中包括涂抹组件、笔身、滑块、出料组件和容器组 件,所述出料组件包括联杆、传动轴和瓶肩,滑块安装于笔身的侧壁,化妆时,用户沿着笔身的轴向推动滑块,使得容器组件中的物料通过出料组件而流入涂抹组件供用户使用,因此用户可单手操作滑块而完成涂抹组件的补料,使用十分便利;
2)本申请中利用出料组件来连接容器组件和涂抹组件,通过第一阀体控制涂抹组件与出料组件之间出料口的开闭,通过第二阀体控制容器组件与出料组件之间出料口的开闭,因此化妆笔密封功能好,不会发生物料泄漏的现象;而且第一阀体和第二阀体皆为单向阀,因此涂抹组件中的物料或气体不会倒流入出料组件,出料组件中的物料或气体也不会倒流入容器组件,从而保证了物料的品质,延长了物料的使用期限;
3)本申请中容器组件与出料组件可拆卸连接,并配有替换组件,当瓶体中的物料被用尽后,利用替换组件中新的瓶体替换掉旧的瓶体,因此本申请中的涂抹组件和按压组件可重复利用,减少了资源的浪费。

实施例:一种侧推式化妆笔,包括涂抹组件10、笔身20、滑块30、出料组件和容器组件70,笔身20的第一端连接于涂抹组件10,笔身20的第二端可拆卸地连接于容器组件70,出料组件滑动地安装于笔身20内,滑块30滑动地安装于笔身20的侧壁且滑块30连接于出料组件,滑块30用于带动出料组件沿着笔身20的轴向方向滑动,出料组件上套设弹性件44,笔身20与涂抹组件10之间设有第一阀体26,出料组件与容器组件70之间设有第二阀体52。响应于滑块30受力沿着笔身20的轴向方向滑动,出料组件同步滑动并压缩弹性件44,而使出料组件中的空腔体积变小,空腔中的物料顶开第一阀体26,物料流入涂抹组件10中供用户化妆使用;当滑块30所受外力消失后,弹性件44转为舒张状态而带动出料组件复位,空腔中的压力减小,容器组件70中的物料将第二阀体52顶开,进入空腔中备用。
如图1-10所示,笔身20的第一端固定连接于涂抹组件10,容器组件70可拆卸地安装于笔身20的第二端。可选地,容器组件70螺接或卡接于笔身20的第二端,容器组件70用于存放化妆物料,出料组件用于将容器组件70的物料导入涂抹组件10内,涂抹组件10用于化妆,也即涂抹组件10用于将物料涂抹至用户所需的面部或者体表等部位。出料组件安装于笔身20内,可选地,涂抹组件10、出料组件、笔身20和容器组件70同轴布置,滑块30可轴向滑动地安装于笔身20的侧壁,出料组件与滑块30固定连接。如图1和图2所示,化妆笔未被使用时,滑块30靠近容器组件70侧,第一阀体26和第二阀体52处于关闭状态,即出料组件、涂抹组件 10和容器组件70皆不相通。化妆笔被使用时,如图4和图5所示,用户朝向涂抹组件10侧推动滑块30,滑块带动出料组件同步滑动,出料组件中的物料顶开第一阀体26,物料通过第一阀体26与出料组件之间的空隙流向涂抹组件。当用户松开滑块30时,弹性件44恢复至舒张状态并带动出料组件复位,由于出料组件中的压力小于容器组件70中的压力,因此容器组件70中的物料顶开第二阀体52而流向出料组件,直至第二阀体52两侧的压力达到平衡,第一阀体26和第二阀体52再次处于关闭状态。此时涂抹组件10内充满物料,以备用户下次推动滑块时使用。本申请实施例公开的化妆笔中滑块设置于笔身的侧壁,因此用户单手操作即可完成涂抹组件的补料,使用十分方便。
如图1和图3所示,出料组件包括轴向固定连接的联杆40和传动轴50,滑块30轴向固定连接于传动轴50或联杆40。传动轴50套设于联杆40,滑块30套设于传动轴50,可选地,传动轴50与联杆40固定连接,滑块30与传动轴50固定连接,即滑块30、联杆40和传动轴50固定在一起。可选地,如图3和图8所示,联杆40的内部设有沿轴向布置的出料筒41,联杆40的外表面沿径向方向向外延伸形成凸筋42和挡圈43,传动轴50的内部设于第二出料口51,出料筒41滑动地***笔身20中,传动轴50的第一端套设于联杆40并通过联杆40上的凸筋42与联杆40卡合固定,传动轴50的第二端滑动***容器组件70内;当然也可以将滑块30固定于联杆40上;在另一实施方式中,出料筒41滑动地***容器组件70,传动轴50的第二端滑动***笔身20中。
联杆40上套设于弹性件44,弹性件44的第一端抵靠于笔身20,弹性件44的第二端抵靠于联杆40,或传动轴50上套设于弹性件44,弹性件44的第一端抵靠于笔身20,弹性件44的第二端抵靠于传动轴50。如图3所示,弹性件44套设于联杆40,且弹性件 44的第一端抵靠于笔身20,弹性件44的第二端抵靠于联杆上的挡圈43,在另一实施方式中,弹性件44套设于传动轴50,且弹性件44的第一端抵靠于笔身20,弹性件44的第二端抵靠于传动轴50;受力时,弹性件44沿其轴向方向整体被压缩缩短,当外力消失时,弹性件44在其自身弹力的作用下伸长恢复至舒张状态。
第二阀体52设于容器组件70与传动轴50之间,如图3所示,联杆40安装于传动轴50的左边,传动轴50连接于容器组件70,第二阀体52安装于传动轴与容器组件70之间,可选地,传动轴50内设有第二出料口51,第二阀体52安装于第二出料口51处,而控制容器组件中物料流向传动轴50;或第二阀体52设于容器组件70与联杆40之间,联杆40安装于传动轴50的右边,联杆40连接于容器组件70,第二阀体52安装于联杆与容器组件70之间。
如图1、图3和图6所示,笔身20的侧壁上沿其轴向设有安装槽21,安装槽21两端的笔身20上分别设有第一挡块24和第二挡块25,笔身20内设有沿轴向布置的套筒22,套筒22上设有第一出料口23,第一阀门26安装于第一出料口23。笔身20的第一端固定安装于涂抹组件10中,笔身20内部靠近第一端处设有套筒22,套筒22内设有出料通道,出料通道靠近涂抹组件端为第一出料口23,第一阀体26安装于第一出料口23处来控制出料。
如图1-8所示,出料组件还包括瓶肩60,瓶肩60固定安装于笔身20的第二端内,滑块30置于安装槽21,联杆40滑动地插设于套筒22内,传动轴50滑动地插设于瓶肩60,笔身20内设有第一出料口23,联杆40的出料筒***笔身的套筒22内,第一阀体26安装于第一出料口23中,传动轴50固定套设于联杆40,如图7所示,滑块30的侧壁设有缺口33,缺口33的表面为斜面便于操作,滑块30上设有一圈套设部31,套设部31的外表面沿径向向外延伸形成凸起32,如图3所示,滑块30置于安装槽21中且套设部31 固定套设于传动轴50,因此滑块30能够在第一挡块24和第二挡块25之间的滑槽内前后滑动,滑块30的凸起32与笔身20的内侧壁接触,从而降低了滑块与笔身之间的摩擦力;传动轴50滑动地插设于瓶肩60内,传动轴50内设有第二出料口51,第二阀体52安装于第二出料口51处;或在另一实施方式中,传动轴50滑动地插设于套筒22内,联杆40滑动地插设于瓶肩60。
第一阀体26和第二阀体52皆为单向阀,第一阀体26的开启方向为从出料组件到涂抹组件10的方向,第二阀体52的开启方向为从容器组件70到出料组件的方向。本申请中利用出料组件来连接容器组件和涂抹组件,通过第一阀体控制涂抹组件与出料组件之间出料口的开闭,通过第二阀体控制容器组件与出料组件之间出料口的开闭,因此化妆笔密封功能好,不会发生物料泄漏的现象;而且第一阀体和第二阀体皆为单向阀,因此涂抹组件中的物料或气体不会倒流入出料组件,出料组件中的物料或气体也不会倒流入容器组件,从而保证了物料的品质,延长了物料的使用期限。
如图1、图3和图4所示,化妆笔还包括外盖14,外盖14盖合于涂抹组件10,涂抹组件10包括涂抹头11、笔头12和涂抹头座13,涂抹头11固定安装于涂抹头座13上且涂抹头11与涂抹头座13内的液体通道相连通,笔头12固定套设于涂抹头11与涂抹头座13外。涂抹头11伸出于笔头12,涂抹头座13***涂抹头11内,笔身20的第一端固定安装于笔头12与涂抹头座13之间,外盖14盖合于笔头12而将涂抹头11封闭,出料组件中的物料通过涂抹头座13内的液体通道流入涂抹头11供用户使用。
如图1、图3和图4所示,容器组件70包括瓶体71、活塞72和尾塞73,尾塞73塞紧于瓶体71的尾端,活塞72密封安装于尾塞73内侧的瓶体71中,尾塞73上设有与外界连通的通气孔。瓶体71的头部螺接于瓶肩60内,尾部具有尾塞73,瓶体71与尾塞 73可为分体结构,也可为一体结构。当瓶体71中物料被吸入出料组件时,外界空气通过通气孔进入瓶体,从而保持瓶体内外的压力一致;利用活塞来推动物料,使得物料不会残留在瓶体内部,提高了物料的利用率,减少了浪费。
如图9和图10所示,本化妆笔还包括替换组件80,替换组件80包括容器组件70和替换盖81,替换盖81盖合于容器组件。本申请中还设有替换组件80,当瓶体71中的物料被用尽后,旋下替换盖并将替换组件中新的瓶体替换掉旧的瓶体,因此本申请中的涂抹组件和按压组件可重复利用,减少了资源的浪费。
本申请实施例公开的侧推式化妆笔的操作过程:包括以下步骤:
步骤1:未使用时,如图1和图2所示,滑块30贴合于第二挡块25,第一阀体26和第二阀体52处于关闭状态,即出料组件与涂抹组件10、出料组件与容器组件70皆不相通;
步骤2:使用时,如图4和图5所示,用户向上推动滑块30时,使滑块30贴合于第一挡块24,滑动带动出料组件同步滑动,出料组件中的物料被挤出而流向第一阀体26并将第一阀体26顶开,物料通过笔身20的第一出料口流向涂抹组件10;
步骤3:当用户松开滑块30时,滑块30在在弹性件44的作用下复位,此时由于出料组件中的压力小于容器组件70中的压力,瓶体71中的物料顶开第二阀体52而流向出料组件,直至出料组件与容器组件70中的压力达到平衡,第一阀体26和第二阀体52再次处于关闭状态,此时涂抹组件10内充满物料。
应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本申请的保护范围。因此,本申请专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种侧推式化妆笔,其特征在于:包括涂抹组件(10)、笔身(20)、滑块(30)、出料组件和容器组件(70),所述笔身(20)的第一端连接于所述涂抹组件(10),所述笔身(20)的第二端可拆卸地连接于所述容器组件(70),所述出料组件滑动地安装于所述笔身(20)内,所述滑块(30)滑动地安装于所述笔身(20)的侧壁且所述滑块(30)连接于所述出料组件,所述滑块(30)用于带动所述出料组件沿着所述笔身(20)的轴向方向滑动,所述出料组件上套设弹性件(44),所述笔身(20)与所述涂抹组件(10)之间设有第一阀体(26),所述出料组件与所述容器组件(70)之间设有第二阀体(52)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的侧推式化妆笔,其特征在于:所述出料组件包括轴向固定连接的联杆(40)和传动轴(50),所述滑块(30)轴向固定连接于所述传动轴(50)或所述联杆(40)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的侧推式化妆笔,其特征在于:所述联杆(40)上套设于弹性件(44),所述弹性件(44)的第一端抵靠于所述笔身(20),所述弹性件(44)的第二端抵靠于所述联杆(40),或所述传动轴(50)上套设于弹性件(44),所述弹性件(44)的第一端抵靠于所述笔身(20),所述弹性件(44)的第二端抵靠于所述传动轴(50)。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的侧推式化妆笔,其特征在于:所述第二阀体(52)设于所述容器组件(70)与所述传动轴(50)之间,或所述第二阀体(52)设于所述容器组件(70)与所述联杆(40)之间。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的侧推式化妆笔,其特征在于:所述笔身(20)的侧壁上沿其轴向设有安装槽(21),所述安装槽(21)两端的笔身(20)上分别设有第一挡块(24)和第二挡块(25), 所述笔身(20)内设有沿轴向布置的套筒(22),所述套筒(22)上设有第一出料口(23),所述第一阀门(26)安装于所述第一出料口(23)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的侧推式化妆笔,其特征在于:所述出料组件还包括瓶肩(60),所述瓶肩(60)固定安装于所述笔身(20)的第二端内,所述滑块(30)置于所述安装槽(21),所述联杆(40)滑动地插设于所述套筒(22)内,所述传动轴(50)滑动地插设于所述瓶肩(60),所述传动轴(50)滑动地插设于所述套筒(22)内,所述联杆(40)滑动地插设于所述瓶肩(60)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的侧推式化妆笔,其特征在于:所述第一阀体(26)和所述第二阀体(52)皆为单向阀,所述第一阀体(26)的开启方向为从所述出料组件到所述涂抹组件(10)的方向,所述第二阀体(52)的开启方向为从所述容器组件(70)到所述出料组件的方向。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的侧推式化妆笔,其特征在于:还包括外盖(14),所述外盖(14)盖合于所述涂抹组件(10),所述涂抹组件(10)包括涂抹头(11)、笔头(12)和涂抹头座(13),所述涂抹头(11)固定安装于所述涂抹头座(13)上且所述涂抹头(11)与所述涂抹头座(13)内的液体通道相连通,所述笔头(12)固定套设于所述涂抹头(11)与涂抹头座(13)外。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的侧推式化妆笔,其特征在于:所述容器组件(70)包括瓶体(71)、活塞(72)和尾塞(73),所述尾塞(73)塞紧于所述瓶体(71)的尾端,所述活塞(72)密封安装于所述尾塞(73)内侧的瓶体(71)中,所述尾塞(73)上设有与外界连通的通气孔。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的侧推式化妆笔,其特征在于:还包括替换组件(80),所述替换组件(80)包括所述容器组件(70)和替换盖(81),所述替换盖(81)盖合于所述容器组件。
