Description

一种同步反向联动门安装机构 技术领域
本申请涉及反向联动门领域,尤其涉及一种同步反向联动门安装机构。
背景技术
专利CN212927467U中公开了一种安装机构以及同步反向联动门,其同步反向联动门的传动件设置在吊滑轮导轨外,并且传动轮座安装在吊滑轮导轨内位于吊滑轮的移动方向上。
上述特征会造成同步反向联动门存在以下缺点:
1、传动轮座安装在吊挂滑轮组的移动方向上的导轨上,为了让传动轮座和吊挂滑轮组之间不干涉,需要增加吊滑轮导轨的长度,提供传动轮座安装的位置;
2、传动带裸露在外,容易与环境中的灰尘杂物接触,灰尘会腐蚀传动带,以及在传动带移动时,传动带附着灰尘会磨损传动轮;
3、传动带裸露在外,影响门体整体外观。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术所述的至少一种缺陷,本申请提供一种同步反向联动门安装机构,可解决传动带裸露在外的问题,同时将传动轮组与吊挂滑轮组错位设置,以解决传动轮座和吊挂滑轮组之间相互干渉导致的吊滑轮导轨长度增加问题。
本申请为解决其问题所采用的技术方案是:
包括:吊挂滑轮组,所述吊挂滑轮组用于连接门扇上边框;传动轮组,所述传动轮组绕设有传动件,所述传动件连接有固线装置,所述固线装置用于与门扇上边框固定;其中,所述传动轮组位于所述吊挂滑轮组移动的 移动路径外,所述吊挂滑轮组与所述固线装置之间位置相对静止,以使所述传动轮组和所述固线装置均与吊挂滑轮组实现空间错位。
通过采用上述方案,将吊挂滑轮组与传动轮组在上导轨内的纵向空间中错位设置,避免干扰的同时,节省上导轨整体的安装长度。
进一步地,还包括上导轨,所述吊挂滑轮组滑设于所述上导轨内,所述传动轮组设于所述上导轨内,所述传动件位于所述吊挂滑轮组的移动面的上方。
通过采用上述方案,所述传动件设于上导轨内部,减少与环境中灰尘接触,从而减少传动件的磨损量。
进一步地,所述上导轨内设有位于顶部的卡接固定部和位于底部的吊轮滑行轨,所述传动轮组可拆卸连接于卡接固定部,所述吊挂滑轮组滑设于吊轮滑行轨上。
通过采用上述方案,使得上导轨分为上下结构,可用于分别连接吊挂滑轮组与传动轮组,实现二者具体的空间错位效果。
进一步地,所述卡接固定部包括卡接空腔,所述传动轮组包括传动轮座、水平传动轮,所述传动轮座卡接于所述卡接固定部的卡接空腔内,所述水平传动轮旋转连接于传动轮座上,以使所述传动件绕设于水平传动轮滑动。
通过采用上述方案,通过固定传动轮座在滑轨两端位置,从而固定两个水平传动轮的位置,可使传动件绕设于两个水平传动轮之间转动,整体与卡接底棱卡接。
进一步地,所述传动轮组包括膨胀件和推动件,所述推动件作用于膨胀件,使所述膨胀件在其自身宽度方向膨胀并被锁定,用以膨胀卡接于所述卡接空腔。
通过采用上述方案,当传动轮座通过卡接与上导轨连接后,通过增加膨胀件来代替螺钉与上导轨直接接触,并实现与上导轨内的卡接空腔固定。
进一步地,所述吊挂滑轮组所在沿所述吊轮滑行轨滑动的面与传动轮组所在面平行,且所述吊挂滑轮组最高点所在沿所述吊轮滑行轨滑动的面与传动件所在面之间预留有空隙。
通过采用上述方案,保证吊挂滑轮组与传动轮组纵向错开,在滑行过程中二者相互不干扰。
进一步的,所述固线装置包括固线块、延伸杆、连接块,所述延伸杆纵向连接于固线块与连接块之间,所述固线块用于与传动件连接,所述连接块用于与门扇上边框连接,以实现所述传动轮组与门扇上边框之间的同步传动效果。
通过采用上述方案,使得纵向设置的固线装置,节省水平方向的空间,从而减少上导轨的安装长,通过固线装置可使得传动件与门扇上边框同步滑动,通过两个固线装置分别固定两侧的传动件可实现门的同步反向联动效果。
进一步地,所述连接块设置有第三固定槽,所述第三固定槽倾斜设置,通过在所述第三固定槽安装第三固定螺钉以使所述连接块卡接于门扇上边框。
通过采用上述方案,可将固线装置与门扇上边框固定牢固,从而在门滑动时带动传动件滑动。
进一步地,所述吊挂滑轮组包括多组滑轮,所述滑轮的滚动面设有沿所述吊轮滑行轨滑行的凹陷部。
通过采用上述方案,滑动过程中顺畅稳定,不宜偏离轨道,保证了其在上导轨内底部滑动。
综上所述,本申请提供的一种同步反向联动门安装机构具有如下技术效果:
1)传动件隐藏在上导轨内部,门体整体简洁美观;
2)传动件隐藏于上导轨内部,与环境中的灰尘杂物接触变小,灰尘腐 蚀传动带的时间大大延长,以及在传动带移动时,传动带附着灰尘会磨损传动轮的磨损量也大大增加;
3)传动轮座安装在吊挂滑轮组的移动方向的上方,传动轮座和吊挂滑轮组之间不干涉,无需增加上导轨的长度,提供传动轮座安装的位置;
4)通过设置膨胀件,可将传动轮组在不损害上导轨的同时固定在上导轨内。

本实施例1参阅图1-图6所示,本申请公开了一种同步反向联动门安装机构:包括:
上导轨1,所述上导轨1内部分为上下结构;
吊挂滑轮组2,所述吊挂滑轮组2滑设于所述上导轨1内的吊轮滑行轨12上方,所述吊挂滑轮组2包括多组滑轮,所述滑轮的滚动面设有沿所述吊轮滑行轨12滑行的凹陷部21,滑动过程中顺畅稳定,不宜偏离上导轨1,所述吊挂滑轮组2连接有挂盒4,所述挂盒4用于与门扇上边框6固定;
传动轮组3,设置于上导轨1内的卡接固定部11,所述传动轮组3绕设有传动件31,本实施例中传动件31为传动带,所述传动件31连接有固线装置5,所述固线装置5用于与门扇上边框6固定;
其中,所述传动轮组3位于所述吊挂滑轮组2移动的移动路径外,所述吊挂滑轮组2与所述固线装置5之间位置相对静止,以使所述传动轮组3与所述固线装置5均与吊挂滑轮组2实现空间错位;通过将所述吊挂滑轮组2与所述传动轮组3在上导轨1内的纵向空间中错位设置,避免干扰的同时,还节省了上导轨1整体的安装长度。
所述传动轮组3设于所述上导轨1内,所述传动件31位于所述吊挂滑轮组2的移动面的上方,所述传动件31设于上导轨1内部,减少与环境中灰尘接触,从而减少传动件31的磨损量。
所述上导轨1内设有位于顶部的卡接固定部11和位于底部的吊轮滑行轨12,所述传动轮组3可拆卸连接于卡接固定部11,所述吊挂滑轮组2滑设于吊轮滑行轨12上,使得上导轨1分为上下结构,可用于分别连接吊挂滑轮组2与传动轮组3,实现二者具体的空间错位效果。
具体的,所述卡接固定部11包括卡接空腔111和卡接底棱112,所述卡接底棱112位于所述卡接空腔111底部且向所述卡接空腔111两侧延伸至所述上导轨1的内侧壁上,在上导轨1顶部形成可扩展式的连接结构,卡接或螺钉固定稳定。
所述传动轮组3包括传动轮座32、水平传动轮33,所述传动轮座32卡接于卡接空腔111内且与所述卡接底棱112卡接,所述水平传动轮33旋转连接至传动轮座32,所述传动轮座32靠近水平传动轮33一端设置有与传动轮座32垂直连接的遮挡板321,避免安装时水平传动轮33上的传动带碰撞产生摩擦及损耗。
进一步地,所述吊挂滑轮组2所在沿所述吊轮滑行轨12滑动的面与传动轮组3所在面平行,且所述吊挂滑轮组2最高点所在沿所述吊轮滑行轨12滑动的面与传动件31所在面之间预留有空隙,保证吊挂滑轮组2与传动轮组3纵向错开,在滑行过程中二者相互不干扰。
作为一种实施例,所述传动轮组3包括膨胀件34和推动件35,所述推动件35作用于膨胀件34,使所述膨胀件34在其自身宽度方向膨胀并被锁定,用以卡接于所述卡接空腔111,所述胀缩件设置于传动轮座32下方,所述传动轮座32还设置有若干螺孔以及对应数量的固定件322,可通过固定件322将膨胀件34与传动轮座32连接固定。在本实施例中,所述固定件322为固定螺钉,所述膨胀件34设置有挤压部,所述胀缩件为弹性元件, 挤压部为沉孔,沉孔为锥形孔,所述沉孔数量不限,通过与沉孔数量对应的锥形螺钉连接,实现对胀缩件的挤压变形,所述膨胀件34膨胀后向上导轨1内的卡接空腔111两侧挤压固定,实现传动轮座32与上导轨1的固定效果。避免了固定件322直接与上导轨1接触,避免在上导轨1顶部打孔导致轨道的变形及自身结构刚性的破坏。
在本实施例中,所述挂盒4与吊挂滑轮组2之间设置有调距螺钉41,通过调节挂盒4与吊挂滑轮组2之间的间距控制门框与轨道的距离,调节方便。需要注意的是,所述调距螺钉41可以更换为其他可调式距离的连接件,也可更换为固定距离的连接件,仅起到连接作用即可,不做强制规定。
所述挂盒4底部设置有向两侧延伸的第一卡接棱42,所述第一卡接棱42卡接于门扇上边框6的第一安装槽61内,两个所述第一卡接棱42之间设置有安装槽,所述安装槽内设置有拧紧螺钉,通过拧紧螺钉对第一卡接棱42提供向两侧的力,使得所述挂盒4与第一安装槽61卡接固定,从而带动门扇滑动。
所述固线装置5包括固线块51、延伸杆52、连接块53,所述延伸杆52纵向连接于固线块51与连接块53之间,使得纵向设置的固线装置5节省了水平方向的空间,从而减少上导轨1的安装长度。
所述固线块51上设置有供所述传动件31穿过的第一通孔511以及连通至所述第一通孔511的第一螺孔512,第一固定螺钉穿过所述第一螺孔512以将所述传动件31抵压固定在所述第一通孔511,其中所述固线块51上设置的第一通孔511为两个,可用于同时固定传动带的两端,使得传动带两端连接形成环带。由于所述固线装置5占用水平空间少,可使门与轨道端部保持齐平,不影响门扇滑动范围,且所述固线块51与传动件31固定,使联动门实现反向同步。
所述连接块53底部与门扇上边框6的第二安装槽62卡接,所述连接块53设置有第二螺孔531、第三固定槽532,第二固定螺钉穿过所述第二 螺孔531以将所述连接块53压紧于第二安装槽62,第三固定螺钉穿过所述第三固定槽532以将所述连接块53固定于所述第二安装槽62,所述第三固定螺钉略微倾斜,与第二安装槽62内的凸棱卡接,可将固线装置5与门扇上边框6固定牢固,从而带动传动件31滑动,使得门滑动。其中,所述第二螺孔531、第三固定槽532的数量不做限制,可根据门体重量以及实际情况进行选择。
所述门扇上边框6中,所述第二安装槽62设置有两个,分别设置于第一安装槽61两侧,所述门扇上边框6向方设置有门槽,用于卡接门体。
本申请的安装步骤及原理如下:
选用适当长度的上导轨1,在上导轨1内的卡接固定部11两端的卡接空腔111内分别卡接一个传动轮座32,然后通过所述推动件35作用于膨胀件34将传动轮座32与卡接固定部11固定稳定;选用四个挂盒4,分别固定于两扇门的顶部边缘,每个挂盒4通过调距螺钉41连接有一个吊挂滑轮组2;位于两扇门之间的两个挂盒4固定的门扇上边框6的固定有固线装置5;将两个传动轮座32上的水平传动轮33绕设一条传动带,并将传动带两端固定于其中一个固线装置5的固线块51上,此时所述吊挂滑轮组2滑设于上导轨1内的吊轮滑行轨12中,两个固线装置5的固线块51分别与不同侧的传动带连接。因此,当其中一扇门被推动时,被推动的门同时带动吊挂滑轮组2及固线装置5沿上导轨1进行位移,所述传动带受力旋转,另一个固线装置5受传动带旋转带动滑动,使得另一扇门被推动,实现一种同步反向联动门的效果。
综上所述,本申请提供的一种同步反向联动门安装机构具有如下技术效果:
1.传动件31隐藏在上导轨1内部,门体整体简洁美观;
2.传动件31隐藏于上导轨1内部,与环境中的灰尘杂物接触变小,灰尘腐蚀传动带的时间大大延长,以及在传动带移动时,传动带附着灰尘会 磨损传动轮的磨损量也大大增加;
3.传动轮座32安装在吊挂滑轮组2的移动方向的上方,传动轮座32和吊挂滑轮组2之间不干涉,无需增加上导轨的长度,提供传动轮座32安装的位置;
4.通过设置膨胀件34,可将传动轮组在不损害上导轨1的同时固定在上导轨1内。
本申请方案所公开的技术手段不仅限于上述实施方式所公开的技术手段,还包括由以上技术特征任意组合所组成的技术方案。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本申请的保护范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种同步反向联动门安装机构,其特征在于:包括:
    吊挂滑轮组(2),所述吊挂滑轮组(2)用于连接门扇上边框(6);
    传动轮组(3),所述传动轮组(3)绕设有传动件(31),所述传动件(31)连接有固线装置(5),所述固线装置(5)用于与门扇上边框(6)固定;
    其中,所述传动轮组(3)位于所述吊挂滑轮组(2)移动的移动路径外,所述吊挂滑轮组(2)与所述固线装置(5)之间位置相对静止,以使所述传动轮组(3)和所述固线装置(5)均与吊挂滑轮组(2)实现空间错位。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种同步反向联动门安装机构,其特征在于:还包括上导轨(1),所述吊挂滑轮组(2)滑设于所述上导轨(1)内,所述传动轮组(3)设于所述上导轨(1)内,所述传动件(31)位于所述吊挂滑轮组(2)的移动面的上方。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种同步反向联动门安装机构,其特征在于:所述上导轨(1)内设有位于顶部的卡接固定部(11)和位于底部的吊轮滑行轨(12),所述传动轮组(3)可拆卸连接于卡接固定部(11),所述吊挂滑轮组(2)滑设于吊轮滑行轨(12)上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种同步反向联动门安装机构,其特征在于:所述卡接固定部(11)包括卡接空腔(111),所述传动轮组(3)包括传动轮座(32)、水平传动轮(33),所述传动轮座(32)设于所述卡接固定部(11)的卡接空腔(111)内,所述水平传动轮(33)旋转连接于传动轮座(32)上,以使所述传动件(31)绕设于水平传动轮(33)滑动。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种同步反向联动门安装机构,其特征在于:所述传动轮组(3)包括膨胀件(34)和推动件(35),所述推动件(35)作用于膨胀件(34),使所述膨胀件(34)在其自身宽度方向膨胀并被锁定,用以卡接于所述卡接空腔(111)。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的一种同步反向联动门安装机构,其特征在于:所述吊挂滑轮组(2)所在沿所述吊轮滑行轨(12)滑动的面与传动轮组(3)所在面平行,且所述吊挂滑轮组(2)最高点所在沿所述吊轮滑行轨(12)滑动的面与传动件(31)所在面之间预留有空隙。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的一种同步反向联动门安装机构,其特征在于:所述固线装置(5)包括固线块(51)、延伸杆(52)、连接块(53),所述延伸杆(52)纵向连接于固线块(51)与连接块(53)之间,所述固线块(51)用于与传动件(31)连接,所述连接块(53)用于与门扇上边框(6)连接,以实现所述传动轮组(3)与门扇上边框(6)之间的同步传动效果。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种同步反向联动门安装机构,其特征在于:所述连接块(53)设置有第三固定槽(532),所述第三固定槽(532)倾斜设置,通过在所述第三固定槽(532)安装第三固定螺钉以使所述连接块(53)卡接于门扇上边框(6)。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的一种同步反向联动门安装机构,其特征在于:所述吊挂滑轮组(2)包括多组滑轮,所述滑轮的滚动面设有可沿轨道滑行的凹陷部(21)。
