    a step in which the order support device presents the customizable range and estimated delivery date for each factory system to the consumer terminal device;
    a step of the order support device requesting the factory system capable of manufacturing an article that satisfies the customization condition to manufacture the customized product when the customization condition is provided from the consumer terminal device;
