Description

一种支撑段加香的气溶胶产生制品 技术领域
本发明涉及气溶胶生成制品技术领域,具体涉及一种支撑段加香的气溶胶产生制品。
背景技术
随着消费者对于健康问题的重视及对卷烟产品个性化体验的需求提升,烟草行业不断响应消费者的需求升级,开发出各种具有降焦减害的吸烟制品。其中,加热不燃烧型卷烟由于其卷烟加热方式不同于传统卷烟制品,使其能够在满足消费者对于卷烟产品的感官需求的同时提供更加健康的抽吸体验。
现有气溶胶产生制品主要包括发烟芯材段、支撑段、降温段和滤嘴段,其中支撑段不仅对吸烟制品起到支撑的作用,更主要的是汇聚烟气并协助降温段对烟气降温。现有技术通过在线激光打孔的方法打穿支撑段管壁、包裹管壁的成型纸和接装纸形成通风孔,使外界空气进入支撑段内部与烟气混合,从而增加烟雾量,有效降低烟气温度,但是其对烟气的降温效果和使空气与烟气的混合效果仍然不佳,原因在于以下两点:1、支撑段的管壁径向支撑力不足,管壁受到外力后向管腔中心塌陷,造成烟气和空气的气流通道被堵塞及烟雾量不足的问题;2、烟气与支撑段管壁的接触面积有限,不能实现有效的降温;3、烟气和空气在支撑段中停留时间短,烟气和空气直接快速通过支撑段进入降温段,不能达到充分混合;4、烟气直接接触支撑段管壁,而由于经过支撑段的烟气还没有经过有效降温,烟气温度过高,导致此段管壁有烫手的问题。因此,为了进一步实现对烟气的降温,目前主要是针对降温段的降温材料进行改进或者直接增加降温材料的用量,但降温材料多为相变材料,在抽吸几口后,相变材料缩塌并堵住气流通道,吸阻大幅度升高,影响抽吸体验。
除此之外,现有气溶胶产生制品加香一般通过烟草材料、滤嘴、卷烟纸载香,载香工艺难度大、效率低并且香味释放不稳定。现有气溶胶产生制品通常将加香爆珠放置到滤嘴中,消费者抽吸前通过手动捏破爆珠,从而使其内部的增香物质释放出来,从而起到在抽吸时替气溶胶增香的作用,但是其存在的问题是,由于在抽吸前已经完全将爆珠捏破,使得其内部的增香物质完全释放出来,这样导致在抽吸前期香味浓厚,而在抽吸后期香气明显减弱,几乎没有增香的效果。而通 过烟草材料或者卷烟纸载香的弊端是,由于很多香料的挥发性强,用户在打开包装后,这些特征香味很容易散失,导致每包后面几支卷烟没有香气品质差。
为了解决以上问题,提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明采用前置爆珠的方式,使用气溶胶产生制品时,自动加香,提高加香效率和释香的稳定性。同时本发明支撑段2加香通道21再次补香,透气中空段3引入空气,可以降低吸阻,提升舒适性,进一步保证烟雾量和适宜的烟气温度。
本发明提供一种支撑段加香的气溶胶产生制品,其包括依次排列的发烟芯材段1、支撑段2、透气中空段3和过滤段4,
所述支撑段2具有给气溶胶加香的功能,其具有中空气流通道22和多个加香通道21;多个所述加香通道21围绕于所述中空气流通道22的外侧,且所述加香通道21靠近所述发烟芯材段1一侧端部封堵,而靠近所述透气中空段3一侧端部敞开;
至少部分所述加香通道21中具有加香胶囊11,且所述加香胶囊11靠近所述发烟芯材段1一侧;
所述透气中空段3上具有沿径向贯穿所述透气中空段3管壁的通风孔31。
优选地,所述发烟芯材段1由防渗卷烟纸12包裹而成;
所述支撑段2、所述透气中空段3和所述过滤段4通过成型纸5包裹形成嘴棒,所述发烟芯材段1和所述嘴棒通过接装纸6接装;或者所述发烟芯材段1、支撑段2、透气中空段3和过滤段4直接通过成型纸5复合形成气溶胶发生制品;
所述成型纸5内含防渗层。

所述防渗层包括防水层和/或防油层;其通过喷涂的方式涂覆在所述卷烟纸管内壁;防水层采用烷基烯酮二聚体AKD、阳离子松香胶或者无铁硫酸铝混用、石蜡材料;防油层采用碳氟有机物、改性淀粉、AKD和石蜡混合物,AKD和改性淀粉混合物材料;

所述防渗层选自铝箔层,其通过粘贴的方式添加到卷烟纸管内壁;所述铝箔层可以起到防水和/或防油的作用,同时所述铝箔层还具有保温的作用,以使卷烟内壁的发烟材料均匀受热。
优选地,所述支撑段2包括第一材料和第二材料两种材料,其中所述加香通道21由第一材料、第二材料或者第一材料和第二材料的组合限定形成,所述中空气流通道22由第一材料限定形成。
优选地,所述第一材料和第二材料选自醋酸纤维、聚乙烯、纸材、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚乳酸、无纺布。此处,第一材料和第二材料都可以从这些材料中选择,但是不同时选择同一种。

优选地,所述透气中空段3由纸、硅胶、醋酸纤维丝束、聚乳酸、无纺布制成,所述透气中空段3壁厚为0.8~2.5mm;所述支撑段2的壁厚为0.1~2.0mm,所述支撑段2的壁厚是指支撑段外表面到中空气流通道22内表面的径向距离,即壁厚包括加香通道21的径向厚度,当中空气流通道22横截面为三角形等非圆形结构时,上述支撑段2的壁厚是指支撑段外表面到中空气流通道22内表面的最短的径向距离。
优选地,所述气溶胶产生制品总长度为45~90mm,气溶胶产生制品直径为5.0~7.7mm,所述由支撑段2、透气中空段3和过滤段4组成的嘴棒长度为30~60mm,且所述支撑段2的长度为10~30mm,所述透气中空段3的长度为10~30mm,所述过滤段4的长度为5~15mm。
优选地,所述过滤段4为实心醋酸纤维丝束。
本发明气溶胶产生制品既适用于周向型气溶胶产生制品烟具,也适用于中心型气溶胶产生制品烟具。
相对于现有技术,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明支撑段2具有中空气流通道22和多个加香通道21;多个所述加香通道21围绕于所述中空气流通道22的外侧,且所述加香通道21靠近所述发烟芯材段1一侧端部封堵,而靠近所述透气中空段3一侧端部敞开,所述加香通道21中具有加香胶囊11。也就是说,支撑段2的气流通道分为两种,第一种是位于中心的中空气流通道,用于气溶胶流通,而第二种气流通道是位于周侧的加香通道,该通道靠近发烟芯材段1一侧是封堵的,也就是说发烟芯材段1受热产生的气溶胶不能进入加香通道。当中空气流通道22中有热气溶胶流过时,加香通道21中的爆珠受热破裂,释放香味物质,并沿加香通道流动到透气中空段3,该结构的优势在于:
(1)爆珠并不会直接与热气溶胶接触,而是通过加香通道壁传热,这样就可以保证爆珠不至于瞬间受强热而爆开释放所有香料,而是缓慢受热缓慢释放,起到香料缓释作用;
(2)由于加香通道21中不会有热烟气流通,这样加香通道21形成空气隔热层,防止支撑段管壁直接接触烟气而导致外表面温度过高烫手的问题;
(3)加香通道21中的爆珠受热破裂,释放香味物质,并沿加香通道流动到透气中空段3,由于所述透气中空段3上具有沿径向贯穿所述透气中空段3管壁的通风孔31,外界空气通过通风孔进入透气中空段,外界空气先接触周侧的香料蒸气将其冷凝成小液滴,然后再接触更中心的主流烟气,香料小液滴可作为冷凝成核点促进烟气液滴冷凝在香料液滴周围,形成烟气液滴包裹香料液滴的核壳结构,而不是香料液滴与烟气液滴的无序混合结构,这样使用户感觉香味悠长持久。
2、本发明首次将加香胶囊11放置到所述发烟芯材段1下游支撑段2紧邻所述发烟芯材段1一端的端部,且所述加香胶囊11的囊壁选自可以在150-200℃的环境温度下破裂的材料,这就使得不进行抽吸时,由于囊壁的保护,加香胶囊11内部的香味物质并不会释放出来,且加香胶囊放置到支撑段2的加香通道21中,由于支撑段2管壁以及成型纸5的保护,进一步避免了长期放置时香味物质的损失。另外,本发明的加香胶囊11并非同现有爆珠一样,需要消费者捏破从而使内部的加香物质释放,而是选自在80-200℃的环境温度下破裂的材料作为囊壁,消费者在进行抽吸时,烟芯材料段的温度最高,在120℃左右,中空气流通道22中有热气溶胶流过时,加香通道21中的爆珠受热破裂,释放香味物质,并沿加香通道流动到透气中空段3。采用加香胶囊受热破裂的好处是:①恰好利用加香胶囊11在支撑段2紧邻所述发烟芯材段1一端的端部的优势,如果在其他段,温度达不到破裂温度;②之前爆珠多是添加到醋纤滤嘴段,由于支撑段管壁的回弹性远不如醋纤,捏破爆珠后醋纤回弹,几乎无形变,而如果通过支撑段管壁捏破爆珠,支撑段会发生变形,以至于改变了支撑段结构和气流通道,影响抽吸效果,带来不好的消费体验,而受热破裂完美解决了此问题;③加香胶囊11的囊壁受热破裂可以进一步降低烟气的温度。
进一步的,本发明在所述发烟芯材段1下游支撑段2紧邻所述发烟芯材段1一端的端部放置加香胶囊11,而非在发烟芯材段1内部放置加香胶囊11的原因和优势在于:消费者在进行抽吸时,烟芯材料段的温度最高,在120℃左右,如果将加香胶囊11放置到烟芯材料段,由发烟材料包裹,则在抽吸过程中,加香胶囊11会受到持续高温,导致加香胶囊11的囊壁迅速破裂,内部的香精香料迅速挥发,这样就导致一方面抽吸前几口香味浓厚,而后几口烟气几乎没有加香的效果。另一方面,由于加香胶囊11受到的温度高,虽然囊壁确实更容易破裂,但是加香胶囊11内部有一些挥发温度较低的香精香料,比如薄荷醇、橙油、玫瑰精油等,这样就产生了囊壁需要一定温度破裂,但是温度过高囊壁内的低挥发温度香精香料会瞬间挥发的两难问题。
本发明将加香胶囊11放置到所述发烟芯材段1下游支撑段2紧邻所述发烟芯材段1一端的端部,且是放到支撑段2的加香通道中,由于支撑段2此端部靠近所述发烟芯材段1,所以所述发烟芯材段1产生的烟气刚进入中空气流通道时 仍然具有较高的温度,可以达到使加香胶囊11破裂的程度。但是由于加香胶囊11在支撑段2的加香通道中,爆珠并不会直接与热气溶胶接触,而是通过加香通道壁传热,这样就可以保证爆珠不至于瞬间受强热而爆开释放所有香料,而是缓慢受热缓慢释放,从而达到稳定缓释香气的效果。
结合此支撑段的结构,本发明将支撑段2下游的透气中空段3打孔,形成引入空气的通气孔,而并非如现有技术一样在支撑段2的管壁上打孔引入空气,这样的原因和效果在于:不在支撑段2打孔引入空气可以首先保证支撑段2内部的加香胶囊11可以有足够的烟气温度破裂加香,而在烟气已经初步降温加香后,进一步从透气中空段3引入空气,可以进一步降温和汇聚烟气。
2、本发明所述发烟芯材段1由防渗卷烟纸12包裹而成,在烟支存放过程中发烟材料内的水分,渗到所述卷烟纸管外侧,产生黄斑,所以需要对装填发烟材料的卷烟纸管内壁添加防水层。防水层可以防止发烟材料内的水分,渗到所述卷烟纸管外侧。
同样的,发烟材料中会添加发烟剂等,长时间放置过程中,发烟材料中的发烟剂会携带香精香料渗透到纸管外侧,产生黄斑,影响纸管外观,而由于发烟剂是油性的,所以需要对填发烟材料的卷烟纸管内壁添加防油层。防油层可以防止发烟材料中发烟剂携带香精香料向纸管外壁渗透,防止黄斑的产生。
更为关键点,本发明在所述发烟芯材段1下游支撑段2紧邻所述发烟芯材段1一端的端部放置加香胶囊11,所以所述成型纸5靠近所述支撑段2一侧具有防渗层,抽吸过程中,待囊壁破裂后,加香胶囊11内部的香味物质也有可能渗透到支撑段2管壁,而防渗层可以避免香精香料渗到成形纸上的问题。
3、本发明支撑段2具有加香通道21和中空气流通道22,其中加香通道21用于加香,中空气流通道22用于汇聚烟气。部分加香通道21内靠近所述发烟芯材段1一侧端部具有加香胶囊11,可以控制加香胶囊11的添加量。中空气流通道22可以用来汇聚烟气,减小对烟气的吸附,增加烟雾量。另一方面,所述加香通道21分散在所述中空气流通道22外侧,加香更加均匀。
4、本发明气溶胶产生制品还包括中空结构的支撑段2,其中支撑段不仅能够对气溶胶产生制品起到支撑的作用,更主要的是汇聚烟气并协助降低烟气的温度,解决进入吸烟者口腔的温度高,烟气烫嘴的问题。
5、本发明透气中空段3上具有通风孔31,在本发明所述通风孔31和现有技术在支撑段上打的孔形状和尺寸均一致的情况下,本发明所述通风孔31距离吸烟者嘴端更近,故通风孔31处的吸力明显大于现有技术在支撑段上打的孔处的吸力,所以本发明所述通风孔31的通风效果更好,引入的环境空气的量更大,从而更利于降低烟气温度。同时,本发明烟支支撑段2具有空腔,透气中空段3也具有空腔,引入的空气可以更好的和烟气接触混合,进一步降低烟气温度。本发明在降温段打孔而非支撑段,从而进一步利用吸力的变化来增加空气进量,降低烟气温度。

如图4-5所示,本实施例为气溶胶产生制品样品2的制备,其与实施例1的气溶胶产生制品样品1结构类似,区别仅在于支撑段的结构不同。气溶胶产生制品样品2的支撑段为瓦楞结构的加香通道和内腔中空气流通道的结合。
所述支撑段2包括第一材料和第二材料两种材料,其中所述加香通道21由第一材料、第二材料或者第一材料和第二材料的组合限定形成,所述中空气流通道22由第一材料限定形成。
所述第一材料选自纸材;所述第二材料选自无纺布。
所述中空气流通道22位于所述嘴棒中心位置,其横截面积是嘴棒横截面积的1/5-1/2,所述中空气流通道22数量为1个,形状为圆形。
所述加香通道21分散在所述中空气流通道22外侧,且数量为多个,所述加香通道21总的横截面积是嘴棒横截面积的1/2。所述加香通道21为沟槽瓦楞结构的沟槽,形状为“V”形。加香胶囊11的直径小于或等于加香通道21内切圆直径;2个所述加香通道21内靠近所述发烟芯材段1一侧端部具有加香胶囊11,且每个所述加香通道21中有2个加香胶囊11,所述支撑段2的壁厚为0.3mm。如图4-5所示。
实施例3
分别将气溶胶产生制品样品1和气溶胶产生制品样品2在同等条件下与配套的加热不燃烧卷烟烟具进行抽吸,抽吸过程中,气溶胶产生制品发烟芯材段1的温度为200℃左右。通过多个感官评吸人员对气溶胶产生制品进行感官评价,主要考察烟雾量、香气香味、劲头、协调性、刺激性、口感6个指标;所述6个质量检测指标的打分值分别为:烟雾量0~10分、香气香味0~30分、劲头0~10分、协调性0~10分、刺激性0~15分、口感0~25分,其中6项评价指标的总分为100分,且烟雾量、香气香味、劲头、协调性、口感5项评价指标得分越高代表抽吸过程中该评价指标的感觉越强烈,刺激性评价指标得分越高代表抽 吸过程中该评价指标的感觉越不明显,而6项评价指标的总分越高代表气溶胶产生制品抽吸感觉越好。其中,气溶胶产生制品样品1和气溶胶产生制品样品2的感官评价得分见表1。

从表1可以看出,气溶胶产生制品样品1和气溶胶产生制品样品2在香气香味、刺激性改善、口感等方面都有不同程度的增加,且气溶胶产生制品样品1和气溶胶产生制品样品2在加热过程中,产生的烟雾量充足,满足吸烟者需求。
另外,气溶胶产生制品样品1进入吸烟者口腔的烟气温度为39.2℃,而气溶胶产生制品样品2进入吸烟者口腔的烟气温度为38.9℃,这是由于,本发明的透气中空段3上具有通风孔31,在本发明所述通风孔31和现有技术在支撑段上打的孔形状和尺寸均一致的情况下,本发明所述通风孔31距离吸烟者嘴端更近,故通风孔31处的吸力明显大于现有技术在支撑段上打的孔处的吸力,所以本发明所述通风孔31的通风效果更好,引入的环境空气的量更大,从而更利于降低烟气温度。同时,本发明烟支支撑段2具有空腔,透气中空段3页具有空腔,引入的空气可以更好的和烟气接触混合,进一步降低烟气温度。
除此之外,由于加香通道21中不会有热烟气流通,这样加香通道21形成空气隔热层,感官评价人员在抽吸过程中明显感觉相较于现有气溶胶生成制品,本发明制品的支撑段外表面温度低,完全没有烫手的问题。同时,不管是抽吸前期、中期还是后期,感官评价人员给出的香味香气评价得分基本一直,没有发现抽吸前期香味浓厚,而后期香气淡薄的问题。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种支撑段加香的气溶胶产生制品,其特征在于,其包括依次排列的发烟芯材段(1)、支撑段(2)、透气中空段(3)和过滤段(4),
    所述支撑段(2)具有中空气流通道(22)和多个加香通道(21);多个所述加香通道(21)围绕于所述中空气流通道(22)的外侧,且所述加香通道(21)靠近所述发烟芯材段(1)一侧端部封堵,而靠近所述透气中空段(3)一侧端部敞开;
    至少部分所述加香通道(21)中具有加香胶囊(11),且所述加香胶囊(11)靠近所述发烟芯材段(1)一侧;
    所述透气中空段(3)上具有沿径向贯穿所述透气中空段(3)管壁的通风孔(31)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的支撑段加香的气溶胶产生制品,其特征在于,所述发烟芯材段(1)由防渗卷烟纸(12)包裹而成;
    所述支撑段(2)、所述透气中空段(3)和所述过滤段(4)通过成型纸(5)包裹形成嘴棒,所述发烟芯材段(1)和所述嘴棒通过接装纸(6)接装;或者所述发烟芯材段(1)、支撑段(2)、透气中空段(3)和过滤段(4)直接通过成型纸(5)复合形成气溶胶发生制品;
    所述成型纸(5)内含防渗层。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的支撑段加香的气溶胶产生制品,其特征在于,发烟芯材段(1)可以由丝状、条状和块状烟草材料填充。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的支撑段加香的气溶胶产生制品,其特征在于,所述加香胶囊(11)的囊壁在80-200℃的环境温度下破裂,释放所述加香胶囊(11)内部的香料;所述加香胶囊(11)的囊壁选自明胶、海藻酸钠、壳聚糖或者蜂蜡壁材。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的支撑段加香的气溶胶产生制品,其特征在于,加香胶囊(11)的直径小于或等于加香通道(21)内切圆直径;每个所述加香通道(21)中有一个或多个加香胶囊(11)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的支撑段加香的气溶胶产生制品,其特征在于,所述防渗卷烟纸(12)为靠近发烟芯材一侧具有防渗层的卷烟纸;所述成型纸(5)靠近所述支撑段(2)一侧具有防渗层;
    所述防渗层包括防水层和/或防油层;其通过喷涂的方式涂覆在所述卷烟纸管内壁;防水层采用烷基烯酮二聚体AKD、阳离子松香胶或者无铁硫酸铝混用、石蜡材料;防油层采用碳氟有机物、改性淀粉、AKD和石蜡混合物,AKD和改性淀粉混合物材料;
    或者,
    所述防渗层选自铝箔层,其通过粘贴的方式添加到卷烟纸管内壁;所述铝箔层可以起到防水和/或防油的作用,同时所述铝箔层还具有保温的作用,以使卷烟内壁的发烟材料均匀受热。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的支撑段加香的气溶胶产生制品,其特征在于,所述支撑段(2)包括第一材料和第二材料两种材料,其中所述加香通道(21)由第一材料、第二材料或者第一材料和第二材料的组合限定形成,所述中空气流通道(22)由第一材料限定形成;
    所述第一材料和所述第二材料选自醋酸纤维、聚乙烯、纸材、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚乳酸、无纺布。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的支撑段加香的气溶胶产生制品,其特征在于,所述中空气流通道(22)位于所述嘴棒中心位置,其横截面积是嘴棒横截面积的1/5-1/2,所述中空气流通道(22)数量为1个,形状为圆形、方形、三角形或者星形。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的支撑段加香的气溶胶产生制品,其特征在于,所述加香通道(21)总的横截面积是嘴棒横截面积的1/4-3/5,所述加香通道(21)的形状为圆形、方形、三角形、弧形、梯形、“U”形或者“V”形。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的支撑段加香的气溶胶产生制品,其特征在于,所述透气中空段(3)由纸、硅胶、醋酸纤维丝束、聚乳酸、无纺布制成,所述透气中空段(3)壁厚为0.8~2.5mm;所述支撑段(2)的壁厚为0.1~2.0mm。
