本发明的第一方面实施例提出了一种固定装置100,能够在ALC条板的安装过程中起到初步固定ALC条板端部的作用,防止ALC条板发生晃动或倾覆,方便了后续ALC条板与矩管或楼板的固定。为方便理解后续零部件的作用,在此先介绍该固定装置100的使用场景。在超高楼层的建筑中,常会使用矩管作为中间转接件,方便拼接上下侧的ALC条板,以达到层高的高度。如图1所示,本实施例重点描述固定装置100搭建在管件300上以固定板件200的情况,当然,该固定装置100的运用并不限于此。
如图1所示,固定装置100包括两个第一限位件110、第一连接件120、第二连接件130和锁紧件140,两个第一限位件110并列设置,在本实施例中,第一限位件110为木板,一 方面,木板为施工现场比较常见的施工材料,需要现场制造固定装置100时易于取材;另一方面,木板具有一定的刚性,且容易在木板上加工出通孔113,以便第二连接件130的***。可以理解的,第一限位件110的具体材料不限于木质且形状不限于长条状,应以能够抵接板件200侧面且具有一定的刚度为标准进行选材,例如:金属板、具有一定厚度的木条等。可以理解的,第一限位件110与板件200侧面的贴合面越大,固定装置100的抗倾覆效果越好。
第一连接件120为柔性件,即在受到外力作用下,可以较为轻易的发生变形,例如:绳索或铁丝等,在本实施例中,具体的,第一连接件120为绳索,绳索相对于金属丝,具有较好的韧性,且能够与接触物体的表面较好的贴合。第一连接件120设置于第一限位件110的一端,且第一连接件120的两端分别与两侧的第一限位件110连接,设定这一端为第一端111,相对应的,设置另一端为第二端112。如图1和图3所示,第一连接件120的设置,使得板件200***时,板件200首先与第一连接件120抵接,造成第一连接件120的变形,第一连接件120两端的直线距离缩小,进而带动两侧的第一限位件110的第一端111相互靠近,直至第一限位件110与板件200抵接。可以理解的,第一连接件120的长度应大于板件200的宽度,以使板件200能够***至两侧的第一限位件110之间。
第二连接件130设置于第一限位件110的第二端112,第一限位件110穿设于第二连接件130上。进而,当第一连接件120受力变形时,第一限位件110在第二连接件130上产生运动。具体的,如图1所示,第一限位件110的运动可以是转动,即,沿管件300的延伸方向的投影,第一限位件110与第二连接件130相交于一点,第一限位件110以该点为支点发生转动;第一限位件110的运动也可以是平移,在其他一些实施例中,在第一限位件110上设置一截套管,第二连接件130穿设于套管,进而,当第一限位件110受到第一连接件120的拉力时,第一限位件110能够沿第二连接件130的延伸方向相向移动,直至两侧的第一限位件110与板件200的两侧抵接。
固定装置100还包括有锁紧件140,锁紧件140能够限制第一限位件110的运动,进而使固定装置100能够保持第一限位件110的夹持状态,即,第一限位件110与板件200侧面抵接的状态。在本实施例中,第二连接件130为双头螺柱,锁紧件140为螺母,进而通过螺纹连接,能够实现固定装置100夹持状态与松开状态的切换。在另一些实施例中,为方便现场取材,可以采用铁丝或扎带等实现第一限位件110相对于第二连接件130的位置的确定,以保持固定装置100对板件200的限制作用。
基于上述,结合图1和图3所示,本实施例中的固定装置100固定板件200和管件300的具体过程为:固定装置100搭建于管件300上,板件200于第一端111***至两侧的第一 限位件110之间,并先与第一连接件120接触,第一连接件120随板件200的***发生形变,进而第一连接件120两端的间距缩小,带动第一限位件110第一端111的相向运动,直至两侧的第一限位件110与板件200的两侧面抵接,通过锁紧件140将第一限位件110与第二连接件130锁紧,以保持固定装置100的夹持状态,进而实现了板件200相对于管件300的初步固定,方便后续板件200和管件300的最终固定的施工。本实施例中的固定装置100结构简单,施工现场取材方便,且极大的方便了后续板件200与管件300的固定,提高了施工效率和施工的安全性。
如图1所示,在一些实施例中,第一限位件110上设置有通孔113,第二连接件130穿设于通孔113,通孔113的孔径大于第二连接件130的外径,以使第一限位件110能够在第二连接件130上转动和/或平移。第二连接件130上还设置有锁紧件140,锁紧件140包括第一锁紧部141和第二锁紧部142,沿第二连接件130延伸的方向,第一限位件110位于相邻的第一锁紧部141和相邻的第二锁紧部142之间。第一锁紧部141和第二锁紧部142的外径大于第一限位件110的通孔113的孔径,以使第一锁紧部141和第二锁紧部142能够与第一限位件110的侧面抵接。第二锁紧部142位于两侧的第一限位件110之间,即在同一个第二连接件130上,如图1中所示的从左至右方向,第一锁紧部141、第一限位件110、第二锁紧部142、第二锁紧部142、第一限位件110和第一锁紧部141依次设置。可理解的,相对于第一锁紧部141,第二锁紧部142主要起到定位及辅助锁紧的作用。
在一些实施例中,如图1所示,第一锁紧部141和第二锁紧部142在第二连接件130上的位置能够调整,一方面能够适用于不同宽度的管件300,另一方面,第一锁紧部141和第二锁紧部142也限制了第一限位件110的运动范围。当固定装置100处于松开状态时,即,板件200没有***时,调整第一锁紧部141和相邻第二锁紧部142之间的距离,针对第一限位件110相对第二连接件130转动的情况,第一锁紧部141和相邻第二锁紧部142之间的距离应使第一限位件110能够发生倾斜,沿第一端111至第二端112的方向,两侧第一限位件110之间的间距应逐渐减小。且在第一端111,两侧第一限位件110的间距要能够容纳板件200的***。针对第一限位件110相对第二连接件130移动的情况,调整两侧第一锁紧部141的间距大于板件200的宽度,且两侧第二锁紧部142的间距小于或等于板件200的宽度,调整第一限位件110位于合适的位置,使第一限位件110之间的间距方便板件200的***。当固定装置100处于夹持状态时,即,两侧的第一限位件110与板件200的侧面抵接时,调整第二锁紧部142至与第一限位件110的内侧抵接,再将第一锁紧部141调整至与第一限位件110的外侧抵接,锁紧第一锁紧部141,以使固定装置100保持对板件200的限制状态。
在一些实施例中,第一锁紧部141和第二连接件130为可拆卸式连接,当第一锁紧部141与第二连接件130分离时,第一限位件110可以从第二连接件130上取下,以拆除固定装置100;或,第一限位件110可以穿设至第二连接件130上,以装配成固定装置100。
在一些实施例中,如图1所示,第一限位件110上设置有通孔113,第二连接件130穿设于通孔113,且通孔113的孔径大于第二连接件130的外径,第一限位件110能够与第二连接件130发生相对偏转,进而在板件200***后,两侧的第一限位件110在第一连接件120的带动下偏转至与板件200侧面抵接,进而起到对板件200的限制作用。第一限位件110与第二限位件的转动连接,无需将第一锁紧部141和第二锁紧部142的间距调节的过大,只需要其间距能够满足第一限位件110倾斜至板件200能够***即可,因此,在固定装置100的锁紧过程中,只需将第一锁紧部141移动少许距离,即可完成锁紧动作。另外,两个第一锁紧部141的间距无需调整的过大(只需要比管件300宽度稍大即可),意味着第二连接件130的长度也无需设置的过长。可以理解的,在施工过程中,固定装置100的搭建也会更加容易。
在一些实施例中,固定装置100还包括柔性的第三连接件150,如图2所示,第三连接件150两端分别与第二连接件130连接,使固定装置100能够悬挂于管件300上。第三连接件150的设置有利于固定装置100在管件300上的搭建。例如,在一些实施例中,如图2所示,固定装置100的第一端111位于第二端112的上方,此时,第三连接件150的设置,可以使固定装置100悬挂于管件300上,进而方便了板件200由上至下的***和板件200下端的固定。在上述实施例的进一步实施例中,第三连接件150为金属丝、绳索或扎带等常见的、施工现场易取材的材料。
结合图3和图4所示,本发明的第二方面实施例还提出了一种固定装置100的安装方法,用于将上述任一实施例中提到的固定装置100搭建于管件300上,主要包括以下步骤:
S100准备第一限位件110、第一连接件120和第二连接件130;
S200将两个第一限位件110穿设于第二连接件130上;
S300沿第二端112至第一端111的方向,将第一限位件110和第二连接件130的组件搭建于管件300上,以使管件300位于两侧的第一限位件110之间;
S400将第一连接件120的两端分别与两侧的第一限位件110的第一端111连接,使管件300穿设于第一连接件120、第二连接件130和两侧的第一限位件110限定出的区域;
S500调节锁紧件140以使两侧的第一限位件110留出能够容纳板件200***的空间。
通过上述步骤,能够实现将固定装置100搭建于管件300上,以便于后续板件200的***。其中,需说明的是,在步骤S300中,固定装置100还可以包括第三连接件150,进而, 在第一限位件110和第二连接件130的组件搭建于管件300上后,能够通过第三连接件150将第二连接件130和管件300固定,使固定装置100在后续的使用中不会整体发生偏转或移动。在步骤S400中,沿第二连接件130的方向,管件300的投影位于第一连接件120、第二连接件130和两侧的第一限位件110限定出的投影区域内,可理解的,板件200***后,板件200位于第一连接件120的另一侧,即,在板件200***后,第一连接件120位于管件300和板件200之间。
可以理解的,若使用分体式的锁紧结构,即上述一实施例中提到的第一锁紧部141和第二锁紧部142,则在步骤S200中,应将第二锁紧部142穿设于第二连接件130上,并保持两侧第二锁紧部142之间的间距应小于或等于管件300宽度。在将第一限位件110穿设于第二连接件130上,最后将第一锁紧部141穿设于第二连接件130上,通过第一锁紧部141和第二锁紧部142对第一限位件110的活动范围做出限制,防止第一限位件110在安装过程中从第二连接件130上滑落。
通过上述的固定装置100搭建步骤,将第一限位件110、第二连接件130和锁紧件140的组装安排在搭建至管件300的前面,进而,在组件装配好后,能够快速的将组件搭建于管件300上,只需最后将第一连接件120的两端与第一限位件110连接即可完成整个固定装置100的安装。由于管件300往往有一定的搭建高度,步骤S300前面的安装步骤可以在提前完成,减少了操作者高空作业的时间,提高了固定装置100安装过程的安全性。
本发明第三方面实施例还提出了一种墙体施工方法,主要包括以下步骤:
S100准备若干上述任一实施例中提到的固定装置100,
S200将至少一个的固定装置100搭建于管件300上;
S300板件200沿第一端111至第二端112的方向***,板件200与第一连接件120抵接,进而第一连接件120带动第一限位件110的第一端111相互靠近,直至两侧的第一限位件110与板件200的侧面抵接,将锁紧件140锁紧,以使固定装置100限制板件200的位移;
S400将板件200固定。
通过上述步骤,能够通过固定装置100实现板件200的预固定,有效防止了板件200的晃动或倾覆,为步骤S400中板件200的固定提供了便利。其中,步骤S400中板件200固定对象可以是墙体,也可以是管件300,固定方式不限于焊接、砂浆连接或射钉连接等,这种板件200的最终固定方式为较为常见的技术,在此不做赘述。在一些实施例中,在步骤S400之后,需要将固定装置100拆除,以使墙体表面更美观,具体的,固定装置100的拆除步骤为:
S500拆除第一连接件120;
S510松开锁紧件140;
S520沿第一端111至第二端112的方向,将第一限位件110和第二连接件130的组件从管件300上取出。
进而,在固定装置100的下一次使用时,无需重复将第一限位件110穿设于第二连接件130上,可以直接将其组件搭建于管件300上,减少了操作步骤,提高了施工效率。
区别于上述实施例,参考图2和图3,在另一些实施例中,基于第三连接件150的设置,还公开了一种墙体施工方法,具体步骤如下:
S100准备若干固定装置100,该固定装置100包括第三连接件150;
S200将至少一个的固定装置100悬挂设置于管件300上,且沿竖直方向,第一端111位于第二端112的上侧;
S300板件200沿第一端111至第二端112的方向***,板件200与第一连接件120抵接,进而第一连接件120带动第一限位件110的第一端111相互靠近,直至两侧的第一限位件110与板件200的侧面抵接,将锁紧件140锁紧,以使固定装置100限制板件200的位移;
S400将板件200固定。
在本实施例中,固定装置100设置了第三连接件150,进而使得第二连接件130与管件300的相对位置能够固定。进而,该固定装置100能够适用于更多的施工环境。例如,沿竖直方向上,搭建有上下两条平行的管件300,需要将板件200固定至两条管件300之间时,本实施例中的固定装置100更适用于板件200的下端与下方管件300的固定。将第三连接件150围绕管件300,且第三连接件150的两端与第二连接件130连接,进而,沿竖直方向,第一端111能够位于第二端112的上方,固定装置100悬挂于管件300上,不会受重力作用掉落,以便于板件200的***。
上面结合附图对本发明实施例作了详细说明,但是本发明不限于上述实施例,在所属技术领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下作出各种变化。此外,在不冲突的情况下,本发明的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。

Claims (10)

  1. 固定装置,用于连接管件和板件,其特征在于,包括:
    两个第一限位件,两个所述第一限位件并列设置;
    第一连接件,所述第一连接件为柔性件,所述第一连接件的两端分别与两侧的所述第一限位件的第一端连接;
    第二连接件,所述第二连接件连接于两侧的所述第一限位件的第二端;
    锁紧件,连接于所述第二连接件,用于将两个所述第一限位件保持在夹持状态;
    其中,所述第一连接件能够被抵持以带动两侧的所述第一限位件的所述第一端相互靠近,以使所述固定装置处于所述夹持状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述第一限位件上设置有通孔,所述第二连接件穿设于所述通孔,所述锁紧件包括第一锁紧部和第二锁紧部,沿所述第二连接件延伸的方向,所述第一限位件位于相邻的所述第一锁紧部和所述第二锁紧部之间,且所述第二锁紧部位于两侧的所述第一限位件之间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的固定装置,其特征在于,当所述固定装置处于松开状态时,所述第一锁紧部和所述第二锁紧部能够限制所述第一限位件的运动范围,当所述固定装置处于所述夹持状态时,所述第一锁紧部和所述第二锁紧部能够限制所述第一限位件的运动,以将所述第一限位件保持在所述夹持状态。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述第一锁紧部与所述第二连接件可拆卸式连接,当所述第一锁紧部与所述第二连接件分离时,所述第一限位件能够从所述第二连接件上拆出或装入。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述第一限位件上设置有通孔,所述第二连接件穿设于所述通孔,且所述通孔的孔径大于所述第二连接件的外径,以使所述第一限位件能够被所述第一连接件带动而相对所述第二连接件偏转。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述固定装置还包括柔性的第三连接件,所述第三连接件的两端分别连接于所述第二连接件,用于将所述固定装置悬挂于外部构件。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的固定装置,其特征在于,所述第三连接件为金属丝、绳索或扎带。
  8. 固定装置安装方法,用于将权利要求1至7中任一项所述的固定装置搭建于所述管件上,其特征在于,包括步骤:
    S100准备所述第一限位件、所述第一连接件和所述第二连接件;
    S200将两个所述第一限位件穿设于所述第二连接件上;
    S300将所述第一限位件和所述第二连接件的组件搭建于所述管件上,以使所述管件位于两侧的所述第一限位件之间;
    S400将所述第一连接件的两端分别与两侧的所述第一限位件的所述第一端连接,使所述管件穿设于所述第一连接件、所述第二连接件和两侧的所述第一限位件限定出的区域;
    S500调节所述锁紧件以使两侧的所述第一限位件留出能够容纳所述板件***的空间。
  9. 墙体施工方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
    S100准备若干如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的固定装置;
    S200将至少一个的所述固定装置搭建于所述管件上;
    S300所述板件沿所述第一端至所述第二端的方向***,所述板件与所述第一连接件抵接,通过所述第一连接件带动所述第一限位件的所述第一端相互靠近,直至两侧的所述第一限位件与所述板件的侧面抵接,将所述锁紧件锁紧,以使所述固定装置限制所述板件的位移;
    S400将所述板件固定。
  10. 墙体施工方法,其特征在于,包括步骤:
    S100准备若干如权利要求6或7所述的固定装置;
    S200将至少一个的所述固定装置通过所述第三连接件悬挂于所述管件上,且沿竖直方向,所述第一端位于所述第二端的上侧;
    S300所述板件沿所述第一端至所述第二端的方向***,所述板件与所述第一连接件抵接,通过所述第一连接件带动所述第一限位件的所述第一端相互靠近,直至两侧的所述第一限位件与所述板件的侧面抵接,将所述锁紧件锁紧,以使所述固定装置限制所述板件的位移;
    S400将所述板件固定。
