在一些实施例中,所述第二基座具有用于***述接电件的容置腔,所述第二基座两端的端面处均开设有连通所述容置腔的导电口,所述接电件的两端分别延伸至两所述导电口处。
在一些实施例中,所述接电件包括由导电材料制成的导电板以及位于所述容置腔的接电线路板,各所述导电口处均覆盖有一所述导电板,所述导电弹片抵接其中一所述导电板,所述接电线路板的两端分别电性连接两所述导电板。
在一些实施例中,所述容置腔位于所述导电口处的内壁开设有限位槽,所述限位槽相对开设有两个,所述导电板的两端分别卡设于两所述限位槽。
在一些实施例中,所述第二基座包括底壳以及连接所述底壳的端盖,所述底壳和所述端盖合围形成所述容置腔,所述导电口开设于所述底壳,且所述限位槽分别位于所述底壳的两侧内壁。
在一些实施例中,所述第一端子设置有两个,所述第二端子位于两所述第一端子之间,且所述接电件的两端分别抵接两所述导电弹片。
在一些实施例中,所述连接器还包括导线,所述导线的一端连接所述基座并电性连接所述接电件。
第二方面,本申请实施例还提供一种拼接灯,其包括如上所述的连接器,所述拼接灯还包括具有安置腔的灯体盘以及设置于所述安置腔内的电路板,所述灯体盘的边缘开设有连通所述安置腔的安置槽,所述第一基座于所述安置槽处连接所述电路板的一侧板面,所述第二基座的一端部分收容并定位于所述安置槽。
在一些实施例中,所述安置槽的槽底开设有第一定位槽,所述第二基座对应所述第一定位槽的位置凸设有第一定位部,所述第一定位部沿背离所述导电弹片的方向抵接所述第一定位槽的槽壁。
在一些实施例中,所述第一定位槽的槽底开设有第二定位槽,所述第一定位部对应所述第二定位槽的位置凸设有第二定位部,所述第二定位部沿背离所述导电弹片的方向抵接所述第二定位槽的槽壁。
在一些实施例中,所述安置槽的内壁凸设有导向部,所述第二基座对应所述导向部的位置开设有导向槽。
在一些实施例中,所述拼接灯还包括吸盘,所述吸盘可拆卸地连接所述灯体盘;拼接灯还包括设置于所述灯体盘上的公扣以及设置于所述吸盘上的母扣,所述公扣卡扣连接所述母扣。
在一些实施例中,所述母扣包括多个卡扣臂,各所述卡扣臂绕所述公扣的周向圆周且间隔布置,各所述卡扣臂均扣接所述公扣的一端。
在一些实施例中,所述灯体盘至少设置两个,任一所述灯体盘至少拼接另一所述灯体盘,且任意拼接的两所述灯体盘均设置有所述连接器,所述第二基座的两端分别位于两所述安置槽内。
在一些实施例中,所述拼接灯还包括连接所述灯体盘的发光组件。
有益效果
本申请实施例提供的连接器的有益效果在于:通过将第二基座沿垂直预定平面或电路板板面的方向***至预定位置,并与第一基座相对设置,在第二基座***到位后,第二基座的一端抵接并压缩导电弹片,而第二基座的另一端定位设置,从而使导电弹片的压缩端沿平行预定平面的方向横向或侧向推压第二基座。

为了使本申请的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本申请进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本申请。

为了说明本申请所提供的技术方案,以下结合具体附图及实施例进行详细说明。
请参阅图1至图3,本申请实施例提供了一种连接器10,该连接器10能够将拼接灯100电性连接至电源,或将两拼接灯100电性连接。
请参阅图1至图3,可选地,连接器10包括第一端子11和第二端子12。第一端子11包括第一基座111以及由导电材料制成并具有弹性恢复力的导电弹片112,第一基座111固定于预定平面,导电弹片112凸设于第一基座111的侧表面。可选地,第一基座111可以由塑胶材料制成,并第一基座111的一端固定于结构件的表面,比如电路板106的表面,导电弹片112可以由金属铜制成,铜具有优良的导电性能,且资源丰富,金属铜还具有良好的塑性变形,从而可以在外部的作用力下发生弹性变形。可选地,导电弹片112连接于第一基座111的侧表面,且导电弹片112的一端延伸并电性连接电路板106,导电弹片112的另一端朝电路板106弯曲,并供第二端子12抵接。可选地,第一基座111和导电弹片112可以通过注塑工艺,而一体成型。可选地,导电弹片112间隔多个,各导电弹片112沿平行预定平面方向线性布置。
请参阅图1至图3,可选地,第二端子12包括设置于预定位置的第二基座121以及连接第二基座121并由导电材料制成的接电件122,可选地,第二基座121也可以是由塑胶材料制成,塑胶材料具有良好的绝缘性且资源丰富。接电件122由金属制成,或接电件122为线路板。第二基座121的一端朝第一基座111压缩导电弹片112,从而使导电弹片112的一端发生弹性变形并朝第二基座121的另一端推压第二基座121,第二基座121的另一端定位设置,即第二基座121的另一端抵接外部的其它结构件。接电件122的一端延伸至第二基座121朝向导电弹片112的表面,且导电弹片112的压缩端沿平行预定平面的方向抵接接电件122,导电弹片112的压缩端沿平行电路板106的方向抵接和推压接电件122。可以理解的是,接电件122的另一端能够电性连接另一电路板106,从而通过连接器10可以电性连接两个电路板106。
请参阅图1至图3,通过将第二基座121沿垂直预定平面或电路板106板面的方向***至预定位置,并与第一基座111相对设置,在第二基座121***到位后,第二基座121的一端抵接并压缩导电弹片112,而第二基座121的另一端定位设置,从而使导电弹片112的压缩端沿平行预定平面的方向横向或侧向推压第二基座121,通过导电弹片112自身的弹性力,不但使导电弹片112能够电性连接接电件122,并提高导电弹片112和接电件122之间连接的可靠性,且同时导电弹片112的弹性力与第二基座121的***方向垂直,从而可以强化第二基座121的定位设置,无需在连接器10上增设其它连接结构,降低了连接器10的成本。
请参阅图1至图3,在一些实施例中,第二基座121具有用于收容接电件122的容置腔123,第二基座121两端的端面处均开设有连通容置腔123的导电口,接电件122的两端分别延伸至两导电口处。可选地,接电件122的两端分别部分固定于两导电口处,从而便于导电弹片112抵接并电性连接接电件122。可以理解的是,接电件122的两端相对第二基座121的中心位置对称设置,从而可以将第二端子12的任意一端与第一端子11配合,提高连接器10安装的便利性。
请参阅图1至图3,在一些实施例中,接电件122包括由导电材料制成的导电板1222以及位于容置腔123的接电线路板1221,各导电口处均覆盖有一导电板1222,导电弹片112抵接其中一导电板1222,接电线路板1221的两端分别电性连接两导电板1222。可选地,接电线路板1221可以是柔性线路板,导电板1222由金属铜制成或由PCB板制成,并与导电弹片112电接配合。可以理解的是,导电板1222可以通过胶粘的方式而连接于导电口处。
请参阅图7,在一些实施例中,容置腔123位于导电口处的内壁开设有限位槽124,限位槽124相对开设有两个,导电板1222的两端分别卡设于两限位槽124。可选地,限位槽124的槽宽与导电板1222的厚度适配,从而使导电板1222的两端分别限位于两限位槽124内,便于导电弹片112的压缩端抵接并推压对应的导电板1222,以提高导电弹片112与导电板1222电性连接的可靠性。
请参阅图6至图7,在一些实施例中,第二基座121包括底壳1212以及连接底壳1212的端盖1211,底壳1212和端盖1211合围形成容置腔123,导电口开设于底壳1212,且限位槽124分别位于底壳1212的两侧内壁。可选地,底壳1212开设有内腔,且内腔具有开口,端盖1211覆盖开口并连接底壳1212。可以理解的是,端盖1211可以通过胶粘方式、卡扣结构或螺栓结构而连接底壳1212,接电线路板1221可以为柔性线路板并位于底壳1212内并连接底壳1212的内表面。
在一些实施例中,第一端子11设置有两个,第二端子12位于两第一端子11之间,且接电件122的两端分别抵接两导电弹片112。可以理解的是,两第一端子11分别设置于两电路板106上,第二基座121的两端分别抵接和压缩两导电弹片112,且两导电弹片112分别电性连接接电件122的两端,从而使两电路板106电性连接。本实施例中,两导电弹片112的压缩端分别弹性抵接两导电板1222,且两导电弹片112的弹性力相向作用于第二端子12,提高了第二端子12的稳定性,并强化了两导电弹片112与两导电板1222的电性连接,提高了连接器10的可靠性。
请参阅图4至图5,在一些实施例中,连接器10还包括导线13,导线13的一端连接基座并电性连接接电件122。可以理解的是,导线13的另一端连接电源,从而通过导线13可以将第二端子12电性连接至电源,再通过导电弹片112与接电件122的配合,从而将电路板106电性连接至电源。
请参阅图1至图3,本申请还提出了一种拼接灯100,该拼接灯100包括连接器10,该连接器10的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本拼接灯100采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此同样具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。
在一些实施例中,拼接灯100还包括具有安置腔的灯体盘101以及设置于安置腔内的电路板106,灯体盘101的边缘开设有连通安置腔的安置槽102,第一基座111于安置槽102处连接电路板106的一侧板面,第二基座121的一端部分收容并定位于安置槽102。可选地,第一基座111至少部分收容于安置腔,且导电弹片112至少部分位于安置槽102,第二基座121的一端***安置槽102且同时横向压缩导电弹片112,并沿导电弹片112的伸缩方向而定位于安置槽102内,从而能够保证导电弹片112与接电件122的电性抵接。
请参阅图4至图5,在一些实施例中,安置槽102的槽底开设有第一定位槽103,第二基座121对应第一定位槽103的位置凸设有第一定位部1213,第一定位部1213沿背离导电弹片112的方向抵接第一定位槽103的槽壁。可以理解的是,通过第一定位部1213和第一定位槽103的配合,可以使第二基座121的一端定位于安置槽102内。
请参阅图4至图5,在一些实施例中,第一定位槽103的槽底开设有第二定位槽104,第一定位部1213对应第二定位槽104的位置凸设有第二定位部1214,第二定位部1214沿背离导电弹片112的方向抵接第二定位槽104的槽壁。可以理解的是,通过第二定位部1214和第二定位槽104的配合,可以使第二基座121的一端定位于安置槽102内,使导电板1222压紧导电弹片112。
请参阅图5至图6,在一些实施例中,安置槽102的内壁凸设有导向部114,第二基座121对应导向部114的位置开设有导向槽1215。通过导向部114和导向槽1215的配合,可以引导第二基座121顺利***安置槽102,提高装配的便利性。
请参阅图4和图8,在一些实施例中,拼接灯100还包括吸盘30,吸盘30可拆卸地连接灯体盘101;拼接灯100还包括设置于灯体盘101上的公扣31以及设置于吸盘30上的母扣32,公扣31卡扣连接母扣32。
可选地,吸盘30通过双面胶而胶粘墙壁或外部的结构件,而灯体盘101通过公扣31和母扣32的卡扣配合,而可拆卸地连接吸盘30,在需要取下灯体盘101维护时,仅需分离公扣31和母扣32,拆卸方便。且需要拆卸吸盘30时,只需按住吸盘30并往下拉扯双面胶,直到双面胶完全脱离墙面,这种方式能有效保护墙面,不会导致墙面被破坏。如果双面胶直接粘贴于灯体盘101与墙面之间,在拆卸灯体盘101时,只能通过扳的方式来拆卸灯体盘101,这样极容易破坏乳胶漆的墙面。
请参阅图4和图8,在一些实施例中,母扣32包括多个卡扣臂321,各卡扣臂321绕公扣31的周向圆周且间隔布置,各卡扣臂321均扣接公扣31的一端,从而将灯体盘101可拆卸地连接至吸盘30。可选地,卡扣臂321的一端具有弹性恢复力并连接吸盘30,卡扣臂321的自由端扣接公扣31。
在一些实施例中,灯体盘101至少设置两个,任一灯体盘101至少拼接另一灯体盘101,且任意拼接的两灯体盘101均设置有连接器10,第二基座121的两端分别位于两安置槽102内。可选地,灯体盘101沿其周向开设有多个安置槽102,各安置槽102内均设置有第一端子11。可以理解的是,第二端子12的一端安装有导线13时,第二端子12的另一端可以安装于任意安置槽102内,从而使该第二端子12作为适配器20使用,通过适配器20可以将任意灯体盘101电性连接至电源。
请参阅图1至图3,可以理解的是,第一基座111的两端分别凸设有第一定位部1213,两第一定位部1213上均凸设有第二定位部1214,从而第二端子12通过插拔的方式而连接两安置槽102内。两灯体盘101的安置槽102内安装可产生侧向弹性力的导电弹片112,当两个或者两个以上的灯体盘101需要拼接图案时,将第二端子12的两端分别直接***相邻两个灯体盘101的安置槽102内,即可完成拼接和两灯体盘101的电性连接。灯体盘101上产生侧向力的导电弹片112与导电板1222弹性接触导通。又因为第二端子12由于受第一定位槽103、第二定位槽104以及安置槽102的限制定位,且不具有被导电弹片112的弹性力推动而弹出安置槽102的风险,因为第二端子12的两端受到的是横向或侧向的弹性力,加上灯体盘101上有相应的安置槽102的槽位限制,从而提高了第二端子12定位的稳定性,以及第一端子11和第二端子12电连接的可靠性。
可选地,灯体盘101的外形为三边形、四边形或五边形。灯体盘101的各条边均可与另一灯体盘101的边拼接,从而可以在墙面上拼接出预定形状。
在一些实施例中,拼接灯100还包括连接灯体盘101的发光组件。可选地,发光组件为LED发光组件。发光组件和吸盘30分别位于灯体盘101的两侧表面。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种连接器,其特征在于,包括:
    第一端子,包括第一基座以及由导电材料制成并具有弹性恢复力的导电弹片,所述第一基座固定于预定平面,所述导电弹片凸设于所述第一基座的侧表面;以及
    第二端子,能够与所述第一端子电性配合,所述第二端子包括设置于预定位置的第二基座以及连接所述第二基座并由导电材料制成的接电件,所述第二基座的一端朝所述第一基座压缩所述导电弹片;所述接电件的一端延伸至所述第二基座朝向所述导电弹片的端面,且所述导电弹片的压缩端沿平行所述预定平面的方向侧向抵接所述接电件。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述第二基座具有用于***述接电件的容置腔,所述第二基座两端的端面处均开设有连通所述容置腔的导电口,所述接电件的两端分别延伸至两所述导电口处。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述接电件包括由导电材料制成的导电板以及位于所述容置腔的接电线路板,各所述导电口处均覆盖有一所述导电板,所述导电弹片抵接其中一所述导电板,所述接电线路板的两端分别电性连接两所述导电板。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述容置腔位于所述导电口处的内壁开设有限位槽,所述限位槽相对开设有两个,所述导电板的两端分别卡设于两所述限位槽。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述第二基座包括底壳以及连接所述底壳的端盖,所述底壳和所述端盖合围形成所述容置腔,所述导电口开设于所述底壳,且所述限位槽分别位于所述底壳的两侧内壁。
  6. 如权利要求1-5任意一项所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述第一端子设置有两个,所述第二端子位于两所述第一端子之间,且所述接电件的两端分别抵接两所述导电弹片。
  7. 如权利要求2-5任意一项所述的连接器,其特征在于:所述连接器还包括导线,所述导线的一端连接所述基座并电性连接所述接电件。
  8. 一种拼接灯,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-7任意一项所述的连接器,所述拼接灯还包括具有安置腔的灯体盘以及设置于所述安置腔内的电路板,所述灯体盘的边缘开设有连通所述安置腔的安置槽,所述第一基座于所述安置槽处连接所述电路板的一侧板面,所述第二基座的一端部分收容并定位于所述安置槽。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的拼接灯,其特征在于:所述安置槽的槽底开设有第一定位槽,所述第二基座对应所述第一定位槽的位置凸设有第一定位部,所述第一定位部沿背离所述导电弹片的方向抵接所述第一定位槽的槽壁。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的拼接灯,其特征在于:所述第一定位槽的槽底开设有第二定位槽,所述第一定位部对应所述第二定位槽的位置凸设有第二定位部,所述第二定位部沿背离所述导电弹片的方向抵接所述第二定位槽的槽壁。
  11. 如权利要求8所述的拼接灯,其特征在于:所述安置槽的内壁凸设有导向部,所述第二基座对应所述导向部的位置开设有导向槽。
  12. 如权利要求9-11任意一项所述的拼接灯,其特征在于:所述拼接灯还包括吸盘,所述吸盘可拆卸地连接所述灯体盘;拼接灯还包括设置于所述灯体盘上的公扣以及设置于所述吸盘上的母扣,所述公扣卡扣连接所述母扣。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的拼接灯,其特征在于:所述母扣包括多个卡扣臂,各所述卡扣臂绕所述公扣的周向圆周且间隔布置,各所述卡扣臂均扣接所述公扣的一端。
  14. 如权利要求9-11任意一项所述的拼接灯,其特征在于:所述灯体盘至少设置两个,任一所述灯体盘至少拼接另一所述灯体盘,且任意拼接的两所述灯体盘均设置有所述连接器,所述第二基座的两端分别位于两所述安置槽内。
  15. 如权利要求9-11任意一项所述的拼接灯,其特征在于:所述拼接灯还包括连接所述灯体盘的发光组件。
