Description

一种自烘干的洗地机 技术领域
本实用新型涉及智能家居技术领域,具体涉及一种自烘干的洗地机。
背景技术
现有技术中,洗地机一般分为商用洗地机和家用洗地机,商用洗地机一般用于面积比较大的工厂、车库、商场超市等场所,而家用洗地机一般适用于面积比较小(一般小于平方米)的家庭。
针对家用洗地机,其结构主要包括依次连接的手柄、洗地机主体和地刷,洗地机主体上主要设有清水箱(以向滚筒供应干净水)、污水箱(以收集污水)和用于抽吸的吸力电机;而地刷内主要设有用于清洗地面的滚筒、用于控制滚筒的滚筒电机、以及喷液装置等。工作时,所述喷液装置处于开启状态,向所述滚筒喷液;所述滚筒电机处于开启状态,使所述滚筒旋转;所述吸力电机处于开启状态,将流过所述滚筒的液体(污水)吸至吸液管道,并最终流入污水箱内。这种小型的家用洗地机因其方便实用而得到了大众的广泛青睐。
然而,现有的洗地机结构中,其风道结构主要由进风通道和出风通道组成,且两者为独立的风道结构,这种结构虽然可以较好地传输气流等物料,但存在如下问题:管道和滚刷长期处于潮湿状态容易滋生细菌,不但容易产生异味还会造成拖地时二次污染。
因此,开发一种新的洗地机,以进一步避免细菌滋生,减少二次污染,显然具有积极的实际意义。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种自烘干的洗地机。
为了达到上述发明目的,采用的技术方案是:一种自烘干的洗地机,包括洗地机主体与充电座,洗地机主体与充电座之间形成第一导风坡道;所述洗地机主体内设有气流通道以及设在气流通道两端的吸力电机与滚筒;所述充电座上设有发热装置;所述洗地机主体安装在所述充电座上时,充电座与所述滚筒之间设有间隙,所述间隙形成所述第一导风坡道。
优选的,所述洗地机主体底部设有刮条,所述刮条与所述滚筒之间形成第二导风坡道;所述刮条的下端向所述滚筒倾斜并超过滚筒底面所在的水平面,且刮条与水平面形成夹角;所述刮条与洗地机主体之间密封形成密封腔,避免热风向后方散去,造成热量损失;优选地,所述刮条的下端为柔性件。
优选的,所述充电座上还设有风扇,充电座远离所述风扇一端向上延伸形成弧形聚风槽,弧形聚风槽与所述滚筒之间形成出风口;所述弧形聚风槽的顶端朝向滚筒延伸,避免热流直接进入空气,导致小孩或者宠物烫伤。
优选的,所述发热装置靠近所述风扇设置。
优选的,所述发热装置靠近所述出风口设置。
优选的,所述出风口的口径向上逐渐减小。
优选的,所述风扇的出风端朝向所述滚筒的下方设置;更优的,所述风扇的出风端设有罩子,避免在不使用时,灰尘进入风扇内部。
上述技术方案,还包括,所述充电座内开设有通道,通道的两端分别与所述风扇以及出风口连接的。
由于上述技术方案运用,本实用新型与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
1.本实用新型开发了一种自烘干的洗地机,可以实现滚筒与气流通道的烘干,避免细菌滋生;
2.本实用新型,加设发热装置,依靠自身结构形成导风通道,相比于现有技术中的两个以上零件构成的风道组件,减少了导风组件,成本较低,且具有良好的商业化意义;
3.本实用新型所述进风通道与出风通道坡道部分重合,两个通道内的声波振频相同但振幅相反,从而实现了降噪目的,提高了用户体验。

请参照图1至图4,一种自烘干的洗地机,包括洗地机主体1与充电座2,洗地机主体1与充电座2之间形成第一导风坡道12;所述洗地机主体1内设有气流通道10以及设在气流通道10两端的吸力电机3与滚筒4;所述充电座2上设有风扇9与发热装置5,发热装置5安装在充电座2内;所述洗地机主体1安装在所述充电座2上时,充电座2与所述滚筒4之间设有间隙;
本实施例中,所述洗地机主体1底部设有刮条6,刮条6的下端向所述滚筒4倾斜并超过滚筒4底面所在的水平面;所述刮条6与所述滚筒4之间形成第二导风坡道13,便于吸力电机3抽取出风口11的气体,所述刮条的下端向所述滚筒倾斜并超过滚筒底面所在的水平面,且刮条与水平面形成夹角;所述刮条与洗地机主体之间密封形成密封腔,避免热风向后方散去,造成热量损失;设置挂条可以最大程度的避免热风损失,可以使得热风尽可能多的被吸入洗地机主体1内部;
本实施例中,所述充电座2远离所述风扇9一端向上延伸形成弧形聚风槽7,弧形聚风槽7与所述滚筒4之间形成出风口11;所述弧形聚风槽7的设计使得气体在此处减缓流动,减少了热量的流失;
本实施例中,所述洗地机主体1内还设有辅助导风管道8,所述辅助导风管道8位于滚筒4与气流通道10之间,促进气流进入所述气流通道10;
本实施例中,所述发热装置5靠近所述出风口11设置,能减少热量损失,且在滚筒4下方,发热装置的5热量能透过塑料件可以直接烘干滚筒4;所述发热装置5顶端设有多个散热孔。
本实施例中,所述出风口11的口径向上逐渐减小,避免热气流直接与 空气进行热交换。
实施例2
本实施例主要介绍实施例1的烘干流程
1、发热装置5进行加热;
2、风扇9旋转带动气体流过发热装置5形成热风,多余的热风从出风口11排出;
3、吸力电机3带动出风口11处的气体流过所述滚筒4、第一导风坡道12、第二导风坡道13、辅助导风管道8,再进入气流通道10;
本实用新型的一种自烘干的洗地机,可以实现滚筒4与气流通道10的烘干,避免细菌滋生;加设发热装置5,依靠自身结构形成第一导风通道与第二导风通道,减少了导风组件,成本较低,且具有良好的商业化意义;所述进风通道与出风通道坡道部分重合,两个通道内的声波振频相同但振幅相反,从而实现了降噪目的,提高了用户体验。

  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种自烘干的洗地机,其特征在于:所述洗地机主体(1)底部设有刮条(6),刮条(6)的下端向所述滚筒(4)倾斜并超过滚筒(4)底面所在的水平面。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种自烘干的洗地机,其特征在于:所述充电座(2)上还设有风扇(9),充电座(2)远离所述风扇(9)一端向上延伸形成弧形聚风槽(7),弧形聚风槽(7)与所述滚筒(4)之间形成出风口(11)。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种自烘干的洗地机,其特征在于:所述洗地机主体(1)内还设有辅助导风管道(8),所述辅助导风管道(8)位于滚筒(4)与气流通道(10)之间。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的一种自烘干的洗地机,其特征在于:所述发热装置(5)靠近所述出风口(11)设置。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的一种自烘干的洗地机,其特征在于:所述出风口(11)的口径向上逐渐减小。
