其中,本实施例所示的第一液位传感器410用于在水箱41内达到第一液位时,向信息提示模块反馈第一开关量信息,以使得信息提示模块发出停止加水提示信息;第二液位传感器411用于在水箱41内达到第二液位时,向信息提示模块反馈第二开关量信息,以使得信息提示模块发出补水提示信息;第一液位高于第二液位。
在此,本实施例所示的信息提示模块包括控制单元与报警单元,本实施例所示的第一液位传感器410与第二液位传感器411分别与控制单元通讯连接,控制单元与报警单元通讯连接。
如图4所示,本实施例所示的空调柜机还包括:出风调控装置;出风调控装置设于第二风口12,出风调控装置具有关闭第二风口12的第一状态与打开第二风口12的第二状态;换热风送装置具有第一风送状态与第二风送状态;在第一风送状态,换热风送装置用于将第一风口11的空气驱动至第二风口12;在第二风送状态,换热风送装置用于将第二风口12的空气驱动至第一风口11。
在此,本实施例可通过出风调控装置闭合第二风口12,并控制多个换热风送装置当中的至少一者工作于第一风送状态,多个换热风送装置当中的其它部分工作于第二风送状态,可便捷地对换热风送装置内部的蒸发器件上附着的灰尘进行反向吹扫。
如图1与图4所示,为了实现对第二风口12的开闭控制,本实施例所示的出风调控装置包括挡风板5与直线驱动机构;直线驱动机构的驱动端与挡风板5连接,以驱动挡风板5沿空调柜机的高度方向移动,其中,本实施例所示的直线驱动机构在图1与图4中未具体示意出。在出风调控装置处于第一状态时,挡风板5遮挡于第二风口12;在出风调控装置处于第二状态时,挡风板5与第二风口12分离。
具体地,本实施例可在机壳1上设置滑轨,滑轨沿着机壳1的高度方 向排布。本实施例所示的挡风板5可滑动的安装于滑轨上,并可在滑轨的引导下沿机壳1的高度方向稳定地上下移动。
与此同时,为了便于实现对挡风板5的移动控制,本实施例所示的直线驱动机构优选为电动推杆或丝杠驱动机构。其中,本实施例可具体设置直线驱动机构的驱动端与挡风板5的下端连接。直线驱动机构的驱动端可沿机壳1的高度方向上下移动,且直线驱动机构的驱动端连接于挡风板5的背面。
如图5所示,本实施例一种如上所述的空调柜机的湿度调控方法,包括:步骤510,检测室内环境的相对湿度。
步骤520,在相对湿度小于等于第一预设值的情况下,控制开启加湿模块及多个换热风送装置中与加湿模块对应的部分,选择性地开启或关闭多个换热风送装置中的其它部分,以对室内环境进行加湿与温度调节。
步骤521,在相对湿度大于第一预设值,且小于第二预设值的情况下,控制关闭加湿模块,选择性地开启或关闭多个换热风送装置,以对室内环境进行温度调节。
步骤522,在相对湿度大于第二预设值的情况下,控制关闭加湿模块,多个换热风送装置中与加湿模块对应的部分工作于制冷模式,以对室内环境进行除湿,并选择性地开启或关闭多个换热风送装置中的其它部分,以对室内环境温度进行辅助调节。
具体地,本实施例通过在空调柜机内设置加湿模块与多个换热风送装置,在对室内环境进行湿度调控时,可基于加湿模块与多个换热风送装置的配合,控制空调柜机工作于不同的运行模式,在实现对室内环境湿度快速调节的同时,确保室内环境温度的稳定性,提升了用户体验。
在此应指出的是,本实施例可通过设于空调柜机的第一风口的湿度传感器检测室内环境的相对湿度。在夏季,由于适宜居住的室内湿度为40%-80%,从而本实施例可设置夏季时的第一预设值为40%,第二预设值为80%。在冬季,由于适宜居住的室内湿度为30%-60%,从而本实施例可设置冬季时的第一预设值为30%,第二预设值为60%
优选地,本实施例所示的控制开启所述加湿模块及多个换热风送装置中与加湿模块对应的部分,进一步包括:
根据相对湿度,确定加湿模块的加湿量及换热风送装置的风送速度;根据加湿量,控制加湿模块,并根据风送速度,控制换热风送装置。
具体地,本实施例可通过调节雾化加湿器工作的功率,以实现对加湿量的调控。在实际工作中,为了提升加湿效果,本实施例可在相对湿度较大时,控制加湿模块输出较大的加湿量,且控制换热风送装置输出较大的风送速度;相应地,为了提升除湿效果,本实施例可在相对湿度较小时,控制关闭加湿模块,且控制换热风送装置输出较大的风送速度,以使得单位时间内有较大的风量经过蒸发器件,使得风送的空气中的水汽被蒸发器件冷凝为凝结水。
优选地,为了便于实现对换热风送装置内蒸发器件内附着的灰尘的清扫,本实施例所示的湿度调控方法,还包括:检测所述空调柜机的运行状态;在运行状态满足预设条件的情况下,控制出风调控装置处于第一状态,控制多个换热风送装置当中的至少一者工作于第一风送状态,多个换热风送装置当中的其它部分关机或工作于第二风送状态。
其中,预设条件包括空调柜机接收到开机指令信号、空调柜机接收到关机指令信号及空调柜机的运行时间大于第一预设时长当中的任一种。
具体地,由于在第二风口关闭时,第一换热风送装置的第二端口与第二换热风送装置的第二端口连通,则通过控制第一换热风送装置与第二换热风送装置以相反的方向送风,可便捷地对第一换热风送装置的第一蒸发器及第二换热风送装置的第二蒸发器上附着的灰尘进行反向吹扫。
本实施例在控制第一换热风送装置处于第一风送状态时,可控制第一换热风送装置的第一风机以第一旋向运转,在控制第一换热风送装置处于第二风送状态时,可控制第一换热风送装置的第一风机以第二旋向运转,且第一旋向与第二旋向的旋转方向相反。
相应地,本实施例在控制第二换热风送装置处于第一风送状态时,可控制第二换热风送装置的第二风机以第一旋向运转,在控制第二换热风送装置处于第二风送状态时,可控制第二换热风送装置的第二风机以第二旋向运转。
基于本实施例所示的方法的控制逻辑,本实施例既可在空调柜机开机时,对第一蒸发器与第二蒸发器分别进行一次反向吹扫,也可在空调柜机 关机时,对第一蒸发器与第二蒸发器分别进行一次反向吹扫,还可在空调柜机的运行时间大于第一预设时长时,对第一蒸发器与第二蒸发器分别进行一次反向吹扫,以达到较好的清扫效果。
其中,本实施例所示的第一预设时长可以为6-12小时,例如:第一预设时长具体为6小时、8小时、10小时、12小时,对此不作具体限定。
下面对本申请提供的湿度调控装置进行描述,下文描述的湿度调控装置与上文描述的湿度调控方法可相互对应参照。
如图6所示,本实施例还提供一种湿度调控装置,包括:
检测模块610,用于检测室内环境的相对湿度。
第一控制模块620,用于在所述相对湿度小于等于第一预设值的情况下,控制开启所述加湿模块及所述多个换热风送装置中与所述加湿模块对应的部分,选择性地开启或关闭所述多个换热风送装置中的其它部分,以对室内环境进行加湿与温度调节。
第二控制模块621,在所述相对湿度大于第一预设值,且小于第二预设值的情况下,控制关闭所述加湿模块,选择性地开启或关闭所述多个换热风送装置,以对室内环境进行温度调节。
第三控制模块622,在所述相对湿度大于第二预设值的情况下,控制关闭所述加湿模块,所述多个换热风送装置中与所述加湿模块对应的部分工作于制冷模式,以对室内环境进行除湿,并选择性地开启或关闭所述多个换热风送装置中的其它部分,以对室内环境温度进行辅助调节。
具体地,本实施例所示的湿度调控装置包含了上述实施例所示的湿度调控方法的全部技术方案,则因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。
图7示例了一种电子设备的实体结构示意图,如图7所示,该电子设备可以包括:处理器(processor)710、通信接口(Communications Interface)720、存储器(memory)730和通信总线740,其中,处理器710,通信接口720,存储器730通过通信总线740完成相互间的通信。处理器710可以调用存储器730中的逻辑指令,以执行湿度调控方法,该方法包括:检测室内环境的相对湿度;在所述相对湿度小于等于第一预设值的情况下,控制开启所述加湿模块及所述多个换热风送装置中与所述加湿模块 对应的部分,选择性地开启或关闭所述多个换热风送装置中的其它部分,以对室内环境进行加湿与温度调节;在所述相对湿度大于第一预设值,且小于第二预设值的情况下,控制关闭所述加湿模块,选择性地开启或关闭所述多个换热风送装置,以对室内环境进行温度调节;在所述相对湿度大于第二预设值的情况下,控制关闭所述加湿模块,所述多个换热风送装置中与所述加湿模块对应的部分工作于制冷模式,以对室内环境进行除湿,并选择性地开启或关闭所述多个换热风送装置中的其它部分,以对室内环境温度进行辅助调节。
此外,上述的存储器730中的逻辑指令可以通过软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分或者该技术方案的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
另一方面,本申请还提供一种计算机程序产品,所述计算机程序产品包括存储在非暂态计算机可读存储介质上的计算机程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,当所述程序指令被计算机执行时,计算机能够执行上述各方法所提供的湿度调控方法,该方法包括:检测室内环境的相对湿度;在所述相对湿度小于等于第一预设值的情况下,控制开启所述加湿模块及所述多个换热风送装置中与所述加湿模块对应的部分,选择性地开启或关闭所述多个换热风送装置中的其它部分,以对室内环境进行加湿与温度调节;在所述相对湿度大于第一预设值,且小于第二预设值的情况下,控制关闭所述加湿模块,选择性地开启或关闭所述多个换热风送装置,以对室内环境进行温度调节;在所述相对湿度大于第二预设值的情况下,控制关闭所述加湿模块,所述多个换热风送装置中与所述加湿模块对应的部分工作于制冷模式,以对室内环境进行除湿,并选择性地开启或关闭所述多个换热风送装置中的其它部分,以对室内环境温度进行辅助调节。
又一方面,本申请还提供一种非暂态计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,该计算机程序被处理器执行时实现以执行上述各提供的湿度调控方法,该方法包括:检测室内环境的相对湿度;在所述相对湿度小于等于第一预设值的情况下,控制开启所述加湿模块及所述多个换热风送装置中与所述加湿模块对应的部分,选择性地开启或关闭所述多个换热风送装置中的其它部分,以对室内环境进行加湿与温度调节;在所述相对湿度大于第一预设值,且小于第二预设值的情况下,控制关闭所述加湿模块,选择性地开启或关闭所述多个换热风送装置,以对室内环境进行温度调节;在所述相对湿度大于第二预设值的情况下,控制关闭所述加湿模块,所述多个换热风送装置中与所述加湿模块对应的部分工作于制冷模式,以对室内环境进行除湿,并选择性地开启或关闭所述多个换热风送装置中的其它部分,以对室内环境温度进行辅助调节。
以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,其中所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部模块来实现本实施例方案的目的。本领域普通技术人员在不付出创造性的劳动的情况下,即可以理解并实施。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到各实施方式可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件。基于这样的理解,上述技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品可以存储在计算机可读存储介质中,如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘等,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行各个实施例或者实施例的某些部分所述的方法。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本申请进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种空调柜机,包括机壳;所述机壳的壳壁上设有第一风口与第二风口;其特征在于,还包括:
    多个换热风送装置,所述多个换热风送装置的第一端口分别朝向所述第一风口,所述多个换热风送装置的第二端口分别与所述第二风口连通;
    加湿模块,所述加湿模块的雾化出口与所述多个换热风送装置当中的至少一者连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的空调柜机,其特征在于,
    所述换热风送装置包括第一换热风送装置与第二换热风送装置;
    所述第一换热风送装置包括第一蒸发器、第一风机及第一风道;所述第一蒸发器的第一侧面朝向所述第一风口,所述第一蒸发器的第二侧面朝向所述第一风道的第一端口,所述第一风道的第二端口与所述第二风口连通;所述第一风机设于所述第一风道内;
    所述第二换热风送装置包括第二蒸发器、第二风机及第二风道;所述第二蒸发器的第一侧面朝向所述第一风口,所述第二蒸发器的第二侧面朝向所述第二风道的第一端口,所述第二风道的第二端口与所述第二风口连通;所述第二风机设于所述第二风道内;
    所述加湿模块的雾化出口设于所述第二风道的第一端口与所述第二蒸发器之间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的空调柜机,其特征在于,
    所述第一风口设有两个;
    所述第一蒸发器与所述第二蒸发器彼此隔离,所述第一蒸发器、所述第二蒸发器分别与两个所述第一风口一一对应;
    或者,所述第一蒸发器与所述第二蒸发器为一体式蒸发器,所述一体式蒸发器共同与两个所述第一风口对应。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的空调柜机,其特征在于,
    所述第一风机与所述第二风机当中至少一者为离心风扇;在所述第一风机为离心风扇的情况下,所述第一风道呈蜗壳状;在所述第二风机为离心风扇的情况下,所述第二风道呈蜗壳状。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的空调柜机,其特征在于,
    所述加湿模块包括:水箱、水泵及雾化加湿器;
    所述水箱设于所述第一蒸发器与所述第二蒸发器的下侧,以承接所述第一蒸发器与所述第二蒸发器的表面产生的冷凝水;
    所述水泵的进水口与所述水箱连通,所述水泵的出水口与所述雾化加湿器连通;所述雾化加湿器的雾化出口设于所述第二风道的第一端口与所述第二蒸发器之间。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的空调柜机,其特征在于,
    所述水箱上设有加水口与溢流水口;所述溢流水口设于所述水箱上的预设高度;
    所述水箱内设有第一液位传感器与第二液位传感器;所述第一液位传感器、所述第二液位传感器分别与信息提示模块通讯连接;所述第一液位传感器用于在所述水箱内达到第一液位时,向所述信息提示模块反馈第一开关量信息,以使得所述信息提示模块发出停止加水提示信息;所述第二液位传感器用于在所述水箱内达到第二液位时,向所述信息提示模块反馈第二开关量信息,以使得所述信息提示模块发出补水提示信息;所述第一液位高于所述第二液位。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6任一所述的空调柜机,其特征在于,
    还包括:出风调控装置;
    所述出风调控装置设于所述第二风口,所述出风调控装置具有关闭所述第二风口的第一状态与打开所述第二风口的第二状态;
    所述换热风送装置具有第一风送状态与第二风送状态;在所述第一风送状态,所述换热风送装置用于将所述第一风口的空气驱动至所述第二风口;在所述第二风送状态,所述换热风送装置用于将所述第二风口的空气驱动至所述第一风口。
  8. 一种如权利要求1至7任一所述的空调柜机的湿度调控方法,其特征在于,包括:
    检测室内环境的相对湿度;
    在所述相对湿度小于等于第一预设值的情况下,控制开启所述加湿模块及所述多个换热风送装置中与所述加湿模块对应的部分,选择性地开启或关闭所述多个换热风送装置中的其它部分,以对室内环境进行加湿与温 度调节;
    在所述相对湿度大于第一预设值,且小于第二预设值的情况下,控制关闭所述加湿模块,选择性地开启或关闭所述多个换热风送装置,以对室内环境进行温度调节;
    在所述相对湿度大于第二预设值的情况下,控制关闭所述加湿模块,所述多个换热风送装置中与所述加湿模块对应的部分工作于制冷模式,以对室内环境进行除湿,并选择性地开启或关闭所述多个换热风送装置中的其它部分,以对室内环境温度进行辅助调节。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的湿度调控方法,其特征在于,所述控制开启所述加湿模块及所述多个换热风送装置中与所述加湿模块对应的部分,进一步包括:
    根据所述相对湿度,确定所述加湿模块的加湿量及所述换热风送装置的风送速度;
    根据所述加湿量,控制所述加湿模块,并根据所述风送速度,控制所述换热风送装置。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的湿度调控方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    检测所述空调柜机的运行状态;
    在所述运行状态满足预设条件的情况下,控制出风调控装置处于第一状态,控制多个换热风送装置当中的至少一者工作于第一风送状态,多个换热风送装置当中的其它部分关机或工作于第二风送状态;
    其中,所述预设条件包括所述空调柜机接收到开机指令信号、所述空调柜机接收到关机指令信号及所述空调柜机的运行时间大于第一预设时长当中的任一种。
