Abstract

A body temperature measurement method according to the present invention comprises: acquiring measured temperatures of a target to be measured at a plurality of sampling points; obtaining, according to a set of values of the measured temperatures at the plurality of sampling points, a single temperature value of the face of the target to be measured; and according to the single temperature value, the room temperature or ambient temperature of the environment in which the target to be measured is located, and the distance between the face of the target to be measured and a temperature measurement instrument, and by making a comparison with a reference database, obtaining a result body temperature of the target to be measured. The body temperature measurement system according to the present invention comprises a driving apparatus, a camera and a thermal imaging instrument which are mounted in the driving apparatus, and a controller coupled to the camera and the thermal imaging instrument. The body temperature measurement system is capable of implementing the body temperature measurement method.
