作为进一步的优选实施方式,所述导轨安装板124上设置有升降导向套129,所述整形底座121上设置有与升降导向套129配合的升降导向杆120,升降导向套129和升降导向杆120均为两个,以对导轨安装板124的升降动作进行导向,保证升降动作的平稳性,为进一步增加升降动作的平稳性,在升降导向套129和升降导向杆120之间还可以设置直线轴承。
上面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本实用新型,但是,本实用新型还可以采用其他不同于在此描述的其他方式来实施,因此,不能理解为对本实用新型保护范围的限制。
工业实用性
本实用新型提供的保温杯缩口压坯装置,包括安装板、两根活动穿设于安装板的下压杆以及连接在两根下压杆顶端的连接架、连接在两根下压杆底端的下压臂,所述下压臂的两端分别可转动地安装有一个下压头,所述安装板上面在两根下压杆之间安装有伺服电缸,所述伺服电缸的缸筒固定于安装板,电缸杆与下压臂的中部连接。本实用新型提供的保温杯缩口压坯装置在实现双工位加工的前提下,由于伺服电缸的径向尺寸较小,两个旋转主轴之间的距离可以缩短,两个主轴间距可以减小至300mm, 缩口机整机体积较小。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种保温杯缩口压坯装置,其特征在于:包括安装板(1)、两根活动穿设于安装板(1)的下压杆(2)以及连接在两根下压杆(2)顶端的连接架(3)、连接在两根下压杆(2)底端的下压臂(4),所述下压臂(4)的两端分别可转动地安装有一个下压头(5),所述安装板(1)上面在两根下压杆(2)之间安装有伺服电缸(6),所述伺服电缸(6)的缸筒端固定于安装板(1),缸杆端与下压臂(4)的中部连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的保温杯缩口压坯装置,其特征在于:所述安装板(1)上设有与下压杆(2)配合的导向套(7),所述导向套(7)与下压杆(2)之间设置有直线轴承。
  3. 一种双工位保温杯缩口机,其特征在于:包括机架(8),所述机架(8)上面间隔设置有两个旋转台(9),机架(8)下面设置有驱动旋转台(9)转动的旋转台驱动部件(10),所述旋转台(9)上面固定设置有压杯模具(11),所述机架(1)上设置有如权利要求1至2中任一项所述的保温杯缩口压坯装置,保温杯缩口压坯装置的两个下压头(5)在伺服电缸(6)的驱动下升降以靠近或远离两个压杯模具(11)的上端,所述机架(1)在两个旋转台(2)的外侧分别对称设置有至少一个整形机构(12),所述整形机构(12)包括设置在机架(1)上的整形底座(121)、可沿内外方向横移地设置在整形底座(121)上的整形盘(122)以及驱动整形盘(122)横移以使整形盘(122)靠近或远离对应的压杯模具(11)侧部的横移驱动部件(123),所述旋转台(2)和下压头(5)的旋转轴线平行。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的双工位保温杯缩口机,其特征在于:所述整形机构(12)还包括设置在整形底座(121)上的导轨安装板(124)、设置在导轨安装板(124)上的导轨(125)、与导轨(125)滑动配合的滑块(126)、设置在滑块(126)上的整形盘安装架(127),所述横移驱动部件(123)设置在滑块(126)与导轨安装板(124)之间以驱动滑块(126)在导轨(125)滑动,所述整形盘(122)可转动地安装在整形盘安装架(127)上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的双工位保温杯缩口机,其特征在于:所述导轨安装板(124)可竖直升降地设置在整形底座(121)上,所述整形底座(121)与导轨安装板(124)之间设置有驱动导轨安装板(124)升降的整形盘升降驱动部件(128),所述整形盘升降驱动部件(128)为螺旋升降机。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的双工位保温杯缩口机,其特征在于:所述导轨安装板(124)上设置有升降导向套(129),所述整形底座(121)上设置有与升降导向套(129)配合的升降导向杆(120)。
