Description

一种铝合金汽车仪表盘支架焊接装置 技术领域
本发明涉及汽车仪表盘支架焊接技术领域,尤其涉及一种铝合金汽车仪表盘支架焊接装置。
背景技术
汽车的轻量化是汽车行业发展和竞争的趋势,减轻汽车质量的重要途径就是使汽车材料轻量化。铝合金密度小,重量轻,强度高,成型性好,成为汽车轻量化的首选金属材料。汽车仪表盘板集中了全车的仪表,显示了汽车的工作状况。而仪表盘支架是由多个部件焊接而成型的,它是汽车仪表盘***中最重要的部件,因此对其焊接精度要求非常高。因为铝合金的膨胀系数为钢的2倍,凝固时体积收缩率达6.5%至6.6%,再加上铝合金导热快,使得采用铝合金材料进行焊接时,焊接变形倾向性大。但是,焊接变形对结构安装精度有很大影响,过大的变形会显著的降低结构的承载能力,严重影响汽车仪表盘板焊接效果。
因此,有必要提供一种新的铝合金汽车仪表盘支架焊接装置解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种能加快铝合金凝固速度,降低铝合金焊接变形程度,适用于多种汽车仪表盘支架的铝合金汽车仪表盘支架焊接装置。
本发明提供的铝合金汽车仪表盘支架焊接装置包括:基座、旋转机构、升降机构、第一冷却结构和第二冷却结构,所述基座上架设有旋转机构;所述第一冷却结构架设在旋转机构上,且旋转机构通过第一冷却结构将焊件的温度降低;所述第二冷却结构通过升降机构架设在基座上。
优选的,所述旋转机构包括转动电机、支撑柱和转盘,所述转动电机固定安装在基座上,且转动电机的输出端上固定安装有支撑柱,所述支撑柱的顶部固定安装有转盘。
优选的,所述基座上安装有升降机构,且升降机构包括驱动电机、螺纹柱、 连接板、限位架、连接件和压盘,所述驱动电机固定安装在基座上,且驱动电机的输出端上固定安装有螺纹柱,所述螺纹柱上串接有螺纹连接的连接板,且连接板插设在限位架上开设的两个滑槽中并与滑槽的内侧壁滑动连接,所述连接件架设在连接板上,且连接件上安装有压盘。

在具体实施过程中,如图1和图2所示,基座1上架设有旋转机构2,且旋转机构2包括转动电机21、支撑柱22和转盘23,转动电机21固定安装在基座1上,且转动电机21的输出端上固定安装有支撑柱22,支撑柱22的顶部固定安装有转盘23;
其中,转盘23上固定安装有若干个导杆7,压盘36上固定安装有若干个限位杆8。
需要说明的是:将支架部件对准导杆7放置在转盘23上,再将另外的支 架部件放置在其上,把那个对准焊接点,在焊接时,启动转动电机21,使其在一个焊接点焊接和完毕时,将下一个焊接点转过来。
参考图1所示,基座1上安装有升降机构3,且升降机构3包括驱动电机31、螺纹柱32、连接板33、限位架34、连接件35和压盘36,驱动电机31固定安装在基座1上,且驱动电机31的输出端上固定安装有螺纹柱32,螺纹柱32上串接有螺纹连接的连接板33,且连接板33插设在限位架34上开设的两个滑槽中并与滑槽的内侧壁滑动连接,连接件35架设在连接板33上,且连接件35上安装有压盘36。
其中,连接件35主要由支撑板351、转轴352和支架353组成,支撑板351的一端固定安装在连接板33上,且支撑板351的另一端通过转轴352与支架353转动连接,支架353固定安装在压盘36上。
需要说明的是:启动驱动电机31驱动螺纹柱32转动,使得压盘36压向支架部件,将上下两层部件压紧,避免在转动的过程中,支架部件之间的焊接点错位,影响焊接精度,在转盘23转动的过程中,连接件35的设计使得压盘36也随之转动。
参考图1和图2所示,基座1上安装有焊接机构6,且焊接机构6包括升降杆61、安装板62、焊枪63和螺纹锁定杆64,升降杆61固定安装在基座1上,且升降杆61的顶部插设有滑动连接的安装板62,且安装板62上固定安装有焊枪63,螺纹锁定杆64插设在升降杆61的顶部并与升降杆61螺纹连接。
需要说明的是:拧松螺纹锁定杆64,拉动安装板62,调节焊枪63与焊接点之间的距离,使得装置的适用性更强,拧紧螺纹锁定杆64,开始焊接。
参考图3所示,第一冷却结构4架设在旋转机构2上,且旋转机构2通过第一冷却结构4将焊件的温度降低,第一冷却结构4包括第一冷凝管41、第一冷却槽42、第一进水管43和第一出水管44,若干个第一冷凝管41置于转盘23上开设的若干个第一冷却槽42中,第一冷凝管41的一端固定安装在第一进水管43上,且第一冷凝管41的另一端固定安装在第一出水管44上,且第一冷凝管41与第一进水管43和第一出水管44相连通。
需要说明的是:焊接前,开始从第一进水管43向第一冷凝管41内注入冷水,对支架部件进行降温,使得支架部件在焊接时,能快速降温,降低铝合金的膨胀程度,增加支架的精度。
参考图3所示,第二冷却结构5通过升降机构3架设在基座1上,第二冷却结构5包括第二冷凝管51、第二冷却槽52、第二进水管53和第二出水管54,若干个第二冷凝管51置于压盘36上开设的若干个第二冷却槽52中,第二冷凝管51的一端固定安装在第二进水管53上,且第二冷凝管51的另一端固定安装在第二出水管54上,且第二冷凝管51与第二进水管53和第二出水管54相连通。
需要说明的是:焊接前,开始从第二进水管53向第二冷凝管51内注入冷水,对支架部件进行降温,使得支架部件在焊接时,能快速降温,降低铝合金的膨胀程度,增加支架的精度。
本发明提供的铝合金汽车仪表盘支架焊接装置的工作原理如下:

  5. 根据权利要求2所述的铝合金汽车仪表盘支架焊接装置,其特征在于,所述第一冷却结构(4)包括第一冷凝管(41)、第一冷却槽(42)、第一进水管(43)和第一出水管(44),若干个所述第一冷凝管(41)置于转盘(23)上开设的若干个第一冷却槽(42)中,所述第一冷凝管(41)的一端固定安装在第一进水管(43)上,且第一冷凝管(41)的另一端固定安装在第一出水管(44)上,且第一冷凝管(41)与第一进水管(43)和第一出水管(44)相连通。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的铝合金汽车仪表盘支架焊接装置,其特征在于,所述第二冷却结构(5)包括第二冷凝管(51)、第二冷却槽(52)、第二进水管(53)和第二出水管(54),若干个所述第二冷凝管(51)置于压盘(36)上开设的若干个第二冷却槽(52)中,所述第二冷凝管(51)的一端固定安装在第二进水管(53)上,且第二冷凝管(51)的另一端固定安装在第二出水管(54)上,且第二冷凝管(51)与第二进水管(53)和第二出水管(54)相连通。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的铝合金汽车仪表盘支架焊接装置,其特征在于,所述基座(1)上安装有焊接机构(6),且焊接机构(6)包括升降杆(61)、安装板(62)、焊枪(63)和螺纹锁定杆(64),所述升降杆(61)固定安装在基座(1)上,且升降杆(61)的顶部插设有滑动连接的安装板(62),且安装板(62)上固定安装有焊枪(63),所述螺纹锁定杆(64)插设在升降杆(61)的顶部并与升降杆(61)螺纹连接。
  8. 根据权利要求2和3所述的铝合金汽车仪表盘支架焊接装置,其特征在于,所述转盘(23)上固定安装有若干个导杆(7),所述压盘(36)上固定安装有若干个限位杆(8)。
