本发明属于冰箱技术领域,具体提供了一种用于冰箱的踢脚板和冰箱。本发明旨在解决现有嵌入式冰箱的踢脚板不能与橱柜风格相融合,用户视觉体验不佳的问题。本发明提供了一种用于冰箱的踢脚板,一种用于冰箱的踢脚板,其特征在于,包括:装饰板,其顶部的后侧设置有插槽;格栅,其顶部设置有向上延伸的多个插接结构,所述插接结构***所述插槽中。本发明中的踢脚板安装在冰箱底部时,能够使冰箱底部的踢脚部分在视觉上实现与橱柜的融合。

Description

一种用于冰箱的踢脚板和冰箱 技术领域
本发明属于冰箱技术领域,具体提供了一种用于冰箱的踢脚板和冰箱。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的日益提高,人们对厨房的要求越来越高,部分家庭追求橱柜一体化,就需要将冰箱嵌入到橱柜内,为了提高厨房的整体风格和整体美观度,嵌入式冰箱的底部会配置与厨房风格一体的踢脚板,以遮挡嵌入式冰箱底部的直角和空隙,使得厨房的整体风格一致,提高用户的视觉体验。
目前,为了提高嵌入式冰箱的散热功能,嵌入式冰箱底部往往会设置格栅进行散热,但格栅设置在嵌入式冰箱底部很难与橱柜的风格融合,不够美观,同时格栅往往通过紧固或焊接的方式与冰箱连接,不利于格栅的安装或拆卸。
因此,现需要一种既能散热又具有装饰性的踢脚板,以使得嵌入式冰箱能够散热的同时,还能够与橱柜风格相融合,提高厨房整体的美观度。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的在于,解决现有嵌入式冰箱的踢脚板不能与橱柜风格相融合,用户视觉体验不佳的问题。
本发明的另一个目的在于,解决现有嵌入式冰箱的踢脚板安装不便的问题。
本发明的又一个目的在于,怎样使用户将自己选配的踢脚板固定到冰箱上。
为实现上述目的,根据本发明的一方面,提供了一种用于冰箱的踢脚板,包括:装饰板;格栅,其与饰板通过卡接方式固定连接或一体制成;以及多个磁体,其用于将踢脚板吸合到所述冰箱上。
进一步地,装饰板的顶部的后侧设置有第一插槽;格栅的顶部设置有向上延伸的多个插接结构,插接结构***第一插槽中以实现格栅与装饰板的卡接。
进一步地,格栅左右方向上的端部和中部分别分布有插接结构。
进一步地,每个插接结构设置有容纳腔,容纳腔用于放置磁体。
进一步地,容纳腔的设置在插接结构的顶部,插接结构上还设置有用于将磁体固定到容纳腔中的第一卡扣。
进一步地,位于格栅端部的插接结构上设置有固定孔,装饰板上设置有与固定孔对应的螺纹孔,踢脚板还包括螺钉,螺钉贯穿固定孔并拧紧到螺纹孔中。
进一步地,饰板的底部设置有开口向下的第一卡槽,第一卡槽与格栅卡接;或踢脚板还包括多根装饰筋条,多根装饰筋条水平设置在装饰板的外表面。
进一步地,格栅包括多条竖向筋,多条竖向筋中位于格栅左侧部的竖向筋朝第一方向倾斜,多条竖向筋中位于格栅右侧部的竖向筋朝第二方向倾斜。
进一步地,第一方向为格栅的左侧,第二方向为格栅的右侧。
进一步地,每一条竖向筋自其顶端至底端向后倾斜。
进一步地,踢脚板还包括:端盖,其顶部与装饰板的端部固定连接,端盖的底部设置有限位筋,限位筋用于抵接格栅的后侧面。
进一步地,格栅包括竖向筋,竖向筋自其顶端至底端从前向后倾斜。
进一步地,格栅还包括横向筋,横向筋与水平面平行。
进一步地,限位筋包括至少一个前侧限位筋和至少一个后侧限位筋,位于格栅端部处的竖向筋被卡置在前侧限位筋与后侧限位筋之间。
进一步地,限位筋包括间隔设置的至少两个前侧限位筋,横向筋的端部被卡置在相邻的两个前侧限位筋之间。
进一步地,装饰板靠近格栅的一端设置有第二插槽,端盖上设置有与第二插槽相匹配的插条,插条***第二插槽中。
进一步地,装饰板远离格栅的一端设置有第三插槽,第三插槽的侧壁上形成有第二卡槽;端盖上设置有与第三插槽相匹配的插接部,插接部上设置有第二卡扣和第一容纳结构,第一容纳结构内安装有磁体;插接部***第三插槽中,并使第二卡扣扣入第二卡槽中。
进一步地,第三插槽的侧壁在装饰板的中部处设置有避让孔和卡接孔,踢脚板还包括活动卡扣,活动卡扣上设置有第二容纳结构,第二容纳结构内安装有磁体,活动卡扣从避让孔滑进第三插槽并卡接到卡接孔。
进一步地,格栅的横向筋上设置有第三卡槽,端盖上还设置有第三卡扣,第三卡扣扣入第三卡槽中。
根据本发明的另一方面,还提供了一种冰箱,包括箱体、门体和踢脚板,踢脚板安装在箱体上并且位于门体的下方。
基于前文的描述,本领域技术人员能够理解的是,在本发明前述的技术方案中,通过格栅顶部的插接结构与装饰板上的插槽相卡接,以将装饰板固定到格栅上,使装饰板与橱柜的风格融合,提高了厨房整体的美观度,进而提高了用户的视觉体验。同时,通过多个磁体将踢脚板吸合到冰箱上,方便了用户自行安装踢脚板,从而使冰箱底部的踢脚部分在视觉上实现与橱柜的融合。
进一步地,通过安装在格栅上的磁体将踢脚板吸合到冰箱底部,使得踢脚板与冰箱可拆卸地连接,有利于对踢脚板的安装或拆卸。
进一步,通过使格栅的竖向筋自其顶端至底端从前向后倾斜,使得格栅容易被用户踢到的底部更加靠后,有利于降低格栅被用户踢到的频次。

如图1和图2所示,本发明的一些实施例中,冰箱20包括箱体201和门体202。踢脚板10安装在箱体201上并且位于门体202的下方。门体202的底部与踢脚板10的顶部相抵接,箱体201的底部与踢脚板10后面板相抵接。
如图3至图10所示,踢脚板10包括格栅1、装饰板2、螺钉3、磁体4和端盖5。格栅1可拆卸地安装到冰箱20的底部,格栅1用于从冰箱20底部对冰箱20进行散热。装饰板2与格栅1通过螺钉3固定连接,并且装饰板2的前表面裸露在格栅1的前侧,起到装饰踢脚板10的作用。磁体4设置在格栅1上,以将踢脚板10吸合到冰箱20底部。
如图3至图7所示,格栅1包括固定孔11、止挡筋12、插接结构13、竖向筋14和卡合边15。固定孔11用于与装饰板2固定连接,止挡筋12设置在格栅1的后板面,止挡筋12用于与冰箱20的箱体201相抵接。插接结构13设置在格栅1的上方,插接结构13用于与装饰板2进行卡接。
继续参阅图3至图7,本发明的固定孔11设置在格栅1端部的插接结构13上,具体的,固定孔11设置在格栅1的侧面,且格栅1的两个侧面均设置有固定孔11。固定孔11内设置有螺纹,螺钉3能够与固定孔11的螺纹配合拧紧,同时螺钉3穿过格栅1的固定孔11与装饰板2进行固定连接,以将装饰板2与格栅1固定。
继续参阅图3至图7,本发明的止挡筋12设置在格栅1的后侧,并且止挡筋12的顶端具有平面。在将踢脚板10安装到冰箱20上的状态下,止挡筋12位于箱体201的底侧。当用户踢到格栅1时,该止挡筋12的顶面与箱体201底壁抵接,从而增加踢脚板10转动时的阻力,避免装饰板2脱离箱体201。换句话说,当用户踢到格栅1时,踢脚板10会受到以止挡筋12为中心的扭矩,如果该扭矩大于磁体4与箱体201之间的磁力扭矩时,踢脚板10将会向下翻转,从而脱离箱体201。而止挡筋12通过其顶面与箱体201底壁抵接,使得踢脚板10向下翻转时的旋转支点更加靠后,从而减小了用户施加给踢脚板10并驱使踢脚板10向下翻转的力矩。因此,止挡筋12能够有效地避免踢脚板10在被用户踢到时脱离箱体201。
继续参阅图3至图7,格栅1其顶部设置有向上延伸的多个插接结构13,插接结构13用于与装饰板2进行卡接,以便装饰板2挂接到格栅1上。格栅1左右方向上的端部和中部分别分布有插接结构13。优选的,本发明将插接结构13的数量设置为三个,本领域技术人员可根据实际需要将插接结构13的数量设置为一个、两个或四个等其他数量的插接结构13。
继续参阅图3至图7,插接结构13包括容纳腔131和第一卡扣132,容纳腔131设置在插接结构13的顶部,容纳腔131用于放置磁体4。第一卡扣132设置在容纳腔131的上方,第一卡扣132用于将磁体4固定到容纳腔131中,以避免磁体4从容纳腔131中脱落。
继续参阅图3至图7,格栅1还包括多条竖向筋14,多条竖向筋14中位于格栅1左侧部的竖向筋14朝第一方向倾斜,多条竖向筋14中位于格栅1右侧部的竖向筋14朝第二方向倾斜。其中,第一方向为格栅1的左侧,第二方向为格栅1的右侧。第一方向的格栅1用于向冰箱20底部导风,第二方向的格栅1用于将冰箱20底部的热空气导出。其中,将格栅1设置为左右侧向不同的方向倾斜,使其一侧作为进风口,另一侧作为出风口,避免了冰箱20底部刚从进风口处出来的热风,又从出风口处导入,而使得格栅1的通风效果不理想的问题,进而提高了踢脚板10对冰箱20底部的散热效果。
继续参阅图3至图7,每一条竖向筋14自其顶端至底端向后倾斜,以使得格栅1容易被用户踢到的底部更加靠后,有利于降低踢脚板10被用户踢到的频次。
继续参阅图7,格栅1还包括卡合边15,卡合边15设置在格栅1的后板面上,卡合边15用于将装饰板2挂接到格栅1上。
继续参阅图3至图8,装饰板2与格栅1的插接结构13相卡接,并且装饰板2的前表面裸露在格栅1的前侧,起到装饰踢脚板10的作用。装饰板2包括第一插槽21、第一卡槽22和固定轴23。
继续参阅图3至图8,第一插槽21设置在装饰板2的顶部的后侧,具体地,第一插槽21是由装饰板2的上端向后弯曲而形成,格栅1上的插接结构13插接到装饰板2上的第一插槽21内,以将装饰板2固定到格栅1上。同时,装饰板2的下边缘与格栅1顶部的卡合边15相卡接,装饰板2便可挂接在格栅1上。

继续参阅图3至图8,本发明的固定轴23位于装饰板2的底端,且装饰板2的两个端部分别设置有固定轴23,且装饰板2上设置有与固定孔11对应的螺纹孔。具体的,固定轴23设置在装饰板2的后板面上,且在装饰板2后板面的底部的两端均设置有固定轴23。固定轴23内设置有螺纹孔,固定轴23上设置有与格栅1上的固定孔11对准的螺纹 孔,以将装饰板2与格栅1固定连接。
继续参阅图3至图8,本发明的另一些实施例中,踢脚板10还包括多根装饰筋条,多根装饰筋条水平设置在装饰板2的外表面。优选的,本发明中将装饰筋条的数量设置为四根,本领域技术人员可根据实际需要将装饰筋条的数量设置为两根、三根或五根等数量的装饰筋条。
继续参阅图3至图8,踢脚板10还包括螺钉3,螺钉3贯穿格栅1上的固定孔11并拧紧到装饰板2上的螺纹孔中,以将装饰板2固定到格栅1上。
继续参阅图3至图8,本发明的踢脚板10还包括多个磁体4,格栅1的左端部、右端部和中部分别设置有磁体4。具体的,本发明的磁体设置在格栅1的插接结构13内的容纳腔131里,且格栅1上的第一卡扣132将磁体4固定在容纳腔131内。优选地,本发明将磁体4的数量设置为三个,本领域技术人员可根据实际需要将磁体4的数量设置为一个、两个或四个等数量的磁体4。
进一步地,本发明的其他实施例中,磁体4具有贴附粘胶的贴附面(图中并未示出),磁体4可通过该贴附面上的粘胶粘合到容纳腔131内。
下面参照图7至图10,来对本发明的一些实施例中的踢脚板10的组装方法进行简单说明:
装饰板2的安装步骤:先将装饰板2的第一插槽21与格栅1的顶部对准,将第一插槽21与格栅1上的插接结构13卡接,使得装饰板2的第一插槽21完全挂接到插接结构13内。
螺钉3的安装步骤:将固定轴23的螺纹孔与固定孔11对准,螺钉3依次穿过固定孔11和固定轴23并拧紧。
磁体4的安装步骤:将磁体4放置到插接结构13的容纳腔131内,第一卡扣132将磁体4固定在容纳腔131内。
本领域技术人员能够理解的是,本发明通过格栅1顶部的插接结构13与装饰板2上的第一插槽21相卡接,以将装饰板2固定到格栅1上,使装饰板2与橱柜的风格融合,提高了厨房整体的美观度,进而提高了用户的视觉体验。
进一步地,通过安装在格栅1上的磁体4将踢脚板10吸合到冰箱20底部,使得踢脚板10与冰箱20可拆卸地连接,有利于对踢脚板10的安装或拆卸。
如图9和图10所示,在本发明的其他实施例中,踢脚板10还包括端盖5,端盖5可滑动连接到格栅1的端面,端盖5上设置有凸起部51,格栅1内具有与端盖5配合插接的结构,通过凸起部51可将端盖5卡接到格栅1上。
进一步地,本发明的其他实施例中,踢脚板包括让位边(图中并未示出),让位边设置在装饰板2的前板面的顶部,以避免在安装踢脚板10的过程中,装饰板2的上边沿与冰箱20门体202发生剐蹭。
进一步地,本发明的其他实施例中,踢脚板10还包括多根装饰筋条(图中并未示出),多根装饰筋条水平设置在装饰板2的外表面。优选地,本发明将装饰筋条的数量设置为三根,本领域技术人员可根据实际需要将装饰筋条的数量设置为一根、两根或四根等数量的装饰筋条。
下面参照图11至图15来对本发明第二实施例中的冰箱和用于冰箱的踢脚板进行详细说明。其中,图11是本发明第二实施例中冰箱的轴测视图,图12是本发明第二实施例中踢脚板的前上轴测视图,图13是本发明第二实施例中踢脚板的后上轴测视图,图14是图13中踢脚板的结构分解图,图15是本发明第二实施例中踢脚板的侧盖的轴测视图;图16是图11中A部的放大图。
如图11所示,在本发明的第二实施例中,冰箱100包括箱体110和安装在箱体110上的门体120。冰箱100还包括安装在箱体110上的踢脚板200,该踢脚板200以可拆卸的方式安装在门体120的下方。
下面参照图12至图16来对本发明第二实施例中用于冰箱的踢脚板200进行详细说明。
如图12至图14所示,踢脚板200包括装饰板210、格栅220、端盖230、活动卡扣240、多个磁体250和可选的螺钉260。其中,装饰板210和格栅220固定连接到一起,优选地,装饰板210和格栅220以插接的方式连接到一起。此外,本领域技术人员也可以根据需要,使装饰板210和格栅220采用其他任意可行的方式连接到一起,例如螺钉连接、铆接、黏结等。
如图12和图13所示,端盖230与装饰板210和格栅220分别连接,以使装饰板210、格栅220和端盖230中的任意一项都能够对另外两项进行限位、固定,进而使得装饰板210、格栅220和端盖230三者被有机地连接为一个整体,提升了踢脚板200的结构强度。活动卡扣240以可拆卸的方式安装到装饰板210上。进一步,端盖230和活动卡扣240上分别固定有至少一个磁体250,以通过该磁体250将踢脚板200吸合到冰箱100的箱体110上。
如图12至图14所示,螺钉260用于将端盖230拧紧到装饰板210上。或者,本领域技术人员也可以根据需要,使螺钉260将端盖230拧紧到格栅220上。
下面参照图14和图15来对装饰板210、格栅220、端盖230和活动卡扣240的具体结构进行详细说明。
如图14所示,装饰板210上设置有第二插槽211、第三插槽212、作为第一卡合结构的第二卡槽213、避让孔214、卡接孔215和螺纹孔216。
从图14中可以看出,第二插槽211位于装饰板210的底部,优选地,第二插槽211位于装饰板210上靠近装饰板210底端的位置。第二插槽211的延伸方向平行于装饰板210的长度方向,并且第二插槽211的长度略短于装饰板210的长度。装饰板210通过该第二插槽211与格栅220插接到一起。
此外,在本发明的其他实施例中,本领域技术人员也可以根据需要,使第二插槽211的延伸方向不平行于装饰板210的长度方向;并且/或者,使第二插槽211位于装饰板210的其他位置,例如装饰板210的中部。
继续参阅图14,第三插槽212位于装饰板210的顶部,并且第三插槽212的延伸方向也平行于装饰板210的长度方向,并且第二卡槽213、避让孔214和卡接孔215都形成在第三插槽212的侧壁上。进一步,第二卡槽213临近装饰板210的端部设置,以通过该第二卡槽213使装饰板210与端盖230卡接到一起。避让孔214和卡接孔215都设置在装饰板210的中部,该避让孔214用于使活动卡扣240沿装饰板210的后侧向前移动并嵌入第三插槽212中。该卡接孔215用于卡住活动卡扣240,以防止活动卡扣240在第三插槽212内移动。
此外,在本发明的其他实施例中,本领域技术人员也可以根据需要,使第三插槽212位于装饰板210的中部或底部。
继续参阅图14,装饰板210的两端分别设置有一个螺纹孔216,该螺纹孔216与螺钉260相匹配,用于使螺钉260将端盖230固定到装饰板210上。
如图14所示,格栅220包括滑块221、横向筋222和竖向筋223。其中,滑块221设置在格栅220的顶部,优选地设置在格栅220的顶端。并且,滑块221为条形的板状结构。或者,在本发明的其他实施例中,本领域技术人员也可以根据需要,将滑块221设置为其他任意可行的结构,例如将滑块221设置为间隔分布的多个块状结构。
进一步,滑块221与装饰板210上的第二插槽211相匹配。在将格栅220安装到装饰板210上时,先将格栅220放置在装饰板210的左侧或右侧,然后使滑块221与第二插槽211对准,随后使滑块221***第二插槽211中,从而实现格栅220与装饰板210的固定。
如图12至图14所示,横向筋222和竖向筋223彼此交错,以提升格栅220的结构 强度。优选地,横向筋222与竖向筋223垂直,并且横向筋222的厚度方向与踢脚板200的上下方向大体一致,竖向筋223的厚度方向与踢脚板200的前后方向大体一致。进一步优选地,在踢脚板200的前后方向上,竖向筋223位于横向筋222中间靠后的位置,以便在视觉上隐藏竖向筋223。
如图15所示,端盖230靠近装饰板210的一侧设置有插接部231。在踢脚板200被组装好的状态下,插接部231***到装饰板210上的第三插槽212中。进一步,插接部231上设置有作为第一卡合配合结构的第二卡扣2311和第一容纳结构2312,该第二卡扣2311与装饰板210上的第二卡槽213相匹配,该第一容纳结构2312用于放置磁体250。在踢脚板200被组装好的状态下,第二卡扣2311嵌入第二卡槽213内。
此外,在沿第三插槽212的延伸方向能够将端盖230固定到装饰板210上的前提下,第二卡槽213可以被替换成其他任意可行的第一卡合结构,第二卡扣2311可以被替换成其他任意可行的第一配合卡合结构。例如,将第二卡槽213替换成卡扣,将第二卡扣2311替换成卡槽。
如图15所示地,第一容纳结构2312的至少一个侧壁被设置成具有间隙的结构,以使用户能通过撬针、撬杆或撬棒将磁体250从第一容纳结构2312中撬出。具体地,将该至少一个侧壁设置成多个间隔分布的锥形结构。
如图15和图16所示,端盖230的后侧设置有止挡筋232,并且止挡筋232的顶端具有平面。在将踢脚板200安装到冰箱100上的状态下,止挡筋232位于箱体110的底侧。当用户踢到格栅220时,该止挡筋232的顶面与箱体110底壁抵接,从而增加踢脚板200转动时的阻力,避免装饰板210脱离箱体110。换句话说,当用户踢到格栅220时,踢脚板200会受到以止挡筋232为中心的扭矩,如果该扭矩大于磁体250与箱体110之间的磁力扭矩时,踢脚板200将会向下翻转,从而脱离箱体110。而止挡筋232通过其顶面与箱体110底壁抵接,使得踢脚板200向下翻转时的旋转支点更加靠后,从而减小了用户施加给踢脚板200并驱使踢脚板200向下翻转的力矩。因此,止挡筋232能够有效地避免踢脚板200在被用户踢到时脱离箱体110。
如图15所示,端盖230靠近格栅220的一侧设置有多个限位筋233,该多个限位筋233与格栅220的后侧相抵。进一步,限位筋233优选地为两个,该两个限位筋233之间形成有卡置位(图中未标记),该卡置位用于卡置格栅220的一条横向筋222,以限制格栅220上下方向上的位移。
本领域技术人员能够理解的是,与格栅220后侧抵接的限位筋233和卡置横向筋222的卡置位,能够有效地防止格栅220相对于端盖230发生翻转,从而有效地避免了格栅220被用户踢到时向后移动的情形。
继续参阅图15,端盖230上还设置有固定孔234,该固定孔234与装饰板210上的螺纹孔216对准。在踢脚板200被组装好的状态下,螺钉260穿过固定孔234与螺纹孔216拧紧到一起,从而将端盖230固定到装饰板210上。
继续参阅图15,端盖230靠近装饰板210的一侧,在插接部231与固定孔234之间还设置有插筋(图中未标记)。在踢脚板200被组装好的状态下,该插筋***到第二插槽211与第三插槽212之间,并且可选地与第二插槽211的外侧壁和第三插槽212的外侧壁分别抵接。
如图14所示,活动卡扣240上设置有第二容纳结构241和卡勾242。该第二容纳结构241用于放置磁体250。并且,第二容纳结构241的至少一个侧壁被设置成具有间隙的结构,以使用户能够通过撬针、撬杆或撬棒将磁体250从第二容纳结构241中撬出。具体地,将该至少一个侧壁设置成多个间隔分布的锥形结构。卡勾242与装饰板210上的卡接孔215相匹配。在踢脚板200被组装好的状态下,活动卡扣240嵌入装饰板210上的第三插槽212,并且卡勾242嵌入卡接孔215。
从图14中可以看出,活动卡扣240为J形结构,即活动卡扣240包括长边部、短边 部和将长边部与短边部连接到一起的衔接部。第二容纳结构241设置在长边部上,卡勾242设置在短边部远离衔接部的一端。优选地,第二容纳结构241位于短边部的外侧。
下面参照图13和图14来对本发明第二实施例中踢脚板200的组装方法进行简单说明。
格栅220的安装步骤,先将格栅220放置在装饰板210的左侧或右侧,然后使滑块221与第二插槽211对准,随后使滑块221***第二插槽211中,从而实现格栅220与装饰板210的固定。
端盖230的安装步骤:先在第一容纳结构2312内放入磁体350,然后将端盖230***到装饰板210上,并因此使插接部231嵌入第三插槽212,使第二卡扣2311嵌入第二卡槽213,使端盖230的底部遮挡格栅220的端面。
虽然图12和图13中所示的端盖230是将格栅220的端面完全遮蔽的,但是本领域技术人员也可以根据需要,使端盖230仅遮蔽格栅220端面的一部分。
螺钉260的安装步骤:使螺钉260穿过固定孔234并拧紧到螺纹孔216中。
活动卡扣240的安装步骤:先在第二容纳结构241内放入磁体350,然后将第二容纳结构241从装饰板210的后方经由避让孔214放入第三插槽212,再将活动卡扣240滑动到使其卡勾242嵌入卡接孔215的位置。
基于前文的描述,本领域技术人员能够理解的是,在本发明第二实施例中,通过将踢脚板200安装在冰箱100上,能够使冰箱100底部的踢脚部分在视觉上实现与橱柜的融合。进一步,通过在装饰板210的端部设置端盖230并使端盖230遮挡格栅220的端面的至少一部分,使得踢脚板200在视觉上具有较为整洁的外观。
进一步,通过使装饰板210和格栅220借助第二插槽211和滑块221可拆卸的安装到一起,并使端盖230在滑块221的滑动方向上与格栅220抵接,从而将格栅220固定到装饰板210上,使得装饰板210、格栅220和端盖230中的任意一项都能够对另外两项进行限位、固定,进而使得装饰板210、格栅220和端盖230三者被有机地连接为一个整体,提升了踢脚板200的结构强度。
进一步,通过将踢脚板200设置为多个部分,还简化了各个部分的加工工艺,降低了踢脚板200的生产成本。
再进一步,通过在装饰板210上安装磁体250,使得踢脚板200能够借助该磁250体吸合到冰箱100上,方便了用户对踢脚板200的安装、拆卸和更换。
下面参照图17和图18来对本发明第三实施例中的踢脚板200进行详细说明。其中,图17是本发明第三实施例中踢脚板的结构分解图,图18是本发明第三实施例中踢脚板的后上轴测视图。
在此之前需要说明的是,为了方便描述,以及为了使本领域技术人员能够快速地理解本发明的第三实施例,后文仅对第三实施例中踢脚板200与第二实施例中踢脚板200的不同之处进行详细说明。第三实施例中踢脚板200其他结构可以参照前文第二实施例中对踢脚板200的描述。
在本发明的第三实施例中,格栅220远离装饰板210的一端设置有第二卡合结构,端盖230远离装饰板210的一端设置有第二卡合配合结构。端盖230通过该第二卡合结构和该第二卡合配合结构与格栅220卡接到一起。
具体地,如图17和图18所示,第二卡合结构是形成在格栅220的横向筋222上的第三卡槽2221,第二卡合配合结构是设置在端盖230上的第三卡扣235。在踢脚板200被组装好的状态下,第三卡扣235嵌入第三卡槽2221,以防止格栅220与端盖230出现闪缝。
此外,本领域技术人员也可以根据需要,将第二卡合结构和第二卡合配合结构设置为其他任意可行的结构,例如将第二卡合结构设置为卡扣,将第二卡合配合结构设置为卡槽。
下面参照图19来对本发明第四实施例中的踢脚板200进行详细说明。
与第二实施例或第三实施例相比,在本发明的第四实施例中,装饰板210和格栅220被固定为一个整体或被一体制成。例如,装饰板210和格栅220先通过挤压工艺,再通过冲压工艺制成;或者,将装饰板210和格栅220分别制成以后再焊接到一起。
示例性地,如图19所示,装饰板210和格栅220被一体制成,并且格栅220位于装饰板210的后侧。
下面参照图20和图21来对本发明第五实施例中的踢脚板200进行详细说明。
在此之前需要说明的是,为了方便描述,以及为了使本领域技术人员能够快速地理解本发明的第五实施例,后文仅对第五实施例中踢脚板200与第二实施例中踢脚板200的不同之处进行详细说明。第五实施例中踢脚板200其他结构可以参照前文第二实施例中对踢脚板200的描述。
如图20所示,装饰板210和格栅220被一体制成,并且格栅220位于装饰板210的后侧。本领域技术人员能够理解的是,装饰板210和格栅220可以采用任意可行的工艺或连接方式被制成为一体。例如,装饰板210和格栅220先通过挤压工艺,再通过冲压工艺制成;或者,将装饰板210和格栅220分别制成以后再焊接到一起。
继续参阅图20,在本发明的第五实施例中,格栅220的竖向筋223自其顶端至底端从前向后倾斜。
如图21所示,在本发明的第五实施例中,限位筋233还包括至少一个前侧限位筋2331和至少一个后侧限位筋2332。位于格栅220端部处的竖向筋223被卡置在前侧限位筋2231与后侧限位筋2232之间。
具体地,如图21所示地,前侧限位筋2331为三个,并且该三个前侧限位筋2331间隔分布,以使横向筋222的端部被卡置在相邻的两个前侧限位筋2331之间。
进一步,如图21所示地,三个前侧限位筋2331的后侧面均为斜面,后侧限位筋2332的前侧面也为斜面,以适配倾斜的竖向筋223,并因此使竖向筋223的后侧面与后侧限位筋2332的前侧面抵接。
再进一步,如图21所示地,端盖230上设置有与第二插槽211相匹配的插条236。在端盖踢脚板200被组装好的状态下,插条236***第二插槽211中。
本领域技术人员能够理解的是,在本发明的第五实施例中,通过使格栅220的竖向筋223自其顶端至底端从前向后倾斜,使得格栅220容易被用户踢到的底部更加靠后,有利于降低格栅220被用户踢到的频次。
下面参照图22和图23来对本发明第六实施例中的踢脚板200进行详细说明。
在此之前需要说明的是,为了方便描述,以及为了使本领域技术人员能够快速地理解本发明的第六实施例,后文仅对第六实施例中踢脚板200与第三实施例中踢脚板200的不同之处进行详细说明。第六实施例中踢脚板200其他结构可以参照前文第三实施例中对踢脚板200的描述。
如图22所示,在本发明的第六实施例中,装饰板210和格栅220被一体制成。本领域技术人员能够理解的是,装饰板210和格栅220可以采用任意可行的工艺或连接方式被制成为一体。例如,装饰板210和格栅220先通过挤压工艺,再通过冲压工艺制成;或者,将装饰板210和格栅220分别制成以后再焊接到一起。其中,格栅220优选地为钣金,并且其上的通风孔采用冲压工艺冲压而成。
如图23所示,端盖230上设置有与第二插槽211相匹配的插条236,该插条236的底部形成有止挡面2361。在踢脚板200被组装好的状态下,插条236***第二插槽211中,该止挡面2361与第二插槽211的侧壁的端面抵接。
本领域技术人员能够理解的是,由于止挡面2361与第二插槽211的侧壁的端面抵接,第二卡扣2311与第二卡槽213卡接(具体是钩接),第三卡扣235与第三卡槽2221卡接(具体是钩接),使得端盖230的中部受到远离装饰板210的推力,端盖230的两端 受到指向装饰板210的拉力,从而使得端盖230与装饰板210和格栅220之间的固定更加牢固,防止端盖230发生晃动。
虽然图中并未示出,但是在本发明的第七实施例中,与前文任一实施例不同的是,磁体250的背面设置有粘贴层和防粘层。以便用户可以自行选取包括固定到一起或成型到一起的饰板和格栅在内的踢脚板200,然后从前文任一实施例中所描述的踢脚板200内取出磁体250。随后撕下磁体250上的防粘层,并使磁体250通过其粘贴层粘贴到饰板或格栅上,进而使用户能够通过该磁体250将其选取的踢脚板200安装到冰箱100上。
虽然图中并未示出,但是在本发明的其他实施例中,本领域技术人员也可以根据需要,将磁体250直接安装到装饰板210和/或格栅220上。
至此,已经结合前文的多个实施例描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围并不仅限于这些具体实施例。在不偏离本发明技术原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对上述各个实施例中的技术方案进行拆分和组合,也可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,凡在本发明的技术构思和/或技术原理之内所做的任何更改、等同替换、改进等都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种用于冰箱的踢脚板,所述踢脚板包括:
    装饰板;
    格栅,其与所述饰板通过卡接方式固定连接或一体制成;以及
    多个磁体,其用于将所述踢脚板吸合到所述冰箱上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于冰箱的踢脚板,其中,所述装饰板的顶部的后侧设置有第一插槽,所述格栅的顶部设置有向上延伸的多个插接结构,所述插接结构***所述第一插槽中以实现所述格栅与所述装饰板的卡接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于冰箱的踢脚板,其中,
    所述格栅左右方向上的端部和中部分别分布有所述插接结构。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的用于冰箱的踢脚板,其中,
    每个所述插接结构设置有容纳腔,所述容纳腔用于放置所述磁体。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的用于冰箱的踢脚板,其中,
    所述容纳腔设置在所述插接结构的顶部,所述插接结构上还设置有用于将所述磁体固定到所述容纳腔中的第一卡扣。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的用于冰箱的踢脚板,其中,
    位于所述格栅端部的所述插接结构上设置有固定孔,
    所述装饰板上设置有与所述固定孔对应的螺纹孔,
    所述踢脚板还包括螺钉,所述螺钉贯穿所述固定孔并拧紧到所述螺纹孔中。
  7. 根据权利要求2至6中任一项所述的用于冰箱的踢脚板,其中,
    所述饰板的底部设置有开口向下的第一卡槽,所述第一卡槽与所述格栅卡接;或
    所述踢脚板还包括多根装饰筋条,所述多根装饰筋条水平设置在所述装饰板的外表面。
  8. 根据权利要求2至6中任一项所述的用于冰箱的踢脚板,其中,
    所述格栅包括多条竖向筋,
    多条所述竖向筋中位于所述格栅左侧部的所述竖向筋朝第一方向倾斜,多条所述竖向筋中位于所述格栅右侧部的所述竖向筋朝第二方向倾斜。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的用于冰箱的踢脚板,其特征在于,
    所述第一方向为所述格栅的左侧,所述第二方向为所述格栅的右侧。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的用于冰箱的踢脚板,其中,
    每一条所述竖向筋自其顶端至底端向后倾斜。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的用于冰箱的踢脚板,其中,所述踢脚板还包括:
    端盖,其顶部与所述装饰板的端部固定连接,所述端盖的底部设置有限位筋,所述限位筋用于抵接所述格栅的后侧面。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的用于冰箱的踢脚板,其中,
    所述格栅包括竖向筋,所述竖向筋自其顶端至底端从前向后倾斜。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的用于冰箱的踢脚板,其中,
    所述格栅还包括横向筋,所述横向筋与水平面平行。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的用于冰箱的踢脚板,其中,
    所述限位筋包括至少一个前侧限位筋和至少一个后侧限位筋,
    位于所述格栅端部处的所述竖向筋被卡置在所述前侧限位筋与所述后侧限位筋之间。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的用于冰箱的踢脚板,其中,
    所述限位筋包括间隔设置的至少两个所述前侧限位筋,
    所述横向筋的端部被卡置在相邻的两个所述前侧限位筋之间。
  16. 根据权利要求11至15中任一项所述的用于冰箱的踢脚板,其中,
    所述装饰板靠近所述格栅的一端设置有第二插槽,
    所述端盖上设置有与所述第二插槽相匹配的插条,所述插条***所述第二插槽中。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的用于冰箱的踢脚板,其中,
    所述装饰板远离所述格栅的一端设置有第三插槽,所述第三插槽的侧壁上形成有第二卡槽;
    所述端盖上设置有与所述第三插槽相匹配的插接部,所述插接部上设置有第二卡扣和第一容纳结构,所述第一容纳结构内安装有所述磁体;
    所述插接部***所述第三插槽中,并使所述第二卡扣扣入所述第二卡槽中。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的用于冰箱的踢脚板,其中,
    所述第三插槽的侧壁在所述装饰板的中部处设置有避让孔和卡接孔,
    所述踢脚板还包括活动卡扣,所述活动卡扣上设置有第二容纳结构,所述第二容纳结构内安装有所述磁体,所述活动卡扣从所述避让孔滑进所述第三插槽并卡接到所述卡接孔。
  19. 根据权利要求13至15中任一项所述的用于冰箱的踢脚板,其中,
    所述格栅的所述横向筋上设置有第三卡槽,所述端盖上还设置有第三卡扣,所述第三卡扣扣入所述第三卡槽中。
  20. 一种冰箱,其特征在于,包括箱体、门体和权利要求1至19中任一项所述的踢脚板,所述踢脚板安装在所述箱体上并且位于所述门体的下方。
