在其中一个优选实施例中,锁止机构包括限位部、锁止部150和解锁部140, 限位部位于立杆1上,通常两个立杆1均对应设置限位部,也可以任一一条立杆上设置限位部,限位部用以配合锁止部150实现锁定,限位部通常一体或分体设置于立杆1上。
其中,锁止部150和解锁部140位于滑套3上,锁止部150用以与限位部实现锁止配合,解锁部140用以实现锁止部150与限位部解除锁止配合,解锁部140通常用以设置扳手、扳机、按钮、旋钮等想要解锁复位结构,用以配合锁止部150实现往复复位操作,实现锁止部150与解锁部140的锁定或解除。
结合上述,在其中一个优选实施例中,结合图3和图4所示,滑套3外部设有扶手部301,锁止部150和解锁部140可以配套设置与扶手部301内,扶手部301内设有绕绳轮302,绕绳轮302上配合有伞绳,伞绳用以开合伞架,滑套3和扶手部301可以为一体结构或分体的相邻安装结构。
结合上述,在其中一个优选实施例中,解锁部140包括扳机件,锁止部150包括锁头152和锁座151,扳机件安装于扶手部301上,扳机配合有复位件,扳机件用以带动锁座151移动,使得锁头152完成与限位部的解锁。
在其中一个实施例中,结合图2所示,滑套3外部设有延伸臂410,延伸臂410外端设有摇手部8,延伸臂410为斜拉杆4的外侧延伸,摇手部8内设有绕绳轮302,绕绳轮302上配合有伞绳,伞绳用以开合伞架。
在其中一个实施例中,结合图8所示,限位部为锁齿条110,锁齿条110位于两根立杆1相对侧壁上,通常为位于滑槽100内腔中,锁齿条110用以与锁止部150配合,锁止部150可以为锁销或锁块,锁止部150通过上述结构中的解锁部140实现锁止锁定或解除。
在其中一个实施例中,结合图4和图7所示,限位部为锁齿条110,锁齿条110位于与立杆1相对侧壁相邻的外侧壁上,通常外侧向设置,优选用以与扶手部301配套使用,扶手部301相邻于滑套3,结合扶手部301内的锁止部150和解锁部140,实现与锁齿条110的锁止配合,锁止部150可以为锁销或锁块,锁止部150通过上述结构中的解锁部140实现锁止锁定或解除。
上述结构中,立杆1上用以与锁齿条110配合设置有锁齿槽120,锁齿槽120依据锁齿条110安装位置进行对应设置。
在其中一个实施例中,结合图10所示,限位部为多个沿立杆1纵向间隔排布的锁位孔130,锁位孔130位于两根立杆1相对侧壁上,通常为位于滑槽100内腔中,锁位孔130用以与锁止部150配合,锁止部150可以为锁销,锁止部通过上述结构中的解锁部140实现锁止锁定或解除。
在其中一个实施例中,结合图9所示,限位部为多个沿立杆纵向间隔排布的锁位孔130,位于与立杆1相对侧壁相邻的外侧壁上,通常外侧向设置,优选用以与扶手部301配套使用,扶手部301相邻于滑套3,结合扶手部301内的锁止部150和解锁部140,实现与锁位孔130的锁止配合,锁止部150可以为锁销,锁止部150通过上述结构中的解锁部140实现锁止锁定或解除。
实施例3
基于上述实施例,结合附图13所示,本实施例公开了一种采用双立柱机构的弯管遮阳伞,两个立杆为弯管立杆结构。
实施例4
基于上述实施例,结合附图14和15所示,本实施例公开了一种采用双立柱机构的电动遮阳伞,滑套3用于与电动升降机构9配合,电动升降机构9用以带动滑套3沿立杆1升降活动,并可停止于两根立杆1的任意高度,电动升降机构9包括丝杠910和用以驱动丝杠910的电机920,丝杠910用以与滑套3配合,滑套可沿丝杠910上下移动。
其中,丝杠910下部配合设有手动驱动机构930,手动驱动机构930包括输入轴和离合组件,离合组件用以实现丝杠910和电机920的传动离合;优化设置电动升降机构9,方便采用电动驱动开合伞;配合手动驱动机构930,可以实现电动和手动的切换,同步方便手动操作使用。
其中,两条立杆1顶部的连接件7上优选设置传感器710,传感器710可以为风速传感器、雨水传感器等,用以检测环境情况,可以配套电机920实现信号传输,实现电动自动开合,增加使用功能。
本发明设计了两根立杆,构成双立杆结构,结构强度高,稳定性强,还通过滑套安装斜拉杆,这样斜拉杆不仅能够转动,还能够相对滑套前后滑动,这样遮阳伞开合更加顺畅。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种遮阳伞用双立柱机构,其特征在于,包括两根立杆,两根立杆之间形成有移动间隙,还包括滑套,所述滑套通过滑动件可沿两根立杆上下移动,所述滑套上配合有斜拉杆,所述斜拉杆另一端延伸与伞架配合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种遮阳伞用双立柱机构,其特征在于,所述滑套配合设有滑动件,所述滑动件位于所述滑套左右两侧,所述滑套通过所述滑动件可沿两根立杆上下移动,两个所述滑动件与两根立杆一一对应。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种遮阳伞用双立柱机构,其特征在于,所述滑套转动连接于两个滑动件之间。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种遮阳伞用双立柱机构,其特征在于,所述滑动件通过设置的滑轮与两根立杆滑动连接,所述立杆的内侧设置滑槽,所述滑槽与对应的滑轮配合连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种遮阳伞用双立柱机构,其特征在于,所述滑动件与一根立杆通过至少两个滑轮滑动连接。
  6. 一种采用双立柱机构的遮阳伞,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至5中所述的一种遮阳伞用双立柱机构,还包括锁止机构,所述滑套可通过锁止机构停止于两个立杆上的任意高度。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种采用双立柱机构的遮阳伞,其特征在于,所述锁止机构包括限位部、锁止部和解锁部,所述限位部位于立杆上,所述锁止部和所述解锁部位于滑套上,所述锁止部用以与限位部实现锁止配合,所述解锁部用以实现锁止部与所述限位部解除锁止配合。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种采用双立柱机构的遮阳伞,其特征在于,滑套外部设有扶手部,所述扶手部内设有绕绳轮,所述绕绳轮上配合有伞绳,所述伞绳用以开合伞架。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种采用双立柱机构的遮阳伞,其特征在于,解锁部包括扳机件,锁止部包括锁头和锁座,所述扳机件安装于所述扶手部上,所述扳机配合有复位件,所述扳机件用以带动锁座移动,使得所述锁头完成与 限位部的解锁。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的一种采用双立柱机构的遮阳伞,其特征在于,滑套外部设有延伸臂,所述延伸臂外端设有摇手部,所述摇手部内设有绕绳轮,所述绕绳轮上配合有伞绳,所述伞绳用以开合伞架。
  11. 根据权利要求7至10中任意一项所述的一种采用双立柱机构的遮阳伞,其特征在于,限位部为锁齿条,所述锁齿条位于两根立杆中任意一条立杆的相对侧壁上,或所述锁齿条位于两根立杆中的相对侧壁。
  12. 根据权利要求7至10中任意一项所述的一种采用双立柱机构的遮阳伞,其特征在于,限位部为锁齿条,所述锁齿条位于与所述立柱相对侧壁相邻的外侧壁上。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的一种采用双立柱机构的遮阳伞,其特征在于,所述锁齿条数量为两条,单条所述锁齿条与单根立柱对应设置,所述立柱上设置有侧部锁条槽。
  14. 根据权利要求7至10中任意一项所述的一种采用双立柱机构的遮阳伞,其特征在于,限位部为多个沿立杆纵向间隔排布的锁位孔,所述锁位孔位于两根立杆中任意一条立杆的相对侧壁上,或所述锁位孔位于两根立杆中的相对侧壁。
  15. 根据权利要求7至10中任意一项所述的一种采用双立柱机构的遮阳伞,其特征在于,限位部为多个沿立杆纵向间隔排布的锁位孔,所述锁位孔位于与所述立柱相对侧壁相邻的外侧壁上。
  16. 一种采用双立柱机构的弯管遮阳伞,其特征在于:包括权利要求1至5中所述的一种遮阳伞用双立柱机构,两个立杆为弯管立杆结构。
  17. 一种采用双立柱机构的电动遮阳伞,其特征在于:包括权利要求1至5中所述的一种遮阳伞用双立柱机构,滑套用于与电动升降机构配合,所述电动升降机构用以带动所述滑套沿立杆升降活动,并可停止于两根立杆的任意高度。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的一种采用双立柱机构的电动遮阳伞,其特征在于,所述电动升降机构包括丝杠和用以驱动丝杠的电机,所述丝杠用以与滑套配合,所述滑套可沿所述丝杠上下移动。
