Abstract

L'invention concerne un greffon composite structurellement amélioré qui comprend : au moins un composant de renforcement mécanique (« MRC ») et au moins un composant dérivé de tissu biostimulateur (« BTC »). La greffe composite peut avoir une géométrie sélectionnée souhaitée correspondant à la caractéristique corporelle ou à une partie de celle-ci à traiter. Le BTC fournit une biostimulation permettant de faciliter ou d'améliorer la cicatrisation, et le remodelage tissulaire endogène ou la nouvelle formation. Le MRC fournit une résistance mécanique accrue pour des greffes de support de charge et des applications, une résistance mécanique accrue pour des greffes de retenue de forme utiles dans la reconstruction et la réparation. Les procédés de production comprennent un ou plusieurs processus de fabrication reformatifs tels que, sans limitation, le moulage, le reformage, le remodelage, la fabrication additive (impression tridimensionnelle ou 3D), le revêtement et le remplissage, combinant ainsi le BTC avec, sur, autour, ou à l'intérieur du MRC.
