技术领域
本申请涉及充气产品的技术领域,尤其是涉及一种充气泵、充气组件及充气产品。
背景技术
现有传统与充气产品一体式内置泵体积上要大于移动式充气泵,且有漏气、需要插电源、在户外不便携带等问题,并且泵一旦损坏,此充气产品就无法充气。
现带有内置泵的充气床垫,大部分为充气式床体,使用时间长后容易有漏气现象,且充气床体在舒适体验较差,不适合在不平坦地面或长期在户外环境下使用。且泵体体积大,占地面积大,充气床体也大,使用时大多需要接外置电源,操作不便。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于提供充气泵、充气组件及充气产品,以缓解充气床内置泵较大,充气床易漏气的技术问题。
第一方面,本申请提供一种充气泵,包括气泵壳体,在所述气泵壳体内设置有安装腔,在所述安装腔内设置有间隔板,所述间隔板使所述安装腔分为上安装腔和下安装腔;
在所述下安装腔内设置有驱动电机,在所述上安装腔内设置有与驱动电机连接的扇叶;所述气泵壳体的一侧设置有充气安装管,所述充气安装管与所述上安装腔连通;
在所述上安装腔上端设置有气盖板,在所述气盖板上设置有与驱动电机的驱动轴同心设置的进气孔;
在所述气泵壳体的上端设置有上顶盖,所述上顶盖设置在所述气盖板的上端,在所述上顶盖上设置有与进气孔连通的通气孔,且在所述通气孔内设置有格栅;
所述上顶盖上设置有第一安装槽和第二安装槽;所述第一安装槽内设置有控制组件,在所述第二安装槽内转动配置有把手。
在可选的实施方式中,所述上顶盖、气盖板和间隔板上均设置有连接孔,所述连接孔用于使所述控制组件的线缆延伸到所述下安装腔内。
在可选的实施方式中,所述下安装腔的下端设置有灯罩,在所述下安装腔内设置有照明组件和蓄电池,所述蓄电池为所述照明组件和所述驱动电机供能,且所述控制组件的线缆分别与所述照明组件、蓄 电池和驱动电机连接。
在可选的实施方式中,所述气泵壳体上设置有用于蓄电池充电的充电口,在所述充电口上设置有橡胶塞。
本申请提供的充气泵的上顶盖上设置有控制组件和把手,当充气泵安装在充气产品上的时候,方便通过控制组件对充气泵进行操作,这样避免为了方便操作充气泵,预留对充气泵操作的空间,降低了充气泵在充气产品上占用的空间,降低了充气泵整体的大小,降低充气产品由于内置充气泵而发生漏气的概率;且该充气泵上设置有把手,方便充气泵的拿取。
第二方面,本申请提供一种充气组件,包括前述实施方式任一项所述的充气泵。
在可选的实施方式中,还包括固定壳体,在所述固定壳体内设置有固定腔,在所述固定壳体上设置有与固定腔连通的固定口;所述充气泵设置在所述固定腔内。
在可选的实施方式中,所述固定壳体的上端设置有封堵盖,所述封堵盖用于封堵所述固定口。
在可选的实施方式中,所述固定壳体上设置有固定槽,所述充气安装管固定在所述固定槽上,在所述固定壳体上设置有气咀组件,所述气咀组件的一端与所述充气安装管连接,另一端延伸到所述固定壳体外。
在可选的实施方式中,所述固定槽内设置有支撑架,所述支撑架上设置有与充气安装管匹配的弧形槽。
在可选的实施方式中,所述气咀组件包括气咀连接件、气咀连接管和气咀盖,在所述气咀盖上设置有阀片;
所述固定壳体上设置有安装孔,所述气咀连接管穿设在所述安装孔内,所述气咀连接件设置在所述固定壳体内并与所述气咀连接管连接,所述气咀盖设置在所述固定壳体外并与所述气咀连接管螺接。
在可选的实施方式中,所述固定壳体上设置有固定环,且所述固定环设置在所述固定壳体外并与所述安装孔同心设置;在所述固定环外套设有密封圈,所述气咀盖使所述密封圈与所述固定壳体的外壁抵接。
在可选的实施方式中,所述气咀连接件的远离所述气咀盖的一端设置有第一敞口,所述气咀连接件的另一端设置有用于与固定壳体的内壁抵接的支撑环,且所述气咀连接件套设在气咀连接管上;
所述气咀连接管的一端的向外延伸形成施压环,所述气咀连接管的另一端设置有螺纹,所述施压环与所述第一敞口抵接,且通过旋转气咀盖使所述施压环向所述气咀盖移动,进而使气咀连接管具有向固定壳体的内壁运动的趋势;
所述充气安装管位于所述第一敞口内并与所述气咀连接管连通。
在可选的实施方式中,所述气咀连接件的材质为TPU。
在可选的实施方式中,所述固定壳体上设置有卡接板,所述卡接板沿所述固定壳体的上端设置一周。
本申请还提供一种充气组件,该充气组件采用上述的充气泵,从而具有充气泵的一切有益效果。
第三方面,本申请提供一种充气产品,包括前述实施方式任一项所述的充气组件。
在可选的实施方式中,所述充气产品为车载充气产品。
在可选的实施方式中,包括充气产品主体,所述充气产品主体包括外壳体和设置在所述外壳体内的填充体;所述充气组件设置在所述外壳体上。
在可选的实施方式中,所述充气组件的固定壳体的卡接板与外壳体焊接,所述固定壳体的固定口朝向所述外壳体的外侧,且所述固定壳体的气咀盖位于所述外壳体内。
在可选的实施方式中,所述填充体为海绵。
在可选的实施方式中,所述填充体包括底座,在所述底座的第一方向上间隔设置有多个支撑肋;
在所述支撑肋上沿所述第一方向的垂直方向间隔设置有多个穿孔。
在可选的实施方式中,所述第一方向为底座的长度方向或者宽度方向。
本申请还提供一种充气产品,该充气产品采用上述的充气组件,从而具有充气组件的一切有益效果。

下面将结合实施例对本申请的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
实施例
参照图1-图4,本申请提供一种充气泵,包括气泵壳体100,在所述气泵壳体100内设置有安装腔900,在所述安装腔900内设置有间隔板102,所述间隔板102使所述安装腔900分为上安装腔901和下安装腔902;
在所述下安装腔902内设置有驱动电机200,在所述上安装腔901内设置有与驱动电机200连接的扇叶300;所述气泵壳体100的一侧设置有充气安装管101,所述充气安装管101与所述上安装腔901连通;
在所述上安装腔901上端设置有气盖板400,在所述气盖板400上设置有与驱动电机200的驱动轴同心设置的进气孔401;
在所述气泵壳体100的上端设置有上顶盖500,所述上顶盖500设置在所述气盖板400的上端,在所述上顶盖500上设置有与进气孔401连通的通气孔503,且在所述通气孔503内设置有格栅504;
所述上顶盖500上设置有第一安装槽501和第二安装槽502;所述第一安装槽501内设置有控制组件700,在所述第二安装槽502内转动配置有把手600。
在一些实施例中,该充气泵的气泵壳体100内具有安装腔900,在安装腔900内设置的间隔板102使安装腔900形成上安装腔901和下安装腔902;驱动电机200位于下安装腔902内,驱动电机200的驱动轴位于上安装腔901内,在驱动轴上设置扇叶300;驱动电机200使扇叶300旋转,进而使空气从进气孔401进入以后,进入到充气安装管101内,对与充气安装管101连接的充气产品进行充气。
气盖板400设置在上安装腔901内,气盖板400使上安装腔901的上开口处密封,使上安装腔901形成一个气室;气泵壳体100的上端设置上顶盖500,上顶盖500上设置有通气孔503,为了避免较大的异物进入到通气孔503,在通气孔503内设置有格栅504,该格栅504一般为Y型格栅504;当风扇 旋转的时候,空气从通气孔503进入,再进入到进气孔401,最后进入到充气安装管101中。
在上顶盖500上能设置有第一安装槽501用于设置控制组件700,该控制组件700能够控制驱动电机200开启和关闭,以及其他一些操作;该控制组件700上设置有橡胶按钮,在橡胶按钮上设置有对应功能的标示。
为了方便充气泵的移动,在第二安装槽502内有把手600,该把手600能够从第二安装槽502内旋出,进而把手600实现把手600的功能,当不需要使用把手600的时候,该把手600能够旋入到第二安装槽502内,使把手600能够很好的放置,避免把手600影响充气产品的使用。
在可选的实施方式中,所述上顶盖500、气盖板400和间隔板102上均设置有连接孔,所述连接孔用于使所述控制组件700的线缆延伸到所述下安装腔902内。
在可选的实施方式中,所述下安装腔902的下端设置有灯罩800,在所述下安装腔902内设置有照明组件和蓄电池,所述蓄电池为所述照明组件和所述驱动电机200供能,且所述控制组件700的线缆分别与所述照明组件、蓄电池和驱动电机200连接。
在下安装腔902内设置有照明组件,照明组件一般为LED灯,蓄电池为照明组件提供电能;在户外使用该充气泵的时候,该充气泵还能用于照明;
在上顶盖500上设置的控制组件700的线缆能够依次穿过上顶盖500、气盖板400和间隔板102上的连接孔后分别与驱动电机200、蓄电池和照明组件连接,通过控制组件700的控制实现驱动电机200和照明组件的开关。
在可选的实施方式中,所述气泵壳体100上设置有用于蓄电池充电的充电口801,在所述充电口801上设置有橡胶塞802。
为了方便对蓄电池进行充电,在气泵壳体100的下端设置有充电口801,该充电口801上设置有橡胶塞802,橡胶塞802封堵充电口801,在非充电状态下,避免异物进入到充电口801内。
本申请提供的充气泵的上顶盖500上设置有控制组件700和把手600,当充气泵安装在充气产品上的时候,方便通过控制组件700对充气泵进行操作,这样避免为了方便操作充气泵,预留对充气泵操作的空间,降低了充气泵在充气产品上占用的空间,降低了充气泵整体的大小,降低充气产品由于内置充气泵而发生漏气的概率;且该充气泵上设置有把手600,方便充气泵的拿取。
参照图5-图11,本申请提供一种充气组件,包括前述实施方式任一项所述充气泵。
在可选的实施方式中,还包括固定壳体220,在所述固定壳体220内设置有固定腔190,在所述固定壳体220上设置有与固定腔190连通的固定口;所述充气泵设置在所述固定腔190内。
在可选的实施方式中,所述固定壳体220的上端设置有封堵盖120,所述封堵盖120用于封堵所述固定口。
在一些实施例中,该充气组件包括充气泵和固定壳体220,该固定壳体220一般固定在充气产品上,该充气泵能够固定口进入到固定壳体220的固定腔190内;该充气泵的横截面一般为非圆形,常见的形状为多边形,比如六边形,多为正六边形,该固定腔190为与充气泵匹配的形状,在固定腔190内一般设置有凸起的加强筋,提高充气泵与固定壳体220的契合度。
在固定壳体220上设置有封堵盖120,该封堵盖120能够将固定口封堵,进而使充气泵固定在固定壳体220内;当需要将充气泵筒固定壳体220内取出的时候,将上顶盖500上的第二安装槽502内的把手600立起,然后将充气泵从固定壳体220内取出或者放入。
在可选的实施方式中,所述固定壳体220上设置有固定槽250,所述充气安装管101固定在所述固定槽250上,在所述固定壳体220上设置有气咀组件,所述气咀组件的一端与所述充气安装管101连接,另一端延伸到所述固定壳体220外。
在可选的实施方式中,所述固定槽250内设置有支撑架230,所述支撑架230上设置有与充气安装管101匹配的弧形槽240。
在固定壳体220上设置有固定槽250,固定槽250内有支撑架230,支撑架230的弧形槽240使充气安装管101牢固的固定在支撑架230上,使充气安装管101能够与气咀组件连接的牢固。
在可选的实施方式中,所述气咀组件包括气咀连接件110、气咀连接管140和气咀盖150,在所述气咀盖150上设置有阀片160;
所述固定壳体220上设置有安装孔210,所述气咀连接管140穿设在所述安装孔210内,所述气咀连接件110设置在所述固定壳体220内并与所述气咀连接管140连接,所述气咀盖150设置在所述固定壳体220外并与所述气咀连接管140螺接。
在可选的实施方式中,所述固定壳体220上设置有固定环180,且所述固定环180设置在所述固定壳体220外并与所述安装孔210同心设置;在所述固定环180外套设有密封圈170,所述气咀盖150使所述密封圈170与所述固定壳体220的外壁抵接。
在可选的实施方式中,所述气咀连接件110的远离所述气咀盖150的一端设置有第一敞口111,所述气咀连接件110的另一端设置有用于与固定壳体220的内壁抵接的支撑环112,且所述气咀连接件110套设在气咀连接管140上;
所述气咀连接管140的一端的向外延伸形成施压环141,所述气咀连接管140的另一端设置有螺纹,所述施压环141与所述第一敞口111抵接,且通过旋转气咀盖150使所述施压环141向所述气咀盖150移动,进而使气咀连接管140具有向固定壳体220的内壁运动的趋势;
所述充气安装管101位于所述第一敞口111内并与所述气咀连接管140连通。
在可选的实施方式中,所述气咀连接件110的材质为TPU。
在一些实施例中,该气咀连接件110的气咀连接管140设置在安装孔210内,气咀连接件110位于固定壳体220内,气咀连接管140从气咀连接件110的一端***,另一端延伸到固定壳体220外并与气咀盖150螺接,通过旋转气咀盖150使气咀连接管140向外移动,进而使气咀连接件110向固定壳体220的内壁移动,使气咀连接件110与固定壳体220的内壁抵接。
气咀连接管140从气咀连接件110的第一敞口111的一端***到气咀连接件110内,气咀连接管140通过施压环141向气咀连接件110施压,使气咀连接件110向固定壳体220的内壁移动。由于该气咀连接件110的材质为TPU,该气咀连接件110能够形变;充气安装管101能够与气咀连接管140连通,气咀连接件110位于充气安装管101和气咀连接管140的连接处外,气咀连接件110能够起到密封气咀连接件110位于充气安装管101和气咀连接管140的连接处的作用。
在固定壳体220的外侧的固定环180与安装孔210同心设置;在固定环180外设置有密封圈170;气咀盖150能够将密封圈170与固定壳体220的外壁抵接,避免气咀盖150与气咀连接管140之间的缝隙漏气。
气咀连接管140上设置有卡槽,在安装孔210内设置有卡槽匹配的固定凸起,这样气咀连接管140设置在安装孔210内以后,确保该气咀连接管140不与安装孔210发生相对转动。
在可选的实施方式中,所述固定壳体220上设置有卡接板130,所述卡接板130沿所述固定壳体220的上端设置一周。
为了使固定壳体220能够更好的与充气产品连接,一般该固定壳体220上具有卡接板130,充气产品与卡接板130之间采用焊接的方式连接,充气产品的TPU材质的密封层与卡接板130之间焊接,进而实现固定壳体220固定在充气产品上;现有技术中,充气产品也就有内置泵;内置泵与充气产品怎样固定为现有技术。
本申请还提供一种充气组件,该充气组件采用上述的充气泵,从而具有充气泵的一切有益效果。
参照图12-图13,本申请提供一种充气产品,包括前述实施方式任一项所述的充气组件。
在可选的实施方式中,所述充气产品为车载充气产品。
充气产品采用上述充气组件,该充气产品可以为充气床垫、充气沙发等;还可以车载充气产品,比如车载充气床垫;利用体积较小的充气泵内置在充气床垫内,方便了充气床垫的携带。
该充气床垫可以在长度方向的两侧分贝设置一个充气扶手,使充气床垫带有扶手功能,提高睡眠过程中稳定性,同时给使用者更好的睡眠体验。
在可选的实施方式中,包括充气产品主体,所述充气产品主体包括外壳体260和设置在所述外壳体260内的填充体;所述充气组件设置在所述外壳体260上。
在可选的实施方式中,所述充气组件的固定壳体220的卡接板130与外壳体260焊接,所述固定壳 体220的固定口朝向所述外壳体260的外侧,且所述固定壳体220的气咀盖150位于所述外壳体260内。
在可选的实施方式中,所述填充体为海绵。
在可选的实施方式中,所述填充体包括底座270,在所述底座270的第一方向上间隔设置有多个支撑肋280;
在所述支撑肋280上沿所述第一方向的垂直方向间隔设置有多个穿孔290。
在可选的实施方式中,所述第一方向为底座270的长度方向或者宽度方向。
在一些实施例中,该充气产品的充气产品主体的外壳体260采用TPU材质,在外壳体260内具有填充体,一般填充体为海绵,TPU材质环保且具有较强的张力、拉力、韧性以及耐老化、耐寒耐脏,适合在户外或车载环境使用。填充体增加舒适性。
该填充体的结构有效的减少了填充体的体积,降低低了填充体产品的重量,且同时减少了收纳体积,方便了压缩折叠,并且在充气后更加柔软,贴合人体,提高床垫的舒适度。
该填充体的切割方式能够使一整块海绵对称切割形成两个产品,该产品的设计方案在进行海绵切割时可以采取“一拖二”的海绵切割方式,在生产时仅产生十分少量的海绵损耗,大大降低了海绵的损耗,节省成本也对环境更加友好。
该充气产品内置充气泵,方便实时对充气产品进行补气,使充气产品更加饱和,增强支撑性,为了方便充气产品的放气,在外壳体260上可以额外设置气咀,进而提高充气产品的充放气的效率。
本申请还提供一种充气产品实现了充气产品充气、抽气的功能,减少人为操作,方便快速,便于收纳。比起现有带泵充气床,舒适性更高,体积小,更好操作;比起传统床垫结构更舒适,重量上更轻,海绵利用率高。

  1. 一种充气泵,其特征在于,包括气泵壳体(100),在所述气泵壳体(100)内设置有安装腔(900),在所述安装腔(900)内设置有间隔板(102),所述间隔板(102)使所述安装腔(900)分为上安装腔(901)和下安装腔(902);
    在所述下安装腔(902)内设置有驱动电机(200),在所述上安装腔(901)内设置有与驱动电机(200)连接的扇叶(300);所述气泵壳体(100)的一侧设置有充气安装管(101),所述充气安装管(101)与所述上安装腔(901)连通;
    在所述上安装腔(901)上端设置有气盖板(400),在所述气盖板(400)上设置有与驱动电机(200)的驱动轴同心设置的进气孔(401);
    在所述气泵壳体(100)的上端设置有上顶盖(500),所述上顶盖(500)设置在所述气盖板(400)的上端,在所述上顶盖(500)上设置有与进气孔(401)连通的通气孔(503),且在所述通气孔(503)内设置有格栅(504);

  3. 根据权利要求2所述的充气泵,其特征在于,所述下安装腔(902)的下端设置有灯罩(800),在所述下安装腔(902)内设置有照明组件和蓄电池,所述蓄电池为所述照明组件和所述驱动电机(200)供能,且所述控制组件(700)的线缆分别与所述照明组件、蓄电池和驱动电机(200)连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的充气泵,其特征在于,所述气泵壳体(100)上设置有用于蓄电池充电的充电口(801),在所述充电口(801)上设置有橡胶塞(802)。
  5. 一种充气组件,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-4任一项所述的充气泵。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的充气组件,其特征在于,还包括固定壳体(220),在所述固定壳体(220)内设置有固定腔(190),在所述固定壳体(220)上设置有与固定腔(190)连通的固定口;所述充气泵设置在所述固定腔(190)内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的充气组件,其特征在于,所述固定壳体(220)的上端设置有封堵盖(120),所述封堵盖(120)用于封堵所述固定口。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的充气组件,其特征在于,所述固定壳体(220)上设置有固定槽(250),所述充气安装管(101)固定在所述固定槽(250)上,在所述固定壳体(220)上设置有气咀组件,所述气咀组件的一端与所述充气安装管(101)连接,另一端延伸到所述固定壳体(220)外。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的充气组件,其特征在于,所述固定槽(250)内设置有支撑架(230),所述支撑架(230)上设置有与充气安装管(101)匹配的弧形槽(240)。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的充气组件,其特征在于,所述气咀组件包括气咀连接件(110)、气咀连接管(140)和气咀盖(150),在所述气咀盖(150)上设置有阀片(160);
    所述固定壳体(220)上设置有安装孔(210),所述气咀连接管(140)穿设在所述安装孔(210)内,所述气咀连接件(110)设置在所述固定壳体(220)内并与所述气咀连接管(140)连接,所述气咀盖(150)设置在所述固定壳体(220)外并与所述气咀连接管(140)螺接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的充气组件,其特征在于,所述固定壳体(220)上设置有固定环(180),且所述固定环(180)设置在所述固定壳体(220)外并与所述安装孔(210)同心设置;在所述固定环(180)外套设有密封圈(170),所述气咀盖(150)使所述密封圈(170)与所述固定壳体(220)的外壁抵接。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的充气组件,其特征在于,所述气咀连接件(110)的远离所述气咀盖(150)的一端设置有第一敞口(111),所述气咀连接件(110)的另一端设置有用于与固定壳体(220)的内壁抵接的支撑环(112),且所述气咀连接件(110)套设在气咀连接管(140)上;
    所述气咀连接管(140)的一端的向外延伸形成施压环(141),所述气咀连接管(140)的另一端设置有螺纹,所述施压环(141)与所述第一敞口(111)抵接,且通过旋转气咀盖(150)使所述施压环(141)向所述气咀盖(150)移动,进而使气咀连接管(140)具有向固定壳体(220)的内壁运动的趋势;
    所述充气安装管(101)位于所述第一敞口(111)内并与所述气咀连接管(140)连通。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的充气组件,其特征在于,所述气咀连接件(110)的材质为TPU。
  14. 根据权利要求6所述的充气组件,其特征在于,所述固定壳体(220)上设置有卡接板(130),所述卡接板(130)沿所述固定壳体(220)的上端设置一周。
  15. 一种充气产品,其特征在于,包括权利要求5-14任一项所述的充气组件。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的充气产品,其特征在于,所述充气产品为车载充气产品。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的充气产品,其特征在于,包括充气产品主体,所述充气产品主体包括外壳体(260)和设置在所述外壳体(260)内的填充体;所述充气组件设置在所述外壳体(260)上。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的充气产品,其特征在于,所述充气组件的固定壳体(220)的卡接板(130)与外壳体(260)焊接,所述固定壳体(220)的固定口朝向所述外壳体(260)的外侧,且所述固定壳体(220)的气咀盖(150)位于所述外壳体(260)内。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的充气产品,其特征在于,所述填充体为海绵。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的充气产品,其特征在于,所述填充体包括底座(270),在所述底座(270)的第一方向上间隔设置有多个支撑肋(280);
    在所述支撑肋(280)上沿所述第一方向的垂直方向间隔设置有多个穿孔(290)。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的充气产品,其特征在于,所述第一方向为底座(270)的长度方向或者宽度方向。
