技术领域
本公开涉及一种导风组件、无叶风扇以及空气净化器,属于电器技术领域。
背景技术
日常生活中经常使用具有吹风效果的电器,例如风扇、空气净化器、加湿器等,此类电器中均设置有风机组件,风机组件的电机通电后带动风轮旋转,加速空气流动,通过导风结构将风流导出,实现吹风效果。
目前市售的吹风电器风力小,且风力比较分散。
发明内容
为解决目前吹风电器风力小,且风力比较分散的技术问题,本公开提供一种导风组件、无叶风扇以及空气净化器,采用两级聚风腔共同聚风,实现大风量出风。
本公开的第一方面提供一种导风组件,设置有:第一聚风腔,呈环状,且所述第一聚风腔沿出风方向的横截面积呈减小趋势;以及,第二聚风腔,连通于所述第一聚风腔的进风端,用于容纳风机组件。
本公开的第二方面,提供一种无叶风扇,包括风机组件和上述第一方面的导风组件;所述风机组件位于所述第二聚风腔中。
本公开的第三方面,提供一种空气净化器,包括风机组件、空气净化组件和上述第一方面的导风组件;所述风机组件位于所述第二聚风腔中,所述空气净化组件位于所述第二聚风腔的进风端。

具体实施方式
依据本公开的一个或多个实施方式提供的导风组件、无叶风扇以及空气净化器,至少能够在一定程度上解决现有技术所存在的吹风电器风力小,且风力比较分散的技术问题。
请参阅图1和图2,示出了本公开第一方面的导风组件110的整体结构图以及全剖图。导风组件110内部设置有第一聚风腔113和第二聚风腔114,第一聚风腔113与第二聚风腔114相连通,风流从第二聚风腔114流动至第一聚风腔113。第二聚风腔114用于容纳风机组件,风机组件所产生的风流汇聚于第二聚风腔114中。第一聚风腔113呈环状,实现环形出风,使得风流具有更大的吹风区域,并且沿出风方向,环状的第一聚风腔113的横截面积呈减小趋势,使得从进风端至出风端风流更聚拢,且风速更大,从而实现聚拢的大风量出风。
第一聚风腔113自进风端至出风端,截面面积(垂直于吹风方向的截面的面积)呈减小趋势,具体可以是沿出风方向线性变化;或者变斜率减小。在某些实施例中,第一聚风腔113的截面面积可以呈阶梯变化。第一聚风腔 113和第二聚风腔114可以是导风组件110中连续设置的两个空腔,也可以是间隔设置、且通过通道连通的两个空腔,本公开不做限制。
具体参阅图2和图3,在一个或多个实施例中,导风组件110包括连接的导风件111和风道112,风道112位于进风侧,导风件111位于出风侧,分体式的结构便于风机组件的拆装。具体的,导风件111包括导风壳1111和支架1112,导风壳1111为中空结构,支架1112设置于导风壳1111的内部,支架1112与导风壳1111之间形成环形的第一聚风腔113。
为了降低流阻,参阅图2,在一个或多个实施例中,导风壳1111为圆管状壳体,内部空腔为圆形空腔,支架1112为锥体,且锥体的小径端靠近风道112,由此可以实现第一聚风腔113的横截面积逐渐缩小。在一个或多个实施例中,支架1112为锥形的罩体,因此该支架1112还可作为其他附件(例如按键、操作面板、电路板等)的安装基础。
参阅图2至图4,在一个或多个实施例中,该导风组件110还包括若干导风片1113,若干导风片1113均位于第一聚风腔113中,且各个导风片1113在第一聚风腔113中沿环周间隔分布,相邻两个导风片1113之间形成导风组件110的出风口115,出风口115的出风面a垂直于导风件111的中轴线b。风流流经各个导风片1113时,导风片1113可以调整风流各处的出风方向,使得风流从导风片1113之间的出风口115中吹出,提高出风聚拢效果。
为了对风流充分导向,导风片1113的数量应当尽量多,一般在4个以上。在一个或多个实施例中,导风片1113为扭转叶片,即导风片1113为自身扭转的片状结构,导风片1113的各个部位与导风件110的轴线之间的夹角α沿出风方向呈减小趋势,具体可以是沿出风方向线性变化、变斜率减小或者呈阶梯式减小,使得流经导风片1113的风流具有向第一聚风腔113中心聚拢的趋势,提高出风聚拢效果。
在一个或多个实施例中,沿出风方向,导风片1113的各个部位与导风件110的轴线之间的夹角α由90°逐渐过渡到5°。也就是说,沿出风方向,导风片1113与出风口115的出风面a之间的角度从5°逐渐过渡到90°,引导风流以近乎垂直于出风口115的出风面a的方向吹出,实现正向出风。
风道112连接于导风件111的进风端,参阅图5和图6,风道112同样为中空结构,风道112的空腔1121形成第二聚风腔114,风道112的壳体上设置有至少一个螺纹孔1122,用于安装螺纹紧固件,实现风道112的安装固定。
为提高聚风效果,参阅图5和图6,在一个或多个实施例中,风道112为涡旋结构,利用涡旋原理提高第二聚风腔114的聚风效果,风道112为一体式结构件,内表面光滑,且减小风阻。基于风道112的涡旋结构,沿出风方向,第二聚风腔114的横截面积呈增大趋势,具体可以是沿出风方向线性变化、变斜率增大或者呈阶梯式增大,风道112整体前端大后端小,较大的 前端便于第二聚风腔114中聚拢的风流充分进入第一聚风腔113。
根据本公开一个或多个实施例提供的导风组件,由于导风组件内部设置有第一聚风腔113和第二聚风腔114,第二聚风腔114用于容纳风机组件,风机组件所产生的风流汇聚于第二聚风腔114中。第二聚风腔114与第一聚风腔113连通,第二聚风腔114汇聚的风流流动至第一聚风腔113中。第一聚风腔113呈环状,实现环形出风,使得风流具有更大的吹风区域,并且沿出风方向,环状的第一聚风腔113的横截面积呈减小趋势,使得从进风端至出风端风流更聚拢,且风速更大,从而实现聚拢的大风量出风。
在本公开第二方面,提供一种无叶风扇,请参阅图7至图10,为无叶风扇1000在各个视角下的整体结构图、全剖图以及***结构图。无叶风扇1000主要包括风机组件130和上述第一方面的导风组件110,风机组件130位于第二聚风腔114中。该无叶风扇1000由于安装有上述第一方面的导风组件110,使得风机组件130产生的风流经聚拢、提速后吹出,从而实现聚拢的大风量出风。
为保护风机组件130以及导风组件110,参见图9和图10,在一个或多个实施例中,该无叶风扇还包括壳体120,壳体120为中空结构,壳体120内部设置有第一腔室121,第一腔室121的开口朝外。在壳体120上还设置有进风口122,进风口122连通第一腔室121与外界环境,用于风机组件130的进风。壳体120同时可以防止用户手指伸入风扇内部而被割伤。第一腔室121中靠近进风口122的位置设置有滤网123,滤网123过滤空气中的灰尘和漂浮物,防止异物进入风机组件130。
导风组件110与壳体120连接,第一聚风腔113连通于第一腔室121的开口处,作为出风端;第二聚风腔114位于第一腔室121内、且靠近进风口122,便于第二聚风腔114中的风机组件130进风。在一个或多个实施例中,导风组件110的风道112位于第一腔室121内部,并且风道112通过螺钉400与壳体120固定连接。风机组件130安装于导风件111上、且位于风道112内部。
风机组件130是风扇的必要功能组件,风机组件130的具体结构可以参照现有技术的相关公开,本公开不做限制。概括来说,风机组件130包括电机131和风轮132,风轮132与电机131的转轴连接,电机131驱动风轮132转动。在一个或多个实施例中,电机131安装于导风件111上,且电机131靠近第一聚风腔113,电机131安装在风轮132前面,风轮132远离第一聚风腔113、且靠近进风口122,便于进风。在一个或多个实施例中,电机131安装在导风件111上并通过螺钉固定,电机131上安装有至少一个减震垫,减震垫位于电机131与导风件111之间,起到减震、降低噪音的作用。
在一个或多个实施例中,该无叶风扇1000还包括外圈140,外圈140呈环状,套设在壳体120或导风组件110上,也可将外圈140套在壳体120和 导风组件110的相接处,外圈140的具***置本公开不做限制。外圈140可以采用完整的环形圈,可以是部分为弧形圈体、部分为平面的结构,在其他实施例中,外圈140还可采用未封闭的结构,外圈140的具体结构形状本公开不做限制。通过设置外圈,外圈可以作为该无叶风扇的提手或放置座,并且起到装饰作用。
为扩大该无叶风扇1000的使用场景,在一个或多个实施例中,外圈140上设置有灯144,用于实现照明功能,且由于外圈140位于壳体120和导风组件110的***,使得灯144对应分布于导风组件110的出风口115的外周,照明区域更大。
为了方便外圈140与壳体120的连接,具体参阅图9和图10,在一个或多个实施例中,外圈140设置为可拆卸结构,外圈140具体包括圈壳141、灯罩142和灯架145,圈壳141和灯罩142可拆卸连接,圈壳141、灯罩142和灯架145均套设于壳体120上,圈壳141为中空结构,圈壳141与壳体120合围成环形的第二腔室143,灯架145安装于第二腔室143中,灯144安装于灯架145上。可以通过改变灯罩142和圈壳141的连接方向,即圈壳141的正装和反装,进而实现灯144的照明方向的调节,使得灯144可以作为美妆照明使用,或者用作夜灯、氛围灯等。
由此,导风组件110、壳体120、风机组件130以及外圈140形成该无叶风扇1000的主机部分100,主机部分100可以直接放置于平面上,也可通过挂钩挂设于物体上,或者手持。为方便使用,在一个或多个实施例中,该无叶风扇1000还包括底座200,壳体120安装于底座200上,方便整个无叶风扇的放置,由此该无叶风扇可设置为落地式或者台式风扇。
底座200除了方便整个无叶风扇1000的放置,还可作为安装基础,例如,在一个或多个实施例中,底座200中设置有电源装置300,电源装置300用于对无叶风扇1000中各用电元件(例如电机131、开关元件等)进行供电,为方便走线,壳体120中对应设置走线架124。电源装置300具体可以是充电电池组件、干电池、带插头的电线中的至少一个,为方便使用,采用TYPE-C接口作为充电接口310,可以通过手机适配器供电。当然,在一个或多个实施例中,电源装置300也可以设置于第一腔室121内,本公开不做限制。
在一个或多个实施例中,该无叶风扇1000具有俯仰调节的功能。具体是主机部分100与底座200之间俯仰角度可以调节。参阅图9,底座200中设置有滑动座210,壳体120中设置能够与滑动座210滑动配合的滑轨160,壳体120通过滑动座210安装于底座200上,使得主机部分100相对于底座200的姿态可调。走线架124与滑轨160连接,便于供电的导线移动。滑轨160具有竖直方向的投影分量,例如滑轨160采用竖直设置的直线或弧形轨道,或者采用倾斜向上的轨道,该竖直方向的投影分量使得滑轨160与滑动座210相对滑动时,主机部分100的出风面a可以调节角度,实现不同方向出风。
在一个或多个实施例中,滑动座210与滑轨160的滑动配合采用滚珠实现。在一个或多个实施例中,参阅图10,在滑动座210的靠近壳体120的一端设置弹簧拨珠211,弹簧拨珠211的外端为滚珠,内部具有弹性件,使得滚珠能够一定程度内缩。滑轨160上设置多个球槽161,球槽161的数量根据实际情况而定,球槽161数量越多,则主机部分100的可调姿态越多,球槽161沿滑轨160的轨迹间隔分布。当主机部分100与底座200之间发生相对滑动时,弹簧拨珠211在滑轨160中滑动,并且可以落入任一个球槽161中,当弹簧拨珠211嵌入某个球槽161后,在没有外力的情况下弹簧拨珠211与球槽161不会发生相对移动,由此可以将主机部分100滑动至任一姿态并固定。
为了方便底座200中各组件的安装和拆卸,在一个或多个实施例中,底座200设置为可拆卸结构,具体参阅图9和图10,底座200包括底盘220和底盘盖230,底盘盖230罩扣于底盘220上,底盘盖230与底盘220可拆卸连接,具体可以采用螺纹或者卡扣结构实现连接。底盘220与底盘盖230限定出一安装空腔,可将电源装置300设置于该安装空腔中。底盘盖230的中部向上凸出,形成一内部中空的对接座231,对接座231靠近主机部分100,因此将滑动座210固定安装于对接座231中。对接座231的设置使得主机部分100与底座200之间具有一定间隔,增加主机部分100的俯仰摆动范围。
该无叶风扇1000的各用电元件通过电路板170统一控制,在一个或多个实施例中,在一个或多个实施例中,电路板170安装于导风组件110中,风机组件130与电路板170电连接,在一个或多个实施例中,具体是风机组件130的电机131与电路板170电连接。为方便布置,电路板170连接于导风件111上,具体可以与导风件111的支架1112连接。电机131位于风轮132与电路板170之间,一方面可以缩短电机131的导线长度,另一方面电机131反装,使得风轮132更靠近进风口122。
该无叶风扇1000还设置有操作面板150和按键支架190,操作面板150安装于按键支架190上,操作面板150上设置有1个以上操作按钮151,便于使用者操控无叶风扇1000的工作状态,电机131、灯144以及操作按钮151均与电机131电连接,操作按钮151具体可以是触控按钮、机械按键等常规按钮形式,具体结构本公开不做限制。按键支架190位于导风件111的空腔中,按键支架190一方面用于支撑操作面板150,另一方面充当导风件111的支架1112。
在一个或多个实施例中,操作面板150位于导风件111的出风面a上,且出风口115环绕操作面板的周沿设置,当将操作面板150的外表面设置为镜面时,该无叶风扇1000还可作为梳妆镜使用。
根据本公开一个或多个实施例提供的无叶风扇,无叶风扇由于安装有上述第一方面的导风组件2100,使得风机组件2300产生的风流经聚拢、提速后吹出,从而实现聚拢的大风量出风。
在本公开第三方面,提供一种空气净化器2000,参阅图11,空气净化器2000包括风机组件2300、空气净化组件2400和导风组件2100,风机组件2300、空气净化组件2400和导风组件2100均安装固定于壳体2200中。导风组件2100的结构参考上述第一方面的导风组件110,具体结构此处不再赘述。风机组件2300位于导风组件2100的风道2120中,风机组件2300包括电机2310和风轮2320,风轮2320与电机2310的转轴连接,电机2310驱动风轮2320转动。电机2310和风轮2320的具体安装方式参考上述第二方面的无叶风扇1000,具体结构此处不再赘述。空气净化组件2400的具体结构可参考现有技术的相关公开,此处不展开说明。
空气净化组件2400位于导风组件2100的第二聚风腔的进风端,空气净化组件2400对空气进行净化,使得进入风道2120中的空气为净化后的空气,风机组件2300产生的风流经聚拢、提速后从导风件2110中吹出,从而实现聚拢的大风量净化空气出风,兼顾净化空气和吹风的效果。
在本公开中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征之“上”或之“下”可以包括第一和第二特征直接接触,也可以包括第一和第二特征不是直接接触而是通过它们之间的另外的特征接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”包括第一特征在第二特征正上方和斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”包括第一特征在第二特征正下方和斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种导风组件,设置有:
    第一聚风腔,呈环状,且所述第一聚风腔沿出风方向的横截面积呈减小趋势;
    第二聚风腔,连通于所述第一聚风腔的进风端,用于容纳风机组件。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的导风组件,其中:所述导风组件包括:
    导风件,设置有导风壳和支架,所述支架设置于所述导风壳的内部,所述支架与导风壳之间形成所述第一聚风腔;
    风道,连接于所述导风件的进风端,所述风道为中空结构,所述风道的内腔形成所述第二聚风腔。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的导风组件,其中:所述导风壳呈圆管状;所述支架为锥形罩体,且锥形罩体的小径端靠近所述风道。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的导风组件,其中:所述导风件还包括:
    若干导风片,沿周向间隔设置于所述第一聚风腔中,相邻两个所述导风片之间形成出风口。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的导风组件,其中:所述导风片为扭转叶片,所述导风片与所述导风件的轴线之间的夹角α沿出风方向呈减小趋势;
    所述夹角α为5°~90°,且所述夹角α沿出风方向依次减小。
  6. 如权利要求1至5中任一项所述的导风组件,其中:所述第二聚风腔沿出风方向的横截面积呈增大趋势。
  7. 一种无叶风扇,包括风机组件和权利要求1至6中任一项所述的导风组件;所述风机组件位于所述第二聚风腔中。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的无叶风扇,还包括壳体,所述壳体设置有开口朝外的第一腔室和与所述第一腔室连通的进风口;所述导风组件与所述壳体连接,所述第一聚风腔连通于所述第一腔室的开口处,所述第二聚风腔位于所述第一腔室内、且靠近所述进风口。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的无叶风扇,还包括底座,所述壳体安装于所述底座上;所述第一腔室和/或所述底座中设置有电源装置。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的无叶风扇,其中:所述底座中设置有滑动座,所述壳体中设置有具有竖直方向投影分量的滑轨,所述滑轨与所述滑动座滑动配合。
  11. 如权利要求8至10中任一项所述的无叶风扇,其中:所述风机组件包括:
    电机,连接于所述导风组件,且靠近所述第一聚风腔;
    风轮,连接于所述电机的转轴,所述风轮远离所述第一聚风腔、且靠近 所述进风口。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的无叶风扇,其中:所述电机与所述导风组件之间设置有至少一个减震垫。
  13. 如权利要求8至10中任一项所述的无叶风扇,还包括:
    按键支架,设于所述导风组件中;
    操作面板,设于所述按键支架上;所述第一聚风腔的出风口位于所述操作面板的周沿;所述操作面板为镜面;
    电路板,设于所述导风组件中,所述电路板与所述风机组件和所述操作面板电连接。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的无叶风扇,还包括外圈,所述外圈套设于所述壳体和/或所述导风组件上;所述外圈上设置有与所述电路板电连接的灯。
  15. 一种空气净化器,包括风机组件、空气净化组件和权利要求1至6中任一项所述的导风组件;所述风机组件位于所述第二聚风腔中,所述空气净化组件位于所述第二聚风腔的进风端。
