근래 캠핑이나 낚시 등과 같은 레저 활동을 즐기는 인구가 많아지고 있으며, 이에 따라 텐트, 레저의자, 파라솔, 타프 등과 같은 각종 레저용품에 대한 수요가 증가되고 있다.
다양한 레저용품 중 하나인 레저의자에는 통상 차양을 위한 구성이 포함되어 있지 않은바, 사용자가 모자를 착용한 상태로 착석하거나, 텐트의 차양막, 타프 등을 레저의자와 별도로 설치하고 있는 실정이다. 그러나, 텐트나 타프를 별도로 설치하기가 어려우며, 상당한 무게와 부피를 차지하여 이를 레저의자와 별도로 휴대하고 다니기 쉽지 않다.

본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로서 캠핑이나 낚시 등 레저활동을 함에 사용되는 레저의자에 손쉽게 설치 및 분리가 가능하고 넓은 범위의 차양이 가능한 레저의자용 파라솔을 제공함에 목적이 있다.
상기의 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 레저의자용 파라솔 구성은,

본 발명에서는 캠핑이나 낚시 등 레저활동을 함에 사용되는 레저의자에 손쉽게 설치 및 분리가 가능하고 넓은 범위의 차양이 가능하도록, 레저의자의 양측에 고정 설치되는 장착모듈; 상기 레저의자의 상부에 위치하여 차양 기능을 하는 차양모듈; 하단은 장착모듈과 연결 설치되고 상단은 차양모듈의 가장자리와 연결 설치되는 지지모듈; 로 이루어진 구성을 특징으로 하는 레저의자용 파라솔을 제안한다.
본 발명의 권리범위는 이하에서 설명하는 실시예에 한정되는 것은 아니며, 본 발명의 기술적 요지를 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 당해 기술분야의 통상적인 지식을 가진자에 의하여 다양하게 변형 실시될 수 있다.
이하, 본 발명인 레저의자용 파라솔은 첨부된 도 1 내지 도 17을 참고로 상세하게 설명한다.
본 발명인 레저의자용 파라솔은, 도 1 내지 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 장착모듈(100), 차양모듈(200) 및 지지모듈(300)을 포함하며, 레저의자에 손쉽게 설치되어 차양 기능 등을 발휘할 수 있다.
장착모듈(100)은, 레저의자에 고정되는 구성으로, 레저의자를 구성하는 팔걸이, 다리, 등받이 등에 고정될 수 있으나, 간편하면서도 견고한 고정을 위해, 도 2 내지 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 레저의자의 시트 양측편에 구비되는 팔걸이에 각각 끼워져 고정됨이 바람직하며, 팔걸이에 끼워지는 것만으로 1차적인 고정이 이루어질 수 있다.
이러한 장착모듈(100)은 일 예로, 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이 팔걸이에 끼워지게끔 전후방향으로 끼움공이 형성된 팔걸이끼움구(110)를 포함할 수 있다. 끼움공은 팔걸이의 종단면과 대응되거나 크게 형성됨이 바람직하다. 다만, 끼움공이 팔걸이의 종단면보다 크게 형성되는 경우, 끼움공 내에 보조고정부재가 추가적으로 끼워져 팔걸이끼움구(110)가 팔걸이에 끼워지는 것만으로 일정 수준 이상의 고정력을 가지도록 함이 바람직하다. 또한, 팔걸이끼움구(110)는 끼움공의 상하폭이나 좌우폭 등을 조절할 수 있게끔 형성되어, 팔걸이의 종단면 형상 및 두께에 따라 끼움공의 폭을 조절할 수도 있다.
이와 같이 팔걸이에 끼워져 1차적으로 고정된 팔걸이끼움구(110)를 보다 견고히 고정시키기 위하여, 장착모듈(100)은 도 6 및 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이 끼움고정부재(120)를 더 포함할 수 있다. 끼움고정부재(120)는 다양한 방식을 통해 팔걸이끼움구(110)가 끼워진 팔걸이 지점에 고정될 수 있게끔 구성될 수 있으며, 이하 끼움고정부재(120)의 실시예에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
끼움고정부재(120)는, 제1 실시예로 도 6a에 도시된 바와 같이 팔걸이끼움구(110)의 하측에 중앙이 축결합되는 탄성적으로 회동되는 고정바가 구비될 수 있으며, 고정바의 전단부에는 상방으로 고정돌기가 형성되어, 고정바의 후단부를 눌러 전단부가 하방으로 이동되도록 한 후, 누름 상태를 해제함으로써 고정돌기가 팔걸이끼움구(110)를 관통하여 팔걸이에 형성된 고정공에 삽입되어 고정되도록 구성될 수 있다. 그리고 끼움고정부재(120)는 제2 실시예로 도 6b에 도시된 바와 같이 팔걸이끼움구(110)의 하측에 누를시 팔걸이에 형성된 고정공에 삽입되는 버튼으로 구성될 수 있다.
또한, 끼움고정부재(120)는 제3 실시예로, 도 7a에 도시된 바와 같이 팔걸이끼움구(110)의 하측에 축결합되어 탄성적으로 회동되는 압착구가 구비될 수 있으며, 압착구의 후단부를 눌러 전단부가 하방으로 이동되도록 한 후, 누름 상태를 해제함으로써 압착구의 전단부가 팔걸이끼움구(110)를 관통하여 팔걸이의 저면을 가압하게끔 구성될 수 있다. 그리고 끼움고정부재(120)는 제4 실시예로 도 7b에 도시된 바와 같이 팔걸이끼움구(110)의 하측에 나사결합되는 고정볼트가 구비될 수 있으며, 고정볼트를 돌려 조임에 따라 고정볼트의 끝단이 팔걸이와 결합되거나 팔걸이를 가압하게끔 구성될 수 있다.
한편, 장착모듈(100)에 포함될 수 있는 가이드돌부(130)와 지지고정구(140)를 설명하기에 앞서, 지지모듈(300)에 대하여 설명하면, 지지모듈(300)은, 팔걸이에 끼워져 고정되는 장착모듈(100)과, 레저의자의 상측에 펼쳐지는 차양모듈(200)을 연결하면서 차양모듈(200)을 지지한다.
이러한 지지모듈(300)은, 일 예로, 도 1 내지 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 양측 팔걸이에 고정되는 각 장착모듈(100)에 일단이 힌지결합되고 타단이 차양모듈(200)의 가장자리에 결합되는 복수 개의 지지대(310)를 포함할 수 있다. 이때, 차양모듈(200)을 통한 넓은 범위의 차양이 가능하게끔 복수 개의 지지대(310)는 외측 방향으로 상향 경사지게 배치될 수 있다. 구체적인 일 예로, 지지대(310)는, 타단이 소정의 간격만큼 전후로 이격배치되게끔 레저의자의 일측편과 타측편 각각에 한 쌍씩 구비될 수 있다. 즉, 한 쌍의 지지대(310)는 일단이 동일한 측에 위치되는 장착모듈(100)에 인접하게 힌지결합되고, 타단은 동일한 측에 위치되면서 차양모듈(200)을 구성하는 각기 다른 차양살대(210)에 힌지결합될 수 있다.
복수 개의 지지대(310)는 일단이 장착모듈(100)에 회동가능하게 결합될 수 있다. 일 예로, 레저의자의 시트 일측편과 타측편에 각각 지지대(310)가 한 쌍씩 구비될 수 있다. 즉, 도 5에 도시되니 바와 같이 하나의 장착모듈(100)에 두 개의 지지대(310)의 일단이 회동가능하게 결합될 수 있다. 이때, 두 개의 지지대(310)는 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이 외측 방향으로 상향 경사지게 배치될 수 있으며, 일 지지대(310)는 전방 측을 향하게끔 타 지지대(310)는 후방 측을 향하게끔 배치될 수 있다. 즉, 한 쌍의 지지대(310)와 장착모듈(100)이 결합된 상태를 평면에서 보면, 외측을 향해 개방된 'V'자 형태를 이룰 수 있다.
이때, 장착모듈(100)은, 도 8 및 도 9에 도시된 바와 같이 팔걸이끼움구(110)의 외측편으로 'V'자 형태를 이루게끔 가이드돌부(130)가 돌출형성되고, 가이드돌부(130) 양단에 지지대(310)가 각각 결합될 수 있다. 가이드돌부(130)는 일단을 중심으로 지지대(310)가 외측으로 회동시 외측 방향을 향해 상향 경사진 상태를 이루게끔 일단부를 지지하는 역할을 할 수 있다.
이처럼 외측 방향으로 상향 경사지게 배치된 지지대(310)가 사용하던 도중 내측 방향으로 회동되지 않게끔, 장착모듈(100)은 지지고정구(140)를 더 포함할 수 있다. 지지고정구(140)는 일 예로, 도 8 및 도 9에 도시된 바와 같이 'ㄷ'자 형태를 이루는 결합부와, 결합부의 양단을 연결하면서 링 형태를 이루는 홀더부를 포함할 수 있다. 결합부는 전후로 배치된 부분이 팔걸이끼움구(110)의 상측에 홀더부가 외측을 향해 회동될 수 있게끔 결합되며, 좌우로 배치된 부분이 가이드돌부(130)와 이에 인접한 지지대(310) 부분으로 인해 형성되는 끼움홀에 끼워져, 지지대(310)가 내측 방향으로 회동되는 것을 방지할 수 있다. 그리고 도 9에 도시된 바와 같이 외측 방향으로 회동되어 지지대(310)의 일단보다 외측에 위치되는 홀더부는, 컵홀더 등 다양한 용도로 사용될 수 있다.
한편, 차양모듈(200)은, 레저의자의 상측에 펼쳐져 차양 기능을 발휘할 수 있도록 하며, 접힘이 가능하게 구성되어 휴대시 최소한의 부피를 가질 수 있다. 일 예로, 차양모듈(200)은, 도 1 내지 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 방사상으로 배치되는 복수 개의 차양살대(210)와, 복수 개의 차양살대(210)에 결합되면서 레저의자의 상측을 덮는 차양막(220)을 포함할 수 있다. 차양살대(210)의 개수에 대한 제한은 없으나, 짝수 개가 평면에서 보았을 때 대칭되게끔 배치됨이 바람직하며, 각 차양살대(210)의 일단은 차양모듈(200)의 중심에 모이고, 각 차양살대(210)의 타단은 상호 일정 간격 이격됨이 바람직하다.
이러한 차양모듈(200)은, 통상의 우산과 같이 차양막(220)의 바깥면이 외측에 위치되게끔 접히게 구성될 수 있으나, 본 발명이 접었을 시 최소한의 부피를 가지면서 차양막(220)에 묻은 이물질로 인한 타 구성의 오염을 방지할 수 있고, 펼쳐졌을 시 그 중심이 지면에 지지되지 않더라도 펼쳐진 상태를 유지할 수 있도록, 차양막(220)의 바깥면이 내측에 위치되게끔 접히게 구성됨이 바람직하다.
일 예로, 차양막(220)은, 도 10에 도시된 바와 같이 복수 개의 차양살대(210)의 일단이 모인 차양모듈(200)의 중심을 하방으로 당기면 바깥면이 내측에 위치되게끔 접히고, 도 11에 도시된 바와 같이 차양모듈(200)의 중심을 상방으로 밀어올리면 펼쳐질 수 있다. 이때, 차양막(220)은 그 가장자리가 차양살대(210)의 타단과 결합될 수 있으며, 복수 개의 차양살대(210) 중 적어도 2개 이상에는, 그 타단에 지지대(310)의 타단이 힌지결합될 수 있다. 또한, 접힘의 용이성을 고려하여, 차양살대(210) 사이에 위치되는 차양막(220)에는 내측으로 접힘이 가능한 접힘라인이 형성될 수 있다. 그리고 사용자가 손쉽게 차양모듈(200)의 중심을 하방으로 당기거나 상방으로 밀어올릴 수 있도록, 차양모듈(200)의 중심에는 소정의 길이를 가지면서 하방을 향해 배치되는 손잡이부재(240)가 구비될 수 있다.
이러한 손잡이부재(240)에는 접혀진 차양막(220)이 한데 모이게끔 묶을 수 있는 묶음수단이 구비될 수 있으며, 묶음수단은 소정의 길이를 가지는 끈, 벨크로부재 등일 수 있으며, 손잡이부재(240)와 일체로 구비될 수 있음은 물론, 탈착가능하게 구비될 수 있다.
차양모듈(200)은, 차양모듈(200)의 중심에 배치되어, 차양살대(210)가 결합되고 차양살대(210)의 회동을 제한함과 동시에 차양살대(210)를 지지하는 중앙받침판(230)을 더 포함할 수 있다. 중앙받침판(230)은 일 예로, 도 12에 도시된 바와 같이 판 형태를 이루도록 형성될 수 있으며, 상측에 복수 개의 차양살대(210)의 일단이 회동가능하게 결합될 수 있다. 차양살대(210)와의 결합을 위해 중앙받침판(230)의 상면에는 중앙부에는 링 형태를 이루는 결합돌부(231)가 돌출형성될 수 있으며, 결합돌부(231)에는 차양살대(210)가 방사상으로 배치되게끔 차양살대(210)의 일단이 회동가능하게 결합될 수 있다. 결합돌부(231)에 그 일단이 결합된 복수 개의 차양살대(210)는 차양받침판(230)이 상방으로 밀어올려져 차양막(220)이 펼쳐지면, 일단부가 차양받침판(230)의 가장자리에 지지되면서 하향경사진 상태로 고정될 수 있다.
한편, 본 발명은, 차양모듈(200)을 전후좌우 방향으로 기울어진 상태로 고정시키는 각도조절부재(400)를 더 포함할 수 있다. 이는 차양막(220)이 펼쳐진 상태에서 햇빛이 비치는 방향에 따라 차양막(220)의 각도를 변경시킬 수 있도록 하기 위함이다.
각도조절부재(400)는, 일 예로 도 1, 도 2 및 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이 지지대(310)와 레저의자를 구성하는 프레임을 연결하게끔 구성될 수 있으며, 끈이나 봉 형태로 형성될 수 있다. 끈이나 봉 형태로 형성된 각도조절부재(400)는, 구체적인 일 예로, 일정 길이를 가지도록 형성되어 일단이 지지대(310)의 일 지점에 결합되고 타단이 지지대(310)보다 후방, 일측, 타측 중 적어도 어느 한 방향에 위치되는 프레임의 일 지점에 결합될 수 있으며, 도 13에 도시된 바와 같이 타단이 결합되는 지점을 변경함으로써, 지지대(310)가 세워진 각도를 변경할 수 있다. 이처럼 지지대(310)가 세워진 각도가 변경됨에 따라, 지지대(310)의 타단과 결합된 차양모듈(200)의 기울어진 각도가 변경될 수 있다.
끈이나 봉 형태로 형성된 각도조절부재(400)는, 구체적인 다른 일 예로, 길이 조절이 가능하게끔 형성되어 일단이 지지대(310)의 일 지점에 결합되고 타단이 지지대(310)보다 후방, 일측, 타측 중 적어도 어느 한 방향에 위치되는 프레임의 일 지점에 결합될 수 있다. 이러한 각도조절부재(400)가 설치된 상태에서 각도조절부재(400)의 길이를 조절함으로써, 지지대(310)의 세워진 각도가 변경되고 이로 인해 차양모듈(200)의 기울어진 각도가 변경될 수 있다.
각도조절부재(400)는, 다른 일 예로 장착모듈(100)과 결합되어 장착모듈(100)과의 결합된 각도를 변경함으로써, 지지대(310)의 세워진 각도가 변경되고 차양모듈(200)의 기울어진 각도가 변경되게끔 구성될 수 있다. 이때, 각도조절부재(400)는 레저의자를 구성하는 프레임 중 다리프레임에 결합될 수 있으며, 장착모듈(100)은, 각도조절부재(400)에 전후방향 각도 조절이 가능하게끔 결합될 수 있다.
구체적인 일 예로, 도 14 및 도 15에 도시된 바와 같이 각도조절부재(400)는, 부채꼴 형태를 이루는 판 형태를 이루면서, 중심이 상측에 위치되게끔 다리프레임에 결합될 수 있으며, 호를 이루는 가장자리를 따라 소정의 간격 이격되어 복수 개의 각도변경홀(410)이 형성될 수 있다. 도 14 및 도 15에 도시된 바와 같이 지지대(310)의 일단이 결합되는 장착모듈(100)은, 각도조절부재(400)의 중심 측에 전후방향으로 회동되게끔 결합될 수 있으며, 복수 개의 각도변경홀(410) 중 어느 하나에 끼워질 수 있는 걸림돌기(150)가 형성될 수 있다. 따라서, 사용자는, 차양모듈(200)과 연결된 지지대(310)의 세워진 각도 변경을 위해, 도 16에 도시된 바와 같이 복수 개의 각도변경홀(410) 중 어느 하나를 선택하여 해당 각도변경홀(410)에 걸림돌기(150)가 끼워지게끔 장착모듈(100)의 회동시킬 수 있다.
한편, 본 발명은 차양 기능 뿐만 아니라, 바람이나 해충을 막아주는 기능을 수행하게끔 가림막을 더 포함할 수 있다. 가림막은 레저의자의 측면을 둘러싸게끔 구비될 수 있으며, 이를 위해 가림막의 상단은 복수 개의 차양살대(210) 타단에 결합될 수 있다. 일 예로, 차양살대(210)의 타단은, 도 17에 도시된 바와 같이 지지대(310)와 결합된 지점의 외측편에 결합공이 형성될 수 있으며, 가림막의 상단은 상기 결합공에 탈착가능하게끔 결합될 수 있다.
상술한 바와 같은 본 발명인 레저의자용 파라솔은, 장착모듈(100)을 레저의자의 시트 양측편에 구비되는 팔걸이에 각각 끼우고 접혀진 차양모듈(200)을 펼침에 따라, 레저의자에 차양 기능을 발휘하는 파라솔을 손쉽게 설치할 수 있으며, 사용 후 차양모듈(200)을 접고 장착모듈(100)을 팔걸이로부터 분리시킴에 따라, 파라솔을 레저의자와 손쉽게 분리시킬 수 있다. 그리고 복수 개의 지지대(310)가 외측 방향으로 상향 경사지게 배치되어 고정될 수 있어, 넓은 범위를 차양할 수 있게끔 차양막(220)이 펼쳐질 수 있다. 또한, 햇빛의 방향에 따라 각도조절부재(400)를 통해 차양막의 각도를 조절할 수 있으며, 가림막을 통해 바람이나 해충을 막아주는 기능을 추가적으로 발휘할 수 있도록 하여 활용도를 높일 수 있다.

Claims (6)

  1. 레저의자의 양측에 마련된 각 팔걸이에 고정 설치되는 장착모듈(100);
    상기 레저의자의 상부에 차양 기능을 하도록 마련된 차양모듈(200);
    하단은 장착모듈과 연결 설치되고 상단은 차양모듈의 가장자리와 연결 설치되는 지지모듈(300);로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 레저의자용 파라솔.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 차양모듈(200)은, 방사상으로 배치된 복수 개의 차양살대(210)와, 상기 복수 개의 차양살대(210)를 덮으며 고정되는 차양막(220)으로 구성되고,
    상기의 구성으로 이루어진 차양모듈은 중심을 하방으로 당기면 접어지고, 그 접어진 중심을 상부로 밀어올리면 펼쳐지게 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 레저의자용 파라솔.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 차양모듈(200)의 중심부에는, 복수 개의 차양살대 일단이 회동 가능하게 결합되는 중앙받침대(230)가 설치되고,
    상기 중앙받침대는 차양막이 펼쳐진 후 복수 개의 차양살대가 하향경사지게 위치하며 차양살대의 일단부를 지지하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 레저의자용 파라솔.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 지지모듈(300)은, 하단이 장착모듈에 힌지 결합되고, 상단은 차양모듈의 가장자리에 결합되는 지지대(310)로 구성되고,
    상기 지지대는 양측 팔걸이 각각에 한 쌍씩 설치되며,
    상기 장착모듈(100)에는 상기 한 쌍의 지지대가 회동 되지 않도록 고정시키는 지지고정구(140)가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 레저의자용 파라솔.
  5. 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 장착모듈(100)은, 팔걸이에 끼워 결합되는 팔걸이끼움구(110)와, 그 팔걸이끼움구의 일측에 형성된 가이드돌부(130)로 구성되고,
    상기 가이드돌부(130)에는, 지지대의 일단이 회동 가능하게 결합 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 레저의자용 파라솔.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 레저의자의 팔걸이와 지지모듈 간에는, 차양모듈의 각도를 조절하고 그 조절된 각도를 유지시키는 각도조절부재(400)가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 레저의자용 파라솔.
