Description

Fixing structure and fixing method
The present invention relates to a fixing structure, and for example, to a fixing structure for fixing a sound generating device to a mounting portion of a vehicle lamp or the like.
In vehicles such as hybrid cars and electric cars that use a motor as a drive source, the motor noise is quiet at low speeds, making it difficult for other vehicles and pedestrians to notice the vehicle. Therefore, a technique has been proposed in which a pseudo sound different from the motor sound is generated and the pseudo sound is used as a warning sound for other vehicles and pedestrians.
For example, a vehicle lamp has been devised that includes a light source and a vibrator that is fixed to an outer lens constituting the vehicle lamp and that receives an electric signal and causes the outer lens to generate sound by vibration (Patent Document 1).
Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2013-241156
The above-mentioned vibrator has tab pieces that are formed at two locations on the outer edge of the body and protrude outward in the radial direction. The vibrator is fixed to the outside of the outer lens or lamp body, which is a part of the vehicle lamp, by a screw inserted into an insertion hole formed in the tab piece. Further, in the above-mentioned vibrator, a harness for applying alternating current to the drive coil passes through the body and is drawn out to the outside of the lamp chamber.
Therefore, considering the waterproofness of the harness, one idea is to place the harness responsible for supplying power to the unit that emits sound and for signal communication inside the vehicle lamp. In this case, there is a need for a new fixing structure that fixes the unit to the vehicle lamp while the unit is connected to the connector at the end of the harness.
The present invention has been made in view of these circumstances, and one of its illustrative purposes is to provide a new fixing structure for fixing a sound generating device to a mounting portion.
In order to solve the above problems, a fixing structure according to an aspect of the present invention includes a sound generator, a mounting part for mounting the sound generator in a predetermined position, and a fixing structure for fixing the sound generator to the mounting part while holding the sound generator. and a wire harness connected to the sound generating device. The sound generating device has a connection portion to which a connector of the wire harness is connected. The attachment part has a contact surface that comes into contact with the connector connected to the connection part when the holding member is fixed.
According to this aspect, when the sound generating device is installed in a predetermined position, the contact surface of the mounting portion comes into contact with the connector connected to the connecting portion of the sound generating device, and the connector may come off due to vibration or poor connection. things are suppressed.
The holding member may be configured to be fixed at a predetermined position by rotation with respect to the mounting portion. Thereby, the holding member can be easily fixed to the mounting portion.
The abutment surface is provided on the side of the attachment portion facing the holding member, and may have an inclined portion configured to press-fit the connector toward the connection portion as the holding member rotates. Thereby, when fixing the holding member to the attachment part, the connector can be press-fitted toward the connection part.
The inclined portion may be provided along at least one side of the arcuate slit formed in the attachment portion. Thereby, when the holding member is rotated with respect to the attachment part, the inclined part can gradually press fit the connector toward the connection part.
The attachment part may have a through hole formed at the lower end of the inclined part, through which the connector passes. The slit may be connected to the through hole, and may have a shape through which the cable of the wire harness can pass, but not through which the connector can pass. As a result, after the holding member is rotated relative to the mounting portion with the connector passing through the through hole, the connector is caught in the slit, and the holding member cannot be removed from the mounting portion.
Another aspect of the present invention is a fixing method. This method is a fixing method in which a sound generator is fixed to a mounting part that is attached to a predetermined position, and a wire harness is pulled out from a through hole formed in the mounting part to the outside of the mounting part. The method includes a connecting step of connecting the connector to a connecting portion of the sound generating device, and a fixing step of fixing a holding member holding the sound generating device to which the connector is connected to the mounting portion. The fixing process includes the process of bringing the connector connected to the connection part into contact with the contact surface of the mounting part, and the process of moving the connector that has come into contact with the contact surface toward the connection part as the holding member rotates. and a step of press-fitting.
According to this aspect, when the sound generating device is installed in a predetermined position, the contact surface of the mounting portion comes into contact with the connector connected to the connecting portion of the sound generating device, and the connector may be damaged due to vibration or poor connection. is suppressed from coming off.
Arbitrary combinations of the above constituent elements and expressions of the present invention converted between manufacturing methods, devices such as lamps and lighting, light emitting modules, light sources, etc. are also effective as embodiments of the present invention.
According to the present invention, power supply to the sound generating device can be realized with a simple operation.

(First embodiment)
FIG. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view showing a schematic configuration of a vehicle lamp according to a first embodiment. Note that FIG. 1 shows some parts omitted. A vehicle headlamp 10 as a vehicle lamp shown in FIG. 1 includes an outer lens 12 disposed so that light emitted from a light source (not shown) is transmitted toward the front of the vehicle, and an outer lens 12 that separates the light source from the vehicle body. A lamp body 14 as a partition wall is provided. The outer lens 12 is integrated with the lamp body 14 so as to close the opening of the lamp body 14 on the vehicle front side, and forms a lamp chamber 16 in which a light source is arranged.
The vehicle headlamp 10 configured in this manner is arranged in a space between the vehicle hood 18 and the bumper 20. In the vehicle headlamp 10 according to the present embodiment, a sound generating structure 22 that generates a warning sound for other vehicles and pedestrians around the vehicle is provided on the outside of the lamp body 14 at the bottom 14 a of the lamp body 14 .
FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the fixing structure according to the first embodiment. FIG. 3 is a top view of the fixing structure according to the first embodiment. FIG. 4 is a side view of the fixing structure shown in FIG. 3 viewed from direction B. FIG. 5 is a top view of the fixing structure shown in FIG. 3 with illustration of the mounting portion omitted. FIG. 6 is a side view of the fixing structure shown in FIG. 5 viewed from direction C. FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA of the cross-sectional structure shown in FIG. The sound generating structure 22 shown in FIG. 1 also serves as a fixed structure according to the present embodiment, and hereinafter, the sound generating structure 22 will be described as a fixed structure 23. Further, although a fixing structure fixed to a vehicle lamp will be described below as an example, a fixing structure fixed to a component other than a vehicle lamp may be used.
As shown in FIGS. 2 to 7, the fixed structure 23 holds a speaker unit 24, which is a type of sound generating device, a mounting portion 26 for attaching the speaker unit 24 to a predetermined position of a vehicle lamp, and a speaker unit 24. A cover 28 as a holding member that is fixed to the mounting portion 26 in this state, and a wire harness 30 that is connected to the speaker unit 24 are provided. The wire harness 30 includes a connector 30a and a cable 30b whose one end is coupled to the connector 30a.
The speaker unit 24 provided outside the lamp body 14 is fixed at a predetermined position in the center of the speaker body 32 so that the front surface 24a that emits the sound S faces toward the vehicle exterior EX. The speaker unit 24 may be any device that emits sound; for example, it may have a structure that emits sound by vibrating a diaphragm using a voice coil and a magnet. The speaker unit 24 according to this embodiment includes a magnetic circuit (not shown) that converts an electric signal into vibration, and a disc-shaped diaphragm 24b that transmits the vibration of the magnetic circuit.
The speaker body 32 has a connecting portion 32a to which the connector 30a of the wire harness 30 is connected. Further, the mounting portion 26 according to the present embodiment is a part (bottom portion 14a) of the lamp body 14 as a lamp component that constitutes the vehicle headlamp 10. The lamp parts are not limited to the lamp body 14 itself, but may be other parts integrated with the lamp body 14 or other parts connected to the lamp body 14. The attachment part 26 has a contact surface 26a on the side facing the cover 28, which comes into contact with the connector 30a connected to the connection part 32a when the cover 28 is fixed. As a result, when the speaker unit 24 is installed in a predetermined position, the contact surface 26a of the mounting part 26 comes into contact with the connector 30a connected to the connection part 32a of the speaker unit 24, and vibration or poor connection may cause the connector to 30a is prevented from coming off. Moreover, when fixing the cover 28 to the mounting part 26, if the connector 30a is in a half-fitted state and is slightly lifted from the connecting part 32a, the contact surface 26a may interfere with the connector 30a, causing the mounting part It becomes difficult to assemble the cover 28 to the cover 26, and it is possible to prevent the assembly from being completed in a half-fitted state.
The speaker body 32 has a cylindrical housing 32b, and holds a diaphragm 24b so as to close an opening 32c of the housing 32b on the vehicle exterior side. This can prevent water and dust from entering the vehicle interior through the housing 32b.
Furthermore, the fixed structure 23 further includes a cover 28 that covers the front surface 24a of the diaphragm 24b. The cover 28 is for protecting the speaker unit 24 from being directly exposed to the outside, thereby reducing damage and staining of the speaker unit 24. Further, the cover 28 is formed with holes or slits 29 so that the sound emitted from the diaphragm 24b can be easily transmitted to the outside. Further, the cover 28 has a coupling portion 28a that is coupled to the mounting portion 26 when the cover 28 is fixed to the mounting portion 26.
The coupling portion 28a according to the present embodiment is a snap fit or rotation fix in which a part of the cover 28 is processed. Snap fit is one of the methods of fixing by fitting, for example, using the elasticity of the material. Rotation fixing is a method in which the force of one part pushing the other part increases through relative rotational movement, thereby ultimately fixing them together.
In the cover 28 according to the present embodiment, a coupling portion 28a, which is a rotation fix, is provided at the edge 28d of the opening 28c on the vehicle lamp side of the housing 28b. Thereby, the speaker unit 24 can be easily fixed to the lamp body 14 via the cover 28.
The cover 28 has an O-ring 34 attached to an annular flange 28e on the outer periphery of the housing 28b. The O-ring 34 seals between the mounting portion 26 and the cover 28. This makes it possible to prevent water and dust from entering the vehicle from between the mounting portion 26 and the cover 28 without using adhesive or the like.
Next, an example of a method for attaching and fixing the cover 28 to the bottom 14a of the lamp body 14 will be described. As shown in FIG. 5 and the like, in the fixing structure 23 according to the present embodiment, coupling portions 28a are provided at three locations on the edge 28d at equal intervals. The coupling portion 28a has a flange portion 28f that projects outward in the radial direction from the edge portion 28d. Then, the position P1 of the flange portion 28f is aligned with the three openings 26b formed in the mounting portion 26 shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, and the connecting portion 28a is projected from the bottom portion 14a toward the lamp chamber 16 side.
As shown in FIG. 4, an inclined portion 28g is provided on the back side of the flange portion 28f. Therefore, when the cover 28 is rotated with respect to the bottom part 14a with the joint part 28a protruding toward the lamp chamber 16, the inclined part 28g moves while coming into contact with the inner surface 14c of the bottom part 14a, so that the joint part 28a moves into the lamp chamber. It is gradually drawn to the 16 side. Then, by moving the coupling portion 28a to the position P2, the inner surface 14c of the bottom portion 14a is firmly pressed at the apex of the inclined portion 28g, and the cover 28 is firmly fixed to the bottom portion 14a. That is, the cover 28 is fixed at a predetermined position with respect to the lamp body 14 by a simple rotational movement. Thereby, the speaker unit 24 can be fixed to the vehicle headlamp 10 without using screws.
As described above, the fixing method according to the present embodiment is a method of fixing the speaker unit 24 to the mounting portion 26 that attaches the speaker unit 24 to a predetermined position of a vehicle or a vehicle lamp. Then, the connector 30a of the wire harness 30 pulled out from the through hole 26c formed in the mounting part 26 shown in FIG. Connecting. Next, the cover 28 holding the speaker unit 24 to which the connector 30a is connected is fixed to the mounting portion 26 by the method described above. As a result, when the speaker unit 24 is attached to a predetermined position, as shown in FIG. By making contact, the connector 30a is prevented from coming off from the connecting portion 32a due to vibration or poor connection.
(Second embodiment)
FIG. 8 is a perspective view of the fixing structure according to the second embodiment. FIG. 9 is a perspective view of the mounting portion in the fixing structure shown in FIG. 8, viewed from the back side. FIG. 10 is a DD cross-sectional view of the fixing structure shown in FIG. 8. In the following description, the same components as those in the first embodiment are given the same reference numerals and names, and the description will be omitted as appropriate.
As shown in FIGS. 8 to 10, the fixing structure 36 includes the speaker unit 24, a mounting portion 38 for attaching the speaker unit 24 to a predetermined position of the vehicle lamp, a cover 28, and a wire connected to the speaker unit 24. A harness 30 is provided.
The speaker body 32 has a connecting portion 32a to which the connector 30a of the wire harness 30 is connected. Further, the mounting portion 38 according to the present embodiment is a part (bottom portion 14a) of the lamp body 14 as a lamp component that constitutes the vehicle headlamp 10. The attachment part 38 has a contact surface 38a that comes into contact with the connector 30a connected to the connection part 32a when the cover 28 is fixed. As a result, when the speaker unit 24 is installed in a predetermined position, the contact surface 38a of the mounting part 38 comes into contact with the connector 30a connected to the connection part 32a of the speaker unit 24, and vibration or poor connection may cause the connector to 30a is prevented from coming off.
The contact surface 38a according to the present embodiment is provided on the side of the mounting portion 38 facing the cover 28, and is configured to press-fit the connector 30a toward the connection portion 32a as the cover 28 rotates. It has a sloped portion 38b. The inclined portion 38b is a portion in which the height H (see FIG. 10) of the mounting portion 38 from the back surface 38c gradually increases from the through hole 38d toward the tip of the arc-shaped slit 38e. As a result, when fixing the cover 28 to the mounting part 38 by rotational movement, even if the connector 30a is in a half-fitted state and is slightly lifted from the connection part 32a, the connector 30a can be gradually moved toward the connection part 32a. Can be press-fitted.
The inclined portions 38b are provided on both sides of the arc-shaped slit 38e formed in the attachment portion 38. Thereby, when the cover 28 is rotated with respect to the mounting portion 38, the inclined portion 38b can gradually press fit the connector 30a toward the connecting portion 32a. Note that the inclined portion 38b may be provided along at least one side of the slit 38e.
The mounting portion 38 has a through hole 38d formed at the end of the inclined portion 38b on the side where the height H is lower, through which the connector passes. Further, the slit 38e is connected to the through hole 38d, and has a shape through which the cable 30b of the wire harness 30 passes, but not through which the connector 30a passes. As a result, after the cover 28 is rotated relative to the mounting portion 38 with the connector 30a passing through the through hole 38d, the cover 28 cannot be removed from the mounting portion 38 because the connector 30a is caught in the slit 38e.
(Third embodiment)
FIG. 11 is a perspective view of the fixing structure according to the third embodiment. FIG. 12 is a top view of the fixing structure shown in FIG. 11. FIG. 13 is a sectional view taken along line EE of the fixing structure shown in FIG. In the following description, the same components as in each of the above-described embodiments will be given the same reference numerals and names, and the description will be omitted as appropriate.
For example, in the fixing structure 23 in the first embodiment, the cover 28 is fixed to the mounting portion 26 by rotation. Therefore, there is a risk that the cable 30b may be caught between the coupling portion 28a of the cover 28 and the attachment portion 26 when the cover 28 is fixed by rotational movement. Therefore, the fixing structure according to the present embodiment employs a configuration that suppresses the cable from being caught.
As shown in FIGS. 11 to 13, the fixing structure 40 includes a speaker unit 24, a mounting portion 42 for mounting the speaker unit 24 in a predetermined position of a vehicle lamp, and a mounting portion 42 for attaching the speaker unit 24 to the mounting portion 42 while holding the speaker unit 24. It includes a cover 28 that is fixed, and a wire harness 30 that is connected to the speaker unit 24.
The speaker unit 24 provided outside the lamp body 14 is fixed at a predetermined position in the center of the speaker body 32 so that the front surface 24a that emits the sound S faces toward the vehicle exterior EX. The speaker unit 24 according to this embodiment includes a magnetic circuit 24c that converts an electric signal into vibration, and a disc-shaped diaphragm 24b that transmits the vibration of the magnetic circuit 24c.
The speaker body 32 has a connecting portion 32a to which the connector 30a of the wire harness 30 is connected, and a cylindrical housing 32b. keeping. This can prevent water and dust from entering the vehicle interior through the housing 32b. Furthermore, the speaker body 32 according to the present embodiment further includes a blocking portion 32d that prevents the cable 30b from approaching the vicinity of the fitting portion between the coupling portion 28a and the attachment portion 42. Note that the baffle portion 32d may be provided at one location in the direction in which the cable 30b extends from the connector 30a, or may be provided for each of the plurality of coupling portions 28a.
The baffle portion 32d is an arc-shaped rib that protrudes toward the lamp chamber 16 from an arc-shaped slit 42a formed in the mounting portion 42, and is provided between the coupling portion 28a and the connector 30a. The amount by which the baffle portion 32d protrudes from the attachment portion 42 is greater than the amount by which the coupling portion 28a protrudes from the attachment portion 42. Therefore, when inserting the cover 28 into the attachment portion 42, the cable 30b can be lifted. Further, the central angle α of the arc-shaped baffle portion 32d is larger than the central angle β of the joint portion 28a. Therefore, the coupling portion 28a is hidden by the obstructing portion 32d when viewed from the connector 30a. Therefore, even if the cable 30b extends toward the coupling part 28a, the cable 30b and the coupling part 28a are difficult to touch, and the cable 30b is between the coupling part 28a of the cover 28 and the attachment part 42. It can prevent you from getting bitten.
The obstructing portion 32d according to the present embodiment has an inclined portion 32e formed on the distal end side in the rotation direction R (see FIG. 11) when fixing the cover 28 to the mounting portion 42. Because of the inclined portion 32e, even if the cable 30b is present on the surface of the attachment portion 42, the cable 30b can be smoothly guided over the obstructing portion 32d as the cover 28 rotates.
(Fourth embodiment)
FIG. 14 is a perspective view of the fixing structure according to the fourth embodiment. In the following description, the same components as in each of the above-described embodiments will be given the same reference numerals and names, and the description will be omitted as appropriate.
The fixing structure 44 according to the present embodiment omits the obstructing part 32d in the fixing structure 40 according to the third embodiment, and has a structure that prevents the cable 30b from being caught in the coupling part 28a itself. Specifically, the inclined portion 28h is formed in the connecting portion 28a that is farthest from the connector 30a among the three connecting portions 28a. The inclined portion 28h is formed on the distal end side in the rotation direction R of the coupling portion 28a. Further, a stopper 28k is formed on the rear end side of the coupling portion 28a in the rotation direction R to prevent the cable 30b guided onto the coupling portion 28a from falling onto the upper surface of the attachment portion 42 again.
Incidentally, the inclined portion 28h may be provided in all the coupling portions 28a, or may be provided in one or a part of the coupling portions. Further, the stopper 28k may be provided on all the joints 28a, or on one or some of the joints. Alternatively, the stopper 28k may not be provided.
