Abstract

The invention relates to means for carrying hand luggage and can be used as a briefcase, a rucksack or a portable suitcase. The present combination bag and rucksack comprises a body with a carrying handle and shoulder straps, the latter being located on a rear rigid surface and being provided with adjustment means. Also provided on the rear surface are longitudinal depressions for housing the straps flush with the surface. The proposed invention makes it possible to minimize the likelihood of the shoulder straps catching on protruding parts of nearby objects when the article is used as a bag.
