Abstract

The present invention relates to an ability of processing that can be directed in all directions, by transferring the rotational movement of the shaft (5) to a cord with a steel flexible cut shaft end (10.1) thereof, by means of a change made on the shaft (5) in the motor used in corrosion and polishing machines (1), and by transferring the movement to a hand plasticine. The present invention relates to a purpose of converting a standard corrosion and polishing machine into a hand-sized drilling, corrosion, sanding and polishing machine, by means of the spiral shaft (9) configuration.

Description

SPIRAL SHAFT CONFIGURATION IN CORROSION AND POLISHING MACHINES
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an ability of processing that can be directed in all directions, by transferring the rotational movement of the shaft to a cord with a steel flexible cut shaft end thereof, by means of a change made on the shaft in the motor used in corrosion and polishing machines, and by transferring the movement to a hand plasticine.
The present invention relates to a purpose of converting a standard corrosion and polishing machine into a hand-sized drilling, corrosion, sanding and polishing machine, by means of the spiral shaft configuration.
Prior Art
Corrosion and polishing machines consist of a body, a motor in the body, a shaft that is connected to the motor on both sides and rotates with the motor movement, discs that are connected to the shafts and used for polishing, shaping, polishing, and similar processes. The rotation speed of the discs and other apparatus attached on the corrosion and polishing machines for different operations is adjusted according to the changing speed ranges. This speed range adjustment is provided by a rotating button positioned on the machine.
In the state of the art, a hand motor is utilized to perforate on any material, to shape small parts by corrosion and to perform similar works. Said hand motor is mounted on the wall, and when it needs to be used, it is removed from its place and taken to the processing table. Instead of a wall apparatus, it can also be positioned on a special table and vertical tool stands. It is economically disadvantageous to have separate costs for both machines.
Problems in the state of the art necessitated an R.&D study in the relevant field. Objects of the Invention
The object of the present invention is to provide ease of use with the spiral shaft configuration that enables both shaping, polishing, varnishing and cutting, drilling, and similar operations in a single machine in corrosion and polishing machines.
The present invention aims to provide ease of use in the corrosion and polishing machines of the spiral shaft structure, which is attached to the tab on the apparatus connected to the shaft and transmits the movement of the apparatus connected to the shaft with the rotation of the shaft, thus enabling cutting, drilling and similar operations to be carried out.
Detailed Description of the Invention

Figure - 1 illustrates the general view of the corrosion and polishing machine.
Figure - 2 illustrates the exploded part view of the corrosion and polishing machine.

In general, the spiral shaft configuration (9) in corrosion and polishing machines (1) of the present invention seen in Figure 1 consists of at least one disc (2) group, on-off button (3), potentiometer (4), shaft (5), connection lid (8). The cut shaft end (10.1), which is shaped at the connection end of the wire (10) passing through the spiral shaft (9) cable (9.2), is attached to the tab (7.3) structure positioned on the connector (7). Thus, the spiral shaft (9) apparatus is operated by the rotation of the wire (10), which passes through the spiral shaft (9) cable (9.2) and reaches to the chuck taper (9.1) by the rotational movement of the shaft (5) structure, which is driven by the motor.
In the prior art, hand motors were preferred in corrosion and polishing machines since they are smaller for processing on small parts. These preferred hand motors required the use of hand motors in addition to stone sanding, corrosion and polishing machines, resulting in extra costs. By means of the subject of the invention, the obligation to spend extra money on the hand motor was eliminated. Hand-sized sanding, drilling, and carving features are gained in addition to the normal corrosion and polishing machines (1) by means of the subject of the present invention. It provides this advantage with the application of the hand plasticine to the main engine with a special adapter, by drilling and placing the inside of the main motor shaft (5) and locking a small vertical spiral shaft (9) with the steel flexible shaft that moves the hand plasticine.
By means of the spiral shaft (9) structure in the corrosion and polishing machines (1), which are the subject of the invention, the advantage of use is provided by combining two separate machines in one piece. The end groove (7.1) of the connector (7), into which the shaft end socket (5.2) is screwed, is connected to one of the shafts on both sides of the corrosion and polishing machines (1) shown in Figure - 2. After the shaft (5) and the connector (7) are connected to each other, a lid (6) is placed thereon and positioned in the shaft groove (5.1). Thus, the shaft (5) and the connector (7) are protected. (Figure - 3 and Figure - 4) The tab (7.3) located on the head groove (7.2) of the connector (7), as seen in Figure 6 is the area where the spiral shaft (9) is connected by engaging on the cut shaft end (10.1) seen in Figure - 5 located at the end of the wire (10). By means of this connection, the shaft (5) and the connector (7) that is connected thereto rotate together with the drive of the motor, and the cut shaft end (10.1), which is connected to the tab (7.3) on the connector (7), is provided to transmit this rotational movement to the spiral shaft (9). Thus, the operations that need to be performed separately with the spiral shaft (9) can be easily performed at once with a single machine. By means of the subject of the invention, it provides economic advantages and savings in terms of ease of operation, excess materials, machines and apparatus that need to be used extra.
After connecting the tab (7.3) located on the head groove (7.2) of the connector (7) by engaging on the cut shaft end (10.1) located at the end of the wire (10) of the spiral shaft (9), a connection lid (8) which is connected to the head groove (7.2) of the connector (7) is engaged in order to protect said connection. The connection lid (8) has a groove therein and it is connected to the head groove (7.2) by rotating.

Claims

1. A corrosion and polishing machine (1), comprising; a. at least one connector (7) in one piece that is connected to the shaft end socket (5.2) located at the end of the shaft (5), and that rotates together with said shaft (5), b. at least one tab (7.3) that is located on said connector (7), that transmits the rotational movement of said connector (7) together with said shaft (5), c. at least one cut shaft end (10.1) that is located at the connection end of said spiral shaft (9), that is completely connected by engaging on said tab (7.3), and that enables the spiral shaft (9) to rotate with said rotational movement.
2. A corrosion and polishing machine (1), according to Claim 1, characterized in that, there is at least one lid (6) that is engaged on said connector (7) connected to said shaft (5), that protects the system formed by said connector (7) and said shaft (5), that is connected with the cover groove (6.1) by turning into said shaft groove (5.1).
3. A corrosion and polishing machine (1), according to Claim 1, comprising; at least one connection lid (8) that is connected by engaging to said tab (7.3) clamped on said head groove (7.2), that protects and holds together the system formed on said cut shaft end (10.1), that is connected the head groove (7.2) of said connector (7) by rotating.

A corrosion and polishing machine (1), according to Claim 1, characterized in that, there is at least one cut shaft end (10.1) formed at the end of said solid wire (10) extending along said cable (9.2) of said spiral shaft (9), and that enables the different apparatuses attached to chuck taper (9.1) connected at the end of said spiral shaft (9) to perform process by rotating.
