本開示に係る空調制御装置は、空気を室内に送る送風部が動作した経過時間と、設定温度と、室内温度と対応付けて記憶する温度記憶部と、前記温度記憶部に記憶された前記経過時間、前記設定温度、および前記室内温度に基づいて、前記設定温度に対する前記室内温度の前記経過時間中の変化に基づく指標を演算する演算部と、前記演算部により演算された指標に基づいて前記送風部の運転内容を制御する制御部と、を備える。
Description
本開示は、空調制御装置、空調制御方法、およびプログラムに関する。
従来、例えば特許文献1に記載されているように、ユーザの快適感を確保するための制御を行う空気調和装置が知られている。特許文献1の空気調和装置は、運転時の瞬間的な状態から得られた温度情報に基づき人体の体感温度を算出する。この空気調和装置は、体感温度に基づく室内環境レベルと室内の温度及び湿度とを対応づけた室内環境テーブルに基づいて、人体を検出してからの経過時間に応じて風をあてる人体の部位を選択している。
上述した特許文献1に記載された空気調和装置は、運転時の瞬間的な状態から得られた温度情報に基づき人感温度を算出し、経過時間に応じて風をあてる人体の部位を選択している。しかし、この空気調和装置は、経過時間に伴う室内環境の変化を考慮して人感温度を算出していない。
例えば、室温を急速に設定温度まで到達させたいというユーザのニーズを満たすため、リモコンの操作後、一時的に高能力運転を実施する機能(以後、パワフル運転と記載する)を有する空気調和機が知られている。冷房運転時のパワフル運転は、低吹き出し温度かつ高風量での運転を実施する。暖房運転時のパワフル運転は、高吹き出し温度かつ高風量での運転を実施する。このため、パワフル運転の開始直後においてはユーザに直接風が当たることにより快適感を高くすることができるが、経過時間が長くなるほど風の当たり過ぎにより快適感が低下する場合があった。
したがって、特許文献1に記載された空気調和装置は、算出した人感温度に経過時間に伴う室内環境の変化を考慮していないので、経過時間が長くなるほど快適感を低下させてしまう可能性がある。また、この空気調和装置は、経過時間に応じて風をあてる人体の部位を選択しても、快適感の低下を引き起こす可能性があった。さらに、この空気調和装置は、人感温度を算出するためにユーザにより設定された設定温度を考慮していない。このため、この空気調和装置は、ユーザの嗜好または使用方法を考慮していない。
本開示は、上記のような課題を解決するためになされたもので、設定温度に対する室内温度の経過時間に伴う変化を考慮して運転を制御することができる空調制御装置、空調制御方法、およびプログラムを提供することを目的とする。
第1の態様に係る空調制御装置は、空気を室内に送る送風部が動作した経過時間と、設定温度と、室内温度と対応付けて記憶する温度記憶部と、前記温度記憶部に記憶された前記経過時間、前記設定温度、および前記室内温度に基づいて、前記設定温度に対する前記室内温度の前記経過時間中の変化に基づく指標を演算する演算部と、前記演算部により演算された指標に基づいて前記送風部の運転内容を制御する制御部と、を備える。
第2の態様に係る空調制御方法は、空気を室内に送る送風部を動作させるステップと、前記送風部が動作しているときに、前記送風部が動作した経過時間と、設定温度と、室内温度と対応付けて記憶するステップと、記憶された前記経過時間、前記設定温度、および前記室内温度に基づいて、前記設定温度に対する前記室内温度の前記経過時間中の変化に基づく指標を演算するステップと、演算された指標に基づいて前記送風部の運転内容を制御するステップと、を含む。
第3の態様に係るプログラムは、コンピュータに、空気を室内に送る送風部を動作させるステップと、前記送風部が動作しているときに、前記送風部が動作した経過時間と、設定温度と、室内温度と対応付けて記憶するステップと、記憶された前記経過時間、前記設定温度、および前記室内温度に基づいて、前記設定温度に対する前記室内温度の前記経過時間中の変化に基づく指標を演算するステップと、演算された指標に基づいて前記送風部の運転内容を制御するステップと、を実行させる。
本開示によれば、設定温度に対する室内温度の経過時間に伴う変化を考慮して運転を制御することができる。
以下、図面を参照しながら、本開示の実施の形態について説明する。なお、本開示の範囲は、以下の実施の形態に限定されず、本開示の技術的思想の範囲内で任意に変更可能である。また、以下の図面においては、各構成をわかりやすくするために、各構造における縮尺および数などを、実際の構造における縮尺および数などと異ならせる場合がある。
(第1の実施の形態)
図1は、第1の実施の形態に係る室内機100の一例を示す外観図である。図2は、第1の実施の形態に係る室内機100の一例を示す内部構成図である。
室内機100(以下、「室内機100」と称する)は、図1に示すように、例えば、本体ケース1と、前面パネル2とを備える。本体ケース1の内部には、電子部品および駆動部品が収容される。前面パネル2は、本体ケース1の前面を覆う部材である。室内機100は、本体ケース1の上方から空気を吸入し、熱交換した空気を本体ケース1の下方から室内空間に送出する。図2に示すように、本体ケース1の下方における開口部には左右風向板6が設けられている。室内機100の内部右側には室内温度センサ7と電装品箱8とが配置されている。電装品箱8の内部には制御基板等が収容されている。

室内機100(以下、「室内機100」と称する)は、図1に示すように、例えば、本体ケース1と、前面パネル2とを備える。本体ケース1の内部には、電子部品および駆動部品が収容される。前面パネル2は、本体ケース1の前面を覆う部材である。室内機100は、本体ケース1の上方から空気を吸入し、熱交換した空気を本体ケース1の下方から室内空間に送出する。図2に示すように、本体ケース1の下方における開口部には左右風向板6が設けられている。室内機100の内部右側には室内温度センサ7と電装品箱8とが配置されている。電装品箱8の内部には制御基板等が収容されている。
図3は、第1の実施の形態における室内機100の左右方向の中央部における内部構成図である。本体ケース1の上面には、室内機100の周囲の空気を室内機内部へ吸込むための吸込み口1aが形成されている。本体ケース1の下部側には、室内機100の内部に吸込んだ空気を室内機100の外部へ吹出すための吹出し口1bが形成されている。室内機100は、吸込み口1aから吹出し口1bへ通じる室内機風路を形成する前側吹出風路面1cおよび後側吹出風路面1dを備えている。
室内機100内には、熱交換器3と、送風ファン4とが配置されている。送風ファン4は、吸込み口1aから室内空気を取り込み、熱交換器3を通過させて吹出し口1bから空気を室内空間に吹出す。送風ファン4は、例えば、クロスフローファンである。クロスフローファンは、回転軸線が本体ケース1の左右方向となるように室内機100内に水平に設置されている。熱交換器3は、送風ファン4によって生成される空気流中に配置されている。熱交換器3は、吸込み口1aを通って室内機内部に吸込まれた空気と冷媒との熱交換を行い、空調空気を生成する。
室内機100の吹出し口1bには、上下風向板5が備えられている。上下風向板5は、動作角度を変更することで、吹出し口1bから室内空間に吹出される吹出し風の風向きを上下方向に調整する。上下風向板5は、室内機100の左右方向に延びる回動軸(図示せず)を中心に上下方向への自在な回動が可能となっている。具体的には、本体ケース1内の左右に取り付けられた駆動モータ(図示せず)が、上下風向板5の回動軸に接続されており、駆動モータが動作することにより、上下風向板5が上下方向へ自在に回動される。これにより、室内機100の内部で生成された空調空気を、上下方向へ自在に吹き分けることが可能となっている。
室内機100の吹出し口1bには、左右風向板6が備えられている。左右風向板6は、動作角度を変更することで、吹出し口1bから室内空間に吹出される吹出し風の風向きを左右方向に調整する。左右風向板6のそれぞれは、室内機100の左右方向への自在な回動が可能となっている。具体的には、駆動モータ(図示せず)が、左右風向板6の回動軸に接続されており、駆動モータが動作することにより、左右風向板6が左右方向へ自在に回動される。これにより、室内機内部で生成された空調空気を、左右方向へ自在に吹き分けることが可能となっている。
なお、実施の形態において、送風ファン4、上下風向板5、および左右風向板6は、空気を室内に送る送風部100aの一例である。なお、送風部には、熱交換器3を含んでよく、冷媒を循環する流路または室外機などの室内に送られる空気の温度を調整する他の構成を含んでよい。以下の説明において、室内機、室外機、および冷媒循環流路を含む装置を空気調和機とも記載する。
図4は、第1の実施の形態における制御部20の機能的な一例を示すブロック図である。室内機100は、例えば制御部20を備える。制御部20は、例えば空気調和装置の一例であり、制御基板に、(Central Processing Unit)等のプロセッサおよび記憶部などが搭載されることで実現される。制御部20には、例えば、上下風向板5、左右風向板6、室内温度センサ7、および外部装置10と接続される。室内温度センサ7は、室内温度を示す信号を制御部20に出力する。外部装置10は、例えば、リモートコントローラである。リモートコントローラは、制御部20に無線信号を出力する。リモートコントローラは、ユーザが操作する操作ボタンや表示部を備える。リモートコントローラは、ユーザの操作を受け付け、操作信号を制御部20に出力する。操作信号は、例えば、運転モード、およびユーザが希望する室内温度を示す設定温度などを示してよい。なお、外部装置10は、室内空間の壁に埋め込まれた操作パネル、またはユーザにより操作されるスマートフォンなどであってもよい。
制御部20は、例えば、受信部22と、経過時間計測部24と、外部情報記憶部26と、演算処理部28と、設計情報記憶部30と、判定処理部32と、送風制御部34と、を備える。なお、受信部22と、経過時間計測部24と、外部情報記憶部26と、演算処理部28と、設計情報記憶部30と、判定処理部32と、送風制御部34といった各部は、室外機および室内機に何れか一方に搭載されていてよく、室外機および室内機に分散されて搭載されていてよい。
受信部22は、室内温度センサ7および外部装置10から信号を受信する。経過時間計測部24は、例えば室内機100が運転を開始した時からの経過時間を計測する。
外部情報記憶部26および設計情報記憶部30は、例えば、RAM(Random Access Memory)、ROM(Read Only Memory)、フラッシュメモリ、EPROM(Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory)、EEPROM(Electrically Erasable and Programmable ROM)等の、不揮発性又は揮発性の半導体メモリにより実現される。外部情報記憶部26は、送風部100aが動作した経過時間と、外部装置10により設定された設定温度と、室内温度センサ7により検知された室内温度と対応付けて記憶する。外部情報記憶部26は、温度記憶部の一例である。
演算処理部28、判定処理部32、および送風制御部34は、例えばCPU(Central Processing Unit)等のプロセッサがプログラムメモリに格納されたプログラムを実行することにより実現される。ソフトウェア、ファームウェア、又はソフトウェアとファームウェアとの組み合わせは、プログラムとして記述され、プログラムはプログラムメモリに格納される。また、機能部のうち一部または全部は、LSI(Large Scale Integration)、ASIC(Application Specific Integrated Circuit)、またはFPGA(Field-Programmable Gate Array)等のハードウェアにより実現されてもよいし、ソフトウェアとハードウェアが協働することで実現されてもよい。演算処理部28は、外部情報記憶部26に記憶された経過時間、設定温度、および室内温度に基づいて、設定温度に対する室内温度の経過時間中の変化に基づく指標を演算する。
設計情報記憶部30は、閾値に基づいて区分された複数の段階のそれぞれと送風部100aの運転内容を示す情報とを対応付けた情報を記憶する。設計情報記憶部30に記憶された情報は、例えば室内機100の設計段階で決定された情報である。以下の説明において、送風部100aの運転内容を示す情報を、室内機動作情報と記載する。判定処理部32は、演算処理部28により演算された指標と閾値とを比較することによって、室内機動作情報を判定する。送風制御部34は、判定処理部32により判定された室内機動作情報に従って送風部100aの動作を制御する。
図5は、第1の実施の形態における室内温度[℃]と設定温度[℃]と経過時間[min(分)]と無次元指標ACSとの関係を示す図である。無次元指標ACSは、演算処理部28により演算される指標の一例である。図5において、経過時間がX0であるときの室内温度はT0であり、室内機100が冷房モードで動作した経過時間がx1,x2,・・・xn-1、xnとなると、室内温度はT0,T1,T2,・・・Tn-1、Tnのように、次第に設定温度Ttargetに近づく。
式1において、x0~xnは経過時間中の時刻である。T0は室内機100が運転を開始した時の室内温度(初期温度)である。すなわちT0は、無次元指標ACSnを算出するときに外部情報記憶部26に記録される経過時間をカウントし始める時刻X0における室内温度である。f(xn)は時刻xn-1からxnまでの温度変化(Tn-1からTn)を表す一次関数である。時刻xn-1からxnまでの期間は、演算処理部28による無次元指標ACSの演算周期に相当する。式1は、設定温度Ttargetと時刻Xnの積値に対する、初期温度T0と、前回の演算時刻xn-1から前回の演算時刻xnまでの温度の一時関数f(xn)との差分の時間積分値の割合によって無次元指標ACSnを算出するための式である。演算処理部28は、式1に従って、予め設定された周期ごとに無次元指標ACSnを算出する。無次元指標ACSは、室内機100が運転を開始してからの経過時間が長くなり、室内温度が設定温度に近づくほど、大きい値になる。すなわち、無次元指標ACSは、室内温度が設定温度に達するまでの進度に対応した値と解釈してよい。なお、設定温度に対する室内温度の経過時間中の変化に基づく指標であれば式1に限らず、他の演算式で指標を演算してよい。
図6は、第1の実施の形態における初期段階の無次元指標ACS1を示す図である。図7は、第1の実施の形態における中期段階の無次元指標ACS2を示す図である。図8は、第1の実施の形態における終期段階の無次元指標ACS3を示す図である。室内機100が運転を開始してから経過時間中の時刻x1に達すると無次元指標ACS1=20となり、経過時間中の時刻x2に達すると無次元指標ACS1=50となり、経過時間中の時刻x3に達すると無次元指標ACS3=80となったとする。図6に示すように、例えば、無次元指標ACS0=0から無次元指標ACS1=20までの段階を、初期段階と定義する。図7に示すように、例えば、無次元指標ACS1=20から無次元指標ACS2=50までの段階を中期段階と定義する。図8に示すように、例えば、無次元指標ACS2=50から無次元指標ACS3=80までの段階を終期段階と定義する。
例えば室内機100の設計段階において、無次元指標ACS1、無次元指標ACS2、および無次元指標ACS3は、閾値として設定される。また、設計段階において、初期段階に対応した室内機動作情報、中期段階に対応した室内機動作情報、および終期段階に対応した室内機動作情報が設定される。設定された閾値および各段階に対応した室内機動作情報は、設計情報記憶部30に記憶される。これにより、判定処理部32は、現在の経過時間中の時刻xnにおいて計算した無次元指標ACSnと各段階とを比較し、無次元指標ACSnがどの段階に属するかを判定する。送風制御部34は、無次元指標ACSnが属する段階に対応した室内機動作情報に従って室内機100を制御する。なお、段階の数は、上述のように3であるが、これに限定されず、3よりも少なくても多くてもよい。
例えば、室内温度を短時間で設定温度まで到達させるパワフル運転を行う場合の室内機100の運転内容について説明する。室内機100は、初期段階においては室内温度が設定温度から離れているので、ユーザに直接風を当てるように上下風向板5および左右風向板6を動作させる。室内機100は、中期段階および終期段階においては室内温度が設定温度に近づきつつあるので、ユーザに直接風が当たらないように上下風向板5および左右風向板6を動作させる。これにより、室内機100は、初期段階においてユーザの快適感を高め、中期段階および終期段階において冷え過ぎまたは暖まり過ぎを回避することで快適感の低下を抑制しながら、室内温度を設定温度まで短時間で到達させることができる。
設計情報記憶部30は、室内機100の運転モードと、閾値と、室内機動作情報を対応付けた情報を記憶してよい。室内機100の運転モードは、例えば上述のパワフル運転、消費電力を抑制する省電力運転、および静音運転である。室内機100の運転モードは、例えば、ユーザの操作に基づいて設定される。これにより制御部20は、設定された室内機100の運転モードに対応した閾値と指標との比較結果に基づいて、記憶された室内機100の運転内容となるように室内機100の動作を制御することができる。
室内機100は、図6に示すように、運転開始から経過時間中の時刻xnまでの室内温度に基づいて演算した無次元指標ACSnが20より小さい段階に含まれる場合、上下風向板5を下方向、左右風向板6を正面方向、および送風ファン4を高動作速度で動作させる。これにより、室内温度はT0からTnまで急速に低下する。その後、図7に示すように運転開始からの経過時間中の時刻xnまでの室内温度に基づいて演算した無次元指標ACSnが20から50までの段階に遷移した場合、室内機100は、上下風向板5をスイング動作、左右風向板6を正面方向、および送風ファン4を高動作速度で動作させる。その後、図8に示すように運転開始から経過時間中の時刻xnまでの室内温度に基づいて演算した無次元指標ACSnが50から80までの段階に遷移した場合、室内機100は、上下風向板5を上方向、左右風向板6をワイド方向、および送風ファン4を高動作速度で動作させる。このように、室内機100は、上下風向板5を上方向に変更することで気流がユーザに直接当たることを段階的に抑制し、冷え過ぎまたは暖まり過ぎを回避することで快適感の低下を抑制することができる。また、室内温度と設定温度とに差がある段階において、室内機100は、送風ファン4の動作速度を維持した運転を実施することで室内温度を設定温度まで短時間で到達させる。その後、図8に示すように運転開始からの経過時間xnにおける無次元指標ACSnが80よりも大きい段階である場合、室内機100は、上下風向板5を上方向、左右風向板6をワイド方向、および送風ファン4を低動作速度で動作させる。このように、室内機100は、室内温度が設定温度に概ね到達した段階においては、送風ファン4の動作速度も変更することで、冷え過ぎまたは暖まり過ぎを回避し、快適感の低下を抑制する。
以上説明したように、第1の実施の形態の制御部20によれば、送風部100aが動作した経過時間と、外部装置10により設定された設定温度と、室内温度センサ7により検知された室内温度と対応付けて記憶する外部情報記憶部26と、外部情報記憶部26に記憶された経過時間、設定温度、および室内温度に基づいて、設定温度に対する室内温度の経過時間中の変化に基づく指標を演算する演算処理部28と、演算処理部28により演算された指標に基づいて送風部100aの運転内容を制御する判定処理部32および送風制御部34と、を備える。この制御部20によれば、設定温度に対する室内温度の経過時間に伴う変化を考慮して運転を制御することができる。
また、制御部20によれば、送風部100aの運転モードと、閾値と、室内機動作情報とを対応付けた情報を記憶し、記憶された運転モードに対応した閾値と演算処理部28により演算された指標との比較結果に基づいて、送風部100aの動作を制御することができる。これにより、制御部20によれば、運転モードの運転時間に適した制御を行うことができる。
(第2の実施の形態)
図9は、第2の実施の形態における制御部20Aの機能的な一例を示すブロック図である。第2の実施の形態における室内機100は、室内機100が動作するシーンに基づいて室内機100の動作を制御する点で、第1の実施の形態とは異なる。室内機100が動作するシーンは、室内機100の使用される場面であり、例えば、急速シーン、就寝シーン、帰宅シーン、起床シーンなどである。
図9は、第2の実施の形態における制御部20Aの機能的な一例を示すブロック図である。第2の実施の形態における室内機100は、室内機100が動作するシーンに基づいて室内機100の動作を制御する点で、第1の実施の形態とは異なる。室内機100が動作するシーンは、室内機100の使用される場面であり、例えば、急速シーン、就寝シーン、帰宅シーン、起床シーンなどである。
図10は、第2の実施の形態におけるシーンテーブル30Aの一例を示す図である。シーンテーブル30Aは、シーンと、動作項目と、動作内容と、動作内容に対応した閾値とを対応させたテーブルデータである。なお、動作項目および動作内容は、室内機動作情報に相当する情報である。動作項目は、空気調和機のうち制御対象となる部分を示す情報であり、例えば、送風ファン4、上下風向板5、および左右風向板6を示す情報を含む。シーンによって送風ファン4の風量、上下風向板5の動作、および左右風向板6の動作は変更されることが望ましい。また、シーンによって初期段階に対応した無次元指標ACS1、中期段階に対応した無次元指標ACS2、および終期段階に対応した無次元指標ACS3は異なることが望ましい。
設計情報記憶部30は、外部装置10からシーン設定情報を取得する。シーン設定情報は、例えば、時刻情報、位置情報、ユーザを識別する情報、またはユーザの操作情報などのパラメータに基づいて判定されたシーンを示す情報であってよい。設計情報記憶部30は、シーンテーブル30Aを参照し、取得したシーン設定情報が示すシーンに対応した情報を抽出する。判定処理部32は、設計情報記憶部30によって抽出された情報と、演算処理部28によって演算された無次元指標ACSとに基づいて動作項目および動作内容を判定する。送風制御部34は、判定された動作項目および動作内容に従って室内機100の各部を制御する。
例えば、就寝シーンである場合、制御部20Aは、無次元指標ACSnが30(ACS1)までの初期段階において、上下風向板5および左右風向板6をスイングさせる。これにより制御部20Aは、ユーザが適度に風を当てるように室内機100を動作させる。就寝シーンである場合、制御部20Aは、無次元指標ACSnがACS3を超えた段階において、ユーザに直接風が当たらないように上下風向板5および左右風向板6を動作させる。これにより制御部20Aは、ユーザの肌の乾燥を抑制させるように室内機100を動作させる。
第2の実施の形態の制御部20Aによれば、シーンに対応した閾値と演算した無次元指標ACSnとの比較結果に基づいて、室内機100の運転内容となるように室内機100の動作を制御する。これにより、室内機100によれば、シーンに対応して、設定温度に対する室内温度の経過時間に伴う変化を考慮して運転を制御することができる。さらに、制御部20Aによれば、シーンによってユーザ自身で室内機100の動作を変更する煩わしさを解消することができる。
既知の指標は、例えば、センサ等によって得られる温度の絶対値と一対一で関連付けられた補正または変換により演算されているため、複数の温度それぞれに対して設計を行う必要がある。このため、既知の指標を用いると、多くの設計負荷を要することや、設計段階において設定する情報に多くのメモリ容量を必要とする。これに対し、第2の実施の形態の制御部20Aによれば、温度の絶対値のみに対応した指標ではなく無次元指標ACSを用いるので、無次元指標ACSを用いた段階に対応した汎用的な運転内容を示す室内機動作情報を設定することができる。このため、第2の実施の形態の制御部20Aによれば、設計段階での負荷を抑制する、シーンテーブルのためのメモリ容量を軽減することができる。この結果、第2の実施の形態の制御部20Aによれば、設定可能なシーンの数を増やすことができる。
(第3の実施の形態)
図11は、第3の実施の形態における制御部20Bの機能的な一例を示すブロック図である。第3の実施の形態における制御部20Bは、ユーザの操作に基づく学習情報に基づいて室内機100の動作を制御する点で、第1および第2の実施の形態とは異なる。上述の第1および第2の実施の形態の制御部は、無次元指標ACSnに基づいて、閾値を予め設定し、閾値によって決定された段階に対応づけられた室内機動作情報に従って制御するが、第3の実施の形態の制御部20Bは、閾値を予め設定しておく必要が無い。
図11は、第3の実施の形態における制御部20Bの機能的な一例を示すブロック図である。第3の実施の形態における制御部20Bは、ユーザの操作に基づく学習情報に基づいて室内機100の動作を制御する点で、第1および第2の実施の形態とは異なる。上述の第1および第2の実施の形態の制御部は、無次元指標ACSnに基づいて、閾値を予め設定し、閾値によって決定された段階に対応づけられた室内機動作情報に従って制御するが、第3の実施の形態の制御部20Bは、閾値を予め設定しておく必要が無い。
第3の実施の形態における制御部20Bは、設計情報記憶部30に代えて、学習情報記憶部30Bを備える。学習情報記憶部30Bは、外部装置10からユーザの操作情報を取得し、取得したユーザの操作情報に基づいて学習情報を記憶する。学習情報は、例えば、ユーザの意思によって室内機100の運転を指示する情報であって、室内機100の運転内容を示す情報を含む。
例えば、室内機100が運転を開始してから任意の経過時間Tzにおいてユーザが上下風向板5の設定を変更した場合、学習情報記憶部30Bは、経過時間Tzにおける無次元指標ACSzおよび上下風向板5の設定変更内容を学習情報として記憶する。判定処理部32は、演算処理部28から無次元指標ACSnを取得し、当該無次元指標ACSnに対応した学習情報を学習情報記憶部30Bから抽出する。判定処理部32は、抽出した学習情報において無次元指標ACSnに対応した設定変更内容を判定結果として送風制御部34に供給する。送風制御部34は、設定変更内容に基づいて室内機100の動作を制御する。これにより、制御部20Bは、ユーザの操作に基づく設定変更内容に従って室内機100の動作を自動的に制御することができる。
例えば、制御部20Bは、直近でα回の運転のうち、無次元指標ACSm±βの範囲内で、同じ設定変更内容をγ回受け付けたとする。この場合、学習情報記憶部30Bは、無次元指標ACSmと設定変更内容とを学習情報として記憶してよい。判定処理部32は、演算処理部28により演算された無次元指標ACSnが無次元指標ACSm±δの範囲内に達した場合、無次元指標ACSmに対応した学習情報を学習情報記憶部30Bから抽出する。判定処理部32は、抽出した学習情報において無次元指標ACSmに対応した設定変更内容を判定結果として送風制御部34に供給する。送風制御部34は、設定変更内容に基づいて室内機100の動作を制御する。これにより、制御部20Bは、ユーザの操作に基づく設定変更内容に従って室内機100の動作を自動的に制御することができる。なお、α、β、γ、およびδは、制御部20Bの設計段階にて定められる定数である。
図12は、第3の実施の形態における経過時間と室内温度および設定温度と無次元指標ACSとの関係を示す図であり、図13は、第3の実施の形態における経過時間と室内温度および設定温度と無次元指標ACSとの関係を示す他の図である。図12に示す経過時間中の時刻xnにおいて上下風向板5を下方向、左右風向板6を正面方向、送風ファン4を高動作速度で動作させる操作情報を受け付けたとする。この場合、学習情報記憶部30Bは、演算処理部28により演算された無次元指標ACSn=30に対応付けて操作情報に基づく室内機動作情報を記憶する。これにより、制御部20は、図13に示すように経過時間中の時刻xnで無次元指標ACSn=30に達した場合、学習情報記憶部30Bに記憶された室内機動作情報に従って送風部100aを制御することで、上下風向板5を下方向、左右風向板6を正面方向、送風ファン4を高動作速度で動作させることができる。
以上のように、第3の実施の形態の制御部20Bによれば、ユーザの操作に基づく操作情報、および操作情報を受け付けたときに演算された無次元指標ACSを、学習情報として記憶する学習情報記憶部30Bを備え、演算処理部28により演算された無次元指標ACSnと、学習情報記憶部30Bに記憶された無次元指標ACSとの比較結果に基づいて、学習情報記憶部30Bに記憶された操作情報に基づいて室内機100の動作を制御する。第3の実施の形態の制御部20Bによれば、室内機100が運転しているときにユーザによって設定を変更する操作が行われても、当該操作内容を無次元指標ACSに対応付けて学習情報記憶部30Bに記憶することができる。これにより、第3の実施の形態の制御部20Bによれば、無次元指標ACSに基づいてユーザの嗜好またはユーザ独自の使用方法を反映して室内機100の動作を制御することができる。
既知の指標は、例えば、センサ等によって得られる温度の絶対値と一対一で関連付けられた補正または変換により演算されているため、ユーザの操作内容を温度値に対応付けて学習しても汎用性がない。既知の指標を用いた学習結果に汎用性を持たせるためには、温度値とユーザの操作内容との関係を数多く記録することや、温度値とユーザの操作内容との関係を用いてパターン分析を行う必要がある。これに対し、第3の実施の形態の制御部20Bによれば、設定温度に対する室内温度の経過時間中の変化に基づく無次元指標ACSを用いるので、温度の絶対値に捉われることなく室内機100を制御することができる。すなわち、無次元指標ACSは、現在の室内温度と設定温度との相対関係を、経過時間を考慮して定量的に評価することができる。制御部20Bは、例えば、無次元指標ACSを利用して初期段階、中期段階、終期段階ごとにユーザの操作に基づく室内機100の運転内容を学習すればよいので、ユーザの操作回数が少なくても、ユーザの嗜好または使用方法を反映した運転を行わせることができる。
(第4の実施の形態)
図14は、第4の実施の形態における制御部20Cの機能的な一例を示すブロック図である。第4の実施の形態の制御部20Cは、ユーザの操作に基づく操作情報、および操作情報を受け付けたときに演算処理部28により演算された無次元指標ACSに基づいて、室内機100の運転内容を示す情報を更新する点で、上述した実施の形態とは異なる。
図14は、第4の実施の形態における制御部20Cの機能的な一例を示すブロック図である。第4の実施の形態の制御部20Cは、ユーザの操作に基づく操作情報、および操作情報を受け付けたときに演算処理部28により演算された無次元指標ACSに基づいて、室内機100の運転内容を示す情報を更新する点で、上述した実施の形態とは異なる。
設計情報記憶部30は、ユーザの操作に基づく操作情報、および操作情報を受け付けたときに演算処理部28により演算された無次元指標ACSnに基づいて、室内機動作情報を示す情報を更新する。設計情報記憶部30が、初期段階、中期段階、および終期段階のそれぞれに対して室内機動作情報を記憶しているとする。設計情報記憶部30は、ユーザの操作に基づく操作情報を受け付けたときに演算処理部28により演算された無次元指標ACSnが、初期段階、中期段階、および終期段階の何れかに該当するかを判定する。設計情報記憶部30は、該当すると判定した段階に対応付けられた室内機動作情報を、ユーザの操作内容に基づいて補正する。例えば、ユーザの操作に基づいて上下風向板5の方向を変更した場合、変更後の上下風向板5の方向になるように室内機動作情報を補正する。
以上、本開示の実施の形態について図面を参照して詳述してきたが、具体的な構成は上述の実施の形態に限られるものではなく、本開示の要旨を逸脱しない範囲の設計等も含まれる。上述の実施の形態において説明した各構成は、任意に組み合わせることができる。例えば、異常により動作を停止させる装置またはシステムであって、動作を停止させる異常または要因を検出する装置またはシステムであれば、上述した実施の形態を適用してよい。

Claims (9)
- 空気を室内に送る送風部が動作した経過時間と、設定温度と、室内温度と対応付けて記憶する温度記憶部と、
前記温度記憶部に記憶された前記経過時間、前記設定温度、および前記室内温度に基づいて、前記設定温度に対する前記室内温度の前記経過時間中の変化に基づく指標を演算する演算部と、
前記演算部により演算された指標に基づいて前記送風部の運転内容を制御する制御部と、
を備える、空調制御装置。 - 前記演算部は、前記設定温度と前記経過時間の積値に対する、前記送風部が動作している期間における室内温度の変化を表した関数との差分を積分した値の割合を、前記指標として演算する、請求項1に記載の空調制御装置。
- 閾値に基づいて区分された複数の段階のそれぞれと前記送風部の運転内容を示す情報とを対応付けた情報を記憶する情報記憶部を備え、
前記制御部は、前記演算部により演算された前記指標と前記閾値との比較結果に基づいて、前記送風部の動作を制御する、
請求項1または請求項2に記載の空調制御装置。 - 前記送風部の運転モードと、閾値と、前記送風部の運転内容を示す情報とを対応付けた情報を記憶する情報記憶部を備え、

記憶された前記経過時間、前記設定温度、および前記室内温度に基づいて、前記設定温度に対する前記室内温度の前記経過時間中の変化に基づく指標を演算するステップと、
演算された指標に基づいて前記送風部の運転内容を制御するステップと、
を含む、空調制御方法。 - コンピュータに、
空気を室内に送る送風部を動作させるステップと、
前記送風部が動作しているときに、前記送風部が動作した経過時間と、設定温度と、室内温度と対応付けて記憶するステップと、
記憶された前記経過時間、前記設定温度、および前記室内温度に基づいて、前記設定温度に対する前記室内温度の前記経過時間中の変化に基づく指標を演算するステップと、
演算された指標に基づいて前記送風部の運転内容を制御するステップと、
を実行させる、プログラム。
