거래 투자 통합연동 시스템 및 방법
본 발명은 거래 투자 통합연동 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것으로 특히 개인 간의 거래, 개인과 기업 간의 거래 및 기업과 기업 간의 거래 등 모든 종류의 거래를 근거로 투자 서비스를 통합적으로 연동하여 제공하는 거래 투자 통합연동 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다.
주지하는 바와 같이, 종래에도 거래를 근거로 투자를 유치하고 수익을 배분하는 시스템이 제안된 바 있으며, 그 대표적인 예로 대한민국 공개특허공보 제10-2003-0068701호(발명의 명칭 : 상거래를 통한 입금액 투자 유치 및 수익배분 시스템 ; 이하 '인용발명'이라 함)가 있다.
상기 인용발명은 도 1로 보인 바와 같이, 상거래(상품 매매, 광고 의뢰를 포함하는 유·무형 상품거래)를 통해 발생하는 입금액을 일정기간 특정 아이템(영화, 연극, 공연, 음반을 포함하는 엔터테인먼트 제작물 등)에 투자 유치시키는 수단; 및 상기 투자 유치 결과 발생하는 투자 수익금을 상기 상거래 원인 클라이언트(유·무형 상품구매 클라이언트 또는 광고의뢰 클라이언트)에게 배분시키는 수단;을 구비하는 투자 유치 및 수익배분 시스템은,
상거래(상품 매매, 광고 의뢰를 포함하는 유·무형 상품거래) 원인 클라이언트(유·무형 상품구매 클라이언트 또는 광고의뢰 클라이언트)와의 상거래를 담당하는 상거래 확인부;
상기 상거래(상품 매매, 광고 의뢰를 포함하는 유·무형 상품거래)를 통해 발생하는 입금액을 일정기간 투자하게 될 아이템을 선택하는 투자 아이템 선택부;
상기 상거래(상품 매매, 광고 의뢰를 포함하는 유·무형 상품거래)를 통해 발생하는 입금액을 상기 투자아이템 선택부를 통해 선택된 특정 아이템(영화, 연극, 공연, 음반을 포함하는 엔터테인먼트 제작물)에 투자 유치시키는 투자부;
상기 투자 유치 결과 발생하는 투자 수익금을 정산 처리하는 수익 정산부; 및
상기 수익금 정산에 따라 상기 상거래 원인 클라이언트(유·무형 상품구매 클라이언트 또는 광고의뢰 클라이언트)에게 상기 수익금을 배분시키는 수익 배분부;를 구비하여 이루어지는 것이다.
이러한 인용발명은 유·무선 네트워크를 통해 접속한 클라이언트로부터 발생되는 일반적인 상거래 행위에 대한 상거래 금액을 상기 클라이언트(또는 상기 시스템)가 선택한 투자대상 아이템(영화, 연극, 공연 등의 엔터테인먼트 제작물 등)에 투자하여 상기 투자로 인해 발생되는 수익을 상기 클라이언트에게 배분하여, 상기 클라이언트로 하여금 상거래를 통한 재화 획득이나 기타 서비스 등의 이용 후에 별도의 수익을 올릴 수 있도록 함으로써, 상기 클라이언트와의 상거래를 극대화시키는 장점이 있다고 주장하고 있으나 상거래를 통해 발생하는 입금액 자체를 직접 투자하기 때문에 손실 발생 시 손실 처리에 문제가 있고, 이러한 문제가 오히려 상거래를 저해할 수 있으며, 상거래에 투자 기능을 단순 조합한 것에 불가하다.
본 발명의 목적은 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 모든 종류의 거래에서 사용자와 공급자의 회원정보가 보호되고, 모든 종류의 거래에서 거래대금이 보존되는 상태로 사용자와 공급자가 거래만큼의 부가적인 거래 투자가 가능한 거래 투자 통합연동 시스템 및 방법을 제공함에 있다.
본 발명은 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 사용자와 공급자를 회원가입 받고, 각자 고유한 고유코드를 발급하는 회원가입부와,
거래 시 사용자와 공급자 각자의 고유코드를 인증하는 인증부와,
상기 인증부를 통해 인증된 사용자와 공급자의 거래를 등록받고, 상기 거래에서 결제된 재화의 가치에 해당하되 거래혜택이 포함된 토큰 구입권을 상기 사용자와 공급자 중 적어도 어느 하나에게 부여하는 거래서버부와,
요건에 따라 토큰의 가치를 변화시킬 수 있는 가치가변부와,
상기 토큰을 재화로 교환하는 교환부가 구성된 거래 투자 통합연동 시스템을 제공한다.
이와 같이 하여 본 발명은 상기 거래 투자 통합연동 시스템을 통한 모든 종류의 거래에서 사용자와 공급자가 모두 인증을 받기 때문에 거래의 당사자가 보증되므로 서로의 개인정보를 서로가 공유하거나 확인할 필요가 없으며, 거래에서 개인정보가 보호될 수 있는 유용한 효과가 있다.
또한 본 발명에서의 토큰은 개별적인 거래소에 상장되어 거래될 수 있는 것이면서 본 발명에 의한 거래 투자 통합연동 시스템의 교환부를 통해 언제든지 원하는 재화로 교환 가능하고, 더욱이 상기 토큰은 거래 투자 통합연동 시스템의 수익 증가 등과 같은 설정된 요건에 따라 가치가변부가 토큰의 가치를 증가시키므로 시간이 지남에 따라 토큰의 가치가 증가하는 구조로 된 것이어서 안정된 토큰 투자가 가능하게 되는 것이며,
상기 거래서버부가 거래의 금액만큼 일정 기간 해당 거래 시점의 가치로 토큰을 교환부에서 구입할 수 있는 등의 거래혜택이 포함된 토큰 구입권을 부여하여 시세 차액의 이득을 얻을 수 있도록 하므로 거래 투자 통합연동 시스템을 통한 거래를 유도하는 작용 효과가 있다.
또한 본 발명은 거래 투자 통합연동 시스템의 수익 증가 등에 따라 가치가변부가 토큰의 재화 교환 가치를 증감시키고, 가치가변부에 의한 토큰의 가치 감소 시 손해만큼 토큰으로 지급하므로 언제든지 재화로 교환 가능한 교환부에서 토큰을 재화로 교환 시 원금이 보장되는 수익구조인 동시에 상기 토큰은 종래의 개별 거래소에서 독립적으로 거래될 수 있는 것이어서 개별 거래소에서 토큰의 시세가 상기 교환부에서 재화로 교환하는 것보다 높으면 개별 거래소에서 거래하고, 낮으면 교환부를 통해 최소 원금이 보장되는 상태에서 가변된 가치로 재화 교환이 가능하여 안정적인 투자로 거래를 활성화시키는 효과가 있다.

상기 거래서버부가 상기 거래에서 결제된 재화 가치의 토큰을 교환부를 통해 구입할 수 있는 거래혜택이 포함된 토큰 구입권을 상기 사용자와 공급자 중 적어도 어느 하나에게 부여하는 구입권 부여 단계와,
요건에 따라 가치가변부가 토큰의 가치를 변화시키는 가치가변 단계와,
상기 교환부가 요청에 따라 토큰을 교환시점의 가치로 환산하여 재화로 교환하는 교환 단계가 구성될 수 있다.
이러한 본 발명을 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자가 용이하게 실시할 수 있도록 본 발명의 실시예를 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 발명에 의한 거래 투자 통합연동 시스템의 구체적인 실시예를 도 2로 도시하였다.
이에서 볼 수 있는 바와 같이, 본 발명에 의한 거래 투자 통합연동 시스템은 사용자(10)와 공급자(20)를 회원으로서 회원가입 받고, 각자에게 고유한 고유코드를 발급하는 회원가입부(300)와,
거래 시 사용자(10)와 공급자(20) 각자의 고유코드를 인증하는 인증부(200)와,
상기 인증부(200)를 통해 인증된 사용자(10)와 공급자(20)의 거래를 등록받고, 상기 거래에서 결제된 재화의 가치에 해당하되 일정한 거래혜택이 포함된 토큰 구입권을 상기 사용자(10)와 공급자(20) 중 적어도 어느 하나에게 부여하는 거래서버부(400)와,
요건에 따라 토큰의 가치를 변화시킬 수 있는 가치가변부(600)와,
상기 토큰을 언제든지 재화로 또는 재화를 토큰으로 교환하는 교환부(500)가 구성될 수 있으며,
여기에서 상기 거래는 개인 간의, 개인과 기업 간의 및 기업과 기업 간의 공산품 거래, 서비스 거래, 일력 거래, 정보 거래, 재화 거래, 물권, 재산권 거래 등 모든 종류의 거래를 포함할 수 있으며, 상기 사용자(10)는 거래에서 재화를 지급하는 쪽일 수 있고, 공급자(20)는 거래에서 상품, 서비스, 일력, 정보, 재화, 물건, 재산권 등을 공급하는 쪽일 수 있으며, 상기 거래 투자 통합연동 시스템은 거래 중개 시스템과 연동되거나 포함할 수 있다.
이를 각 구성요소별로 더욱 상세하게 설명하면, 상기 가치가변부(600)는 회원 가입된 사용자(10)와 공급자(20)별로 토큰을 관리하고, 일시별로 토큰의 입출급을 관리하며, 이와 같은 관리 사항 및 내역, 각 토큰의 가치변동 등을 정보로 사용자(10) 및 공급자(20) 등에게 제공할 수 있고, 개별 거래소와도 연동될 수 있다.
또한 상기 가치가변부(600)는 설정된 요건에 따라 토큰의 가치를 변화시킬 수 있으며, 여기에서 요건은 거래 투자 통합연동 시스템의 수익 증가, 거래량 증가 또는 사용자(10)와 공급자(20)별로 사용자(10), 공급자(20) 각각의 거래량, 물가 변동, 배당, 세일 등이 될 수 있고, 시기적 요건, 물리적 요건 등을 포함할 수 있다. 그리고 토큰의 가치 변화는 토큰 전체에 대해 일률적인 가치 변화를 실시할 수 있으며, 사용자(10)와 공급자(20)별로 각자의 토큰에 개별적으로 가치 변화를 실시할 수도 있다.
또한 상기 가치가변부(600)는 토큰의 가치 변화 시 토큰의 재화 교환 가치가 감소되는 경우 손해에 해당하는 가치만큼을 토큰으로 지급할 수 있기 때문에 이러한 토큰은 시간이 지남에 따라 토큰의 가치가 증가하는 구조로 된 것이며, 이러한 토큰은 사용자(10), 공급자(20)별 블록체인 기술로 보안되고 개별 거래소와도 연동될 수 있어서 토큰이 상장되어 개별 거래소에서 거래될 수 있으나 상기 가치가변부(600)가 변화시키는 가치 변화는 개별 거래소의 시세와는 독립된 것이다.
즉, 토큰을 개별 거래소에 상장하여 거래소에서 토큰의 가치가 증가 또는 감소하는 것과는 상관없이 상기 가치가변부(600)는 본 발명의 교환소에서 토큰을 재화로 교환할 때의 가치만을 가변하는 것이며, 이러한 토큰은 본 발명의 교환소에서 재화로 교환하거나 개별 거래소에서 거래할 수 있는 것이어서 개별 거래소에서 토큰의 시세가 상기 교환부(500)에서 재화로 교환하는 것보다 높으면 개별 거래소에서 거래하는 것이 이득이고, 낮으면 교환부(500)에서 재화로 교환하면 되기 때문에 본 발명의 토큰은 최소 원금이 보장되는 상태에서 가변된 가치로 재화 교환이 가능하게 되는 것이다.
또한 상기 거래서버부(400)는 회원가입부(300)와 인증부(200)를 포함하거나 연동될 수 있으며, 사용자(10)와 공급자(20) 각자의 단말기에 설치되어 거래서비스를 제공할 수 있는 거래서비스앱과 연동될 수 있고, 기존 거래에서 결제를 담당하는 키오스크, 카드단말기 등과도 연동될 수 있다.
이러한 거래서버부(400)는 등록된 거래에서 결제된 재화의 가치에 해당하되 일정한 거래혜택이 포함된 토큰 구입권을 해당 거래의 사용자(10)와 공급자(20)에게 부여할 수 있으며, 여기에서 토큰 구입권은 토큰을 교환부(500)에서 구입할 수 있는 권리를 의미하며, 거래혜택은 거래일로부터 일정 기간 내에 해당 거래의 거래시점 가치로 토큰을 구입하여 시세차익을 얻을 수 있거나 토큰의 교환 가치보다 할인된 금액으로 구입할 수 있도록 하는 등의 거래혜택일 수 있고, 이득이 있는 것이면 모두 포함하는 것이다.
또한 상기 거래서버부(400)는 사용자(10)에게 인증된 거래에서 결제된 재화의 가치만큼 거래일로부터 일정 기간 내에 거래시점의 가치로 토큰을 구입할 수 있는 토큰 구입권을 부여하고, 교환부(500)에서 상기 토큰 구입권의 유효 기간 이내에 해당 거래시점의 가치로 토큰을 구입하면 토큰은 시간이 지남에 따라 가치가 증가하는 구조이므로 거래시점부터 토큰 구입시점까지의 기간 동안 증가된 가치만큼의 이득을 제공하는 것이어서 이러한 토큰 구입권 부여는 사용자(10)로 하여금 적극적으로 본 발명의 거래 투자 통합연동 시스템을 통한 거래로 거래하도록 유도할 수 있게 되는 것이며,
이와 같은 혜택은 공급자(20)에게도 제공될 수 있어서 공급자(20)도 거래 투자 통합연동 시스템을 통한 거래로 거래하도록 유도할 수 있게 되는 것이고, 더욱이 공급자(20)가 먼저 거래 투자 통합연동 시스템에 공급 정보를 등록하고 광고하는 것을 적극적으로 유도할 수 있도록 상기 거래서버부(400)는 등록된 거래에서 결제된 재화의 가치만큼의 토큰을 언제든지 해당 거래의 인증된 공급자(20)에게 재화 대신 지급할 수 있다.
또한 상기 거래서버부(400)는 거래의 증빙 자료를 제출하는 사용자(10) 또는 공급자(20)에게 거래 증빙 자료상의 결제된 재화의 가치만큼 거래 증빙 자료 제출 시점을 기준으로 토큰 구입권을 부여할 수 있으며, 거래에서 결제된 재화의 가치만큼 해당 거래의 인증된 공급자(20)에게 토큰을 지급할 수 있다.
이에 따라 본 발명에 의한 거래 투자 통합연동 시스템을 이용하는 사용자(10)와 공급자(20)에게 모두 토큰에 의한 부수적인 투자의 기회를 제공함과 동시에 토큰의 가치가 시간이 지남에 따라 증가하는 구조이므로 수익이 보장되는 안정적인 투자를 제공하는 것이어서 본 발명에 의한 거래 투자 통합연동 시스템의 이용을 사용자(10) 및 공급자(20) 양측 모두에게 유도하고 활성화할 수 있게 되는 것이며, 시간이 지남에 따라 가치가 증가되는 토큰의 특성에 의해 재화 대신 토큰 보유율을 증대시키므로 거래 투자 통합연동 시스템의 재화 활용이 증대될 수 있게 되어 거래 투자 통합연동 시스템의 수익이 증대될 수 있는 것이다.
아울러 본 발명에 의한 거래 투자 통합연동 시스템 방법은 도 3에서 구체적으로 예시한 바와 같이, 회원가입부(300)가 사용자(10)와 공급자(20)를 단말기를 통해 회원으로서 회원가입 받고, 각자에게 고유한 고유코드를 발급하는 회원가입 단계와,
거래 시 인증부(200)가 사용자(10)와 공급자(20) 각자의 고유코드에 의해 본인을 인증하는 인증 단계와,
상기 인증부(200)를 통해 인증된 사용자(10)와 공급자(20)의 거래를 거래서버부(400)가 등록받는 거래등록 단계와,
상기 거래서버부(400)가 거래에서 결제된 재화 가치의 토큰을 교환부(500)를 통해 구입할 수 있는 거래혜택이 포함된 토큰 구입권을 상기 사용자(10)와 공급자(20) 중 적어도 어느 하나에게 부여하는 구입권 부여 단계와,
요건에 따라 가치가변부(600)가 토큰의 가치를 변화시키는 가치가변 단계와,
상기 교환부(500)가 요청에 따라 토큰을 교환시점의 가치로 환산하여 재화로 교환하는 교환 단계가 구성될 수 있다.
이에 따라 모든 종류의 거래에서 사용자(10)와 공급자(20)가 모두 인증을 받기 때문에 거래의 당사자가 보증되므로 서로의 개인정보를 공유하거나 확인할 필요가 없으며, 거래에서 개인정보가 보호될 수 있는 것이다.
또한 본 발명은 거래의 금액만큼 일정 기간 해당 거래 시점의 가치 로 토큰을 구입할 수 있는 등의 거래혜택이 포함된 토큰 구입권을 부여하며, 거래 투자 통합연동 시스템의 수익 증가 등과 같은 요건에 따라 가치가변부(600)가 토큰의 재화 교환 가치를 증감시키고, 가치가변부(600)에 의한 토큰의 가치 감소 시 손해만큼 토큰으로 지급하므로 교환부(500)에서 토큰을 재화로 교환 시 원금이 보장되는 수익구조인 동시에 상기 토큰은 종래의 개별 거래소에서 독립적으로 거래될 수 있는 것이어서 개별 거래소에서 토큰의 시세가 상기 교환부(500)에서 재화로 교환하는 것보다 높으면 개별 거래소에서 거래하고, 낮으면 교환부(500)를 통해 최소 원금이 보장되는 상태에서 가변된 가치로 재화 교환이 가능하여 안정적인 투자로 거래를 활성화시킬 수 있게 되는 것이다.
이상에서, 본 발명에 대한 기술사상을 첨부도면과 함께 서술하였지만, 이는 본 발명의 가장 양호한 실시예를 예시적으로 설명한 것이지 본 발명을 한정하는 것이 아니고, 이 기술분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자이면 누구나 본 발명의 기술사상의 범위를 이탈하지 않는 범위 내에서 치수 및 모양 그리고 구조 등의 다양한 변형 및 모방할 수 있음은 명백한 사실이며 이러한 변형 및 모방은 본 발명의 기술 사상의 범위에 포함된다.

Claims (6)

  1. 사용자와 공급자를 회원가입 받고, 각자 고유한 고유코드를 발급하는 회원가입부와,
    거래 시 사용자와 공급자 각자의 고유코드를 인증하는 인증부와,
    상기 인증부를 통해 인증된 사용자와 공급자의 거래를 등록받고, 상기 거래에서 결제된 재화의 가치에 해당하되 거래혜택이 포함된 토큰 구입권을 상기 사용자와 공급자 중 적어도 어느 하나에게 부여하는 거래서버부와,
    요건에 따라 토큰의 가치를 변화시킬 수 있는 가치가변부와,
    상기 토큰을 재화로 교환하는 교환부가 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 거래 투자 통합연동 시스템.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 가치가변부는 토큰의 가치 변화 시 토큰의 가치가 감소되는 경우 손해에 해당하는 가치만큼 토큰을 지급하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 거래 투자 통합연동 시스템.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 가치가변부는 토큰이 상장되어 개별 거래되는 거래소와 독립적으로 거래 투자 통합연동 시스템의 수익에 따라 토큰의 가치를 변화시키는 것임을 특징으로 하는 거래 투자 통합연동 시스템.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 거래서버부는 인증된 거래에서 결제된 재화의 가치만큼 거래일로부터 일정 기간 거래시점의 가치로 토큰을 구입할 수 있는 토큰 구입권을 상기 인증된 거래의 사용자에게 부여하고,
    상기 교환부는 토큰 구입권에 의해 해당 사용자에게 토큰을 판매하며, 토큰을 교환시점의 가치로 환산하여 상기 사용자가 원하는 재화로 교환하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 거래 투자 통합연동 시스템.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 거래서버부는 거래에서 결제된 재화의 가치만큼 토큰을 상기 거래의 인증된 공급자에게 지급하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 거래 투자 통합연동 시스템.
  6. 회원가입부가 사용자와 공급자를 회원가입 받고, 고유한 고유코드를 발급하는 회원가입 단계와,
    거래 시 인증부가 사용자와 공급자 각자의 고유코드에 의해 본인을 인증하는 인증 단계와,
    상기 인증부를 통해 인증된 사용자와 공급자의 거래를 거래서버부가 등록받는 거래등록 단계와,
    상기 거래서버부가 상기 거래에서 결제된 재화 가치의 토큰을 교환부를 통해 구입할 수 있는 거래혜택이 포함된 토큰 구입권을 상기 사용자와 공급자 중 적어도 어느 하나에게 부여하는 구입권 부여 단계와,
    요건에 따라 가치가변부가 토큰의 가치를 변화시키는 가치가변 단계와,
    상기 교환부가 요청에 따라 토큰을 교환시점의 가치로 환산하여 재화로 교환하는 교환 단계가 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 거래 투자 통합연동 시스템 방법.
