一种自动止液及防回血的输液器
本申请要求申请日为“2022.1.20”、申请号为“202210068650.4”的中国发明专利申请的优先权,其部分或全部内容被引用到本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及有效利用水封及静压原理的输液技术领域,尤其涉及一种自动止液及防回血的输液器。
背景技术
水封(water seal),即水密封,一般用于低压气体的密封,具体指的是在装置中有一定高度的液柱,防止排液管中气体窜入,通常用存水弯来实现(如图1所示)。
静脉输液是利用药液(液体)的高度形成静压与大气压的物理原理,将药液输入人体内。输液瓶内的药液受大气压和重力作用,使药液流入输液软管形成水柱,当水柱压(大气压+药液的静压)大于静脉压时,瓶内的药液即可顺畅流入人体静脉。正常环境下,静脉压大于大气压,输液时输液瓶应挂在高于穿刺部位约50~60cm形成一定的水柱压,使水柱压大于静脉压,输入的药液才能顺利流向人体静脉血管内。
目前,(1)接通输液瓶与输液器的是通过三通瓶塞穿刺器,瓶塞穿刺器上部针刺接通输液瓶内药液液体,瓶塞穿刺器下部是接通药液向下流的输液软管,瓶塞穿刺器中间突出是空气过滤的通气阀(管),药液流下时,输液瓶内 的气压降低,大气压把空气从通气阀压入输液瓶内,使输液瓶内药液液体形成的静压与输液瓶外大气压保持气压差恒定,从而可以使输液瓶中的药液液体匀速流出;(2)输液瓶下面的输液软管中间接有“莫非氏滴管”,用流量调节器来调节滴入莫非氏滴管(也叫滴斗)中药液液体滴入的速度,而且在莫非氏滴管下面必须留有药液,这样才可以保持输液的压力不变,也就是输液的速度不变。
目前,普通输液器在输液或换液时,如果输液软管中混入较大的气泡,就可能导致患者发生静脉空气栓塞,严重的甚至会危及生命。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种自动止液及防回血的输液器。本发明提供的诸多技术方案中的优选技术方案所能产生的诸多技术效果详见下文阐述。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种自动止液及防回血的输液器,包括液封池装置、瓶塞穿刺器、滴斗、螺旋连接头、静脉输液针、流量调节器、输液软管和通气阀;所述瓶塞穿刺器、液封池装置、滴斗、螺旋连接头和静脉输液针依次通过所述输液软管连通;所述输液软管穿过所述流量调节器,所述通气阀和所述瓶塞穿刺器连接;所述液封池装置内包括输入管口、液封池空腔和输出管口。
优选的,当输液瓶内有药液液体及所述输液瓶内药液液体形成的静压大于零时,所述输液瓶内药液液体通过所述液封池装置的输入管口进入所述液封池空腔内,因大气压强的存在及所述输液瓶的高度及所述通气阀使其输液瓶内药液液体形成的静压压强大于所述液封池空腔内药液液体形成的静压、其压强使 所述液封池空腔内的药液液体正常流入液封池装置的输出管口顺利进入所述滴斗及输液软管,同时也因输液瓶的高度及所述通气阀使其输液瓶内的药液液体形成的静压压强大于所述输液软管壁内人体的静脉压,所述自动止液及防回血的输液器开始自动输液。
当所述输液瓶内的药液液体完全输完且没有所述药液液体时及所述输液瓶内药液液体形成的静压为零时,所述大气压强、所述液封池空腔内药液液体不再进入液封池装置的输出管口,因液封池装置的高度及液封池装置的液封池空腔内能够自动储存药液液体并有效利用液封池空腔内药液液体形成的静压和密封作用,液封池空腔内自动储存的药液液体有效利用液封池空腔、使液封池空腔内的药液液体形成的静压完全等于所述输液软管壁内人体的静脉压,即可阻止空气在所述输液瓶内的药液液体输完后进入人体静脉,所述自动止液及防回血的输液器实现自动止液和防回血。
优选的,所述液封池装置包括液封本体、液封池空腔、输入内管路和输出内管路;所述液封池空腔设置于所述液封本体内部,所述输入内管路与所述液封池空腔内的输入管口连接,所述输出内管路与所述液封池空腔内的输出管口连接。

实施本发明上述技术方案中的一个技术方案,具有如下优点或有益效果:本发明自动止液及防回血的输液器,在无人工干扰的情况下,液封池装置的液封池空腔内能够有自动储存药液液体的功能并有效利用液封池空腔(20)内的药液液体形成的静压和密封作用,从而阻止空气在药液液体输完后进入人体静脉,极大地减少了护理工作,减少了医患纠纷;在每次输液结束时,护理人员可以直接替换下一个输液瓶就可实现继续正常输液,无需护理人员再次手动将输液软管内存留的多余空气二次排出和重复确认输液软管内完全没有空气;在自动止液后通过轻轻挤压液封池装置,即可将液封池空腔内剩余药液液体输完,避免了药液浪费,有效保障治疗效果,大大提高护理质量,增强病患对护理人员的信任,有效促进护患关系和谐发展。

如图2-4所示,本发明提供一种自动止液及防回血的输液器实施例,包括液封池装置1、瓶塞穿刺器、滴斗3、螺旋连接头4、静脉输液针5、流量调节器6、输液软管7和通气阀8;所述瓶塞穿刺器、液封池装置1、滴斗3、螺旋连接头4和静脉输液针5依次通过所述输液软管7连通;所述输液软管7穿过所述流量调节器6,进而所述流量调节器6可以调节所述输液软管7中药液的滴速。所述通气阀8和所述瓶塞穿刺器连接,进而空气经所述通气阀8过滤后进入输液瓶9;所述液封池装置包括输入管口201、液封池空腔20和输出管口202。更为具体的,滴斗3包含有加药三通31。其中,所述瓶塞穿刺器、滴斗3、螺旋连接头4、静脉输液针5、流量调节器6、输液软管7和通气阀8可以为现有的,也可以根据本发明专利特殊设计的,在此不做具体限制。
在本实施例中,本发明自动止液及防回血的输液器的自动止液功能是通过大气压和液封池装置高度差形成的静压与液封池空腔内药液液体密封原理实现的。
具体的,当输液瓶9内有药液液体或所述输液瓶9内药液液体形成的静压大于零时,大气压强、输液瓶内药液液体产生的静压、所述液封池装置1(液封池空腔20)内药液液体形成的静压大于所述输液软管7壁内人体的静脉压,所述自动止液及防回血的输液器开始自动输液;更为具体的,当输液瓶9内有药液液体及所述输液瓶9内药液液体形成的静压大于零时,所述输液瓶9内药液液体通过所述液封池装置1的输入管口201进入所述液封池空腔20内,因大气压强的存在及所述输液瓶9的高度及所述通气阀8使所述输液瓶9内药液 液体形成的静压压强大于所述液封池空腔20内药液液体形成的静压、其压强使所述液封池空腔20内的药液液体正常流入所述液封池装置1的输出管口202顺利进入所述滴斗3及输液软管7,同时也因所述输液瓶9的高度及所述通气阀8使所述输液瓶9内药液液体形成的静压压强大于所述输液软管7壁内人体的静脉压,所述自动止液及防回血的输液器开始自动输液。即为大气压强、输液瓶内药液液体产生的静压、所述液封池空腔20内药液液体产生的静压大于所述输液软管7壁内人体的静脉压;其中,其压强是指大气压强、所述输液瓶9内药液液体形成的静压压强的总和。
具体的,当输液瓶9内药液液体输完且没有所述药液液体或所述输液瓶9内药液液体产生的静压为零时,所述大气压强、所述液封池空腔20内药液液体产生的静压与所述输液软管7壁内人体的静脉压相等,即所述药液静置在液封池装置1的液封池空腔内保持在恒压状态,阻止空气在所述输液瓶9内的药液液体输完后进入人体静脉,所述自动止液及防回血的输液器实现自动止液和防回血。该功能不受药液成分及纯净度的影响,能够确保自动止液效果。
更为具体的,当所述输液瓶9内的药液液体完全输完且没有所述药液液体及所述输液瓶9内药液液体形成的静压为零时,所述大气压强、所述液封池空腔20内药液液体不再进入液封池装置1的输出管口202,因所述液封池装置1的高度及液封池装置1的液封池空腔20内能够自动储存药液液体并有效利用所述液封池空腔20内药液液体形成的静压和密封作用,所述液封池空腔20内自动储存的药液液体有效利用液封池空腔20、使液封池空腔20内的药液液体形成的静压完全等于所述输液软管7壁内人体的静脉压,即可阻止空气在所述输液瓶内的药液液体输完后进入人体静脉,所述自动止液及防回血的输液器 实现自动止液和防回血。液封池装置1内保留的药液即为液封原理(即为水封原理),即可以阻止空气通过液封池装置1进入人体静脉,也可以阻止人体静脉的血液回流至输液软管,保证病患的人身安全。
本发明自动止液及防回血的输液器有效利用液封池装置的高度使液封池空腔内药液液体形成静压或浮力,制造一个恒压的密封状态,当输液瓶内药液液体(也可称为药液)完全流入液封池空腔内通过一定液位深度使大气压力与液封池空腔内液位深度达到压力平衡并形成液封池空腔内液体的静压;主要以液封池装置的液封池空腔内能够自动储存药液液体的功能并有效利用液封池装置的高度使液封池空腔内药液液体形成的静压和密封作用、阻止空气在输液瓶内的药液输完后进入人体静脉,即输液瓶内液体静压为零、大气压强、液封池空腔内液体的静压及输液软管壁内人体静脉压保持在恒压状态,即自动止液及防回血的输液器实现自动止液和防回血功能。
本发明自动止液及防回血的输液器的液封池装置,有效利用液封原理(即为水封原理)作用,在同一大气压环境下,在输液过程中,输液瓶内药液液体快输注完时,输液瓶内药液液体的静压减少为零,液封池装置就开始起作用,因为液封池装置的高度及液封原理是利用药液液体的静压或浮力,制造一个恒压状态,利用液封原理的恒压起作用;当药液液体完全流入液封池装置内通过一定液位深度,使大气压与液封池装置中液位深度达到压力平衡并形成液封药液液体的静压;同时液封池装置高度及液封池空腔内药液液体的静压(重力压强形成的药液液体密封)与输液软管管壁内的人体的静脉压达到平衡状态,所以输液器就自然达到自动止液及防止回血功能。
本发明利用正液封(又叫正液封罐),它是这样一种设备或容器,容器内 存留一定深度的液体,进液管口伸进存液体底部,输出管口预留在液面上方,进气在进液管内利用压差压入液封池装置的存液中,同时进入输出管口排出。当输液瓶内液体静压为零时进气压力等于或稍低于出气压力,正液封内部分存液静压液封深度保持不变,从而实现平衡进出气压力。
如图3-7所示,所述液封池装置1包括液封本体10、液封池空腔20、输入内管路30和输出内管路40;所述液封池空腔20设置于所述液封本体10内部,所述输入内管路30与所述液封池空腔20的输入管口201连接,所述输出内管路40与所述液封池空腔20的输出管口202连接。
如图5-8所示,在本实施例中,所述输入内管路30和输出内管路40左右对称环绕设置于所述液封池空腔20周侧;优选的,所述液封池空腔20为圆形,所述输出管口202为凸形管口,进而便于药液液体通过输出管口202进入输出内管路40,当然,所述液封池空腔20和输出管口202也可以是其他形状,在此不做具体限制。
如图9-12所示,在本实施例中,所述液封池空腔20包括第一空腔21、第二空腔22、空腔隔板23和空腔内通管24;其中,所述第一空腔21和第二空腔22通过所述空腔隔板23分隔开,所述空腔内通管24固定在所述空腔隔板23上用于连通所述第一空腔21和第二空腔22。所述空腔内通管24位于所述第一空腔21的部分为第一内通管241,所述空腔内通管24位于第二空腔22的部分为第二内通管242。优选的,所述液封池空腔20为圆柱形,当然,也可以是其他形状,在此不做具体限制。具体的,所述输入内管路30的高度为所述第一空腔21的高度的60%-90%,所述输出内管路40的高度为所述第二空腔22的高度的80%-90%,所述第一内通管241的高度为所述第一空腔21的高 度的80%-90%,所述第二内通管242的高度为所述第二空腔22的高度的60%-90%。
在本实施例中,所述液封本体10为透明软体材料的液封本体,具体的,所述透明软体材料为TPE材质,或者,所述透明软体材料为含增塑剂DEHP的医用级PVC、MT或MD。由于液封本体10为透明软体材料的液封本体,在自动止液后通过轻轻挤压液封池装置,即可将液封池空腔内剩余药液液体输完,避免了药液浪费,有效保障治疗效果,大大提高护理质量,增强病患对护理人员的信任,有效促进护患关系和谐发展。
本发明自动止液及防回血的输液器,在无人工干扰的情况下,液封空腔内仍然能够保留部分液体,从而阻止空气在药液输完后进入人体静脉,极大地减少了护理工作,减少了医患纠纷;在每次输液结束时,护理人员可以直接替换下一个输液瓶就可实现继续正常输液,无需护理人员再次手动将输液软管内存留的多余空气二次排出及重复确认输液软管内完全没有空气;自动止液后通过轻轻挤压液封池装置,即可将液封空腔内剩余药液输完,避免了药液浪费,有效保障治疗效果,大大提高护理质量,增强病患对护理人员的信任,有效促进护患关系和谐发展。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种自动止液及防回血的输液器,其特征在于,包括液封池装置(1)、瓶塞穿刺器、滴斗(3)、螺旋连接头(4)、静脉输液针(5)、流量调节器(6)、输液软管(7)和通气阀(8);所述瓶塞穿刺器、液封池装置(1)、滴斗(3)、螺旋连接头(4)和静脉输液针(5)依次通过所述输液软管(7)连通;所述输液软管(7)穿过所述流量调节器(6),所述通气阀(8)和所述瓶塞穿刺器连接;所述液封池装置(1)包括输入管口(201)、液封池空腔(20)和输出管口(202);
    当输液瓶(9)内有药液液体及所述输液瓶(9)内药液液体形成的静压大于零时,所述输液瓶(9)内药液液体通过所述液封池装置(1)的输入管口(201)进入所述液封池空腔(20)内,因大气压强的存在及所述输液瓶(9)的高度及所述通气阀(8)使所述输液瓶(9)内药液液体形成的静压压强大于所述液封池空腔(20)内药液液体形成的静压、其压强使所述液封池空腔(20)内的药液液体正常流入所述液封池装置(1)的输出管口(202)顺利进入所述滴斗(3)及输液软管(7),同时也因所述输液瓶(9)的高度及所述通气阀(8)使所述输液瓶(9)内药液液体形成的静压压强大于所述输液软管(7)壁内人体的静脉压,所述自动止液及防回血的输液器开始自动输液;
    当所述输液瓶(9)内的药液液体完全输完且没有所述药液液体及所述输液瓶(9)内药液液体形成的静压为零时,所述大气压强、所述液封池空腔(20)内药液液体不再进入液封池装置(1)的输出管口(202),因所述液封池装置(1)的高度及液封池装置(1)的液封池空腔(20)内能够自动储存药液液体并有效利用所述液封池空腔(20)内药液液体形成的静压和密封作用,所述液 封池空腔(20)内自动储存的药液液体有效利用液封池空腔(20)、使液封池空腔(20)内的药液液体形成的静压完全等于所述输液软管(7)壁内人体的静脉压,即可阻止空气在所述输液瓶内的药液液体输完后进入人体静脉,所述自动止液及防回血的输液器实现自动止液和防回血。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的自动止液及防回血的输液器,其特征在于,所述液封池装置(1)还包括液封本体(10)、输入内管路(30)和输出内管路(40);所述液封池空腔(20)设置于所述液封本体(10)内部,所述输入内管路(30)与所述液封池空腔(20)的输入管口(201)连接,所述输出内管路(40)与所述液封池空腔(20)的输出管口(202)连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的自动止液及防回血的输液器,其特征在于,所述输入内管路(30)和输出内管路(40)左右对称环绕设置于所述液封池空腔(20)周侧。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的自动止液及防回血的输液器,其特征在于,所述液封池空腔(20)为圆形;所述输出管口(202)为凸形管口。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的自动止液及防回血的输液器,其特征在于,所述液封池空腔(20)包括第一空腔(21)、第二空腔(22)、空腔隔板(23)和穿过所述空腔隔板(23)的空腔内通管(24);
    所述第一空腔(21)和第二空腔(22)通过所述空腔隔板(23)分隔开,所述空腔内通管(24)固定在所述空腔隔板(23)上用于连通所述第一空腔(21)和第二空腔(22)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的自动止液及防回血的输液器,其特征在于,所述空腔内通管(24)位于所述第一空腔(21)内的部分为第一内通管(241), 所述空腔内通管(24)位于所述第二空腔(22)内的部分为第二内通管(242)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的自动止液及防回血的输液器,其特征在于,所述输入内管路(30)的高度为所述第一空腔(21)的高度的60%-90%,所述输出内管路(40)的高度为所述第二空腔(22)的高度的80%-90%,所述第一内通管(241)的高度为所述第一空腔(21)的高度的80%-90%,所述第二内通管(242)的高度为所述第二空腔(22)的高度的60%-90%。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的自动止液及防回血的输液器,其特征在于,所述液封池空腔(20)为圆柱形。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的自动止液及防回血的输液器,其特征在于,所述液封本体(10)为透明软体材料的液封本体。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的自动止液及防回血的输液器,其特征在于,所述透明软体材料为TPE材质或者所述透明软体材料为含增塑剂DEHP的医用级PVC、MT或MD。
