Detailed Description of the Invention
The preferred alternatives of the lacquer coating system of the present invention are merely explained for a better understanding of the subject of the present invention, which is not intended to be limiting in any way in this detailed description.
The representative view of the lacquer coating system of the invention is given in Figure 1 . Accordingly, the lacquer coating system in its most basic form includes the conveyor (10) on which the wet UV lacquer (L) printed material (M) is carried, the film (30) unwound on the unwinding roller (20) and laminated on the material (M) to ensure that the wet UV lacquer (L) is coated on the material (M), the press roller inlet (40) that prevents the unwound film (30) from being pressed on the material (M), the cooling roller (50) that prevents the melting of the film (30) during the pressing of the material (M), the UV lamp (60) that allows the wet UV lacquer (L) on the pressed material (M) passing through the cooling roller (50), the press roller outlet (70) that allows the material (M) to remain at the correct tension when passing under the UV lamp (60), the UV lacquer (L) on the material (M) and the wrapping roller (80) that separates the film (30) from the UV lacquer (L) that dries on the material (M).
The said materials (M) are transported to the lacquer coating system through the conveyor (10) to ensure that the printed materials (M) in the label, packaging and printing industry are coated on the entire surface or regionally with UV lacquer (L) in the lacquer coating system of the invention. Wet UV lacquer (L) is printed on the entire surface or regionally by offset, flexo or celligraphy methods before the materials (M) are transported to the lacquer coating system.
The printed material (M) is sent to the press roller inlet (40) with rotational movement through the conveyor (10) to ensure that the wet UV lacquer (L) printed materials (M) are coated with the UV lacquer (L). The press roller inlet (40) enables the unwound film (30) to be pressed onto the material M through an unwinding roller (20) with rotational movement. The film (30) is a kind of mold that is laminated on the material (M) to ensure that UV lacquer (L) is coated on the material (M) and then stripped off the material (M) for reuse.
It passes through a cooling roller (50) that rotates during the pressing of the material (M) with UV lacquer (L). The cooling roller (50) prevents the film (30) from melting during pressing of the material (M). There is at least one UV lamp (60) on the cooling roller (50). The UV lamp (60) ensures that the wet UV lacquer (L) on the pressed material (M) passing through the cooling roller (50) is dried.
A press roller outlet (70) with rotational movement is positioned at the outlet of the cooling roller (50). The press roller outlet (70) ensures that the material (M) remains at the correct tension when passing under the UV lamp (60). The UV lacquer (L) film (30) dried on the material (M) is delaminated by means of a winding roller (80) with rotational movement and is wound on the winding roller (80) for reuse.
The press roller inlet (40) and the press roller outlet (70), which enable the UV lacquer (L) on the material (M) to be pressed, ensure that the UV lacquer (L) on the material (M) is spread equally on the material (M). Thus, the UV lacquer (L) on the material (M) is given a cellophane effect and the coating process is carried out with a low amount of UV lacquer (L). The coating process is applied with a minimum of 3gr and a maximum of 5gr UV lacquer (L).
The material (M) is given a bright or matte cellophane effect after the UV lacquer (L) coating process performed with the lacquer coating system subject to the invention.
The process steps of the lacquer coating method according to the invention are as follows; a) printing wet UV lacquer (L) on the material (M) by offset, flexo or celligraphy methods, b) placing the material (M) on the conveyor (10) and pressing it by sending to the press roller inlet (40) in the lacquer coating system, and in the meantime, spreading UV lacquer (L) equally on the material (M), c) unwinding the film (30) coming from the unwinding roller (20) and laminating it by pressing on the material (M) during the passage of the material (M) through the press roller inlet (40), d) passing the material (M) under the UV lamp (60) by means of the cooling roller (50) pressed and drying the UV lacquer (L) on the material (M) by means of the UV lamp (60), e) delaminating the film (30) on the material (M) with the winding roller (80) and wrapping it in the winding roller (80) during the passage of the material (M) through the press roller outlet (70).
