背景技术
节能减排是汽车产业可持续发展的关键,电动车辆由于其节能环保的优势成为汽车产业可持续发展的重要组成部分。对于电动车辆而言,电池技术又是关乎其发展的一项重要因素。
车辆的电池包箱体通常需要通过螺栓锁附于车架,电池包箱体边框需外延一部分与衬套螺母连接。而衬套螺母通常采用过盈和胶粘的方式与电池包箱体的边框进行固定,过盈安装操作困难,还需要清理溢胶,影响整车挂载效率。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,本申请提供一种包装箱、电池及用电设备,能够缓解箱体整车挂载不便的问题。
第一方面,本申请提供了一种包装箱,包括箱体、卡箍和套筒。箱体设置有收容腔、第一开口和第二开口,第一开口和第二开口均与收容腔连通。套筒包括第一套帽、第二套帽和筒部,第一套帽和第二套帽分别连接于筒部的两端,筒部用于卡接于卡箍,第一套帽和第二套帽凸出于卡箍,卡箍用于自第一开口***收容腔,并且卡接于收容腔,第一套帽用于自第二开口伸出,并且显露于箱体外。
本申请实施例的技术方案中,通过设置第一开口和第二开口,筒部和第二套帽自第一开口进入并卡接于收容腔内,而第一套帽则凸出于第二开口外并抵接箱体的外表面,使得卡箍、套筒与箱体相对固定,其安装方式简单,可有效提高包装箱的整车挂载效率;同时,卡箍和套筒均可从箱体上拆卸,以便于后期的维护。
在一些实施例中,卡箍包括第一卡接部、第二卡接部和弯折部。弯折部的两端分别与第一卡接部和第二卡接部连接,第一卡接部、弯折部和第二卡接部共同围合有可开合的夹 紧槽,筒部用于卡接于夹紧槽内。筒部需要与卡箍可拆卸连接,以便于后续箱体的拆卸维护,第一卡接部和第二卡接部相对设置,且弯折部、第一卡接部和第二卡接部均可采用弹性材料制作,使得第一卡接部、弯折部和第二卡接部共同围合成可开合的夹紧槽。上述筒部可夹紧于该夹紧槽,夹紧状态下,筒部抵接于第一卡接部、第二卡接部和弯折部之间。
在一些实施例中,卡箍包括第一扣带和第二扣带。第一扣带的一端连接于第一卡接部,第一扣带的另一端朝夹紧槽延伸,第一扣带上开有卡槽。第二扣带的一端连接于第二卡接部,第二扣带的另一端朝夹紧槽延伸,第二扣带上凸设有凸部,凸部用于卡接于卡槽,使得第一扣带和第二扣带卡接。当筒部夹紧于夹紧槽内时,第一扣带和第二扣带相互连接并扣设于筒部的外表面,此时,弯折部、第一卡接部、第二卡接部、第一扣带和第二扣带形成一个闭环的夹紧空间,以固定筒部。
在一些实施例中,第一扣带朝夹紧槽的槽底弯折,第二扣带朝夹紧槽的槽底弯折。将两个扣带均朝夹紧槽的槽底弯折,以便于两个扣带连接时与夹紧槽的槽底相对应,从而使得两个扣带对筒部施加的夹紧力与槽底对筒部施加的夹紧力相互抵消,从而使得筒部固定于夹紧槽内。
在一些实施例中,沿夹紧槽开合的方向,卡槽的长度大于凸部的长度,凸部可沿卡槽移动。通过将卡槽的长度设置为大于凸部的长度,以预留凸部移动的空间。当两个卡接部在开合时,凸部沿卡槽移动,以防止扣带对两个卡接部的开合发生干涉。
在一些实施例中,筒部的侧壁包括弧面部和平面部。弯折部的内壁与弧面部适配,在筒部卡接于夹紧槽的状态下,筒部的弧面部贴合于弯折部的内壁,筒部的平面部贴合于第一扣带和/或第二扣带。将筒部的侧壁一部分设置为弧面部,另一部分设置为平面部,弧面部与弯折部的弧面相匹配,两个扣带连接时,其中一个扣带或两个扣带抵接在平面部,以对筒部进行限位,防止筒部与卡箍发生相对转动。
在一些实施例中,第一卡接部背离弯折部的一端延伸有第一抵持部,第一抵持部朝远离夹紧槽的方向弯折。第二卡接部背离弯折部的一端延伸有第二抵持部,第二抵持部朝远离夹紧槽的方向弯折。收容腔内设置有第一固定槽和第二固定槽,在卡箍卡接于收容腔的状态下,第一抵持部插接于第一固定槽,第二抵持部插接于第二固定槽。通过设置两个抵持部和两个固定槽,以使得卡箍在收容腔内设置有着力点,以便于对卡箍进行限位。
在一些实施例中,卡箍还包括第一限位部和第二限位部。第一限位部连接于第一卡接部并突出于第一卡接部背离夹紧槽的端面。第二限位部连接于第二卡接部并突出于第二卡接部背离夹紧槽的端面;收容腔内设有限位壁,第一限位部和第二限位部均卡接于限位壁,使得卡箍固定于收容腔。由于卡箍是在被压缩的状态下进入收容腔内,卡箍的两个卡接部 在进入收容腔后会相互远离,使得两个卡接部上的限位部会卡接于限位壁,以便于将卡箍固定于收容腔。
在一些实施例中,第一限位部包括相对设置的第一限位台和第二限位台,第一限位台和第二限位台之间具有第一限位空间。第二限位部包括相对设置的第三限位台和第四限位台,第三限位台和第四限位台之间具有第二限位空间。限位壁包括第一筋壁和第二筋壁,第一筋壁和第二筋壁相对设置,在卡箍卡接于收容腔的状态下,第一筋壁卡接于的第一限位台和第二限位台之间的第一限位空间内,第二筋壁卡接于第三限位台和第四限位台之间的第二限位空间内。通过第一限位台和第二限位台对第一筋壁的夹持,以及第三限位台和第四限位台对第二筋壁的夹持,使得卡箍在Y方向固定。
在一些实施例中,第一开口与第二开口连通,箱体还开设有让位孔,让位孔与第一开口连通,筒部自第一开口进入收容腔时,第二套帽自让位孔进入收容腔。通过在第一开口底部的两侧设置让位孔,让位孔均与第一开口连通,卡箍自第一开口进入收容腔内时,第二套帽则从让位孔进入收容腔。
在一些实施例中,弯折部、第一卡接部和第二卡接部均采用弹性材料制作,使得第一卡接部、弯折部和第二卡接部共同围合成可开合的夹紧槽。
在一些实施例中,弯折部的弧度设置为与筒部的外表面的弧度相匹配,以便于增大弯折部与筒部的接触面积。
在一些实施例中,卡箍的整体宽度大于第一开口和第二开口的宽度,卡箍的整体长度均大于第二开口的长度,使得卡箍不会从地第一开口或第二开口脱出。
第二方面,本申请提供了一种电池,其包括上述实施例中的包装箱。
第三方面,本申请提供了一种用电装置,其包括上述实施例中的电池。

目前,从市场形势的发展来看,动力电池的应用越加广泛。动力电池不仅被应用于水力、火力、风力和太阳能电站等储能电源***,而且还被广泛应用于电动自行车、电动摩托车、电动汽车等电动交通工具,以及军事装备和航空航天等多个领域。随着动力电池应用领域的不断扩大,其市场的需求量也在不断地扩增。
电池包的包装箱体通常是通过螺栓锁附的方式与车辆的车架相固定,箱体的边框需外延出一部分与衬套螺母连接。现有的衬套螺母的安装方式通常为:衬套螺母采用过盈+胶粘或焊接的方式与箱体的边框进行固定。本申请的发明人注意到,过盈安装的过盈量难以把握,较大的过盈量会导致衬套接触的边框面塌陷变形甚至开裂,较小的过盈量又会导致衬套的方向拔脱力过小;且胶粘后还需要清理溢胶,生产效率较低,而焊接方式易出现裂纹导致边框的强度下降。
为缓解上述衬套螺母与边框安装不便的问题,本申请的发明人研究发现,可以通过侧面快插的方式安装上述衬套螺母,以提高安装效率。
本申请实施例公开的包装箱可以但不限用于车辆、船舶或飞行器等用电装置中,还可以使用具备本申请公开的包装箱、电池等组成该用电装置的电源***。
本申请的实施例提供了一种包装箱,请参照图1,包装箱包括箱体100(未示出整个箱体)、卡箍200和套筒300。
请参照图1和图4,箱体100的边框可外延出一部分,以作为箱体100的挂载点。如图4所示,箱体100包括第一侧壁110和第二侧壁120,第一侧壁110和第二侧壁120固定连接设置,当箱体100挂载于车架上时,第一侧壁110竖直设置,第二侧壁120则水平设置。第一侧壁110和第二侧壁120之间围合有收容腔130,第一侧壁110上开设有第一开口111,第二侧壁120上开设有第二开口121,第一开口111和第二开口121均与上述收容腔130连通。第一开口111朝第二侧壁120的方向延伸,第二开口121朝第一侧壁110的方向延伸,两个开口111、121在两个侧壁110、120的连接处汇合并相互连通。
请参照图1和图5,卡箍200用于卡接于上述收容腔130内,卡箍200具有相对设置的两个卡接部210、220,两个卡接部210、220可相互靠近或远离,上述套筒300可卡接在卡箍200的两个卡接部210、220内,卡箍200可对套筒300起到定位和夹紧的作用。
请参照图1和图7,套筒300包括第一套帽310、第二套帽320和筒部330。第一套帽310和第二套帽320均可设置为扁平的柱状,两个套帽310、320的直径可设置为相同。可以理解的是,第一套帽310和第二套帽320的外形轮廓还可以设置为其他形状,例如扁平的长方体状、扁平的三角形状等。筒部330则可设置为柱状,第一套帽310和第二套帽320可分别固定于筒部330的两端,且第一套帽310和第二套帽320的轴线可设置为与筒部330的轴线重合。如图8所示,两个套帽310、320的直径均大于筒部330的直径,使得两个套帽310、320连接于筒部330的两端时,套筒300的径向投影大致呈“エ”字型。
请一并参照图1-图3,套筒300可卡接于上述卡箍200,筒部330的两端延伸卡箍200外,使得第一套帽310和第二套帽320均凸出于卡箍200外,如图7所示,第一套帽310和第二套帽320分别位于卡箍200的上下两端。在套筒300卡接于卡箍200内时,可将卡箍200的两个卡接部210、220收紧靠拢以减小卡箍200的整体尺寸,第一开口111的形状与卡箍200的外形轮廓相适配。当卡箍200的宽度收紧到小于第一开口111的宽度时,可将卡箍200子第一开口111插接于上述收容腔130,此时,第二套帽320也自第一开口111进入收容腔130内,而第一套帽310则自第二开口121伸出于第二侧壁120的外表面。当卡箍200全部进入收容腔130内时,可松开卡箍200的两个卡接部210、220,卡箍200的 两个卡接部210、220则抵接固定于收容腔130,卡箍200松开后,请参照图1,卡箍200的整体宽度(X方向)大于第一开口111和第二开口121的宽度(X方向),卡箍200的整体长度(Y方向)均大于第二开口121的长度(Y方向),使得卡箍200不会从地第一开口111或第二开口121脱出。卡箍200固定后,第一套帽310抵接在卡箍200的底部,第二套帽320显露于箱体100的外表面。通过螺栓连接上述套筒300及车架,即可将包装箱挂载于车架上。
需要说明的是,上述宽度是指图1中,沿X方向的尺寸,上述长度是指图1中,沿Y方向的尺寸。另外,套筒300在被卡接于卡箍200内时,需要留有一定的Z向活动量,如图1所示,沿Z方向,筒部330的高度大于卡箍200的高度,当第二套帽320抵接于卡箍200的底部时,第一套帽310与卡箍200的顶部之间具有间隙空间,该间隙空间用于夹持第二侧壁120的壁厚。当第二侧壁120被夹持上述间隙空间时,第一套帽310则紧贴于第二侧壁120的外表面,以减少在锁附时间隙带来的螺栓扭矩衰减的问题。
可以理解的是,本申请中套筒300是从箱体100的侧面插接于箱体100的边框内,根据需要,可调整第一套帽310的外形尺寸以便于增大第一套帽310与箱体100边框的压接面积,从而可有效降低箱体边框被压溃以及整车挂载螺栓扭矩衰减的风险。
根据本申请的一些实施例,请一并参照图1-图3,当需要拆卸卡箍200时,可再次将卡箍200的两个卡接部210、220收紧靠拢以减小卡箍200的整体宽度,使得卡箍200可从第一开口111中脱出,以实现卡箍200的可拆卸安装。
通过设置第一开口111和第二开口121,筒部330和第二套帽320自第一开口111进入并卡接于收容腔130内,而第一套帽310则凸出于第二开口121外并抵接箱体100的外表面,使得卡箍200、套筒300与箱体100相对固定,其安装方式简单,可有效提高包装箱的整车挂载效率;同时,卡箍200和套筒300均可从箱体100上拆卸,便于后期的维护。
根据本申请的一些实施例,请参照图5和图6,卡箍200包括第一卡接部210、第二卡接部220和弯折部230,第一卡接部210、弯折部230和第二卡接部220共同围合有可开合的夹紧槽240,筒部330用于卡接于夹紧槽240内。
筒部330需要与卡箍200可拆卸连接,以便于后续箱体100的拆卸维护。弯折部230可设置为弧状,弧状的弯折部230的两端分别与第一卡接部210和第二卡接部220连接,第一卡接部210和第二卡接部220相对设置,且弯折部230、第一卡接部210和第二卡接部220均可采用弹性材料制作,使得第一卡接部210、弯折部230和第二卡接部220共同围合成可开合的夹紧槽240。上述筒部330可夹紧于该夹紧槽240,夹紧状态下,筒部330抵接于第一卡接部210、第二卡接部220和弯折部230之间。弯折部230的弧度可设置为 与筒部330的外表面的弧度相匹配,以便于增大弯折部230与筒部330的接触面积。
根据本申请的一些实施例,请参照图5和图6,卡箍200包括第一扣带250和第二扣带260,第一扣带250的一端连接于第一卡接部210,第一扣带250的另一端朝夹紧槽240延伸,第一扣带250上开有卡槽251。第二扣带260的一端连接于第二卡接部220,第二扣带260的另一端朝夹紧槽240延伸,第二扣带260上凸设有凸部261,凸部261用于卡接于卡槽251,使得第一扣带250和第二扣带260卡接。
筒部330卡接于卡箍200内时,外部作用力也难免会使得筒部330从卡箍200上脱落,因此需要设置一个闭环的夹紧槽240以固定筒部330。
例如,在第一卡接部210上延伸出第一扣带250,在第二卡接部220上延伸出第二扣带260,第一扣带250和第二扣带260均朝夹紧槽240内延伸,且两个扣带250、260可拆卸连接。当筒部330夹紧于夹紧槽240内时,第一扣带250和第二扣带260相互连接并扣设于筒部330的外表面,此时,弯折部230、第一卡接部210、第二卡接部220、第一扣带250和第二扣带260形成一个闭环的夹紧空间,以固定筒部330。
具体的,可在第一扣带250上设置卡槽251,在第二扣带260上设置凸部261,凸部261可卡接于卡槽251内,使得两个扣带250、260相互连接。可以理解的是,为提高卡箍200对筒部330的夹紧力,第一扣带250和第二扣带260均设可设置多个,第一扣带250的数量和第二扣带260的数量相对应,多个扣带同时夹紧筒部330,以增大夹紧力。
根据本申请的一些实施例,请参照图5和图6,第一扣带250朝夹紧槽240的槽底弯折,第二扣带260朝夹紧槽240的槽底弯折。
可以理解的是,上述夹紧槽240的槽底即为弯折部230的弧形内凹面。由于第一卡接部210和第二卡接部220相对设置,两个卡接部210、220对筒部330施加的夹紧力会相互抵消,以便于固定筒部330,同理,两个扣带250、260连接时,其对筒部330施加力的方向应尽可能与夹紧槽240的槽底相对设置,以便于从四个方向夹持筒部330。
将两个扣带250、260均朝夹紧槽240的槽底弯折,以便于两个扣带250、260连接时与夹紧槽240的槽底相对应,从而使得两个扣带250、260对筒部330施加的夹紧力与槽底对筒部330施加的夹紧力相互抵消,从而使得筒部330固定于夹紧槽240内。
根据本申请的一些实施例,请参照图5,沿夹紧槽240开合的方向,卡槽251的长度大于凸部261的长度,凸部261可沿卡槽251移动。需要说明的是,本实施例中限定了夹紧槽240的开合方向为卡槽251的长度方向,在本实施例中,卡槽251的长度方向与上述实施例中X方向相同。
两个卡接部210、220相对设置,当将卡箍200卡接于收容腔130内时,需要将两个卡 接部210、220相互靠近,由于第一扣带250和第二扣带260卡接,需要将两个扣带250、260拆分才能将两个卡接部210、220相互靠拢。为便于安装,卡槽251上预留凸部261移动的空间,当两个卡接部210、220相互靠拢时,第二扣带260上的凸部261可沿卡槽251移动,以防止扣带对两个卡接部210、220的靠拢发生干涉。
请参照图1和图5,通过将卡槽251的长度(X方向)设置为大于凸部261的长度(X方向),以预留凸部261移动的空间。当两个卡接部210、220在开合时,凸部261沿卡槽251移动,以防止扣带对两个卡接部210、220的开合发生干涉。
根据本申请的一些实施例,请一并参照图1、图7和图8,筒部330的侧壁包括弧面部331和平面部332。弯折部230的内壁与弧面部331适配,在筒部330卡接于夹紧槽240的状态下,筒部330的弧面部331贴合于弯折部230的内壁,筒部330的平面部332贴合于第一扣带250和/或第二扣带260。
可以理解的是,当筒部330完全设置为圆柱状时,其很容易与卡箍200发生相对转动,因此需要对筒部330进行限位。
本实施例中,将筒部330的侧壁一部分设置为弧面部331,另一部分设置为平面部332,弧面部331与弯折部230的弧面相匹配,两个扣带250、260连接时,其中一个扣带或两个扣带250、260抵接在平面部332,以对筒部330进行限位,防止筒部330与卡箍200发生相对转动。
根据本申请的一些实施例,请一并参照图1、图4和图5,第一卡接部210背离弯折部230的一端延伸有第一抵持部252,第一抵持部252朝远离夹紧槽240的方向弯折。第二卡接部220背离弯折部230的一端延伸有第二抵持部262,第二抵持部262朝远离夹紧槽240的方向弯折。收容腔130内设置有第一固定槽131和第二固定槽132,在卡箍200卡接于收容腔130的状态下,第一抵持部252插接于第一固定槽131,第二抵持部262插接于第二固定槽132。
卡箍200卡接于收容腔130内时,需要对卡箍200进行限位,以固定卡箍200。本实施例中,如图6所示,第一抵持部252和第二抵持部262相对设置,且第一抵持部252和第二抵持部262均为弧形。从图4中可以看到,收容腔130内设置有第一固定槽131和第二固定槽132,两个固定槽131、132分别位于第一开口111的两侧,当卡箍200卡接于收容腔130内时,第一抵持部252延伸到第一固定槽131内,第二抵持部262延伸到第二固定槽132内,可以理解的是,两个固定槽131、132也可设置在第一侧壁100上,两个抵持部252、262的弧面分别抵持在第一侧壁110的内表面,以对卡箍200在进行限位。
通过设置两个抵持部252、262和两个固定槽131、132,以使得卡箍200在收容腔130 内设置有着力点,以便于对卡箍200进行限位。
根据本申请的一些实施例,请参照图5,卡箍200还包括第一限位部270和第二限位部280。第一限位部270连接于第一卡接部210并突出于第一卡接部210背离夹紧槽240的端面,第二限位部280连接于第二卡接部220并突出于第二卡接部220背离夹紧槽240的端面,收容腔130内设有限位壁,第一限位部270和第二限位部280均卡接于限位壁,使得卡箍200固定于收容腔130。
请参照图1,当卡箍200卡接于收容腔130内,仅仅依靠两个抵持部252、262来对卡箍200进行限位显然难以将卡箍200完全在Y方向进行固定,为便于卡箍200在Y方向上固定,需要在卡箍200的Y方向上设置限位部件。
由于卡箍200是在被压缩的状态下进入收容腔130内,卡箍200的两个卡接部210、220在进入收容腔130后会相互远离,使得两个卡接部210、220上的限位部会卡接于限位壁,以便于将卡箍200固定于收容腔130。
根据本申请的一些实施例,进一步的,请参照图5,可将第一限位部270设置为包括相对设置的第一限位台271和第二限位台272,第一限位台271和第二限位台272之间具有第一限位空间。第二限位部280设置为包括相对设置的第三限位台281和第四限位台282,第三限位台281和第四限位台282之间具有第二限位空间。从图3中可以看到,为便于在Y方向进行限位,第一限位台271和第二限位台272沿Y方向排列,第三限位台281和第四限位台282也沿Y方向排列。并且,将限位壁设置为包括第一筋壁140和第二筋壁150,第一筋壁140和第二筋壁150相对设置在第二开口121的两侧,两个筋壁140、150均与X方向平行且竖直。
在卡箍200卡接于收容腔130的状态下,第一筋壁140卡接于的第一限位台271和第二限位台272之间的第一限位空间内,第一限位台271和第二限位台272共同夹紧于第一筋壁140;第二筋壁150卡接于第三限位台281和第四限位台282之间的第二限位空间内,第三限位台281和第四限位台282共同夹紧于第二筋壁150。
通过第一限位台271和第二限位台272对第一筋壁140的夹持,以及第三限位台281和第四限位台282对第二筋壁150的夹持,使得卡箍200在Y方向固定。
根据本申请的一些实施例,请参照图1,第一开口111与第二开口121连通,箱体100还开设有让位孔160,让位孔160与第一开口111连通,筒部330自第一开口111进入收容腔130时,第二套帽320自让位孔160进入收容腔130。
请参照图1,由于第二套帽320需要抵接于卡箍200的底部,第二套帽320的直径通常要大于卡箍200的宽度,而第一开口111的形状通常情况下是与卡箍200适配,为使得 第二套帽320也可以自第一开口111进入收容腔130,需要设置让位孔160以供第二套帽320进入。
通过在第一开口111底部的两侧设置让位孔160,让位孔160均与第一开口111连通,卡箍200自第一开口111进入收容腔130内时,第二套帽320则从让位孔160进入收容腔130。
可以理解的是,上述第一筋壁140和第二筋壁150上也可以设置让位孔160以供第二套帽320穿出或是穿入。
根据本申请的一些实施例,本申请还提供了一种电池,包括以上任一方案所述的包装箱。
根据本申请的一些实施例,本申请还提供了一种用电装置,包括上述方案所述的电池,并且电池用于为用电装置提供电能。用电装置可以是前述任一应用电池的设备或***。
根据本申请的一些实施例,请参照图1,本申请提供的一种包装箱,将卡箍200的第一扣带250和第二扣带260松开,并将第一卡接部210和第二卡接部220相互远离以打开夹紧槽240,将套筒300的筒部330放置在夹紧槽240内,其中筒部330的弧面部331贴合弯折部230的弧面;将第一扣带250扣接于第二扣带260上,并使得筒部330的平面部332贴合在第一扣带250和/或第二扣带260上;将第一卡接部210和第二卡接部220相互按压,使得卡箍200的宽度减小至小于第一开口111的宽度,将卡箍200从第一开口111放置入收容腔130内,第二套帽320则从第一开口111底部的两个让位孔160进入收容腔130,第一套帽310则显露在第二侧壁120的外表面;松开第一卡接部210和第二卡接部220,两个固定槽131、132设置在第一侧壁100上,第一抵持部252和第二抵持部262则抵接在第一侧壁110的内表面,且第一限位部270卡接在第一筋壁140,第二限位部280卡接于第二筋壁150;此时,第二侧壁120别夹持在第二套帽320和卡箍200之间,且第二套帽320与第二侧壁120紧密贴合,以使的套筒300被固定于收容腔130内,最后再通过螺栓将车架与套筒300固定,以完成包装箱的挂载安装。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种包装箱,其中,包括:
    箱体,设置有收容腔、第一开口和第二开口,所述第一开口和第二开口均与收容腔连通;
    卡箍;
    套筒,包括第一套帽、第二套帽和筒部,所述第一套帽和所述第二套帽分别连接于所述筒部的两端,所述筒部用于卡接于所述卡箍,所述第一套帽和第二套帽凸出于所述卡箍,所述卡箍用于自所述第一开口***所述收容腔,并且卡接于所述收容腔,所述第一套帽用于自所述第二开口伸出,并且显露于所述箱体外。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的包装箱,其中,所述卡箍包括第一卡接部、第二卡接部和弯折部;
    所述弯折部的两端分别与第一卡接部和第二卡接部连接,所述第一卡接部、弯折部和第二卡接部共同围合有可开合的夹紧槽,所述筒部用于卡接于所述夹紧槽内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的包装箱,其中,所述卡箍包括第一扣带和第二扣带;
    所述第一扣带的一端连接于所述第一卡接部,所述第一扣带的另一端朝所述夹紧槽延伸,所述第一扣带上开有卡槽;
    所述第二扣带的一端连接于所述第二卡接部,所述第二扣带的另一端朝所述夹紧槽延伸,所述第二扣带上凸设有凸部,所述凸部用于卡接于所述卡槽,使得所述第一扣带和所述第二扣带卡接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的包装箱,其中,所述第一扣带朝所述夹紧槽的槽底弯折,所述第二扣带朝所述夹紧槽的槽底弯折。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的包装箱,其中,沿所述夹紧槽开合的方向,所述卡槽的长度大于所述凸部的长度,所述凸部可沿所述卡槽移动。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的包装箱,其中,所述筒部的侧壁包括弧面部和平面部;
    所述弯折部的内壁与所述弧面部适配,在所述筒部卡接于所述夹紧槽的状态下,所述筒部的弧面部贴合于所述弯折部的内壁,所述筒部的平面部贴合于所述第一扣带和/或第二扣带。
  7. 根据权利要求2~6中任一项所述包装箱,其中,所述第一卡接部背离所述弯折部的一端延伸有第一抵持部,所述第一抵持部朝远离所述夹紧槽的方向弯折;
    所述第二卡接部背离所述弯折部的一端延伸有第二抵持部,所述第二抵持部朝远离所 述夹紧槽的方向弯折;
    所述收容腔内设置有第一固定槽和第二固定槽,在所述卡箍卡接于所述收容腔的状态下,所述第一抵持部插接于所述第一固定槽,所述第二抵持部插接于所述第二固定槽。
  8. 根据权利要求2~6中任一项所述的包装箱,其中,所述卡箍还包括第一限位部和第二限位部;
    所述第一限位部连接于所述第一卡接部并突出于所述第一卡接部背离所述夹紧槽的端面;
    所述第二限位部连接于所述第二卡接部并突出于所述第二卡接部背离所述夹紧槽的端面;
    所述收容腔内设有限位壁,所述第一限位部和所述第二限位部均卡接于所述限位壁,使得所述卡箍固定于所述收容腔。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的包装箱,其中,所述第一限位部包括相对设置的第一限位台和第二限位台,所述第一限位台和所述第二限位台之间具有第一限位空间;
    所述第二限位部包括相对设置的第三限位台和第四限位台,所述第三限位台和所述第四限位台之间具有第二限位空间;
    所述限位壁包括第一筋壁和第二筋壁,所述第一筋壁和第二筋壁相对设置,在所述卡箍卡接于所述收容腔的状态下,所述第一筋壁卡接于的所述第一限位台和第二限位台之间的第一限位空间内,所述第二筋壁卡接于所述第三限位台和第四限位台之间的第二限位空间内。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的包装箱,其中,所述第一开口与第二开口连通,所述箱体还开设有让位孔,所述让位孔与所述第一开口连通,所述筒部自所述第一开口进入所述收容腔时,所述第二套帽自所述让位孔进入所述收容腔。
  11. 根据权利要求2-9中任一项所述的包装箱,其中,所述弯折部、所述第一卡接部和所述第二卡接部均采用弹性材料制作。
  12. 根据权利要求2-9中任一项所述的包装箱,其中,所述弯折部的弧度设置为与所述筒部的外表面的弧度相匹配。
  13. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的包装箱,其中,所述卡箍的整体宽度大于所述第一开口和所述第二开口的宽度,所述卡箍的整体长度均大于所述第二开口的长度。
  14. 一种电池,其中,包括如权利要求1-13中任一项所述的包装箱。
  15. 一种用电装置,其中,包括如权利要求14所述的电池。
