Description

一种用于洗地机的地刷及洗地机 技术领域
本发明涉及智能家居技术领域,具体涉及一种家用洗地机。
背景技术
现有技术中,洗地机一般分为商用洗地机和家用洗地机,商用洗地机一般用于面积比较大的工厂、车库、商场超市等场所,而家用洗地机一般适用于面积比较小(一般小于200平方米)的家庭。
针对家用洗地机,其结构主要包括洗地机主体和地刷,洗地机主体上设有水箱(以向滚筒进行供水)和污水箱(以收集污水);还设有控制器、喷液装置、用于控制滚筒的滚筒电机、抽吸装置和用于控制抽吸装置的主机电机;而地刷内主要设有用于清洗地面的滚筒和导流通道。工作时,所述喷液装置处于开启状态,向所述滚筒喷液;所述滚筒电机处于开启状态,使所述滚筒旋转;所述主机电机处于开启状态,将流过所述滚筒的液体(污水)从导流通道吸至吸液管道,并最终流入污水箱内。这种小型的家用洗地机因其方便实用而得到了大众的广泛青睐。
目前,根据用户反馈,在洗地机使用过程中,会在被清洁面(如地面、木地板面等)残留水渍。
针对上述问题,现有的洗地机的地刷的底部设有橡胶刮条,用于将污水(和颗粒杂质等)刮入导流通道内。然而,实际应用中发现,存在如下2个实际问题:(1)仅仅依靠地刷底部的橡胶刮条无法完全刮除水渍,还是存在残留;一是因为现有的橡胶刮条都较软,导致刮条和被清洁面之间产生缝隙,无法较好的刮除污水,导致污水残留;二是地刷在向后拖动时,底部的橡胶刮条就刮不到了;(2)由于橡胶刮条经常被翻转、然后还原,导致其使用寿命较短,经常使用一段时间后就发生橡胶刮条局部断裂脱落或开裂,给用户留下不好的使用体验。
因此,开发一种新的地刷,以实现更好地清洁,避免污水残留,以提高用户体验,显然具有积极的现实意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种家用洗地机。
为了达到上述发明目的,采用的技术方案是:一种用于洗地机的地刷,该地刷具有一前端和一后端,所述地刷的前端设有刮条;所述刮条至少具有如下2个工作位:
(1)刮水工作位:当地刷向后运动时,所述刮条变为基本向下的状态,刮条的底端与被清洁面相抵,以刮除所述被清洁面的水渍;
(2)悬空工作位:当地刷向前运动时,所述刮条变为悬空状态,刮条的底端远离被清洁面。

优选地,所述地刷内设有滚筒7和导流通道,所述后刮条设于所述滚筒的后方,所述滚筒和后刮条之间形成所述导流通道的入口;所述后刮条的下端为柔性件。
上文中,所述壳体内只有一个滚筒7,且筒位于壳体的前方。图中,地刷的滚筒超出被清洁面,是指滚筒上的刷毛具有一定的蓬松度,因此实际使用中刷毛会被压缩。
在实际使用中,地刷需要交替地向前和向后移动,以进行全面清洗。地 刷向前移动时,后刮条起到刮除水渍的作用,此时前端的刮条处于悬空工作位;地刷向后移动时,前端的刮条起到刮除水渍的作用。从而完全解决了地面污水残留的问题。
实施例二
参见图5~8所示,一种用于洗地机的地刷,该地刷具有一前端1和一后端2,所述地刷的前端设有刮条3;所述刮条具有如下2个工作位:
(1)刮水工作位:当地刷向后运动时,所述刮条变为基本向下的状态,刮条的底端与被清洁面4相抵,以刮除所述被清洁面的水渍;
(2)悬空工作位:当地刷向前运动时,所述刮条变为悬空状态,刮条的底端远离被清洁面。
还包括驱动机构,所述刮条由所述驱动机构驱动连接,形成上述两个工作位。所述驱动机构包括电磁驱动部件和2个摆动件8,所述摆动件设于所述刮条的两侧;所述摆动件的上端部与所述刮条的转轴同轴设置,摆动件的下端部设有磁性部件(本实施例采用永磁铁);
当地刷向后运动时,所述摆动件的下端部被所述电磁驱动部件推动,带动刮条到达所述刮水工作位;当地刷向前运动时,所述摆动件的下端被所述电磁驱动部件拉动,带动刮条到达所述悬空工作位。
所述驱动机构还包括卡固结构,当地刷向后运动时,所述摆轮带动刮条到达所述刮水工作位时,所述卡固结构将摆轮和刮条卡固于原位。(卡固结构在图中未示出)
所述驱动机构还包括位置传感器和控制器,所述控制器根据位置传感器的信号来控制和改变所述电磁驱动部件的磁场方向。所述电磁驱动部件和所述摆动件的下端部设有磁性部件两者之中,前者是电磁场设备,后者为永磁铁。这里的电磁场设备为现有技术,即采用通电产生磁场的装置,例如导电线圈。
本实施例中,参见图5所示,电磁驱动部件的磁场方向与摆动件8相斥,从而推动摆动件和刮条处于刮水工作位;参见图7所示,电磁驱动部件的磁场方向与摆动件8相吸,从而拉动摆动件和刮条处于悬空工作位。电磁驱动 部件的磁场方向通过电流方向进行调节(这是现有技术)。
上文中,所述刮水工作位是指刮条刮除水渍的状态;所述悬空工作位是指刮条不刮水的状态。本实施例中,在所述悬空工作位时,所述刮条的底端不与被清洁面相接触,所述刮条的底端与被清洁面之间的间距为4mm。
优选地,所述地刷的后端还设有后刮条6。
优选地,所述地刷内设有滚筒7和导流通道,所述后刮条设于所述滚筒的后方,所述滚筒和后刮条之间形成所述导流通道的入口;所述后刮条的下端为柔性件。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于洗地机的地刷,该地刷具有一前端和一后端,其特征在于:所述地刷的前端设有刮条;所述刮条至少具有如下2个工作位:
    (1)刮水工作位:当地刷向后运动时,所述刮条变为基本向下的状态,刮条的底端与被清洁面相抵,以刮除所述被清洁面的水渍;
    (2)悬空工作位:当地刷向前运动时,所述刮条变为悬空状态,刮条的底端远离被清洁面。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的用于洗地机的地刷,其特征在于:还包括驱动机构,所述刮条由所述驱动机构驱动连接,形成上述两个工作位。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的用于洗地机的地刷,其特征在于:所述驱动机构包括至少1个摆轮,所述摆轮设于所述刮条的至少一侧;
    所述摆轮的上端部与所述刮条的转轴同轴设置,摆轮的下端面呈弧形,
    当地刷向后运动时,所述摆轮的下端面与被清洁面接触,在摩擦力带动下向前转动,带动刮条到达所述刮水工作位;当地刷向前运动时,所述摆轮的下端面在摩擦力带动下向后转动,带动刮条到达所述悬空工作位。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的用于洗地机的地刷,其特征在于:所述驱动机构包括电磁驱动部件和至少1个摆动件,所述摆动件设于所述刮条的至少一侧;
    所述摆动件的上端部与所述刮条的转轴同轴设置,摆动件的下端部设有磁性部件;
    当地刷向后运动时,所述摆动件的下端部被所述电磁驱动部件推动,带动刮条到达所述刮水工作位;当地刷向前运动时,所述摆动件的下端被所述电磁驱动部件拉动,带动刮条到达所述悬空工作位。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的用于洗地机的地刷,其特征在于:所述驱动机构还包括卡固结构,当地刷向后运动时,所述摆轮带动刮条到达所述刮水工作位时,所述卡固结构将摆轮和/或刮条卡固于原位。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的用于洗地机的地刷,其特征在于:所述驱动机构还包括位置传感器和控制器,所述控制器根据位置传感器的信号来控制和改变所述电磁驱动部件的磁场方向。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的用于洗地机的地刷,其特征在于:所述电磁驱动部 件和所述摆动件的下端部设有磁性部件两者之中,至少一者是电磁场设备。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的用于洗地机的地刷,其特征在于:所述地刷的后端还设有后刮条。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的用于洗地机的地刷,其特征在于:所述地刷内设有滚筒和导流通道,所述后刮条设于所述滚筒的后方,所述滚筒和后刮条之间形成所述导流通道的入口;所述后刮条的下端为柔性件。
  10. 一种洗地机,包括地刷,其特征在于:所述地刷为权利要求1至9中任一项所述的地刷。
