技术领域
本申请涉及一种显示装置技术领域,特别是涉及一种LED显示屏。
背景技术
LED显示屏能显示各种图案、视频信息,具有可靠性高、使用寿命长、性价比高、使用成本低和环境适应能力强等优点。随着LED显示屏行业的快速发展,人们对LED显示屏的要求越来越高,比如要求箱体超轻超薄需求,LED显示模组是LED显示屏的重要组成部分,因此人们进而要求LED显示模组部分超轻超薄。
传统的LED显示屏,箱体内部都是通过线跟线连接的,看上去杂乱极不美观,组装的时候也不易操作;传统的LED显示屏,电源跟信号转接板,信号转接板跟灯板之间用线来连接的,容易接触不良,可靠性不高;传统的LED显示屏,AC(交流电)部分是线连接到电源输入端,操作麻烦,无法实现自动化生产。
申请内容
根据本申请公开的各种实施例,提供一种LED显示屏。
一种LED显示屏,其特征在于,包括:箱体与灯板,以及设置于所述箱体内的转换器、插头与转接板,所述箱体与所述灯板连接;所述插头的第一端与所述转换器的输入端活动连接,第二端与外部电源电连接,所述转接板的一端与所述转换器的输出端活动连接,另一端与所述灯板活动连接;所述转换器用于将所述外部电源输入的交流信号转换为直流信号。
本申请的一个或多个实施例的细节在下面的附图和描述中提出。本申请的其它特征和优点将从说明书、附图以及权利要求书变得明显。

具体实施方式
为了使本申请的技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本申请进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限 定本申请。
在一个实施例中,如图1与图2所示,提供了一种LED显示屏,包括箱体100与灯板600,以及设置于箱体100内的转换器200、插头300与转接板400,箱体100与灯板600连接;插头300的第一端与转换器200的输入端活动连接,第二端与外部电源电连接,转接板400的一端与转换器200的输出端活动连接,另一端与灯板600活动连接;转换器200用于将外部电源输入的交流信号转换为直流信号。
具体地,插头300将外部电源提供的交流信号传输至转换器200。转换器200可将外部电源输入的交流信号转换为直流信号,并通过转接板400传输至灯板600,用于给灯板600进行供电显示。其中,转换器200与插头300、转换器200与转接板400以及转接板400与灯板600之间均为活动连接,可以是通过搭接的方式,也可以是通过插接的方式。例如通过螺钉锁合的方式连接,或者是通过插针与母针插接的方式连接。活动连接的方式可实现LED显示屏内部的无线电连接,有效提升LED显示屏内部整洁度的同时,有效提高各部件之间电连接的可靠性。
转换器200与插头300之间的连接方式并不唯一,在一个实施例中,插头300的第一端通过搭接的方式与转换器200的输入端连接。
在一个实施例中,如图3所示,并参考图1及图2,插头300的第二端340设有三线插头,用于与外部电源电连接。具体地,外部电源可以是380V的交流市电,插头300的第二端340的三线插头可连接市电接入交流信号并传输至其第一端320。
在一个实施例中,如图3与图4所示,插头300的第一端320设有三个翅片322,转换器200的输入端设有三个台阶220,三个翅片322分别搭接于转换器200对应的台阶220,用于交流信号的传输及接地。
具体地,由于插头300用于将外部电源输入的交流信号传输至转换器200,则其第一端320设置的三个翅片322可分别对应连接外部电源的火线L、零线N与地线E,并将其信号传输至对应搭接的台阶220。可以理解,其中分别连接火线L与零线N的两个翅片322与台阶220用于交流信号的传输,连接地线E的翅片322与台阶220用于接地。
进一步地,翅片322与台阶220对应连接的方式并不唯一,在一个实施例中,插头300的三个翅片322与转换器200对应的台阶220通过螺钉锁合的方式固定连接。
在另外的实施例中,如图3所示,插头300还包括第三端360,第三端360上设有三线插孔,用于与外部设备连接并输出交流信号。具体地,第三端360的三线插孔与第二端340的三线插头具有对应的结构,可以理解为将第二端340从市电接入的交流信号直接进行输出。
另外,插头300的实际采用的硬件并不唯一,在一个实施例中,插头300为注塑一体航插。
对应地,转换器200与转接板400以及转接板400与灯板600之间的连接方式也并不唯一,在一个实施例中,转接板400的一端与转换器200的输出端通过搭接或插接的方式活动连接,转接板400的另一端与灯板600通过搭接或插接的方式活动连接,实现了LED显示屏内部器件的无线电连接。
在一个实施例中,如图4所示,并参考图1及图2,转换器200的输出端设有至少一个母针240,用于与转接板400活动连接。
具体地,转换器200在接入交流信号后,可将交流信号转换为直流信号。则转换器200的输出端设置有两个母针240,分别对应为正极输出V+与负极输出V-,用于将直流信号通过转接板400传输至灯板600。其中,转换器200的输出端设置的母针240的类型并不唯一,在本实施例中,均采用Pogoing母针。
在一个实施例中,如图5所示,并参考图1及图2,转接板400靠近转换器200的一面设有至少一个插针420,插针420与母针240对应通过插接的方式活动连接。可以理解, 插针420的数量需与母针240的数量相匹配,对应插接至母针240后实现直流信号的传输。
在一个实施例中,参考图1及图2,上述LED显示屏还包括安装于箱体100内的后壳500,转接板400与灯板600分别固定安装与后壳500的两侧。具体地,后壳500呈板状,用于对转接板400与灯板600进行固定。
在一个实施例中,如图5至图7所示,转接板400通过螺钉锁合的方式固定安装于后壳500,灯板600通过卡扣连接的方式固定安装于后壳500。具体地,灯板600设有卡件640,如图2中B点示意,后壳500上对应设置有卡槽540,如图2中A点示意。灯板600的卡件640与后壳500的卡槽540卡合连接,进而实现灯板600与后壳500的卡扣连接。
在一个实施例中,如图5所示,并参考图1及图2,转接板400靠近后壳500的一面设有第一连接器440,用于与灯板600活动连接。具体地,第一连接器440的数量并不唯一,可以是一个,也可以是两个,还可以是三个以上,具体可根据灯板600的大小设定。例如,在本实施例中,第一连接器440的数量为4个。
在一个实施例中,参考图1及图2,后壳500设有通孔520,转接板400的第一连接器440穿过后壳500的通孔520与灯板600活动连接。可以理解,通孔520的数量与尺寸均需根据第一连接器440确定,对应设置于转接板400的第一连接器440在后壳550上的投影位置,进而实现第一连接器440穿过后壳500的通孔520与灯板600活动连接。
在一个实施例中,如图2所示,灯板600设有与第一连接器440对应匹配的第二连接器620。可以理解,第二连接器620的数量与尺寸需根据第一连接器440确定,对应连接后实现转接板400与灯板600的无线电连接。
第一连接器440与第二连接器620的具体结构并不唯一,在一个实施例中,第一连接器与第二连接器均为浮动连接器。具体地,第一连接器440与第二连接器620均为4+60P浮动连接器。
在一个实施例中,参考图1及图2,箱体100与灯板600通过磁吸的方式连接。具体地,在箱体100对应灯板600的卡件640的位置上,设置有磁铁。对应地,卡件640的材料为具有磁性的金属卡件,例如铁质卡件、镍质卡件或铬质卡件等,以实现箱体100与灯板600的磁吸连接。
以上实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种LED显示屏,其特征在于,包括:箱体与灯板,以及设置于所述箱体内的转换器、插头与转接板,所述箱体与所述灯板连接;所述插头的第一端与所述转换器的输入端活动连接,第二端与外部电源电连接,所述转接板的一端与所述转换器的输出端活动连接,另一端与所述灯板活动连接;所述转换器用于将所述外部电源输入的交流信号转换为直流信号。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于,所述插头的第一端通过搭接的方式与所述转换器的输入端连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于,所述插头的第一端设有三个翅片,所述转换器的输入端设有三个台阶,三个所述翅片分别搭接于所述转换器对应的台阶,用于交流信号的传输及接地。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于,所述插头的三个翅片与所述转换器对应的台阶通过螺钉锁合的方式固定连接。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于,所述插头的第二端设有三线插头,用于与所述外部电源电连接。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于,所述插头为注塑一体航插。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于,所述转接板的一端与所述转换器的输出端通过搭接或插接的方式活动连接,所述转接板的另一端与所述灯板通过搭接或插接的方式活动连接。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于,所述转换器的输出端设有至少一个母针,用于与所述转接板活动连接。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于,所述转接板靠近所述转换器的一面设有至少一个插针,所述插针与所述母针对应通过插接的方式活动连接。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于,还包括安装于所述箱体内的后壳,所述转接板与所述灯板分别固定安装与所述后壳的两侧。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于,所述转接板通过螺钉锁合的方式固定安装于所述后壳,所述灯板通过卡扣连接的方式固定安装于所述后壳。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于,所述转接板的靠近所述后壳的一面设有第一连接器,用于与所述灯板活动连接。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于,所述后壳设有通孔,所述转接板的第一连接器穿过所述后壳的通孔与所述灯板活动连接。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于,所述灯板设有与所述第一连接器对应匹配的第二连接器。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于,所述第一连接器与所述第二连接器均为浮动连接器。
  16. 如权利要求1至15任意一项所述的LED显示屏,其特征在于,所述箱体与所述灯板通过磁吸的方式连接。
