Abstract
The present invention relates to an electrolysis system (100), said electrolysis system (100) comprising an electrolysis chamber (101), just one water circuit (103) for supplying water to the electrolysis chamber (101), a dosing unit (105) for dosing water into the water circuit (103), a control device (107), the control device (107) being configured to determine a supply quantity of water to be dosed into the water circuit (103) by the dosing unit (103), and the control device (107) being configured to establish the supply quantity on the basis of a consumption quantity of water consumed by the electrolysis system (100). The invention further comprises an electrolysis method (200) for the electrolysis of water by means of an electrolysis system (100) of this kind.
