为实现上述目的,本实用新型实施例采用的技术方案如下:本实用新型的实施例,提供一种车载语音遥控装置,包括语音遥控主体以及装配组件,所述装配组件包括装配壳体以及固定于所述装配壳体上的绑带,所述绑带用于绑定于车辆内的柱状物,所述语音遥控主体可拆卸地装配于所述装配壳体,所述语音遥控主体包括与移动终端通讯的无线通讯模块,用以与所述移动终端语音交互。
优选地,所述语音遥控主体包括上壳体、装配于所述上壳体的下壳体、以及安装于所述上壳体与所述下壳体所形成空间内的控制面板,所述控制面板包括所述无线通讯模块;其中,所述控制面板还包括语音识别模块。
优选地,所述上壳体为茶色镜片,所述茶色镜片上装配有硅胶按键,所述硅胶按键对应于所述控制面板上的调控开关。
优选地,所述语音遥控主体还包括与所述控制面板电性连接的电池,所述电池位于所述控制面板与所述下壳体之间。
优选地,所述语音遥控主体还包括磁性件,所述装配壳体内设有与磁性件相磁吸的磁吸件。
优选地,所述磁性件设置于所述电池与所述下壳体之间,所述磁性件粘接于所述下壳体。

如图3a-图3c及图4a-图4b,该装配组件20包括装配壳体21以及固定于装配壳体21上的绑带22。其中,本实施例中的绑定22为硅胶绑带。该绑带22用于绑定于车辆内的柱状物200,语音遥控主体10可拆卸地装配于装配壳体21。在本实用新型的实施例中,柱状物200选用方向盘,通过将该车载语音遥控装置100绑定于方向盘,有利于驾驶员进行语音控制,而且不会影响驾驶员的驾驶。在其他实施例中,柱状物200还可以车内的其他结构件,在此不作具体限定。
其中,绑带22的一端固定于装配壳体21的侧面底部,装配壳体21上设有供绑带22缠绕的拉力柱23,拉力柱23装配于装配壳体21的侧面顶部。该拉力柱23与绑带22设在装配壳体21的同一侧。
在一实施例中,该侧面顶端延伸出装配支架,该拉力柱23通过两端卡接的方式悬置在装配支架上。在绑带22绑定时,绑带22由拉力柱23的下方穿过方向盘再反向折回,并通过绑带22上设置的魔术贴粘接。当然,本实用新型中绑带22的固定方式并不限于此,其他配合固定的方式也适用于本申请的绑带22。
其中,该装配壳体21的侧壁和/或底壁还设有防滑硅胶26,以通过套啤或双色啤的方式与语音遥控主体10装配。具体地,语音遥控主体的外壳设有塑胶,通过套啤或双色啤的方式将防滑硅胶26与塑胶结合,从而使防滑硅胶26与方向盘结合更稳定。在语音遥控主体10装配于该装配壳体21内后,该语音遥控主体10贴合于防护硅胶26,如此以避免语音遥控主体10容易从装配壳体21中滑出或者在装配于装配壳体21内后易相对装配壳体21移动。
进一步地,再次参照图1和图2,该语音遥控主体10包括与移动终端通讯的无线通讯模块,用以与移动终端语音交互,从而可以语音控制移动终端,该移动终端包括手机、平板电脑、商务电子设备等。该实施例中移动终端以手机为例,具体可以语音控制手机接听电话、导航、查看天气预报或者播放歌曲等。其中,该手机与语音遥控主体10可以通过蓝牙、网络信号、红外信号及射频信号等通信方式进行数据交互,该手机上可以安装与语音遥控主体10配套通讯的APP或小程序,以便于数据交互。
其中,该语音遥控主体10包括上壳体11、装配于上壳体11的下壳体12、以及安装于上壳体11与下壳体12所形成空间内的控制面板13。该控制面板13可以固定于上壳体11或下壳体12内。该控制面板13包括上述无线通讯模块。其中,控制面板13还包括语音识别模块,该语音识别模块可以识别用户的语音并转换成手机可识别的数据以进行交互。
