具体实施方式
为了便于理解本发明,下面将参照相关附图对本发明进行更全面的描述。附图中给出了本发明的若干实施例。但是,本发明可以以许多不同的形式来实现,并不限于本文所描述的实施例。相反地,提供这些实施例的目的是使对本发明的公开内容更加透彻全面。
需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固设于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。本文所使用的术语“垂直的”、“水平的”、“左”、“右”以及类似的表述只是为了说明的目的。
除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本发明的技术 领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本发明的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施例的目的,不是旨在于限制本发明。本文所使用的术语“及/或”包括一个或多个相关的所列项目的任意的和所有的组合。
请参阅图1至图2,所示为本发明一实施例提出的扬声模块。其中,扬声模块包括:壳体10、配壳体10配合的圈铁支架20、设于圈铁支架20上的动铁组件30与动圈组件40。
所述壳体10呈***状,其内部形成腔体,用于***述圈铁支架20、动铁组件30以及动圈组件40,所述壳体10的顶部设有朝向所述圈铁支架20的两个通孔11,用于预留孔位装配电性连接器件(如焊针),所述壳体10上还设有一音管12,所述音管12呈圆孔形的中空结构,且在端部设有加粗处理的卡接部121,用于卡接固定软体耳塞。音管中设有出音孔122,用于腔体内的音频透过所述出音孔122传输出来。
请一并参阅图3与图4,所述圈铁支架20的周缘与形成腔体的壳体10内侧嵌合,所述圈铁支架20包括动铁支撑部21和动圈支撑部22,所述动圈支撑部22呈环形,所述动铁支撑部21设于所述动圈支撑部22的一侧;具体的,本发明实施例中,动圈支撑部22和动铁支撑部21呈上下关系设置,动铁支撑部21设于靠近壳体10音管12的一侧,动圈支撑部22设置在动铁支撑部21的下方。所述动圈支撑部22的环形内壁上设有朝向所述动铁支撑部21的凸舌221,所述凸舌221上设有一第一固定槽2211,所述动铁支撑部21呈拱形,包括位中部的固定部211以及位于两端的连接臂212。所述连接臂212的末端与所述圈支撑部22连接,具体的,所述连接臂212的末端的连线长度小于所述动圈支撑部22的内径。所述固定部211的中部朝向所述第一固定槽2211设有第二固定槽2111。
进一步的,请参阅图5与图6,所述第一固定槽2211包括第一底托2212和与所述第一底托2212垂直设置的第一夹持壁2213,所述第一夹持壁2213与所述第一底托2212围合形成第一L型支撑结构;所述第二固定槽2111由所述固定部211向内凹陷形成,包括与所述第一底托2212平行设置的第二底托2112以及与所述第二底托2112垂直设置的第二夹持壁2113,所述第二夹持壁2113与所述第二底托2112围合形成与所述第一固定槽对立的第二L型支撑结构。装 配时,所述动铁组件30的底部受所述第一底托2212和所述第二底托2112所支撑,所述动铁组件30的侧面部分受第一夹持壁2213和所述第二夹持壁2113限位。使得动铁组件30部分容置于圈铁支架20的上端。使得扬声模块的内部发声单元组装工序简单,组装稳定效果好。
进一步的,本发明实施例中,所述第一底托2212由所述凸舌221向外延伸形成。通过延伸的第一底托2212加强了对于动铁组件300的支撑性的同时,也优化了对于音膜41出音的避让空间。同时,所述动铁支撑部21的中部呈镂空型,使得所述凸舌221与所述动铁支撑部21围合形成一漏孔222。音膜41震动发出的音频可通过两个漏孔222向外传输,使得音膜41发出的音频受动铁支撑部21结构的遮蔽效果降低。从而让音膜41发出的音频传输效果更加理想。此外,动铁支撑部21通过靠向壳体10内壁呈拱形型结构设计也极大的提升了壳体内的空腔容积,使得音频输出效果更佳。
本发明实施例中,所述第一夹持壁2213和所述第二夹持壁2113与所述出音孔122的朝向对齐。进而使得所述动铁组件30装配后对向出音孔122。进而让动铁组件的出音朝向直接对向出音孔122。优化了出音效果。
进一步的,所述动铁组件300为柱体状。所述动铁组件30设于所述动铁支撑部21上,具体的,容置于所述第一固定槽2211和所述第二固定槽二固定槽2111之间。
进一步的,所述动圈组件40包括层叠设置的音膜41、音圈42、华司43、磁铁44,所述音膜41的周缘卡接固定于所述动圈支撑部22的内侧,所述音42圈、所述华司43、所述磁铁44与所述音膜41同轴设置;所述动圈组件40还包括U型杯45和动圈支架46,所述动圈支架46的上表面与所述音膜41的下端面的外缘贴合,所述U型杯45用于封堵所述动圈支架46的内环使所述动圈组件40的下端封闭。
本发明实施例中,在实际生产装配过程中,通过将动铁组件30***圈铁支架20内实现装配,动圈组件40依次层叠组装,并与圈铁支架20扣合组装,使得扬声模块的内部发声单元组装工序简单,组装稳定效果好。同时,动铁组件30以及动圈组件400的发声区域位于音膜41,圈铁支架20以及壳体10围合形 成的音腔内,利用动铁组件30能实现中高音段的清脆音质,利用动圈组件40能实现低音段的沉稳音质。两者发出的声音在音腔内形成共鸣,优化了输出的音质效果。
请参阅图7,为本发明实施例提出的扬声模块的壳体10内侧结构示意图。如图所示,所述壳体10的内壁设有容置拾音麦克风50的装配槽13,所述装配槽13仿形于所述拾音麦克风50,本发明实施例中,拾音麦克风50为长方体型,对应的,装配槽13仿形于拾音麦克风11也呈长方体的沉槽状。以使得所述拾音麦克风11嵌合与所述装配槽13内。
进一步的,请参阅图8,为本发明实施例提出的扬声模块的动圈支架46与U型杯45的结构示意图。其中,所述动圈支架46的内环设有三个向内延伸的凸起461,所述U型杯9的侧壁设有与所述凸起461配型的卡槽451。上述U型杯45用于封装动圈组件40,在动圈支架46装配后,实现了对于动圈组件40的初步封装,再通过上述U型杯45的卡槽451与动圈支架46的凸起461对位匹配后完成动圈组件40的封装。采用上述对位方式简化了整装过程。可以理解的,本发明实施例中采用三个凸起461结构对三个卡槽451结构对位匹配仅仅为一种较佳的实施方式,在本发明的其他实施例中,凸起461和卡槽451的设置个数还可以是其他设定数量。本发明对此不作具体限定。
此外,上述动圈支架46在面向所述圈铁支架20的一侧设有沉槽462,所述圈铁支架20的所述动圈支撑部22部分容置于所述沉槽462内。通过上述沉槽462用以实现与圈铁支架20的扣合装配。进一步的提升了装配稳固性。
进一步的,请参阅图9与图10,本发明实施例中,动圈支架46上设有两个透音孔463,所述动圈支架46被所述透音孔463轴向穿透,进而使得所述壳体10的腔体可通过透音孔463导通至位于动圈支架46下端的空间内(可以理解的,图示壳体10仅仅为形成扬声模块的上壳体,另一半的下壳体在图中并未示出,动圈支架46位于上壳体与下壳体的连接处,且外缘与上壳体内壁完全贴合,内部空气流通通过上述透音孔463实现)。具体的,上述透音孔463为弧形的弯孔,所述透音孔463沿所述动圈支架46的边缘弧形扩散形成。通过设置的透音孔463使得音膜41发出的音频还可以穿过动圈支架46传达到扬声模块下壳体 的腔体内。使得最终通过出音孔输出的音频更加绵长,音质效果进一步得到提升。
示例而非限定的,本发明实施例中,透音孔463仿形于动圈支架呈弧形设计,其具体用途为透音效果,在本发明的其他实施例中,对透音孔463的形状不做具体限定,同时,透音孔463设置为两个也是本发明的一种较佳实施方式,本发明对此亦不做具体限定。
综上,本发明上述实施例中的扬声模块,相比于现有技术,本发明扬声模块在实际生产装配过程中,通过将动铁组件30***圈铁支架20内实现装配,动圈组件40依次层叠组装,并与圈铁支架20扣合组装,使得扬声模块的内部发声单元组装工序简单;且通过圈铁支架20将动铁组件30和动圈组件40一体化装配,使得组装稳定效果更好。同时,动铁组件30以及动圈组件40的发声区域位于音膜41,圈铁支架20以及壳体10围合形成的腔体内,利用动铁组件30能实现中高音段的清脆音质,利用动圈组件40能实现低音段的沉稳音质。两者发出的声音在腔体内形成共鸣,优化了输出的音质效果;此外,动铁支撑部21通过靠向壳体10内壁呈拱形结构设计也极大的提升了壳体内的空腔容积,使得音频输出效果更佳;动铁组件30朝向向出音孔101方向,使得动铁组件30在输出的声音能直接通过腔体不受阻挡的传输至出音孔101。出音效果更好;通过U型杯45的卡槽451与动圈支架46的凸起461对位匹配后完成动圈组件40的封装,简化了整装过程。
此外,本发明还提出一种耳机,包括至少一上述的扬声模块。耳机可以为有线耳机或无线耳机等形式,或是入耳式耳机或外戴式耳机等形式,亦或是具备耳机形态的助听器等医疗设备,在此不做限定。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种扬声模块,其特征在于,所述扬声模块包括:
    壳体,与所述壳体配合的圈铁支架,设于所述圈铁支架上的动铁组件和动圈组件,所述壳体内部形成腔体,用于***述圈铁支架、所述动铁组件和所述动圈组件;
    所述圈铁支架的周缘与所述壳体的内侧嵌合,所述圈铁支架包括动铁支撑部和动圈支撑部,所述动铁支撑部设于所述动圈支撑部的一侧;所述动铁组件部分容置于所述动铁支撑部上;所述动圈组件包括层叠设置的音膜、音圈、华司、磁铁,所述音膜的周缘卡接固定于所述动圈支撑部的内侧,所述音圈、所述华司、所述磁铁与所述音膜同轴设置;
    所述动圈组件还包括U型杯和动圈支架,所述动圈支架的上表面与所述音膜的下端面的外缘贴合,所述U型杯用于封堵所述动圈支架的内环,以使所述动圈组件的下端封闭。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声模块,其特征在于,所述动圈支撑部呈环形,所述动圈支撑部的环形内壁上设有朝向所述动铁支撑部凸起的凸舌,所述凸舌上设有一第一固定槽;所述动铁支撑部呈拱形,包括位于中部的固定部以及位于两端的连接臂,所述连接臂的末端与所述动圈支撑部连接,所述固定部的中部朝向所述第一固定槽的一侧设有第二固定槽,所述动铁组件设于所述第一固定槽和所述第二固定槽之间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声模块,其特征在于,所述第一固定槽包括第一底托和与所述第一底托垂直设置的第一夹持壁,所述第一夹持壁与所述第一底托围合形成第一L型支撑结构;所述第二固定槽由所述固定部向内凹陷形成,包括与所述第一底托平行设置的第二底托以及与所述第二底托垂直设置的第二夹持壁,所述第二夹持壁与所述第二底托围合形成与所述第一固定槽对立的第二L型支撑结构。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声模块,其特征在于,所述壳体呈***状,所述壳体上设有一音管,所述音管呈圆孔形中空结构,所述音管中设有出音孔,所述第一夹持壁和所述第二夹持壁与所述出音孔的朝向对齐。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的扬声模块,其特征在于,所述第一底托由所述凸 舌向外延伸形成。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声模块,其特征在于,所述动铁支撑部的中部镂空,使得所述凸舌与所述动铁支撑部围合形成一漏孔。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声模块,其特征在于,所述扬声模块还包括一拾音麦克风,所述壳体的内壁设有容置所述拾音麦克风的装配槽,所述装配槽仿形于所述拾音麦克风,以使得所述拾音麦克风嵌合于所述装配槽内。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声模块,其特征在于,所述动圈支架的内环设有至少一个向内延伸的凸起,所述U型杯的侧壁设有与所述凸起配型的卡槽。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声模块,其特征在于,所述动圈支架面向所述圈铁支架的一侧设有沉槽,所述动圈支撑部部分容置于所述沉槽内。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声模块,其特征在于,所述动圈支架上设有至少一个透音孔,所述透音孔轴向穿过所述动圈支架。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的扬声模块,其特征在于,所述透音孔沿所述动圈支架的边缘弧形扩散。
  12. 一种耳机,其特征在于,所述耳机包括如权利要求1至11任意一项所述的扬声模块。
