本発明は、毛髪洗浄剤組成物に関する。
従来、毛髪のウェーブやカールを好ましい状態に仕上げたり美しく保ったりすることを目的とした毛髪化粧料が種々提案されている(例えば、特許文献1~4)。

本発明は、下記成分(a)、(b)及び(c)を含有する毛髪洗浄剤組成物を提供するものである。

特許文献1~3に記載の毛髪化粧料は、毛髪に弾力性を付与するものや毛髪表面の接着により毛束をまとめるものであり、毛束の構造を制御することでウェーブ・カールを美しく見せることは全く意図されていない。
一方、特許文献4には、日々の洗髪の際に水中のカルシウムイオンが毛髪内に蓄積されることによって、そのカールの方向が部分的に反転して乱雑な形状となり、美しさが損なわれる等の問題が生ずるところ、特定の3種の毛髪処理剤によって毛髪を所定の順番で処理することで、毛髪内に蓄積されたカルシウムイオンが流出すると共に毛髪内部が改質され、位相が均一に揃った美しいカール形状となることが記載されている。しかしながら、特許文献4に記載の毛髪処理は、3剤を用い、放置時間や加熱を伴う処理であるため、消費者にとって煩雑であり手間のかかるものであった。
したがって本発明は、洗髪という日常のヘアケア行動のみによって、毛束の構造を制御し、カールの揃った、立体的でまとまりのある美しいウェーブカールを形成することができる毛髪洗浄剤組成物に関する。
本発明者は、濡れた状態の毛束が螺旋構造となるようにすることで、高い再現性で美しいウェーブカールを形成できることを見出した。そしてさらに、ウェーブカールを有する毛髪を、特定の化合物を含有する毛髪洗浄剤を用いて洗髪することで、洗髪後の濡れた毛束が螺旋状になりやすくなり、カールの揃った、立体的でまとまりのある美しいウェーブカールを実現することができることを見出し、本発明を完成した。
本発明の毛髪洗浄剤組成物は、洗髪後の濡れた毛束を螺旋状になりやすくし、カールの揃った、立体的でまとまりのある美しいウェーブカールを形成することができる。
〔成分(a):ポリアルキレングリコールエーテル及びアルキレングリコールから選ばれる1以上の化合物〕
成分(a)は、ポリアルキレングリコールエーテル及びアルキレングリコールから選ばれる1以上の化合物である。ポリアルキレングリコールエーテルとしては、以下の一般式(1)で表される化合物が挙げられる。

一般式(1)において、R1としては水素原子が好ましく、R2としては炭素数2~4のアルキル基が好ましく、nとしては2~3の数が好ましい。
一般式(1)で表される化合物としては、ジエチレングリコールモノメチルエーテル(メチルカルビトール)、ジエチレングリコールモノエチルエーテル(エチルカルビトール)、ジエチレングリコールモノプロピルエーテル(プロピルカルビトール)、ジエチレングリコールモノブチルエーテル(ブチルカルビトール)、トリエチレングリコールモノメチルエーテル、トリエチレングリコールモノエチルエーテル等が挙げられ、洗髪後の濡れた毛束を螺旋状になりやすくする観点から、ジエチレングリコールモノエチルエーテル(エチルカルビトール)、ジエチレングリコールモノブチルエーテル(ブチルカルビトール)、トリエチレングリコールモノメチルエーテルが好ましい。
アルキレングリコールとしては、エチレングリコール、1,3-プロパンジオール、1,3-ブタンジオール、3-メチル-1,3-ブタンジオール(イソプレングリコール)等が挙げられ、洗髪後の濡れた毛束を螺旋状になりやすくする観点から、3-メチル-1,3-ブタンジオール(イソプレングリコール)が好ましい。
これらのうち、洗髪後の濡れた毛束を螺旋状になりやすくし、カールのまとまり、均一性を向上させる観点から、ジエチレングリコールモノエチルエーテル(エチルカルビトール)、ジエチレングリコールモノブチルエーテル(ブチルカルビトール)、トリエチレングリコールモノメチルエーテル及び3-メチル-1,3-ブタンジオール(イソプレングリコール)から選択される1種以上が好ましく、ジエチレングリコールモノエチルエーテル(エチルカルビトール)、ジエチレングリコールモノブチルエーテル(ブチルカルビトール)及びトリエチレングリコールモノメチルエーテルから選択される1種以上がより好ましく、ジエチレングリコールモノエチルエーテル(エチルカルビトール)及びジエチレングリコールモノブチルエーテル(ブチルカルビトール)から選択される1種以上が更に好ましく、ジエチレングリコールモノエチルエーテル(エチルカルビトール)を含むことがより更に好ましい。
成分(a)は、単独で又は2種以上を組合せて使用することができ、毛髪洗浄剤組成物中における含有量は、洗髪後の濡れた毛束を螺旋状になりやすくし、カールのまとまり、均一性を向上させる観点から、0.1質量%以上であって、好ましくは0.5質量%以上、より好ましくは1.0質量%以上、更に好ましくは2.0質量%以上、より更に好ましくは3.0質量%以上であり、また、洗髪後の濡れた毛束を螺旋状になりやすくする観点と、洗浄剤として好適な粘度を保つ観点から、18質量%以下であって、好ましくは15質量%以下、より好ましくは12質量%以下、更に好ましくは10質量%以下である。毛髪洗浄剤組成物中における成分(a)の含有量の具体的範囲は、0.1~18質量%であって、好ましくは0.5~15質量%、より好ましくは1.0~15質量%、更に好ましくは2.0~12質量%、より更に好ましくは3.0~10質量%である。
〔成分(b):カルボン酸型アニオン性界面活性剤、スルホン酸型アニオン性界面活性剤、エーテル硫酸塩型アニオン性界面活性剤、及び両性界面活性剤から選択される1種以上〕
カルボン酸型アニオン性界面活性剤としては、N-アシルアミノ酸塩、N-アシル-N-アルキルアミノ酸塩、アミド型N-アシルアミノ酸塩、アルキルエーテルカルボン酸塩、脂肪酸塩、コハク酸アルキル又はコハク酸アルケニルの塩等が挙げられ、スルホン酸型アニオン性界面活性剤としては、スルホコハク酸塩型、イセチオン酸塩型、タウリン塩型、アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸塩型、α-オレフィンスルホン酸塩型、アルカンスルホン酸型等が挙げられ、エーテル硫酸塩型アニオン性界面活性剤としては、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル硫酸塩、アルキルエーテル硫酸塩等が挙げられる。両性界面活性剤としては、イミダゾリン、カルボベタイン、アミドベタイン、スルホベタイン、ヒドロキシスルホベタイン、アミドスルホベタイン等が挙げられる。成分(b)としては、いずれかを単独で又は2種以上を組合せて使用することができ、カルボン酸型アニオン性界面活性剤、スルホン酸型アニオン性界面活性剤、及びエーテル硫酸塩型アニオン性界面活性剤から選択される1種以上のアニオン性界面活性剤と、両性界面活性剤の1種以上とを含有することがより好ましい。
カルボン酸型アニオン性界面活性剤としては、N-アシルアミノ酸塩、N-アシル-N-アルキルアミノ酸塩、アミド型N-アシルアミノ酸塩、アルキルエーテルカルボン酸塩、脂肪酸塩、コハク酸アルキル又はコハク酸アルケニルの塩等が挙げられ、スルホン酸型アニオン性界面活性剤としては、スルホコハク酸塩型、イセチオン酸塩型、タウリン塩型、アルキルベンゼンスルホン酸塩型、α-オレフィンスルホン酸塩型、アルカンスルホン酸型等が挙げられ、エーテル硫酸塩型アニオン性界面活性剤としては、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル硫酸塩、アルキルエーテル硫酸塩等が挙げられる。両性界面活性剤としては、イミダゾリン、カルボベタイン、アミドベタイン、スルホベタイン、ヒドロキシスルホベタイン、アミドスルホベタイン等が挙げられる。成分(b)としては、いずれかを単独で又は2種以上を組合せて使用することができ、カルボン酸型アニオン性界面活性剤、スルホン酸型アニオン性界面活性剤、及びエーテル硫酸塩型アニオン性界面活性剤から選択される1種以上のアニオン性界面活性剤と、両性界面活性剤の1種以上とを含有することがより好ましい。
アニオン性界面活性剤としては、洗髪後の濡れた毛束を螺旋状になりやすくし、カールのまとまり、均一性を向上させる観点から、N-アシルアミノ酸塩、アルキルエーテルカルボン酸塩、α-オレフィンスルホン酸塩、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル硫酸塩及びアルキルエーテル硫酸塩から選択される1種以上が好ましく、アルキルエーテルカルボン酸塩、α-オレフィンスルホン酸塩、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル硫酸塩及びアルキルエーテル硫酸塩から選択される1種以上がより好ましく、α-オレフィンスルホン酸塩及びポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル硫酸塩から選択される1種以上が更に好ましく、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル硫酸塩を含むことがより更に好ましい。
N-アシルアミノ酸塩としては、上述の観点から、N-アシルアミノ酸塩のアシル基は、炭素数8~14の脂肪酸残基であることが好ましく、N-アシルアミノ酸塩のアミノ酸部分は、グリシン及びアラニンから選ばれる中性アミノ酸、グルタミン酸及びアスパラギン酸から選ばれる酸性アミノ酸が好ましく、酸性アミノ酸がより好ましく、グルタミン酸が更に好ましい。具体的にはN-ラウロイルグルタミン酸塩、N-ミリストイルグルタミン酸塩、N-ココイルグルタミン酸塩及びN-ラウロイルアスパラギン酸塩から選ばれる1種以上が好ましく、N-ラウロイルグルタミン酸塩、N-ミリストイルグルタミン酸塩及びN-ココイルグルタミン酸塩から選ばれる1種以上がより好ましく、N-ココイルグルタミン酸塩を含むことが更に好ましい。
アルキルエーテルカルボン酸塩としては、上述の観点から、アルキル基の炭素数が8~14のアルキルエーテルカルボン酸塩が好ましく、アルキル基の炭素数が8~14であり、エチレンオキサイド基の平均付加モル数が1~5であるアルキルエーテルカルボン酸塩がより好ましい。
α-オレフィンスルホン酸塩としては、上述の観点から、α-オレフィンの炭素数が10~18のアルキル基のものが好ましく、炭素数12~16のものがより好ましく、炭素数14のテトラデセンスルホン酸塩が更に好ましい。
ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル硫酸塩及びアルキルエーテル硫酸塩としては、上述の観点から、アルキル基の炭素数が8~14のポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル硫酸塩及びアルキルエーテル硫酸塩が好ましく、特にアルキル基の炭素数が8~14であり、エチレンオキサイド基の平均付加モル数が1~5であるポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル硫酸塩が好ましい。
これらのアニオン性界面活性剤のアニオン性基の対イオンとしては、ナトリウムイオン、カリウムイオン等のアルカリ金属イオン;カルシウムイオン、マグネシウムイオン等のアルカリ土類金属イオン;アンモニウムイオン;炭素数2又は3のアルカノール基を1~3個有するアルカノールアンモニウム(例えばモノエタノールアンモニウム、ジエタノールアンモニウム、トリエタノールアンモニウム、トリイソプロパノールアンモニウム等)が挙げられる。
両性界面活性剤としては、洗髪後の濡れた毛束を螺旋状になりやすくし、カールのまとまり、均一性を向上させる観点から、カルボベタイン及びスルホベタインから選ばれる1種以上が好ましく、より具体的には脂肪酸アミドアルキルベタイン及びアルキルヒドロキシスルホベタインから選ばれる1種以上が好ましく、脂肪酸基の炭素数が8~14の脂肪酸アミドプロピルベタイン及びアルキル基の炭素数が8~14のアルキルヒドロキシスルホベタインから選ばれる1種以上がより好ましく、ラウリン酸アミドプロピルベタイン及びラウリルヒドロキシスルタインから選択される1種以上が更に好ましい。
毛髪洗浄剤組成物中における成分(b)の含有量は、洗髪後の濡れた毛束を螺旋状になりやすくし、カールのまとまり、均一性を向上させる観点から、5質量%以上であって、好ましくは8質量%以上、より好ましくは12質量%以上であり、また、好ましくは30質量%以下、より好ましくは25質量%以下、更に好ましくは20質量%以下である。
〔成分(c):有機酸又はその塩〕
成分(c)の有機酸としては、洗髪後の濡れた毛束を螺旋状になりやすくし、カールのまとまり、均一性を向上させる観点から、有炭素数8以下の有機酸が好ましく、炭素数8以下のジカルボン酸、トリカルボン酸、ヒドロキシカルボン酸、アルデヒド基を有するカルボン酸がより好ましく、ヒドロキシカルボン酸が更に好ましい。具体的には、ジカルボン酸としては、マロン酸、コハク酸、グルタル酸、アジピン酸、マレイン酸、フマル酸、フタル酸、シュウ酸、リンゴ酸、酒石酸等が、トリカルボン酸としてはクエン酸等が、ヒドロキシカルボン酸としては、グリコール酸、乳酸、ヒドロキシアクリル酸、オキシ酪酸、グリセリン酸、リンゴ酸、酒石酸、クエン酸等が、アルデヒド基を有するカルボン酸としてはグリオキシル酸が挙げられる。なかでも、グリコール酸、乳酸、リンゴ酸、酒石酸及びクエン酸から選択される1種以上のヒドロキシカルボン酸が好ましく、乳酸、リンゴ酸及び酒石酸から選択される1種以上のヒドロキシカルボン酸がより好ましく、乳酸及びリンゴ酸から選択される1種以上のヒドロキシカルボン酸が更に好ましい。またこれら有機酸の塩としては、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、アンモニア、有機化合物との塩が挙げられる。これら有機酸又はその塩は、単独で又は2種以上を組み合わせて使用することができる。
成分(c)の有機酸としては、洗髪後の濡れた毛束を螺旋状になりやすくし、カールのまとまり、均一性を向上させる観点から、有炭素数8以下の有機酸が好ましく、炭素数8以下のジカルボン酸、トリカルボン酸、ヒドロキシカルボン酸、アルデヒド基を有するカルボン酸がより好ましく、ヒドロキシカルボン酸が更に好ましい。具体的には、ジカルボン酸としては、マロン酸、コハク酸、グルタル酸、アジピン酸、マレイン酸、フマル酸、フタル酸、シュウ酸、リンゴ酸、酒石酸等が、トリカルボン酸としてはクエン酸等が、ヒドロキシカルボン酸としては、グリコール酸、乳酸、ヒドロキシアクリル酸、オキシ酪酸、グリセリン酸、リンゴ酸、酒石酸、クエン酸等が、アルデヒド基を有するカルボン酸としてはグリオキシル酸が挙げられる。なかでも、グリコール酸、乳酸、リンゴ酸、酒石酸及びクエン酸から選択される1種以上のヒドロキシカルボン酸が好ましく、乳酸、リンゴ酸及び酒石酸から選択される1種以上のヒドロキシカルボン酸がより好ましく、乳酸及びリンゴ酸から選択される1種以上のヒドロキシカルボン酸が更に好ましい。またこれら有機酸の塩としては、アルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、アンモニア、有機化合物との塩が挙げられる。これら有機酸又はその塩は、単独で又は2種以上を組み合わせて使用することができる。
毛髪洗浄剤組成物中における成分(c)の含有量は、成分(a)の毛髪への残留性向上、洗髪後の濡れた毛束を螺旋状になりやすくする観点から、好ましくは0.1質量%以上、より好ましくは0.2質量%以上、更に好ましくは0.5質量%以上であり、また、すすぎ時のきしみを抑制し、洗髪後の濡れた毛束を螺旋状になりやすくする観点から、好ましくは5質量%以下、より好ましくは2質量%以下、更に好ましくは1質量%以下である。
本発明の毛髪洗浄剤組成物中における成分(c)に対する成分(a)の質量比(a)/(c)は、洗髪後の濡れた毛束を螺旋状になりやすくし、カールのまとまり、均一性を向上させる観点から、好ましくは0.5以上、より好ましくは1.0以上、更に好ましくは3以上、より更に好ましくは5以上であり、また、好ましくは100以下、より好ましくは50以下、更に好ましくは30以下、より更に好ましくは25以下である。
〔成分(d):非イオン性界面活性剤〕
本発明の毛髪洗浄剤組成物には、更に、成分(d)として非イオン性界面活性剤を含有することが好ましい。非イオン性界面活性剤としては、アルキルグルコシド、ソルビタン脂肪酸エステル、グリセリン脂肪酸エステル、ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステル、プロピレングリコール脂肪酸エステル、ポリエチレングリコール脂肪酸エステル、ショ糖脂肪酸エステル、ポリオキシエチレン脂肪酸エステル、ポリオキシエチレンソルビタン脂肪酸エステル、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル、ポリオキシプロピレンアルキルエーテル、アルキルグリセリルエーテル、ポリオキシエチレンソルビトール脂肪酸エステル、ポリオキシエチレングリセリン脂肪酸エステル、ポリオキシエチレンプロピレングリコール脂肪酸エステル、ポリオキシエチレンヒマシ油、ポリオキシエチレン硬化ヒマシ油、ポリオキシエチレン硬化ヒマシ油脂肪酸エステル、ポリオキシエチレンフィトスタノールエーテル、ポリオキシエチレンフィトステロースエーテル、ポリオキシエチレンコレスタノールエーテル、ポリオキシエチレンコレステリルエーテル、ポリオキシアルキレン変性オルガノポリシロキサン、ポリオキシアルキレン・アルキル共変性オルガノポリシロキサン等が挙げられる。なかでも、洗髪後の濡れた毛束を螺旋状になりやすくする観点から、アルキルグルコシド、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル、ポリオキシプロピレンアルキルエーテル及びアルキルグリセリルエーテルから選択される1種以上が好ましく、アルキルグルコシド、ポリオキシプロピレンアルキルエーテル及びアルキルグリセリルエーテルから選択される1種以上がより好ましく、アルキルグルコシドが更に好ましい。成分(d)は、単独で又は2種以上を組合せて使用することができる。
本発明の毛髪洗浄剤組成物には、更に、成分(d)として非イオン性界面活性剤を含有することが好ましい。非イオン性界面活性剤としては、アルキルグルコシド、ソルビタン脂肪酸エステル、グリセリン脂肪酸エステル、ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステル、プロピレングリコール脂肪酸エステル、ポリエチレングリコール脂肪酸エステル、ショ糖脂肪酸エステル、ポリオキシエチレン脂肪酸エステル、ポリオキシエチレンソルビタン脂肪酸エステル、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル、ポリオキシプロピレンアルキルエーテル、アルキルグリセリルエーテル、ポリオキシエチレンソルビトール脂肪酸エステル、ポリオキシエチレングリセリン脂肪酸エステル、ポリオキシエチレンプロピレングリコール脂肪酸エステル、ポリオキシエチレンヒマシ油、ポリオキシエチレン硬化ヒマシ油、ポリオキシエチレン硬化ヒマシ油脂肪酸エステル、ポリオキシエチレンフィトスタノールエーテル、ポリオキシエチレンフィトステロースエーテル、ポリオキシエチレンコレスタノールエーテル、ポリオキシエチレンコレステリルエーテル、ポリオキシアルキレン変性オルガノポリシロキサン、ポリオキシアルキレン・アルキル共変性オルガノポリシロキサン等が挙げられる。なかでも、洗髪後の濡れた毛束を螺旋状になりやすくする観点から、アルキルグルコシド、ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテル、ポリオキシプロピレンアルキルエーテル及びアルキルグリセリルエーテルから選択される1種以上が好ましく、アルキルグルコシド、ポリオキシプロピレンアルキルエーテル及びアルキルグリセリルエーテルから選択される1種以上がより好ましく、アルキルグルコシドが更に好ましい。成分(d)は、単独で又は2種以上を組合せて使用することができる。
アルキルグルコシドとしては、上記の観点から、好ましくは炭素数8以上22以下、より好ましくは炭素数8以上18以下、更に好ましくは炭素数8以上12以下のアルキル基を有するアルキルグルコシドである。その具体例として花王(株)製の「マイドール10」(デシルグルコシド)、「AG-124」(ラウリルグルコシド)等が挙げられる。
ポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテルとしては、上記の観点から、好ましくは炭素数8以上22以下、より好ましくは炭素数8以上18以下、更に好ましくは炭素数8以上12以下のアルキル基を有するポリオキシエチレンアルキルエーテルである。その具体例としては、花王(株)製の「エマルゲン103」(ラウレス-3)、「エマルゲン116」(ラウレス-16)、「エマルゲン306P」(ステアレス-6)等が挙げられる。
ポリオキシプロピレンアルキルエーテルとしては、上記の観点から、好ましくは炭素数8以上22以下、より好ましくは炭素数8以上18以下、更に好ましくは炭素数8以上12以下のアルキル基を有する、ポリオキシプロピレンアルキルエーテルである。その具体例としては、花王社製の「カオーソフケアGP-1」(PPG-3カプリリルエーテル)等が挙げられる。
アルキルグリセリルエーテルとしては、上記の観点から、好ましくは炭素数8以上22以下、より好ましくは炭素数8以上18以下、更に好ましくは炭素数8以上12以下のアルキル基を有するアルキルグリセリルエーテルが挙げられ、その具体例として花王社製の「ペネトールGE-ID」(イソデシルグリセリルエーテル)等が挙げられる。
毛髪洗浄剤組成物中における成分(d)の含有量は、成分(a)の毛髪への残留性を向上し、洗髪後の濡れた毛束を螺旋状になりやすくする観点から、好ましくは0.1質量%以上、より好ましくは0.5質量%以上、更に好ましくは1質量%以上であり、また、自然な使用感、保存安定性を向上し、洗髪後の濡れた毛束を螺旋状になりやすくする観点から、好ましくは10質量%以下、より好ましくは8質量%以下、更に好ましくは5質量%以下である。
〔成分(e):カチオン性ポリマー〕
本発明の毛髪洗浄剤組成物には、洗髪中及びすすぎ時の滑らかな感触の付与のため、更に成分(e)としてカチオン性ポリマーを含有することが好ましい。カチオンポリマーの具体例としては、カチオン化セルロース、カチオン性澱粉、カチオン化グアーガム、ジアリル四級アンモニウム塩/アクリルアミド共重合物、ビニルイミダゾリウムトリクロライド/ビニルピロリドン共重合体、ヒドロキシエチルセルロース/ジメチルジアリルアンモニウムクロライド共重合体、ビニルピロリドン/四級化ジメチルアミノエチルメタクリレート共重合体、ポリビニルピロリドン/アルキルアミノアクリレート共重合体、ポリビニルピロリドン/アルキルアミノアクリレート/ビニルカプロラクタム共重合体、ビニルピロリドン/メタクリルアミドプロピル塩化トリメチルアンモニウム共重合体、アルキルアクリルアミド/アクリレート/アルキルアミノアルキルアクリルアミド/ポリエチレングリコールメタクリレート共重合体、アジピン酸/ジメチルアミノヒドロキシプロピルエチレントリアミン共重合体(米国サンドス社,カルタレチン)、特開平11-71435号公報、特開昭53-139734号公報、特開昭60-36407号公報に記載されているカチオン性ポリマー等が挙げられる。
本発明の毛髪洗浄剤組成物には、洗髪中及びすすぎ時の滑らかな感触の付与のため、更に成分(e)としてカチオン性ポリマーを含有することが好ましい。カチオンポリマーの具体例としては、カチオン化セルロース、カチオン性澱粉、カチオン化グアーガム、ジアリル四級アンモニウム塩/アクリルアミド共重合物、ビニルイミダゾリウムトリクロライド/ビニルピロリドン共重合体、ヒドロキシエチルセルロース/ジメチルジアリルアンモニウムクロライド共重合体、ビニルピロリドン/四級化ジメチルアミノエチルメタクリレート共重合体、ポリビニルピロリドン/アルキルアミノアクリレート共重合体、ポリビニルピロリドン/アルキルアミノアクリレート/ビニルカプロラクタム共重合体、ビニルピロリドン/メタクリルアミドプロピル塩化トリメチルアンモニウム共重合体、アルキルアクリルアミド/アクリレート/アルキルアミノアルキルアクリルアミド/ポリエチレングリコールメタクリレート共重合体、アジピン酸/ジメチルアミノヒドロキシプロピルエチレントリアミン共重合体(米国サンドス社,カルタレチン)、特開平11-71435号公報、特開昭53-139734号公報、特開昭60-36407号公報に記載されているカチオン性ポリマー等が挙げられる。

これらのうち、洗髪後の濡れた毛束を螺旋状になりやすくし、カールのまとまり、均一性を向上させる観点から、カチオン化セルロース、カチオン化澱粉、カチオン化グアーガム、カチオン化タラガム、カチオン化フェヌグリークガム、カチオン化ローカストビーンガム等のカチオン化多糖が好ましく、カチオン化セルロース及びカチオン化グアーガムから選択される1種以上がより好ましく、カチオン化セルロースが更に好ましい。カチオン化セルロースのカチオン置換度は、0.01~1が好ましく、分子量は、100000~8000000が好ましい。
成分(e)は、単独で又は2種以上を組み合わせて使用することができ、毛髪洗浄剤組成物中における含有量は、洗髪後の濡れた毛束を螺旋状になりやすくし、カールのまとまり、均一性を向上させる観点から、好ましくは0.01質量%以上、より好ましくは0.1質量%以上、更に好ましくは0.2質量%以上であり、また、好ましくは5質量%以下、より好ましくは3質量%以下、更に好ましくは1質量%以下である。
〔その他の任意成分〕
本発明の毛髪洗浄剤組成物には、更に、毛髪洗浄剤に一般に使用されるその他の成分を、目的に応じて配合することができる。例えば、パルミチン酸イソプロピル、ミリスチン酸イソプロピル、ミリスチン酸オクチルドデシル、ラウリン酸ヘキシル、乳酸セチル、モノステアリン酸プロピレングリコール、オレイン酸オレイル、2-エチルヘキサン酸ヘキサデシル、イソノナン酸イソノニル、イソノナン酸トリデシル等のエステル油;ミツロウ、鯨ロウ、ラノリン、カルナウバロウ等のロウ類;ベンジルアルコール、フェノキシエタノール、2-ベンジルオキシエタノール、グリセリン等の溶剤;ジメチルポリシロキサン、アミノ変性シリコーン等のシリコーン類;ジンクピリチオン、塩化ベンザルコニウム等の抗フケ剤;ビタミン剤;殺菌剤;抗炎症剤;防腐剤;キレート剤;パンテノール等の保湿剤;染料、顔料等の着色剤;ユーカリの極性溶媒抽出物、真珠層を有する貝殻又は真珠から得られる蛋白質又はその加水分解物、シルクから得られる蛋白質又はその加水分解物、マメ科植物の種子から得られる蛋白含有抽出物、オタネニンジン抽出物、米胚芽抽出物、ヒバマタ抽出物、ツバキ抽出物、アロエ抽出物、月桃葉抽出物、クロレラ抽出物等のエキス類;雲母チタン等のパール粉体;香料;色素;紫外線吸収剤;酸化防止剤;その他エンサイクロペディア・オブ・シャンプー・イングリーディエンツ(ENCYCLOPEDIA OF SHAMPOO INGREDIENTS (MICELLE PRESS))に記載されている成分等が挙げられる。
本発明の毛髪洗浄剤組成物には、更に、毛髪洗浄剤に一般に使用されるその他の成分を、目的に応じて配合することができる。例えば、パルミチン酸イソプロピル、ミリスチン酸イソプロピル、ミリスチン酸オクチルドデシル、ラウリン酸ヘキシル、乳酸セチル、モノステアリン酸プロピレングリコール、オレイン酸オレイル、2-エチルヘキサン酸ヘキサデシル、イソノナン酸イソノニル、イソノナン酸トリデシル等のエステル油;ミツロウ、鯨ロウ、ラノリン、カルナウバロウ等のロウ類;ベンジルアルコール、フェノキシエタノール、2-ベンジルオキシエタノール、グリセリン等の溶剤;ジメチルポリシロキサン、アミノ変性シリコーン等のシリコーン類;ジンクピリチオン、塩化ベンザルコニウム等の抗フケ剤;ビタミン剤;殺菌剤;抗炎症剤;防腐剤;キレート剤;パンテノール等の保湿剤;染料、顔料等の着色剤;ユーカリの極性溶媒抽出物、真珠層を有する貝殻又は真珠から得られる蛋白質又はその加水分解物、シルクから得られる蛋白質又はその加水分解物、マメ科植物の種子から得られる蛋白含有抽出物、オタネニンジン抽出物、米胚芽抽出物、ヒバマタ抽出物、ツバキ抽出物、アロエ抽出物、月桃葉抽出物、クロレラ抽出物等のエキス類;雲母チタン等のパール粉体;香料;色素;紫外線吸収剤;酸化防止剤;その他エンサイクロペディア・オブ・シャンプー・イングリーディエンツ(ENCYCLOPEDIA OF SHAMPOO INGREDIENTS (MICELLE PRESS))に記載されている成分等が挙げられる。
本発明の毛髪洗浄剤組成物は、水を媒体とするが、更に、水以外の媒体として、エタノール、1,3-ブチレングリコール等の低級アルコールを併用することもできる。
本発明の毛髪洗浄剤組成物には、洗髪中及びすすぎ時の滑らかな感触の付与、又は毛髪のセット性の向上の観点から、更にアニオン性又は両性の皮膜形成ポリマーを含有させることができる。しかし、アニオン性又は両性の皮膜形成ポリマーは、反転のない螺旋形状の形成を低下させたり、カールの再現性を低下させたりする恐れがあるため、その含有量は、毛髪洗浄剤組成物中、好ましくは5質量%以下、より好ましくは1質量%以下、更に好ましくは0.5質量%以下、より更に好ましくは0.1質量%以下であり、より更に好ましくはアニオン性又は両性の皮膜形成ポリマーを実質的に含まない。
なお、本発明において実質的に含まないとは、組成物中における含有量が0.01質量%未満、好ましくは0質量%であることをいう。
また、本発明において皮膜形成ポリマーとは、乾燥するとケラチン物質上で皮膜を形成することができるポリマーを意味する。
なお、本発明において実質的に含まないとは、組成物中における含有量が0.01質量%未満、好ましくは0質量%であることをいう。
また、本発明において皮膜形成ポリマーとは、乾燥するとケラチン物質上で皮膜を形成することができるポリマーを意味する。
以下に皮膜形成ポリマーを例示する。
<アニオン性の皮膜形成ポリマー>
・クロトン酸、マレイン酸、マレイン酸モノエステル、イタコン酸のいずれかを構成単位として含むアニオン性の皮膜形成性ポリマー:
クロトン酸、マレイン酸、マレイン酸モノエステル、イタコン酸のいずれかを構成単位として含んでいれば特に限定されないが、ビニルエーテル類、ビニルエステル類、ビニルアルコール類の1種以上と共重合されているものが挙げられる。具体的には、メチルビニルエーテル/マレイン酸アルキルコポリマー(ISP社製のガントレッツES-225,同ES-425,同SP-215等)、酢酸ビニル/クロトン酸コポリマー(ナショナル・スターチ社製のレジン28-1310等)、酢酸ビニル/クロトン酸/ネオデカン酸ビニルコポリマー(ナショナル・スターチ社製のレジン28-2930等)、酢酸ビニル/クロトン酸/プロピオン酸ビニルコポリマー(BASF社製のルビセットCAP等)、ビニルアルコール/イタコン酸コポリマー(クラレ社製のKM-118等)等が挙げられる。
<アニオン性の皮膜形成ポリマー>
・クロトン酸、マレイン酸、マレイン酸モノエステル、イタコン酸のいずれかを構成単位として含むアニオン性の皮膜形成性ポリマー:
クロトン酸、マレイン酸、マレイン酸モノエステル、イタコン酸のいずれかを構成単位として含んでいれば特に限定されないが、ビニルエーテル類、ビニルエステル類、ビニルアルコール類の1種以上と共重合されているものが挙げられる。具体的には、メチルビニルエーテル/マレイン酸アルキルコポリマー(ISP社製のガントレッツES-225,同ES-425,同SP-215等)、酢酸ビニル/クロトン酸コポリマー(ナショナル・スターチ社製のレジン28-1310等)、酢酸ビニル/クロトン酸/ネオデカン酸ビニルコポリマー(ナショナル・スターチ社製のレジン28-2930等)、酢酸ビニル/クロトン酸/プロピオン酸ビニルコポリマー(BASF社製のルビセットCAP等)、ビニルアルコール/イタコン酸コポリマー(クラレ社製のKM-118等)等が挙げられる。
・(メタ)アクリル酸を構成単位として含むアニオン性の皮膜形成ポリマー:
(メタ)アクリル酸を構成単位として含むビニルポリマーが挙げられる。具体的には、アクリル酸/エチルアクリレート/N-t-ブチルアクリルアミドコポリマー(BASF社製のウルトラホールド8,ウルトラホールド・ストロング等)、オクチルアクリルアミド/アクリル酸コポリマー(ナショナル・スターチ社製のアンフォーマーV-42等)、アクリレート/メタクリレート/アクリル酸/メタクリル酸コポリマー(ユニオンカーバイド社製のアマホールドDR25等)、アクリレーツ/ジアセトンアクリルアミドコポリマー(互応化学工業社製のプラスサイズL9540B(当該ポリマーの2-アミノ-2-メチル-1-プロピルアルコール中和物)等)、アクリレーツ/C1-18アルキルアクリレーツ/C1-8アルキルアクリルアミドコポリマー(互応化学工業社製のプラスサイズL9909B(当該ポリマーの2-アミノ-2-メチル-1-プロピルアルコール中和物)等)が挙げられる。

・カルボキシ基、硫酸基のいずれかを有する天然のアニオン性の皮膜形成ポリマー:
カルボキシ基、硫酸基のいずれかを有する天然多糖類であれば特に限定されないが、カラギーナン(三菱レーヨン社製ソアギーナLX22,同ML210等)、キサンタンガム(大日本製薬社製エコーガムT等)等が挙げられる。

特に限定されないが、水分散性ポリエステル(イーストマン・コダック社製AQ38S,AQ55S等)等が挙げられる。

<両性の皮膜形成ポリマー>
特に限定されないが、ビニルポリマーが挙げられる。ここで両性ポリマーとは、アニオン性モノマー1種以上とカチオン性モノマー1種以上とを構成単位として含む共重合体と、モノマー構造の中にアニオン部分とカチオン部分との両方を有するいわゆるベタインモノマーの一種以上を構成単位として含む共重合体の双方を含有する。
具体的には、ジメチルジアリルアンモニウム/アクリルアミド/アクリル酸コポリマー(カルゴン社製のマーコート3331等)、N-メタクリロイルオキシエチル-N,N-ジメチルアンモニウム-α-N-メチルカルボキシベタイン/メタクリル酸アルキルエステルコポリマー(三菱化学社製のユカフォーマーM-75,同SM等);オクチルアクリルアミド/アクリレート/ブチルアミノエチルメタクリレートコポリマー(ナショナル・スターチ社製のアンフォマー28-4910等)等が挙げられる。
特に限定されないが、ビニルポリマーが挙げられる。ここで両性ポリマーとは、アニオン性モノマー1種以上とカチオン性モノマー1種以上とを構成単位として含む共重合体と、モノマー構造の中にアニオン部分とカチオン部分との両方を有するいわゆるベタインモノマーの一種以上を構成単位として含む共重合体の双方を含有する。
具体的には、ジメチルジアリルアンモニウム/アクリルアミド/アクリル酸コポリマー(カルゴン社製のマーコート3331等)、N-メタクリロイルオキシエチル-N,N-ジメチルアンモニウム-α-N-メチルカルボキシベタイン/メタクリル酸アルキルエステルコポリマー(三菱化学社製のユカフォーマーM-75,同SM等);オクチルアクリルアミド/アクリレート/ブチルアミノエチルメタクリレートコポリマー(ナショナル・スターチ社製のアンフォマー28-4910等)等が挙げられる。
本発明の毛髪洗浄剤組成物には、更に還元作用のある化合物を含有することができる。しかし、還元作用のある化合物のうち、チオール基又はアルデヒド基を有する化合物、亜硫酸塩類、スルフィン酸類は、毛髪のダメージを加速させることに加え、反転のない螺旋形状の形成を低下させたり、カールの再現性を低下させたりする恐れがあるため、実質的に含まないことが好ましい。また、アスコルビル基を有する還元作用のある化合物も、含有量によっては上記の恐れがあるため、その含有量は、毛髪洗浄剤組成物中、好ましくは1質量%未満、より好ましくは0.5質量%未満、更に好ましくは0.1質量%未満、より更に好ましくは0.05質量%未満である。
チオール基を有する還元作用のある化合物としては、具体的には、チオグリコール酸、チオ乳酸、システイン、システアミン、ホモシステイン、グルタチオン、チオグリセロール、チオリンゴ酸、2-メルカプトプロピオン酸、3-メルカプトプロピオン酸、チオジグリコール、2-メルカプトエタノール、ジチオトレイトール、N-アセチルシステイン、チオグリコール酸又はチオ乳酸のエステル及びアミド等を挙げることができる。
アルデヒド基を有する還元作用のある化合物としては、具体的には、ホルムアルデヒド、1,3,5-トリオキサン、パラホルムアルデヒド、ホルマリン等が挙げられる。同様に、メチレングリコールは、ホルムアルデヒド水溶液中において平衡状態で存在する化合物であり、実質的にはホルマリンと同義であるため、この定義に含むものとする。
亜硫酸塩類としては、亜硫酸アンモニウム、亜硫酸水素アンモニウム、亜硫酸ナトリウム、亜硫酸水素ナトリウム、亜硫酸カリウム、亜硫酸水素カリウム等が挙げられる。
スルフィン酸類としては、スルフィン酸塩、ベンゼンスルフィン酸塩等が挙げられる。
アスコルビル基を有する還元作用のある化合物としては、アスコルビン酸、エリソルビン酸、これらの塩又はエステルなどが挙げられる。具体例としては、アスコルビン酸、アスコルビン酸ナトリウム、アスコルビン酸カリウム、アスコルビン酸カルシウム、アスコルビン酸アンモニウム、アスコルビン酸モノエタノールアミン、アスコルビン酸ジエタノールアミン、エリソルビン酸、エリソルビン酸ナトリウム、アスコルビン酸硫酸エステル二ナトリウム、アスコルビン酸リン酸エステルマグネシウム、パルミチン酸アスコルビル、ステアリン酸アスコルビル、ジパルミチン酸アスコルビル、テトラ2-ヘキシルデカン酸アスコルビル、ミリスチン酸アスコルビル、ラウリン酸アスコルビル、酢酸アスコルビル、プロピオン酸アスコルビル、酒石酸アスコルビル、クエン酸アスコルビル、コハク酸アスコルビル、安息香酸アスコルビル、(アスコルビル/トコフェリル)リン酸カリウム、アスコルビルエチル、アスコルビン酸アラントイン、アスコルビン酸キトサン、アスコルビン酸メチルシラノール、テトラデシルヘキシルアスコルビル、アミノプロピルアスコルビルフォスフェート、アスコルビン酸ポリペプタイド、アスコルビルグルコシド、アスコルビルメチルシラノールペクチネート等が挙げられる。
〔pH〕
本発明の毛髪洗浄剤組成物のpHは、製剤の保存安定性の観点から、好ましくは3以上、より好ましくは3.5以上、更に好ましくは4以上、より更に好ましくは5以上であり、また毛髪や頭皮へのダメージを低減する観点から、好ましくは8以下、より好ましくは7.5以下、更に好ましくは7以下、より更に好ましくは6以下である。なお、本発明において、毛髪洗浄剤組成物のpHは、水で20質量倍希釈したときの25℃における値をいい、具体的には、実施例に記載の方法により測定される値を意味する。
本発明の毛髪洗浄剤組成物のpHは、製剤の保存安定性の観点から、好ましくは3以上、より好ましくは3.5以上、更に好ましくは4以上、より更に好ましくは5以上であり、また毛髪や頭皮へのダメージを低減する観点から、好ましくは8以下、より好ましくは7.5以下、更に好ましくは7以下、より更に好ましくは6以下である。なお、本発明において、毛髪洗浄剤組成物のpHは、水で20質量倍希釈したときの25℃における値をいい、具体的には、実施例に記載の方法により測定される値を意味する。
本発明の毛髪洗浄剤組成物の剤型は、液状、乳液状、クリーム状、泡状等いずれの形態をとることもできる。
〔毛髪洗浄剤組成物の使用方法〕
本発明の毛髪洗浄剤組成物は、ウェーブカールを有する毛髪、好ましくは水でよく湿らせたウェーブカールを有する毛髪に塗布し、毛髪全体になじませ、よく泡立てた後、洗い流して使用される。その後、任意でタオルドライなどの乾燥を行い、毛髪に対する水の質量比(水/毛髪)が0.05以上1以下である湿潤状態の毛髪に対して、スクランチ操作を行うことが好ましい。ここで、本発明において、スクランチ操作は、以下の1)~3)から選ばれる1以上の操作であることが好ましく、洗髪後の濡れた毛束を螺旋状になりやすくし、カールのまとまり、均一性を向上させる観点からは、1)及び3)から選ばれる1種以上の操作を行うことが好ましく、3)の操作を行うことがより好ましい。スクランチ操作の際、毛束は、手のひらに広げたタオルの上に載せてもよい。
1)毛髪を握る又は揉む
2)毛髪をツイストする
3)毛髪を手のひらに載せ握り上げるように持ち上げては離す

スクランチ操作を行う際の毛髪の湿潤状態としては、洗髪後の濡れた毛束を螺旋状になりやすくし、カールのまとまり、均一性を向上させる観点から、毛髪に対する水の質量比(水/毛髪)が0.05以上1以下であって、好ましくは0.1以上、より好ましくは0.2以上、更に好ましくは0.3以上、より更に好ましくは0.5以上であり、また、好ましくは0.9以下、より好ましくは0.8以下である。
スクランチ操作の繰り返し回数は、洗髪後の濡れた毛束を螺旋状になりやすくし、カールのまとまり、均一性を向上させる観点から、一掴みの毛束に対して、好ましくは1回以上、より好ましくは3回以上、更に好ましくは5回以上であり、労力の軽減の観点から、好ましくは50回以下、より好ましくは30回以下、更に好ましくは20回以下である。
スクランチ処理後の毛髪に対しては、任意で乾燥工程、整髪剤等によるスタイリング工程を行ってもよい。
本発明の毛髪洗浄剤組成物を用いて上記のように洗髪し、その後スクランチ操作を行うことによって、洗髪後の濡れた毛束を螺旋状になりやすくすることができ、カールの揃った、立体的でまとまりのある美しいウェーブカールを形成することができる。
本発明において、洗髪後の濡れた毛束の螺旋構造は、次式で表される螺旋率によって評価することができる。
螺旋率(%)=(順転箇所数/全カール箇所数)×100
(「順転箇所数」は折りたたむように毛先から毛束を置き、トレスの根元側からカールの向きを観察したとき、あるカールが、カールの半周前と同じ方向にカールしている箇所の数である)

実施例1~18、比較例1~6
表3~5に示すシャンプーを調製し、以下の評価を行った。また、毛髪処理に使用したプレーンシャンプー及びコンディショナーは以下のものを利用した。

(評価用トレス)
コーカシアンのカーリー毛(Kerling International Haarrfabrik社から購入、伸ばした際の長さ28cm、根元から毛先にかけてカールが4~5個あるものをピックアップ)0.25gを1束のトレスとし、以下の処理を行った。

毛束に前記プレーンシャンプーを塗布(トレス0.25gに対し、0.1g塗布;浴比1:0.4)し、1分間泡立てて洗浄し、その後流水によるすすぎを30秒行った。すすぎ後、毛髪から余分な水分を取り除いた後、前記コンディショナーを塗布(トレス0.25gに対し、0.1g塗布;浴比1:0.4)し、1分なじませた後、流水によるすすぎを30秒行った。

毛髪処理後のカーリー毛のトレスに対し、以下の評価を行った。

・螺旋率(%)
すすぎ終わった毛束を10秒そのまま動かさずに自然排水し、タオルの上で10回スクランチ処理を行った。
図1に例を示すように、折りたたむように毛先から毛束を置き、カールの半周ごとにカールカウントし、トレスの根元側からカールの向きを観察したとき、あるカールが、カールの半周前と同じ方向にカールしている箇所(順転箇所)を美しいカールが作られたものとする。順転箇所が多いほどカールが揃っていることを示す。次式に従い、トレスのカール箇所の合計数に対する順転箇所の合計数の比率を螺旋率とする。なお、評価においてはトレス5束の螺旋率の平均値を採用した。

(「順転箇所数」は折りたたむように毛先から毛束を置き、トレスの根元側からカールの向きを観察したとき、あるカールが、カールの半周前と同じ方向にカールしている箇所の数である)
例えば、図1左側の例では、カールの半周ごとにカウントして4つ全てのカールが順転箇所であるから、螺旋率は(4/4)×100=100%であり、図1右側の例では、4つのカールのうち順転箇所は3つ、反転箇所が1つであるから、螺旋率は(3/4)×100=75%である。螺旋率が大きいものほど均一であると評価する。

すすぎ後、タオルドライを行い、デフューザーを用いて3分間乾燥させた。乾燥後の毛束の一端を固定して吊るし、正面から写真を撮影した。当該毛束の写真より束のまとまりを5段階で専門評価者1名が判断した。
束幅が広いもの(ばらけているもの)として比較例1のスコアを5とし、束幅が狭いもの(まとまっているもの)として実施例1のスコアを1とし、スコア1とスコア5の束幅の差を5等分して、各スコアとして評価を行った。
すすぎ後、タオルドライを行い、デフューザーを用いて3分間乾燥させた。乾燥後の毛束の一端を固定して吊るし、正面から写真を撮影した。当該毛束の写真より束のまとまりを5段階で専門評価者1名が判断した。
束幅が広いもの(ばらけているもの)として比較例1のスコアを5とし、束幅が狭いもの(まとまっているもの)として実施例1のスコアを1とし、スコア1とスコア5の束幅の差を5等分して、各スコアとして評価を行った。
・カールの均一さ
すすぎ後、タオルドライを行い、デフューザーを用いて3分間乾燥させた。乾燥後の毛束の一端を固定して吊るし、正面から写真を撮影した。当該毛束の写真より束のカール半径を計測し、その標準偏差を以下の式から算出した。
なお、標準偏差が小さいものほどカールが均一であると評価する。

・pHの測定
各実施例及び比較例に記載のシャンプーについて、水で20質量倍希釈し、よく攪拌した後、pHメーター(東亜ディーケーケー社製、HM-30R)を用いて25℃にて測定した。

表3~5より、本実施例の毛髪洗浄剤組成物は、洗髪後の濡れた毛髪がより螺旋状になりやすくなり、カールが均一に揃った、立体的でまとまりのある美しいウェーブカールを形成することができることが分かる。

Claims (7)
- 下記成分(a)、(b)及び(c)を含有する毛髪洗浄剤組成物。
(a) ポリアルキレングリコールエーテル及びアルキレングリコールから選ばれる1以上の化合物 0.1質量%以上18質量%以下
(b) カルボン酸型アニオン性界面活性剤、スルホン酸型アニオン性界面活性剤、エーテル硫酸塩型アニオン性界面活性剤、及び両性界面活性剤から選択される1種以上 5質量%以上
(c) 有機酸又はその塩 - 成分(a)の含有量が0.5質量%以上15質量%以下である、請求項1に記載の毛髪洗浄剤組成物。
- 成分(b)の含有量が8質量%以上30質量%以下である、請求項1又は2に記載の毛髪洗浄剤組成物。
- 成分(c)がヒドロキシカルボン酸である、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の毛髪洗浄剤組成物。
- 成分(b)が、カルボン酸型アニオン性界面活性剤、スルホン酸型アニオン性界面活性剤、及びエーテル硫酸塩型アニオン性界面活性剤から選択される1種以上のアニオン性界面活性剤、並びに両性界面活性剤の1種以上を含有する、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の毛髪洗浄剤組成物。
- さらに、成分(d)として非イオン性界面活性剤の1種以上を含有する、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の毛髪洗浄剤組成物。
- 成分(c)に対する成分(a)の質量比(a)/(c)が、0.5以上100以下である、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の毛髪洗浄剤組成物。
