本发明在具体实施时,参考图1和图6所示,其中图6为对竹筒27进行切割操作后的各构件的状态示意图,图1为刚开始进行切割操作的状态图,从图中可以看到,在刚进行切割时,将竹筒27的一端未有竹节的一端穿过限径筒11后直至插筒14***竹筒27内腔后,然后控制所述丝杆伸缩加固组件使得转轴10与竹筒27牢固进行连接,然后启动第一电机4和第二电机7即可,然后竹筒27在受到向前的力的时候,又进行饶轴转动,在经过切割刀22的切割作用时,利用不同切割刀的宽度的变化,可实现对竹筒27进行不同刀深的切割,以此可实现竹节清除和刮青,并且可使得经过切割构件处理后的竹筒的外径均匀 一致。
以上对本发明及其实施方式进行了描述,这种描述没有限制性,附图中所示的也只是本发明的实施方式之一,实际的结构并不局限于此。总而言之如果本领域的普通技术人员受其启示,在不脱离本发明创造宗旨的情况下,不经创造性的设计出与该技术方案相似的结构方式及实施例,均应属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (9)

  1. —种用于竹制品的加工***,其特征在于,其包括工作台1、位于工作台1下的支撑腿2,所述工作台1的从左端依次分别设有移动构件、竹筒固定构件、切割构件;
    所述切割构件固接在所述工作台1上,所述切割构件包括内有第一中空腔体的限径筒11,所述限径筒11上固接有切割筒12,所述限径筒11位于所述竹筒固定构件和切割筒12之间,所述切割筒12的第二中空腔体和第一腔体均为圆柱体,所述第二中空腔体的半径大于所述第一中空腔体的半径;
    所述切割筒12内壁设有切割刀22,所述切割刀22包括进端24和出端25,所述出端25固接在限径筒11上,所述进端24的宽度小于所述出端25的宽度,所述出端25的端面的底边与所述第一中空腔的边缘线外切;
    所述竹筒固定构件包括插筒14、丝杆伸缩加固组件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的—种用于竹制品的加工***,其特征在于,所述移动构件包括链条传动机构,所述链条传动机构包括支撑导板3、第一电机4、移动组件、主动辊、从动辊、2个链条6、2个第一齿轮5、2个第二齿轮7、2个第三齿轮26,所述移动组件骑跨设于所述支撑导板3上,所述第一电机4通过第三齿轮26和链条的啮合实现前后移动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的—种用于竹制品的加工***,其特征在于,所述插筒14为锥形筒体,所述插筒14的最大外径小于所述第一中空腔体的直径。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的—种用于竹制品的加工***,其特征在于,所述移动组件包括移动块9,所述移动块9的一端安装有第二电机8,所述第二电机8的转轴10穿过所述移动块9,所述插筒14固接在所述转轴10的另一端。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的—种用于竹制品的加工***,其特征在于,所述丝杆伸缩加固组件包括对称的位于所述插筒14两侧的弧形的夹板15、调节杆16、可转动的安装在所述移动块9上的丝杆17,所述夹板2的内凹面朝向所述插筒14,所述调节杆16的一端固接在夹板15上,其另一端通过调节筒21连接在所述丝杆17上,所述调节筒21套设在所述丝杆17上,所述调节筒21内设有与所述丝杆17上的螺纹相配合的内螺纹,2个所述调节筒21的内螺纹方向相反。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的—种用于竹制品的加工***,其特征在于,所述移动块9在位于所述转轴10的两侧设分别设有固定块19,所述丝杆17的两端可转动的套设在转筒18内,所述转筒18固接在所述固定块19上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的—种用于竹制品的加工***,其特征在于,其中1个转筒18上连接有用来控制丝杆17转动的调节手柄20。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的—种用于竹制品的加工***,其特征在于,所述工作台1上设有支撑导向块13,所述切割构件位于所述支撑导向块13与所述竹筒固定构件之间,所述支撑导向块13的具有贯穿其的弧形的内凹槽,所述支撑导向块13的顶面位于所述切割筒12的下方。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的—种用于竹制品的加工***,其特征在于,所述支撑导板3的截面为凸弧形,所述移动块9的底面为与所述支撑导板3的顶面相适应的弧形。
