- the present invention has the following advantages:
- An embodiment of the present invention provides a positioning base plate for radiotherapy, including a base, the base has an upper occiput with an arc-shaped upper surface and a bed body, and the upper occipital is in line with the shape of the head, neck and shoulders of the human body. Arc-shaped structure, and the upper pillow protrudes upward relative to the bed body.
- the patient lies on a plinth with the head, neck and shoulders in the upper occiput.
- the upper pillow protrudes upwards, which conforms to ergonomics, and can make the patient in a more comfortable state during the head treatment; and the upper pillow with a curved structure similar to the shape of the head, neck and shoulders of the human body
- the head has the advantages of small area and uniform density change, which can meet the needs of high-energy rays on the density gradient change of the upper occipital region, so that the human body can receive rays incident from different angles, and meet the needs of accurate and effective radiotherapy development.
- Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a positioning base plate for radiotherapy provided in an embodiment of the present invention.
- 1-base 2-upper pillow, 3-bed body, 4-first receiving section, 5-second receiving section, 6-reinforcing rib, 7-positioning column, 8-fixing device.
- the embodiment of the present invention provides a positioning base plate for radiotherapy, which is used to solve the technical problems that the patient's cervical spine is stressed, the positioning is inaccurate, and multi-angle ray incidence cannot be realized during the radiotherapy process.
- a positioning base plate for radiotherapy provided by an embodiment of the present invention includes a base 1, the base 1 has an upper occipital portion 2 and a bed body portion in an arc-shaped structure conforming to the shape of the head, neck and shoulders of the human body 3.
- the upper pillow 2 further includes a first receiving section 4 and a second receiving section 5.
- the first receiving section 4 has the same shape as the shoulder of the human body
- the second receiving section 5 has the same shape as the head and neck of the human body.
- the upper occiput 2 protrudes upwards compared to the bed body.
- the first receiving section 4 is relatively Extending obliquely upwards
- the second receiving section 5 also extends obliquely upwards relative to the bed body 3.
- This structure conforms to ergonomics, so that the upper pillow 2 achieves the effect of slowly protruding upwards, meeting the requirements of the rays on the incident stroke, and further , the inclination angle of the first receiving section 4 relative to the bed body 3 is ⁇ , the inclination angle of the second receiving section 5 relative to the bed body 3 is ⁇ , and the relationship between ⁇ and ⁇ satisfies: ⁇ > ⁇ ; If ⁇ , that is, the upward trend of the second receiving segment 5 of the receiving head and neck portion is greater than that of the first receiving segment 4 , which will make the patient's head and neck uncomfortable, which is not ergonomic.
- the shape of the upper occipital part 2 is an arc structure conforming to the shape of the head, neck and shoulders of the human body, and its upper surface is also a curved surface structure, which can make the patient receive rays from different angles, realize multi-directional treatment, and simultaneously make the upper occipital part
- the density change of 2 is relatively uniform, which satisfies the requirement of the ray on the density gradient change, does not affect the incident treatment of the ray, and enables the patient to be in a comfortable posture.
- the first receiving section 4 and the second receiving section 5 realize a smooth transition through an arc-shaped structure, so that the shape of the upper occiput 2 is closer to the shape of the real human body, which can avoid stress concentration at the junction of the two structures. Phenomenon, ensure the strength, and meet the requirements of the ray on the uniformity of the density change, and achieve the purpose of multi-angle ray incidence.
- the base 1 is preferably made of carbon fiber or glass fiber or Kevlar material, which can reduce the weight of the base 1 while ensuring the strength of the base 1, increase the comfort of the patient when lying down, and reduce the Little effect on rays.
- the "arc structure conforming to the shape of the head, neck and shoulders of the human body” in this embodiment refers to: a semicircular structure for accommodating the head of the human body, an arc-shaped elongated structure for accommodating the neck of the human body located below the semicircular structure, and
- the concave arc-shaped structure for accommodating the shoulders of the human body located under the arc-shaped strip structure, the shape of the upper occipital part 2 of the present invention is suitable for the head, neck and shoulder shape of ordinary people.
- those skilled in the art can also customize according to the specific structure of the head, neck and shoulders of the human body, which is also within the protection scope of the present invention.
- the edge of the second receiving section 5 is a flange extending obliquely upwards, which can ensure the positioning of the head and neck of the human body. Turning can also quickly achieve reset. And in order to reduce the impact on radiation, the thickness a ⁇ 2mm of the upper occipital part 2 is thinner than that of the bed body part 3, so that the thickness and shape of the upper occipital part 2 can minimize the impact on radiation. In order to ensure the strength of the upper occipital portion 2 so that it can bear part of the weight of the human body, the upper occipital portion 2 is provided with reinforcing ribs 6 .
- each person's body shape is different, and there are certain differences in the fit between the base 1 and the human body. Therefore, auxiliary conformal products, such as shaping pads or vacuum bags, are usually used during treatment.
- the personalized consumables such as shaping pads can be better fixed on the base 1 to ensure a good reset effect during use.
- the upper pillow 2 is provided with a hollow positioning column 7 protruding upward. When the shaping pad is laid on the upper pillow 2, the positioning column 7 can make the shaping pad produce a pit at the corresponding position, which can prevent the shaping pad from slipping off the upper pillow 2 and make the shaping pad very good
- the positioning and repetition are fixed at the same position, reducing the error of radiation therapy and improving the accuracy of treatment.
- the positioning column 7 is a hollow structure, which can also reduce the impact on the incident angle of the rays. Further, the positioning column 7 is located at the junction of the first receiving section 4 and the second receiving section 5, which can not only realize the fixing effect on the shaping pad, but also reduce the influence on the radiation during the treatment of the patient's head tumor , that is, the location of the positioning column 7 should be set as far away from the incident ray as possible.
- the bed body part 3 is provided with a fixing device 8 at the end away from the upper occipital part 2.
- An engaging device compatible with the fixing device 8 is provided at a relative position of the accelerator, so that the base 1 can be directly and quickly fixed on the accelerator without using external parts for fixing.
- the fixing device 8 is a bump, and the number of the bumps is at least two.
- the fixing device 8 is not limited to the structures listed in this embodiment, and other structures capable of quickly fixing the base 1 to the accelerator are applicable.
