本実施形態に係る業務情報管理システムでは、図15~図18を参照しながら前述した実績データ検索の変形例として、過去の業務フローの実績データに対する信頼度を検索条件に加えた実績データ検索を実行することができる。以下ではまず、信頼度の設定について説明し、その後に信頼度を用いた実績データ検索について説明する。
本実施形態に係る業務情報管理システムは、上述した実績データ検索の機能に対する追加機能として、類似性を用いて検索した実績データに対して因子分析を行うことができる。

Claims (8)
- それぞれ1以上の業務工程から構成される複数の業務フローについて、各業務フローの各業務工程に関する業務情報を管理する業務情報管理システムであって、
前記業務工程における実績データを生成するデータ発生装置と、
前記データ発生装置で生成された実績データを収集し、実行された前記業務フローの構成に対応付けて管理する業務情報管理サーバと、
を備え、
前記業務情報管理サーバは、
前記業務フローごとに各業務工程の実績データを前記データ発生装置から収集し、収集した実績データを当該業務工程における業務及び当該業務にかかる関連要素に対応付けて記憶装置に格納する実績データ収集部と、
基準とする業務フローである基準業務フローとともに、業務フロー及び実績データの類似性に関する検索条件が指定された場合に、当該検索条件に基づいて、前記記憶装置に格納された実績データが対応付けられた複数の業務フローのうちから、前記基準業務フローに類似する業務フローを抽出し、当該抽出した業務フローの実績データのうちから、前記基準業務フローの実績データに類似する実績データを抽出し、抽出結果を出力する実績データ検索部と、
を有する
ことを特徴とする業務情報管理システム。 - 前記実績データ検索部は、
前記類似する実績データの抽出対象項目として、前記業務または前記関連要素における1以上の項目が指定された場合、
前記基準業務フローの実績データに類似する実績データを抽出した後、当該抽出した実績データのうちから、前記抽出対象項目における実績データを抽出し出力する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の業務情報管理システム。 - 前記業務フローの類似性に関する検索条件には、前記基準業務フローに含まれる前記業務の総数に対する類似性の許容範囲を指定する業務数差分、または、前記基準業務フローに含まれる前記関連要素の総数に対する類似性の許容範囲を指定する項目数差分の少なくとも何れかが含まれる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の業務情報管理システム。 - 前記実績データの類似性に関する検索条件は、任意の前記業務または前記関連要素の項目について、その実績データに対する類似性の許容範囲とする1以上の類似性判定条件が設定される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の業務情報管理システム。 - 前記業務情報管理サーバは、
ユーザから指定された閾値設定に基づいて、前記基準業務フローの実績データと、前記記憶装置に格納された実績データが対応付けられた複数の業務フローの実績データとを比較し、
前記閾値設定を満足する前記業務フローの実績データについて、前記基準業務フローの実績データとの差分に基づいて、類似性の許容範囲とする1以上の類似性判定条件を特定し、
前記特定した類似性判定条件を用いて、前記実績データの類似性に関する検索条件として選択可能な類似性セットの候補を生成する、
データ類似性候補生成部をさらに有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の業務情報管理システム。 - 前記記憶装置に格納された実績データが対応付けられた複数の業務フローについて、各業務フローの実績データに対する信頼度をユーザから設定可能であり、
前記実績データ検索部は、前記類似する実績データを検索する際に、前記信頼度に関する検索条件が指定された場合には、前記基準業務フローの実績データに類似する実績データを抽出した後、当該抽出した実績データのうちから、前記検索条件で指定された信頼度を満足する実績データを抽出し出力する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の業務情報管理システム。 - 前記業務情報管理サーバは、
前記実績データ検索部によって抽出された前記類似する実績データの抽出結果に対して、ユーザから指定された前記業務または前記関連要素における所定項目を分析対象として、所定の手法を用いて因子分析を実行し、前記分析対象の所定項目への寄与率が所定の閾値を超える実績データを分析結果として出力する、実績データ因子分析部をさらに有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の業務情報管理システム。 - それぞれ1以上の業務工程から構成される複数の業務フローについて、各業務フローの各業務工程に関する業務情報を管理する業務情報管理システムによるデータ検索方法であって、
前記業務情報管理システムは、
前記業務工程における実績データを生成するデータ発生装置と、
前記データ発生装置で生成された実績データを収集し、実行された前記業務フローの構成に対応付けて管理する業務情報管理サーバと、
を有し、
前記業務情報管理サーバが、前記業務フローごとに各業務工程の実績データを前記データ発生装置から収集し、収集した実績データを当該業務工程における業務及び当該業務にかかる関連要素に対応付けて記憶装置に格納する実績データ収集ステップと、
前記業務情報管理サーバが、基準とする業務フローである基準業務フローとともに、業務フロー及び実績データの類似性に関する検索条件が指定された場合に、当該検索条件に基づいて、前記記憶装置に格納された実績データが対応付けられた複数の業務フローのうちから、前記基準業務フローに類似する業務フローを抽出し、当該抽出した業務フローの実績データのうちから、前記基準業務フローの実績データに類似する実績データを抽出し、抽出結果を出力する実績データ検索ステップと、
を備える
ことを特徴とするデータ検索方法。
