现在将参照附图来详细描述本实用新型的各种示例性实施例。应注意到:除非另外具体说明,否则在这些实施例中阐述的部件和步骤的相对布置、数字表达式和数值不限制本实用新型的范围。
以下对至少一个示例性实施例的描述实际上仅仅是说明性的,决不作为对本实用新型及其应用或使用的任何限制。
对于相关领域普通技术人员已知的技术、方法和设备可能不作详细讨论,但在适当情况下,所述技术、方法和设备应当被视为说明书的一部分。
在这里示出和讨论的所有例子中,任何具体值应被解释为仅仅是示例性的,而不是作为限制。因此,示例性实施例的其它例子可以具有不同的值。
本实用新型提供了一种电子锁锁杆密封结构,如图1、图2和图3所示,包括:驱动装置1、第一锁杆2、密封本体3以及与所述密封本体3相匹配的密封盖体4;
所述密封本体3包括第一壳体31,所述第一壳体31上设置有第一通孔311和第一锁孔312,所述第一通孔311上设置有第一密封装置313,所述第一锁孔312上设置有第二密封装置314;
所述第一锁杆2设置在所述第一壳体31中,一端通过所述第一通孔311与所述驱动装置1连接,另一端穿过所述第一锁孔312;
所述第一壳体31通过所述第一密封装置313与所述驱动装置1密封连接,所述第一锁杆2通过所述第二密封装置314与所述第一锁孔312密封连接,所述密封本体3与所述密封盖体4密封连接。
第一锁杆2在第一壳体31内,一端与驱动装置1的输出端连接,可以是同轴连接,也可以是垂直连接,能够在驱动装置1的带动下进行转动,另一端伸出第一锁孔312用于锁定或者解锁。根据实际的需要,第一锁孔312的位置可以设置在第一壳体31端部的各个方向,可以在顶面,也可以设置在第一壳体31的侧面,第一锁杆2的形状也可以设计成各种形状,如本实施例的L型。本实施例中第一锁杆2和输出端垂直连接。驱动装置1与第一壳体31连接处的第一通孔311设置有第一密封装置313,用于防止水或灰尘进入密封本体3。第一锁孔312上设置有第二密封装置314也用于防止水或灰尘进入密封本体3。密封本体3和密封盖体4采用密封的连接方式,使整体的密封效果能够达到 IPX6K级。
进一步的,所述密封本体3及所述密封盖体4通过焊接连接,所述焊接为摩擦焊接、超声波焊接、激光焊接、电子束焊接、热压焊接中的一种或几种。
摩擦焊接方式,是指利用工件接触面摩擦产生的热量为热源,使工件在压力作用下产生塑性变形而进行焊接的方法。
超声波焊接方式,是利用高频振动波传递到两个需焊接的物体表面,在加压的情况下,使两个物体表面相互摩擦而形成分子层之间的熔合。
激光焊接方式,是利用高能量密度的激光束作为热源的一种高效精密焊接方法。
电子束焊接方式,是指利用加速和聚焦的电子束轰击置于真空或非真空中的焊接面,使被焊工件熔化实现焊接。
热压焊接方式,是对焊件施加压力,使接合面紧密地接触产生一定的塑性变形而完成焊接的方法。
在一些实施例中,还包括设置在所述密封本体3及所述密封盖体4之间的第三密封装置315,如图2所示,所述密封本体3及所述密封盖体4通过卡接、拼接、螺接或铆接中的一种或几种方式进行连接。第三密封装置315可以为橡胶质地,设置在密封本体3和密封盖体4之间,能有效的起到密封的作用。
进一步的,所述第一壳体31与所述驱动装置1通过卡接、拼接、螺接或铆接中的一种或几种方式进行连接。
螺接方式,是指螺纹连接,用螺纹件(或被连接件的螺纹部分)将被连接件连成一体的可拆卸连接。常用的螺纹联接件有螺栓、螺柱、螺钉和紧定螺钉等,多为标准件。
卡接方式,是指在要连接的两端上分别设置对应的卡爪或卡槽,通过卡槽和卡爪进行装配,使其连接在一起。卡接的方式优点是连接快速,可拆卸。
拼接方式,是指在要连接的两端上分别设置对应的凹槽和凸起,通过凹槽和凸起相互榫接或拼接进行装配,使其连接在一起。拼接的方式优点是连接稳定,可拆卸。
铆接方式,即铆钉连接,是利用轴向力将零件铆钉孔内钉杆墩粗并形成钉头,使要连接的两端相连接的方法。
在一些实施例中,电子锁锁杆密封结构还包括与所述驱动装置1依次连接的连接杆5和第二锁杆6,如图4、图5和图6所示,所述密封本体3还包括与所述第一壳体依次连接的第二壳体32和第三壳体33,所述连接杆5设置在所述第二壳体32中,所述第二锁杆6设置在所述第三壳体33中,所述第三壳体33还设置第二锁孔331和第四密封装 置332,所述第二锁杆6一端与所述连接杆5连接,另一端穿过所述第二锁孔331,并通过所述第四密封装置332与所述第二锁孔331密封连接。
连接杆5一端与驱动装置1的输出端连接,另一端与第二锁杆6连接。这样,驱动装置1就可以同时带动第一锁杆2和第二锁杆6完成两个锁的同步控制。连接杆5设置在第二壳体32内,第二锁杆6设置在第三壳体33内,第二锁杆6的一端穿过第二锁孔331上设置的第四密封装置332。第四密封装置332能够有效防止水或灰尘从第二锁孔331进入第三壳体33。
进一步的,所述第一密封装置313与所述第一壳体31的最大间隙小于520nm,所述第二密封装置314与所述第一壳体31的最大间隙小于520nm,所述第三密封装置315与所述密封本体3及所述密封盖体4的最大间隙小于520nm,所述第四密封装置332与所述第三壳体33的最大间隙小于520nm。
为了验证各个密封装置与临近器件间隙的大小对密封等级的影响,发明人采用干空气法对密封装置进行测试,通过抽真空或者空气加压,控制被测样品内外压力不同,若存在泄露,内外压力之差将缩小。通过检测空气压力变化可检测密封性。检测介质为干空气,无毒无害,不破坏被测品,同时检测环境干净整洁。以检测第四密封装置332与第三壳体33的密封情况为例,发明人将其他连接处完全密闭,选用不同密封程度的第二锁孔331的密封结构,将密封结构中的干空气部分抽出,使密封结构内的气压低于外部气压,持续检测密封结构内部气压,发现气压升高为不合格,测试结构如表1所示。

从表1可知,当第四密封装置332与所述第三壳体33的最大间隙超过520nm后,气压发生变化,意味着有气体进入密封结构,测试不合格。所以发明人选用第四密封装置332与所述第三壳体33的最大间隙不小于520nm。
在一些实施例中,所述第一锁孔312的半径为3mm-15mm,所述第二锁孔331的半径为3mm-15mm,所述第一通孔311的半径为6mm-370mm。
第一锁孔312或第二锁孔331的半径过小,只能选择更细的第一锁杆2和第二锁杆6,而第一锁孔312或第二锁孔331的半径过大,则需要相应的增加整个密封结构的体积, 难以进行实际生产。
以第一锁孔312为例,发明人为了寻找合适的半径进行了相关测试。发明人选用不同半径的第一锁孔312并选择与之相匹配的第一锁杆2。选择不同半径的第一锁杆2,以聚氯乙烯材质的第一锁杆2为例,对第一锁杆2进行弯折实验,由于半径过小导致弯折实验中发生弯折为不合格。再进行工作测试,选择不同的第一锁杆2,其他结构相同,进行开关锁测试,由于锁杆半径过大导致和其他部件碰触发生异响为不合格,测试结果如表2所示。

如表2所示,当第一锁孔312的半径小于3mm后,与其匹配的第一锁杆2的强度下降很多,极易在一些磕碰中发生弯折影响正常使用。而当第一锁孔312的半径大于15mm后,与其匹配的第一锁杆2的半径也因为增大而极易和其他器件碰触发生异响,也为不合格。同样,第二锁孔331和第一通孔311也是如此,因此,发明人选用第一锁孔312的半径为3mm-15mm,第二锁孔331的半径为3mm-15mm,第一通孔311的半径为6mm-370mm。
在一些实施例中,所述第一壳体31、所述第二壳体32和所述第三壳体33一体成型。一体成型的设计能够减少需要密封的连接处,更有利于整个密封本体的密封效果。
在一些实施例中,所述第一通孔311沿所述第二壳体32的延伸方向设置在所述第一壳体31上,如图7所示。这样驱动装置1的输出端能够和连接杆5同轴连接,这样连接处可以设置在密封本体3内,也可以设置在密封本体3外,能够满足不同的装配环境的需要。
进一步的,所述第一密封装置313为设置在所述第一壳体31和所述驱动装置1之间的密封垫,所述密封垫上设置第二通孔,所述第二通孔的直径大于等于所述第一通孔311的直径;或者所述第一密封装置313为外侧面具有凹部的密封环,所述凹部与所述第一通孔311边缘贴合。
更进一步的,所述第二密封装置314或第四密封装置332为设置在所述第一锁孔312或所述第二锁孔331一侧的密封垫,所述密封垫上设置第三通孔,所述第三通孔与所述第一锁杆2或所述第二锁杆6过盈配合;或者所述第二密封装置314或第四密封装置332为外侧面具有凹部的密封环,所述凹部与所述第一锁孔312或所述第二锁孔331边缘贴合,所述密封环的内孔与所述第一锁杆2或所述第二锁杆6过盈配合。
密封垫能够更进一步的提升第一壳体31和驱动装置1之间、锁孔与锁杆之间的密封性能,密封环也能起到同样的效果,密封环的外侧设置凹部,凹部能够和第一锁孔312及第二锁孔331匹配贴合。过盈配合能够使第一锁杆2和第二锁杆6与第三通孔或密封环具有更好的贴合性。
再进一步的,所述密封垫或所述密封环材质为泡沫棉或弹性橡胶或硅胶。泡沫棉或弹性橡胶或硅胶具有足够的密封性能又有良好的弹性,能够起到非常好的密封作用。
在一些实施例中,所述密封本体3及所述密封盖体4为塑料材质或橡胶材质。电子锁在使用时一般处于电流比较大的环境下,如果出现火花很容易发生危险,所以采用塑料材质的密封本体3和密封盖体4能够有效降低风险。
具体的,所述密封本体3及所述密封盖体4的材质含有聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚酰胺、聚四氟乙烯、四氟乙烯/六氟丙烯共聚物、乙烯/四氟乙烯共聚物、聚丙烯、聚偏氟乙烯、聚氨酯、聚对苯二甲酸、聚氨酯弹性体、苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、全氟烷氧基烷烃、氯化聚乙烯、聚亚苯基硫醚、聚苯乙烯、交联聚烯烃、乙烯/醋酸乙烯共聚物、交联聚乙烯、聚碳酸酯、聚砜、聚苯醚、聚酯、酚醛树脂、脲甲醛、苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚甲醛树酯中的一种或多种。
以聚甲醛、聚碳酸酯和聚酰胺为例:聚甲醛是一种表面光滑、有光泽的、硬而致密的材料,呈淡黄或白色,可在-40-100℃温度范围内长期使用。它的耐磨性和自润滑性也比绝大多数工程塑料优越,又有良好的耐油、耐过氧化物性能。
聚碳酸酯,无色透明,耐热,抗冲击,阻燃BI级,在普通使用温度内都有良好的机械性能。同性能接近的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯相比,聚碳酸酯的耐冲击性能好,折射率高,加工性能好,不需要添加剂就具有很高级的阻燃性能。
聚酰胺,具有无毒、质轻、优良的机械强度,具有较好的耐磨性及耐腐蚀性,可代替铜等金属应用在机械、化工、仪表、汽车等工业中制造轴承、齿轮、泵叶及其他零件。密封本体3和密封盖体4需要高强度、高耐温、高耐磨等特性。因此,聚碳酸酯或聚酰胺为密封本体3和密封盖体4的首选。
虽然已经通过例子对本实用新型的一些特定实施例进行了详细说明,但是本领域的技术人员应该理解,以上例子仅是为了进行说明,而不是为了限制本实用新型的范围。本领域的技术人员应该理解,可在不脱离本实用新型的范围和精神的情况下,对以上实施例进行修改。本实用新型的范围由所附权利要求来限定。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种电子锁锁杆密封结构,其特征在于,包括:驱动装置、第一锁杆、密封本体以及与所述密封本体相匹配的密封盖体;
    所述密封本体包括第一壳体,所述第一壳体上设置有第一通孔和第一锁孔,所述第一通孔上设置有第一密封装置,所述第一锁孔上设置有第二密封装置;
    所述第一锁杆设置在所述第一壳体中,一端通过所述第一通孔与所述驱动装置连接,另一端穿过所述第一锁孔;
    所述第一壳体通过所述第一密封装置与所述驱动装置密封连接,所述第一锁杆通过所述第二密封装置与所述第一锁孔密封连接,所述密封本体与所述密封盖体密封连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电子锁锁杆密封结构,其特征在于,所述密封本体及所述密封盖体通过焊接连接,所述焊接为摩擦焊接、超声波焊接、激光焊接、电子束焊接、热压焊接中的一种或几种。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电子锁锁杆密封结构,其特征在于,还包括设置在所述密封本体及所述密封盖体之间的第三密封装置,所述密封本体及所述密封盖体通过卡接、拼接、螺接或铆接中的一种或几种方式进行连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电子锁锁杆密封结构,其特征在于,所述第一壳体与所述驱动装置通过卡接、拼接、螺接或铆接中的一种或几种方式进行连接。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种电子锁锁杆密封结构,其特征在于,还包括与所述驱动装置依次连接的连接杆和第二锁杆,所述密封本体还包括与所述第一壳体依次连接的第二壳体和第三壳体,所述连接杆设置在所述第二壳体中,所述第二锁杆设置在所述第三壳体中,所述第三壳体还设置第二锁孔和第四密封装置,所述第二锁杆一端与所述连接杆连接,另一端穿过所述第二锁孔,并通过所述第四密封装置与所述第二锁孔密封连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种电子锁锁杆密封结构,其特征在于,所述第一密封装置与所述第一壳体的最大间隙小于520nm,所述第二密封装置与所述第一壳体的最大间隙小于520nm,所述第三密封装置与所述密封本体及所述密封盖体的最大间隙小于520nm,所述第四密封装置与所述第三壳体的最大间隙小于520nm。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种电子锁锁杆密封结构,其特征在于,所述第一锁孔的半径为3mm-15mm,所述第二锁孔的半径为3mm-15mm,所述通孔的半径为6mm-370mm。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的一种电子锁锁杆密封结构,其特征在于,所述第一壳体、所述第二壳体和所述第三壳体一体成型。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的一种电子锁锁杆密封结构,其特征在于,所述第一通孔沿所述第二壳体的延伸方向设置在所述第一壳体上。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电子锁锁杆密封结构,其特征在于,所述第一密封装置为设置在所述第一壳体和所述驱动装置之间的密封垫,所述密封垫上设置第二通孔,所述第二通孔的直径大于等于所述第一通孔的直径;或者所述第一密封装置为外侧面具有凹部的密封环,所述凹部与所述第一通孔边缘贴合。
  11. 根据权利要求5所述的一种电子锁锁杆密封结构,其特征在于,所述第二密封装置或第四密封装置为设置在所述第一锁孔或所述第二锁孔一侧的密封垫,所述密封垫上设置第三通孔,所述第三通孔与所述第一锁杆或所述第二锁杆过盈配合;或者所述第二密封装置或第四密封装置为外侧面具有凹部的密封环,所述凹部与所述第一锁孔或所述第二锁孔边缘贴合,所述密封环的内孔与所述第一锁杆或所述第二锁杆过盈配合。
  12. 根据权利要求10或11所述的一种电子锁锁杆密封结构,其特征在于,所述密封垫或所述密封环材质为泡沫棉或弹性橡胶或硅胶。
