本申请实施例提供的化妆用具的有益效果在于:该化妆用具,在刷头需要蘸取化妆物质时,驱动移动套沿轴向移动,与此同时,移动套的轴向运动通过传动结构传递给刷头一个翻转驱动力,从而带动刷头翻转,当刷头翻转到料芯的出料口处时,刷头蘸取料芯的出料口处的化妆物质,如此便实现了化妆物质的蘸取;而刷头蘸取化妆物质后,再驱动移动套反向移动,从而带动刷头反向翻转,当刷头反向翻转到一定位置后,此时,可直接将刷头上的化妆物质涂覆于皮肤上。本发明实施例的化妆用具,在使用时,驱动移动套移动即可实现化妆物质的蘸取,其操作简单,另外,该化妆用具将料芯和刷头集成在一个部件,外出携带方便。

本发明实施例的化妆用具,在刷头10需要蘸取化妆物质时,驱动移动套30沿轴向移动,与此同时,移动套30的轴向运动通过传动结构传递给刷头10一个翻转驱动力,从而带动刷头10翻转,当刷头10翻转到料芯20的出料口处时,刷头10蘸取料芯20的出料口处的化妆物质,如此便实现了化妆物质的蘸取;而刷头10蘸取化妆物质后,再驱动移动套30反向移动,从而带动刷头10反向翻转,当刷头10反向翻转到一定位置后,此时,可直接将刷头10上的化妆物质涂覆于皮肤上。本发明实施例的化妆用具,在使用时,驱动移动套30移动即可实现 化妆物质的蘸取,其操作简单,另外,该化妆用具将料芯20和刷头10集成在一个部件,外出携带方便。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,结合图2、图3和图4所示,提供的该化妆用具的传动结构为传动机构50,固定套40、移动套30和刷头10之间通过传动机构50连接;其中,当移动套30沿轴向移动时,移动套30通过传动机构50带动刷头10翻转,以蘸取出料口处的化妆物质。
本发明实施例的化妆用具,在刷头10需要蘸取化妆物质时,驱动移动套30沿轴向移动,与此同时,移动套30的轴向运动通过传动机构50传递给刷头10一个翻转驱动力,从而带动刷头10翻转,当刷头10翻转到料芯20的出料口处时,刷头10蘸取料芯20的出料口处的化妆物质,如此便实现了化妆物质的蘸取;而刷头10蘸取化妆物质后,再驱动移动套30反向移动,从而带动刷头10反向翻转,当刷头10反向翻转到一定位置后,此时,可直接将刷头10上的化妆物质涂覆于皮肤上。本发明实施例的化妆用具,在使用时,驱动移动套30移动即可实现化妆物质的蘸取,其操作简单,另外,该化妆用具将料芯20和刷头10集成在一个部件,外出携带方便。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,结合图2、图3和图4所示,提供的该化妆用具的传动机构50包括齿条51和用于与齿条51相啮合适配的啮合齿轮52,齿条51设置于固定套40的内壁上,并沿移动套30的轴向延伸,啮合齿轮52安装于移动套30的外壁上,并与刷头10连接;当移动套30沿轴向移动时,齿条51驱动啮合齿轮52转动,啮合齿轮52驱动刷头10翻转。具体地,当刷头10需要蘸取化妆物质时,由于啮合齿轮52与齿条51相啮合,那么驱动移动套30朝向刷头10方向移动,啮合齿轮52在齿条51的带动下转动,而啮合齿轮52转动带动刷头10翻转,如此便实现了刷头10的翻转蘸取化妆物质;而采用啮合齿轮52和齿条51的传动方式,其动力传递的可靠性好,刷头10翻转的稳定可靠性好。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,结合图2、图3和图4所示,提供的该化妆用具的传动机构50包括多个传动齿轮53,啮合齿轮52和多个传动齿轮53沿料芯20朝向刷头10的方向且沿移动套30的轴向依次啮合,传动齿轮53的外径均小于啮合齿轮52的外径,其中一个传动齿轮53与刷头10连接。可以理解的是,传动齿轮53不与齿条51相啮合,啮合齿轮52与齿条51相啮合配合;当刷头10需要蘸取化妆物质时,移动套30移动时,传动齿轮53越过齿条51,此时,啮合齿轮52未与齿条51啮合,刷头10不会翻转,移动套30继续移动到一定位置后,即啮合齿轮52与齿条51啮合时,移动套30才能够驱动啮合轮转动,啮合齿轮52转动的 过程中,带动传动齿轮53转动,转动的传动齿轮53带动刷头10翻转,这样便实现了刷头10的翻转蘸取化妆物质,而在此过程中,移动套30不带动刷头10翻转移动的一段距离,移动套30可带动刷头10外露出固定套40外一定距离,这样刷头10在固定套40外进行翻转,刷头10翻转不会与固定套40干涉。
在本实施例中,传动齿轮53的数量为一个、两个或者三个以上,传动齿轮53的数量可根据实际需要进行选择,在此不作限定,示例性地,传动齿轮53的数量为四个。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,结合图4、图5和图6所示,提供的该化妆用具的刷头10包括刷头架11和用于蘸取化妆物质的蘸取件12,刷头架11的外周壁设置有连接柱111,移动套30的内壁设置有连接孔321,连接柱111贯穿连接孔321后与传动齿轮53连接。具体地,传动齿轮53转动带动连接柱111在连接孔321内转动,而连接柱111转动过程中,带动刷头架11翻转,从而使得蘸取件12朝向料芯20翻转,待蘸取件12转动到出料口处,蘸取件12蘸取出料口处的化妆物质,如此便实现化妆物质的蘸取。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,结合图4、图5和图6所示,提供的该化妆用具的刷头10还包括第一弹性件13和连接轴14,刷头架11具有呈开口状的安装腔112,蘸取件12覆盖安装于安装腔112的开口处,具体地,蘸取件12包括固定板121和固定于固定板121上的蘸取部122,固定板121盖设于安装腔112的开口处,并封闭安装腔112的开口,以防止化妆物质进入安装腔112内,而影响连接轴14和第一弹性件13的移动;其中,蘸取部122为刷毛、海绵蛋、海绵块或者其他能够蘸取化妆物质并能够将化妆物质涂刷于皮肤上的部件。
在本实施例中,刷头架11开设有与安装腔112连通的转动孔113,转动孔113与连接柱111相对设置,连接轴14从转动孔113***安装腔112内,连接轴14朝向转动孔113的一端与移动套30固定连接,可以理解的是,安装腔的内壁开高设有固定孔116,固定孔116与转动孔113正对设置,且固定孔116、转动孔113和连接柱111均同轴设置,连接轴14的两端分别穿设于固定孔116和转动孔113内,且固定孔116和转动孔113的内径均稍大于连接轴14的外径,这样刷头架11在连接柱111的带动下转动时,刷头架11可绕连接轴14的轴线转动,刷头架11的相对两侧分别受到连接柱111和连接轴14的支撑作用,刷头架11转动稳定可靠性好。连接轴14的端部设置有长条板141,移动套30的外壁开设有长条孔323,长条板141嵌固于长条孔323内,如此便实现了连接轴14与移动套30的固定连接;并且,在安装的过程中,连接轴14的端部通过长条孔323内穿入移动套30内,再穿过转动孔113***安装腔112内后***固定孔116内,连接轴14的安装操 作简单可靠且结构可靠性好。
在本实施例中,第一弹性件13套设于连接轴14上,且连接轴14背向转动孔113的一端与第一弹性件13的一端连接,第一弹性件13的另一端与刷头架11连接,第一弹性件13用于带动刷头架11反向翻转,以使得蘸取件12背向料芯20设置。具体地,当蘸取件12朝向出料口翻转时,刷头架11转动带动第一弹性件13扭转,待蘸取件12蘸取化妆物质完成后,刷头架11在第一弹性件13的恢复作用下,自动带动刷头架11和蘸取件12反向翻转到原来的位置,即第一弹性件13可保证刷头10蘸取完化妆物质后,能够自动复位,方便后续化妆物质的涂刷。
在本实施例中,第一弹性件13为弹簧等具有弹性的部件;当第一弹性件13为弹簧时,连接轴14的端面开设有固定槽142,弹簧的一端挂设于固定槽142,安装腔112的腔壁设置有挂设结构,弹簧的另一端挂设于挂设结构上,如此便实现了弹簧的固定安装。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,结合图4、图5和图6所示,提供的该化妆物质的蘸取件12与刷头架11可拆卸连接。具体地,固定板121与刷头架11可拆卸连接;即蘸取件12能够从刷头架11上拆卸下来进行更换,一方面,可更换不同类型的蘸取件12,从而满足不同的化妆需求,提高该化妆用具的通用性和适应范围;另一方面,也方便蘸取件12的清洗。
在本实施例中,固定板121上设置有卡扣1211,刷头架11上设置有与卡扣1211相卡合的卡槽115;刷头架11与固定板121通过卡扣1211和卡槽115的卡合方式连接,使得固定板121可从刷头架11上拆卸下来,以方便固定板121的更换;刷头架11呈柱状,刷头架11的端面开设有安装腔112,卡槽115设置于安装腔112的内周壁上,固定板121呈板状,蘸取部122和卡扣1211分别位于固定板121的相对两表面,其中,卡扣1211包括水平段和竖向段,水平段的一端与固定板121垂直连接,水平段的另一端与竖向段连接;卡槽115包括轴向段和周向段,轴向段沿安装腔112的轴线延伸,周向段沿安装腔112的周向延伸,那么将蘸取件12安装在刷头架11上时,先将竖向段的端部***轴向段内,并沿轴向方向移动,待竖向段移动到轴向段的端部后,再转动固定板121,从而将竖向段卡入周向段内,如此便实现了固定板121相对于刷头架11的固定;当蘸取件12需要进行更换,反向转动固定板121,使得竖向段的端部转动到周向段与轴向段的连接处后,再将竖向段的端部沿轴向段移出即可。
在本实施例中,卡扣1211的数量可为两个、三个或者四个以上,卡扣1211沿固定板121的周向间隔设置,卡扣1211与卡槽115一一对应设置,卡扣1211的数量设置多个,固定板121与刷头架11之间连接可靠性更好;出于加工制作和结构强度的考虑,优选地,卡扣1211 的数量为两个,并位于移动套30的相对两侧。
当然在其他实施例中,固定板121也可与刷头架11固定连接,例如:固定板121与刷头架11一体注塑成型或者一体3D打印成型,或者,固定板121与刷头架11焊接连接。这样固定板121与刷头架11不可拆卸,蘸取件12不可更换。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,结合图4、图5和图6所示,提供的该化妆用具的刷头架11的外周壁设置有以刷头架11转动的转轴为中心的半圆槽114,移动套30的内壁设置有限位柱322,限位柱322***半圆槽114内,并能够随刷头架11转动而在半圆槽114内移动,以限制刷头架11的翻转角度;刷头架11转动的过程中,限位柱322沿半圆槽114移动,待限位柱322移动半圆槽114的两端时,限位柱322无法在半圆槽114内,从而使得刷头架11无法继续转动,如此便实现了刷头10翻转角度的限制;而在具体的应用中,限位柱322位于半圆槽114的一端时,此时蘸取件12背向料芯20设置,此时蘸取件12可将蘸取件12上的化妆物质涂刷于皮肤上;而限位柱322沿半圆槽114移动到半圆槽114的另一端,此时,蘸取件12正对出料口,并蘸取出料口的化妆物质,这样通过限位柱322和半圆槽114之间配合,从而保证刷头10准确地停留在出料口处实现化妆物质的蘸取。
在本实施例中,移动套30包括套体31以及设置于套体31相对两侧的移动臂32,刷头10位于两个移动臂32之间,连接孔321和限位柱322设置于同一个移动臂32上;另一个移动臂32上设置有长条孔323,两个移动臂32之间形成间隙可为刷头10的翻转提供翻转空间,使得刷头10的翻转更为顺畅可靠,其中,套体31和移动臂32的外表面均设置有装配柱33,啮合齿轮52和传动齿轮53分别一一对应地可转动地安装于装配柱33上,并且,在刷头10蘸取化装物质并反向翻转后,由于传动齿轮53不与齿条51啮合,这样移动套30往固定套40内回缩一定的距离,刷头10不会翻转,而此时移动臂32也随之回缩到固定套40内,使得移动臂32不会外露出固定套40外,提高整个化妆用具的美观性。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,提供的该化妆用具的刷头架11的移动套30的内壁设置有以刷头架11转动的转轴为中心的半圆槽114,刷头架11的外周壁设置有限位柱322,限位柱322***半圆槽114内,并能够随刷头架11转动而在半圆槽114内移动,以限制刷头架11的翻转角度。刷头架11转动的过程中,限位柱322沿半圆槽114移动,待限位柱322移动半圆槽114的两端时,限位柱322无法在半圆槽114内,从而使得刷头架11无法继续转动,如此便实现了刷头10翻转角度的限制;而在具体的应用中,限位柱322位于半圆槽114的一端时,此时蘸取件12背向料芯20设置,此时蘸取件12可将蘸取件12上的化妆物质涂刷于皮肤上; 而限位柱322沿半圆槽114移动到半圆槽114的另一端,此时,蘸取件12正对出料口,并蘸取出料口的化妆物质,这样通过限位柱322和半圆槽114之间配合,从而保证刷头10准确地停留在出料口处实现化妆物质的蘸取。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,结合图2和图3所示,提供的该化妆用具的固定套40的内壁开设有沿轴向延伸的导向槽411,移动套30的外周壁设置有导向凸起311,导向凸起311***导向槽411内;具体地,导向凸起311设置于套体31的外周上,移动套30在导向凸起311和导向槽411的配合下,移动套30的轴线移动稳定可靠性,另外,导向凸起311和导向槽411的限位下,移动套30无法相对于固定套40沿周向转动,这样可保证啮合齿轮52可稳定地与齿条51相啮合。
在本实施例中,导向槽411与导向凸起311相对应设置,导向凸起311的数量可为两个、三个或者四个以上,导向凸起311沿移动套30的周向间隔分布,示例性地,导向凸起311的数量为两个。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,提供的该化妆用具的固定套40的内壁开设有沿轴向延伸的导向槽411,移动套30的内壁设置有导向凸起311。具体地,导向槽411设置于套体31的外周上,移动套30在导向凸起311和导向槽411的配合下,移动套30的轴线移动稳定可靠性,另外,导向凸起311和导向槽411的限位下,移动套30无法相对于固定套40沿周向转动,这样可保证啮合齿轮52可稳定地与齿条51相啮合。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,结合图2和图3所示,提供的该化妆用具的化妆用具还包括第二弹性件60,第二弹性件60位于导向槽411内,第二弹性件60的一端与固定套40连接,第二弹性件60的另一端与导向凸起311连接,第二弹性件60用于驱动移动件背向刷头10移动。具体地,当推动移动套30朝向刷头10移动时,第二弹性件60被拉伸,待移动套30移动到位,即刷头10蘸取化妆物质后,第二弹性件60在自身恢复力的作用下而带动移动套30反向移动,实现了移动套30的自动复位,使得该化妆用具的使用简单方便。第二弹性件60为弹簧等具有弹性的部件。
在本实施例中,导向槽411的上端设置有钩设凸起412,弹性的两端分别钩设于钩设凸起412和导向凸起311之间,如此便实现了弹性的固定。
在本实施例中,固定套40包括两个半圆板41,两个半圆板41拼接形成固定套40,固定套40采用分体设置,方便传动机构50和移动套30的安装布置。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,提供的该化妆用具的料芯20与移动套30可拆卸连接,从 而方便料芯20的更换。
在本实施例中,结合图1、图2和图3所示,料芯20直接插接于套体31内,套体31朝向移动臂32的端部设置有凸边,料芯20的端部设置有凹边21,当料芯20倒入套体31内到位后,凸边卡合于凹边21内,使得料芯20无法从套体31朝向移动臂32的开口脱出;该化妆用具还包括料芯盖72,料芯盖72螺旋连接于套体31背向移动臂32的端部,从而阻挡料芯20从移动套30体内移出;另外,料芯20背向出料口的端面设置有把手22,把手22外露出移动套30体外,并抵紧于料芯盖72上,而料芯20的另一端抵接在凸边上,如此便实现了料芯20在套体31内的轴向固定,其固定结构简单,方便制作,另外,把手22外露出移动套30体外,这样在更换料芯20时,可直接拉动,即可将料芯20拉出套体31外,实现料芯20的移动更换,其结构设计巧妙,使得该化妆用具的使用具有较佳的便利性。其中,料芯盖72还套设有外盖,外盖为铝合金外盖、塑料外盖、铁制外盖或者其他材质的外盖,以增加化妆品具外观的美观性。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,提供的该化妆用具的料芯20也可与移动套30固定连接,例如:料芯20也可与套体31一体注塑成型或者一体3D打印成型,或者,料芯20也可与套体31焊接连接。这样料芯20与移动套30不可拆卸,料芯20不可更换。
在本实施例中,结合图1和图2所示,固定套40外套设有外壳71,外壳71可提高该化妆用具的外观美观性;例如,外壳71可为金属外壳或者塑料外壳,例如;铝制外壳、铁制外壳、硅胶外壳等。
在本实施例中,结合图1和图2所示,该化妆用具还包括刷头盖73,刷头盖73盖设于刷头10上,并与固定套40卡合连接,刷头盖73使得刷头10不外露,刷头10处于封闭环境内,刷头10的清洁度更好,使用的安全性更好。
如图7~16所示,在本发明的另一个实施例中,具体结合图7~9所示,提供一种化妆用具,包括:
刷头10,可以理解的是,该刷头10能够蘸取化妆物质,并能够刷到使用者的皮肤上。
料芯20,料芯20用于装载化妆物质,可以理解的是,料芯20内具有空腔,该空腔能够装载化妆物质;其中,化妆物质可为腮红、液体、口红、高光以及其他类型的化妆物质,在此不再一一列举。
移动套30,料芯20安装于移动套30内,刷头10与移动套30的一端转动连接,并与料芯20相对设置,料芯20朝向刷头10的端面开设有用于供刷头10蘸取化妆物质的出料口,其 中,需要说明的是,刷头10设置有能够蘸取化妆,并能够将化妆物质涂刷于皮肤上的蘸取件13;在刷头10不需要蘸取化妆物质时,蘸取件13外露于移动套30外,以实现化妆物质的涂刷;而刷头10需要蘸取料芯20出料口处的化妆物质时,刷头10朝向料芯20翻转180°,从而使得蘸取件13翻转到移动套30内,并蘸取料芯20的出料口处的化妆物质;具体地,料芯20和刷头10沿移动套30的轴向依次间隔设置,料芯20上的出料口与空腔连通,且化妆物质能够从出料口露出,从而方便蘸取件13的蘸取;蘸取件13可为刷毛、海绵蛋或者海绵粉扑以及其他能够涂覆化妆物质的部件,在此不作限定。
固定套40,固定套40套设于移动套30外,移动套30能够沿轴向移动。可以理解的是,固定套40套设于移动套30外,移动套30的外径小于固定套40的内径,从而使得移动套30能够轴向滑动;其中,固定套40还套设有外壳50,外壳50为铝合金外壳50、塑料外壳50、铁制外壳50或者其他材质的外壳50,以增加化妆品具外观的美观性。其中,移动套30和固定套40可为方形套、圆形套、椭圆套或者其他形状的中空柱状结构,在此不作限定。
其中,刷头10设置有连接轴14,转动结构包括是半圆孔321和限位槽421;半圆孔321设置于移动套30的内壁上并以刷头10的转动轴为中心,半圆孔321两端的连线平行于移动套30的轴向,限位槽421设置于固定套40的内壁上,限位槽421垂直于移动套30的轴向,连接轴14的端部穿设于半圆孔321和限位槽421。其中,限位槽421可为直线槽,也可为沿固定套40周向延伸的弧形槽。
以下对本发明实施例的化妆用具进行进一步地描述,该化妆用具由于刷头10上的连接轴14的端部穿设于半圆孔321和限位槽421,而限位槽421垂直于移动套30的轴向,且半圆孔321以刷头10的转动轴为中心,且半圆孔321两端的连线平行于移动套30的轴向,这样刷头10需要蘸取料芯20的出料口处的化妆物质时,推动移动套30沿轴向且朝向刷头10移动,即可实现刷头10的翻转蘸取;而在此过程中,刷头10上的连接轴14由于受到限位槽421的限位作用,使得刷头10不会随移动套30沿轴向移动,同时,刷头10上的连接轴14在半圆孔321的带动下,沿着半圆孔321从一端移动到另一端,从而带动刷头10相对于移动套30翻转,翻转后的刷头10蘸取料芯20的出料口处的化妆物质,如此便实现刷头10对化妆物质的蘸取;本发明实施例的化妆用具,通过刷头10上的连接轴14、移动套30上的半圆孔321和固定套40上的限位槽421之间连接配合,即可实现刷头10的翻转,其结构简单,方便制作,且该化妆用具的零部件少,传动简单,使用可靠性好,使用寿命长。
本申请实施例的的化妆用具,在使用时,驱动移动套30移动即可实现化妆物质的蘸取, 其操作简单,另外,该化装用具将料芯20和刷头10集成在一个部件,外出携带方便。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,结合图9、图10和图15所示,提供的该化妆用具的移动套30的内壁设置有转动柱322,刷头10的周壁设置有转动槽114,转动柱322转动连接于转动槽114内;具体地,转动柱322插设于转动槽114内,并能够在转动槽114内转动,且转动柱322与连接轴14平行间隔设置,而通过转动柱322与转动槽114的转动配合,实现了刷头10与移动套30的转动连接,其结构简单,方便加工制作。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,提供的该化妆用具的移动套30的内壁设置有转动槽114,刷头10的周壁设置有转动柱322,转动柱322转动连接于转动槽114内。具体地,转动柱322插设于转动槽114内,并能够在转动槽114内转动,且转动柱322与连接轴14平行设置,并沿移动套30的轴向间隔设置,而通过转动柱322与转动槽114的转动配合,实现了刷头10与移动套30的转动连接,其结构简单,方便加工制作。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,结合图9、图10和图15所示,提供的该化妆用具的转动槽114为长条槽,长条槽平行于移动套30的轴向;移动套30的内壁还设置有直线孔323,直线孔323与半圆孔321的端部连通,并沿移动套30的轴向且背向半圆孔321延伸。具体地,该直线孔323可位于半圆孔321与料芯20之间,也可位于半圆孔321背向料芯20的侧方;当该直线孔323位于半圆孔321与料芯20之间,且移动套30移动到刷头10翻转180°后蘸取化妆物质时,由于转动柱322可沿长条槽继续移动的同时连接轴14也可沿直线孔323继续移动,使得移动套30可继续沿轴向移动,从而带动刷头10继续朝向料芯20的出料口移动,那么可通过控制移动套30的移动距离,从而调节刷头10蘸取化妆物质的用量,当移动套30继续移动距离大时,刷头10压紧在出料口处的压紧大,刷头10蘸取化妆物质多;当移动套30继续移动距离较小时,刷头10压紧在出料口处的压紧小,刷头10蘸取化妆物质少;当该直线孔323位于半圆孔321背向料芯20的侧方,且移动套30带动刷头10反向翻转180°后,使得刷头10外露出移动套30外时,由于转动柱322可沿长条槽继续移动的同时连接轴14也可沿直线孔323继续移动,使得移动套30可继续沿轴向移动,从而带动刷头10继续朝向移动套30外移动,这样刷头10的蘸取件13外露部分可逐渐地增多,从而方便化妆物质的涂刷,同时,在化妆物质涂刷的过程中,移动套30和固定套40等部件也不会与皮肤剐蹭,提高化妆物质涂刷的舒适性;而当转动柱322进入长条槽内且连接轴14也进入直线孔323后,使得刷头10在涂刷化妆物质时不会出现翻转,使得刷头10涂刷化妆物质操作更为简单容易。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,结合图9、图10和图15所示,提供的该化妆用具的半圆孔 321的两端均连通有直线孔323。具体地,直线孔323的数量为两个,其中一个直线孔323可位于半圆孔321与料芯20之间,另一个直线孔323位于半圆孔321背向料芯20的侧方;由上述的分析可知,该化妆用具可调节刷头10蘸取化妆物质的用量,同时,在刷头10将化妆物质涂刷皮肤上的过程中,刷头10不会出现翻转,使得刷头10涂刷化妆物质操作更为简单容易。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,结合图10和图11所示,提供的该化妆用具的移动套30包括移动套体31和两个移动臂32,两个移动臂32分别与移动套体31的相对两侧连接,并沿移动套体31的轴向且背向移动套体31延伸;料芯20安装于移动套体31内,刷头10转动连接于两个移动臂32之间,两个移动臂32均开设有半圆孔321,连接轴14的两端分别穿设于两个半圆孔321内。具体地,移动套体31作为料芯20的安装基体,移动臂32作为刷头10的安装基体,同时,两个移动臂32之间形成间隙可为刷头10的翻转提供翻转空间,使得刷头10的翻转更为顺畅可靠;另外,连接轴14的两端分别穿设于两个移动臂32的半圆孔321连接,刷头10与移动套30之间连接可靠性好,刷头10翻转的可靠性和稳定性更好。为了提高刷头10翻转的可靠性和稳定性,两个移动臂32均设置有转动柱322,刷头10的相对两侧均设置有转动槽114,两个转动柱322分别转动连接于转动槽114内。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,结合图10和图11所示,提供的该化妆用具的两个移动臂32之间的间距小于料芯20的外径,料芯20的外径小于移动套体31的内径,料芯20的外径小于移动套体31的内径,这样可保证料芯20顺利地穿设安装于移动套体31内;同时,两个移动臂32之间的间距小于料芯20的外径,那么两个移动臂32彼此相对的侧面之间的间距也小于移动套体31的内径,而当料芯20***移动套体31内后,移动套体31会抵接在移动臂32靠近移动套体31的端面,从而实现移动套体31的轴向定位。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,结合图12和图13所示,提供的该化妆用具的固定套40包括固定套体41和两个固定臂42,两个固定臂42分别与固定套体41的相对两侧连接,并沿固定套40的轴向且背向固定套体41延伸;固定套体41套设于移动套30外,两个移动臂32均开设有限位槽421,连接轴14的两端分别***两个限位槽421内。具体地,固定套体41套设于移动套体31外,两个固定臂42之间形成间隙可为刷头10的翻转提供翻转空间,使得刷头10的翻转更为顺畅可靠;另外,连接轴14的两端分别***两个限位槽421内,刷头10与固定套40之间连接可靠性好,刷头10翻转的可靠性和稳定性更好。
在本实施例中,固定套体41的长度大于移动套体31的长度,固定套体41可遮蔽部份移动臂32,使得整个化妆用具的外观造型更为美观。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,结合图9所示,提供的该化妆用具的化妆工具还包括弹性件90,弹性件90套设于移动套30外,且弹性件90的两端分别与移动套30和固定套40连接。具体地,当推动移动套30朝向刷头10移动时,弹性件90被压缩,待移动套30移动到位,即刷头10蘸取化妆物质后,弹性件90在自身恢复力的作用下而带动移动套30反向移动,从而将刷头10自动推出移动套30外,实现了移动套30的自动复位,使得该化妆用具的使用简单方便。弹性件90为弹簧等具有弹性的部件。
在本实施例中,移动套体31背向移动臂32的端部设置有凸缘311,固定套体41内设置有阶梯面,弹性件90的两端分别抵接于凸缘311朝向移动臂32的侧面和阶梯面上,如此便实现弹性件90的固定;凸缘311的外周面设置有导向凸起312,固定套体41的内壁开设有沿轴向延伸的导向槽411,导向凸起312***导向槽411内,推动移动套30轴向移动的过程中,导向凸起312在导向槽411内移动,从而对移动套30的运行起到导向的作用,提高移动套30的运动可靠性和稳定性,同时,导向凸起312和导向槽411的配合,也可实现移动套30的周向定位,使得移动套30无法周向转动,从而防止连接轴14、半圆孔321以及限位槽421损坏。
在本实施例中,结合图10和图12所示,导向凸起312的数量可为两个、三个或者四个以上,导向凸起312沿移动套体31的周向间隔设置,导向凸起312与导向槽411一一对应设置,导向凸起312的数量设置多个,使得移动套30的轴向移动更为稳定可靠;出于加工制作和结构强度的考虑,优选地,导向凸起312的数量为两个,并位于移动套30的相对于两侧。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,结合图14、图15和图16所示,提供的该化妆用具的刷头10包括刷头架11、固定件12和用于蘸取化妆物质并能够将化妆物质涂刷于皮肤的蘸取件13,蘸取件13安装于固定件12上,连接轴14与刷头架11连接,刷头架11与移动套30转动连接;固定件12上设置有卡扣121,刷头架11上设置有与卡扣121相卡合的卡槽112;刷头架11与固定件12通过卡扣121和卡槽112的卡合方式连接,使得固定件12可从刷头架11上拆卸下来,以方便蘸取件13的更换,具体地,该刷头10可更换不同类型的蘸取件13,从而满足不同化妆物质和不同区域的涂刷要求,提高该化妆用具的通用性、适用范围和实用性;该刷头10也可将使用后的蘸取件13更换下来,以方便蘸取件13的清洗。
在本实施例中,刷头架11呈柱状,刷头架11的端面开设有安装腔111,卡槽112设置于安装腔111的内周壁上,固定件12呈板状,蘸取件13和卡扣121分别位于固定件12的相对两表面,其中,卡扣121包括水平段1211和竖向段1212,水平段1211的一端与固定件12垂直连接,水平段1211的另一端与竖向段1212连接;卡槽112包括轴向段1122和周向段1121, 轴向段1122沿安装腔111的轴线延伸,周向段1121沿安装腔111的周向延伸,那么将蘸取件13安装在刷头架11上时,先将竖向段1212的端部***轴向段1122内,并沿轴向方向移动,待竖向段1212移动到轴向段1122的端部后,再转动固定件12,从而将竖向段1212卡入周向段1121内,如此便实现了固定件12相对于刷头架11的固定;当蘸取件13需要进行更换,只需反向转动固定件12,使得竖向段1212的端部转动到周向段1121与轴向段1122的连接处后,再将竖向段1212的端部沿轴向段1122移出即可。
在本实施例中,卡扣121的数量可为两个、三个或者四个以上,卡扣121沿固定板的周向间隔设置,卡扣121与卡槽112一一对应设置,卡扣121的数量设置多个,固定件12与刷头架11之间连接可靠性更好;出于加工制作和结构强度的考虑,优选地,卡扣121的数量为两个,并位于移动套30的相对两侧。
当然在其他实施例中,固定件12也可与刷头架11固定连接,例如:固定件12与刷头架11一体注塑成型或者一体3D打印成型,或者,固定件12与刷头架11焊接连接。这样固定件12与刷头架11不可拆卸,蘸取件13不可更换。
在本实施例中,刷头架11的周壁开设有两个转动槽114,两个转动槽114的底面均开设有第一穿设孔113,且其中一个限位槽421的槽底面开设有第二穿设孔422,这样位于固定套40外的连接轴14穿过第二穿设孔422后,***半圆孔321后再经两个第一穿设孔113贯穿刷头架11后,再穿入另一侧的半圆孔321、第二穿设孔422和限位槽421内,再将堵头塞入第二穿设孔422内,以避免连接轴14从第二穿设孔422内移出,如此便实现了连接轴14的固定安装。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,提供的该化妆用具的固定件12上设置有卡槽112,刷头架11上设置有与卡槽112相卡合的卡扣121。其中,卡扣121和卡槽112可参阅上述实施例的结构,可以与上述实施例的结构不同,其具体的结构可根据实际情况进行选择,能够满足固定件12与刷头架11之间卡合连接即可。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,提供的该化妆用具的料芯20和移动套30可拆卸连接,从而方便料芯20的更换。
在本实施例中,结合图7、图8和图9所示,该化妆用具还包括料芯盖60,料芯盖60螺旋连接于移动套体31背向移动臂32的端部,从而阻挡料芯20从移动套体31内移出;另外,料芯20背向出料口的端面设置有把手21,把手21外露出移动套体31外,并抵紧于料芯盖60上,而料芯20的另一端抵接在移动臂32的端面上,如此便实现了料芯20的轴向固定,其固 定结构简单,方便制作,另外,把手21外露出移动套体31外,这样在更换料芯20时,可直接拉动,即可将料芯20拉出移动套体31外,实现料芯20的移动更换,其结构设计巧妙,使得该化妆用具的使用具有较佳的便利性。其中,料芯盖60还套设有外盖70,外盖70为铝合金外盖70、塑料外盖70、铁制外盖70或者其他材质的外盖70,以增加化妆品具外观的美观性。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,提供的该化妆用具的料芯20与移动套31固定连接,例如:料芯20也可与移动套体31一体注塑成型或者一体3D打印成型,或者,料芯也可与移动套体31焊接连接。这样料芯20与移动套31不可拆卸,料芯不可更换。
在本实施例中,该化妆用具还包括刷头盖80,刷头盖80盖设于刷头10上,并与固定套40卡合连接,刷头盖80使得刷头10不外露,刷头10处于封闭环境内,刷头10的清洁度更好,使用的安全性更好。
以上所述仅为本申请的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本申请,凡在本申请的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本申请的保护范围之内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种化妆用具,其特征在于,包括:
    刷头;
    料芯,所述料芯装载化妆物质;
    移动套,所述料芯安装于所述移动套内,所述刷头位于所述移动套的一端,并与所述料芯相对设置,所述料芯朝向所述刷头的端面开设有出料口;
    固定套,所述固定套套设于所述移动套外,且所述移动套能够沿轴向移动;
    传动结构,所述固定套、所述移动套和所述刷头之间通过所述传动结构连接;
    其中,当所述移动套沿轴向移动时,所述移动套通过所述传动结构带动所述刷头翻转,以蘸取所述出料口处的化妆物质。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的化妆用具,其特征在于:所述传动结构包括传动机构,所述固定套、所述移动套和所述刷头之间通过所述传动机构连接;
    其中,当所述移动套沿轴向移动时,所述移动套通过所述传动机构带动所述刷头翻转,以蘸取所述出料口处的化妆物质。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的化妆用具,其特征在于:所述传动机构包括齿条和用于与所述齿条相啮合适配的啮合齿轮,所述齿条设置于所述固定套的内壁上,并沿所述移动套的轴向延伸,所述啮合齿轮安装于所述移动套的外壁上,并与所述刷头连接;
    当所述移动套沿轴向移动时,所述齿条驱动所述啮合齿轮转动,所述啮合齿轮驱动所述刷头翻转。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的化妆用具,其特征在于:所述传动机构包括多个传动齿轮,所述啮合齿轮和多个传动齿轮沿所述料芯朝向所述刷头的方向且沿所述移动套的轴向依次啮合,所述传动齿轮的外径均小于所述啮合齿轮的外径,其中一个所述传动齿轮与所述刷头连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的化妆用具,其特征在于:所述刷头包括刷头架和用于蘸取所述化妆物质的蘸取件,所述刷头架的外周壁设置有连接柱,所述移动套的内壁设置有连接孔,所述连接柱贯穿所述连接孔后与所述传动齿轮连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的化妆用具,其特征在于:所述刷头还包括第一弹性件和连接轴,所述刷头架具有呈开口状的安装腔,所述蘸取件覆盖安装于所述安装腔的开口处,所述刷头架开设有与所述安装腔连通的转动孔,所述转动孔与所述连接柱相对设置,所述连接轴从所述转动孔***所述安装腔内,所述连接轴朝向所述转动孔的一端与所述移动套固定连接;
    所述第一弹性件套设于所述连接轴上,且所述连接轴背向所述转动孔的一端与所述第一弹性件的一端连接,所述第一弹性件的另一端与所述刷头架连接,所述第一弹性件用于带动所述刷头架反向翻转,以使得所述蘸取件背向所述料芯设置。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的化妆用具,其特征在于:所述刷头架的外周壁设置有以所述刷头架转动的转轴为中心的半圆槽,所述移动套的内壁设置有限位柱,所述限位柱***所述半圆槽内,并能够随所述刷头架转动而在所述半圆槽内移动,以限制所述刷头架的翻转角度;
    或者,所述移动套的内壁设置有以所述刷头架转动的转轴为中心的半圆槽,所述刷头架的外周壁设置有限位柱,所述限位柱***所述半圆槽内,并能够随所述刷头架转动而在所述半圆槽内移动,以限制所述刷头架的翻转角度。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的化妆用具,其特征在于:所述蘸取件与所述刷头架可拆卸连接;或者,所述料芯与所述移动套固定连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的化妆用具,其特征在于:所述固定套的内壁开设有沿轴向延伸的导向槽,所述移动套的外周壁设置有导向凸起,所述导向凸起***所述导向槽内;
    或者,所述固定套的内壁开设有沿轴向延伸的导向槽,所述移动套的内壁设置有导向凸起。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的化妆用具,其特征在于:所述化妆用具还包括第二弹性件,所述第二弹性件位于所述导向槽内,所述第二弹性件的一端与所述固定套连接,所述第二弹性件的另一端与所述导向凸起连接,所述第二弹性件用于驱动所述移动件背向所述刷头移动。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的化妆用具,其特征在于:所述刷头与所述移动套转动连接,所述刷头设置有连接轴,所述转动结构包括半圆孔和限位槽;
    所述半圆孔设置于所述移动套的内壁上并以所述刷头的转动轴为中心,所述半圆孔两端的连线平行于所述移动套的轴向,所述限位槽设置于所述固定套的内壁,所述限位槽垂直于所述移动套的轴向,所述连接轴的端部穿设于所述半圆孔和所述限位槽。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的化妆用具,其特征在于:所述移动套的内壁设置有转动柱,所述刷头的周壁设置有转动槽,所述转动柱转动连接于所述转动槽内;
    或者,所述移动套的内壁设置有转动槽,所述刷头的周壁设置有转动柱,所述转动柱转动连接于所述转动槽内。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的化妆用具,其特征在于:所述转动槽为长条槽,所述长条槽平行于所述移动套的轴向;
    所述移动套的内壁还设置有直线孔,所述直线孔与所述半圆孔的端部连通,并沿所述移动套的轴向且背向所述半圆孔延伸。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的化妆用具,其特征在于:所述半圆孔的两端均连通有所述直线孔。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的化妆用具,其特征在于:所述移动套包括移动套体和两个移动臂,两个所述移动臂分别与所述移动套体的相对两侧连接,并沿所述移动套体的轴向且背向所述移动套体延伸;所述料芯安装于所述移动套体内,所述刷头转动连接于两个所述移动臂之间,两个所述移动臂均开设有所述半圆孔,所述连接轴的两端分别穿设两个所述半圆孔内。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的化妆用具,其特征在于:两个所述移动臂之间的间距小于所述料芯的外径,所述料芯的外径小于所述移动套体的内径。
  17. 根据权利要求11所述的化妆用具,其特征在于:所述固定套包括固定套体和两个固定臂,两个所述固定臂分别与所述固定套体的相对两侧连接,并沿所述固定套的轴向且背向所述固定套体延伸;所述固定套体套设于所述移动套外,两个所述移动臂均开设有所述限位槽,所述连接轴的两端分别***两个所述限位槽内。
  18. 根据权利要求11所述的化妆用具,其特征在于:所述化妆工具还包括弹性件,所述弹性件套设于所述移动套外,且所述弹性件的两端分别与所述移动 套和所述固定套连接。
  19. 根据权利要求11所述的化妆用具,其特征在于:所述刷头包括刷头架、固定件和用于蘸取所述化妆物质并能够将所述化妆物质涂刷于皮肤的蘸取件,所述蘸取件安装于所述固定件上,所述连接轴与所述刷头架连接,所述刷头架与所述移动套转动连接;
    所述固定件上设置有卡扣,所述刷头架上设置有与所述卡扣相卡合的卡槽;
    或者,所述固定件上设置有卡槽,所述刷头架上设置有与所述卡槽相卡合的卡扣。
  20. 根据权利要求1所述的化妆用具,其特征在于:所述料芯和所述移动套可拆卸连接;或者,所述料芯和所述移动套固定连接。
