Abstract

The present invention relates to a vehicle cleaning system (10) for providing disinfection of a vehicle (20) after a user uses said shared vehicle (20). Accordingly, the subject matter vehicle cleaning system (10) comprises a sensor unit (101) for detecting the presence of a living being in the vehicle (20), a cleaning unit (106) for disinfecting the inner part of the vehicle (20), a processor unit (103) for providing operation of said cleaning unit (106), a communication unit (104) for providing data exchange of said processor unit (103) with a server (40) which is far, a user terminal (401) provided in a manner allowing data input depending on said server (40); the processor unit (103) is configured to provide operating of the cleaning unit (106) in case a first signal, which includes the information indicating that the vehicle (20) usage is ended, is received from said user terminal (401) connected by means of said communication unit (104) and in case a second signal, which includes the information indicating that there is no living being in the vehicle (20), is received from said sensor unit (101).

Description

A VEHICLE CLEANING SYSTEM
TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention relates to a vehicle cleaning system for providing disinfection of a shared vehicle after a user uses said shared vehicle.
PRIOR ART
The probability of infection of communicable diseases to humans increases as the social distance decreases and as the common usage area increases. The spread of the communicable disease is inevitable due to reasons like insufficient hand hygiene of a person, who has communicable disease, and respiration of the air which exists in the medium without aeration of the medium, etc. This condition can lead to spreading of the communicable disease from one person to pluralities of persons in short time in pandemic periods and can lead to increase of the death ratios depending on the disease. One of these places is the shared vehicles.
Shared vehicle application is the opening of a vehicle to common usage. Said vehicle can be a boat, a car, etc. The information, position and required conditions of the vehicle are described through an application. In case a user who desires to use the vehicle meets the required conditions by means of the mobile application, he/she has the right to use the vehicle in a temporary manner. After the user uses the vehicle, he/she ends the usage of vehicle again by means of the application. Thus, the information indicating that the vehicle is ready for a next user is transferred through the application to the other users who use the application. After a person, who has communicable disease, uses the vehicle without providing sufficient level of hand hygiene, the persons who afterwards use the vehicle are also infected with the communicable disease.
In the patent application with no 2019/03039, an automatic disinfectant system is described which is positioned in the vehicle during production stage and/or afterwards used in passenger transportation, primarily in land, railway and marine passenger transportation and which can be operated by the person who uses the vehicle or which can operate at determined periods in a full automatic manner and which can disinfect the mass transportation vehicle at specific/determined periods by means of U.L.V (Ultra Low Volume) method. In the area of said patent, while disinfection is being realized by means of ultra low volume, light with specific frequencies is spread to the medium from an ultraviolet light source. Said light provides deterioration of the genetic structure of microorganisms and viruses and provides deactivating of said microorganisms and viruses. As a result of the searches made, it has been detected that said ultraviolet light source deteriorates the structure of microorganisms, and in case of long duration exposure, said ultraviolet light source has harmful effect on human skin and on eyes.
As a result, because of the abovementioned problems, an improvement is required in the related technical field.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a vehicle cleaning system, for eliminating the abovementioned disadvantages and for bringing new advantages to the related technical field.
An object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle cleaning system which provides disinfection of a shared vehicle after a user uses said shared vehicle.
In order to realize the abovementioned objects and the objects which are to be deducted from the detailed description below, the present invention is a vehicle cleaning system for providing disinfection of a shared vehicle after a user uses said shared vehicle. Accordingly, the subject matter vehicle cleaning system comprises a sensor unit for detecting the presence of a living being in the vehicle, a cleaning unit for disinfecting the inner part of the vehicle, a processor unit for providing operation of said cleaning unit, a communication unit for providing data exchange of said processor unit with a server which is far, a user terminal provided in a manner allowing data input depending on said server; the processor unit is configured to provide operating of the cleaning unit in case a first signal, which includes the information indicating that the vehicle usage is ended, is received from said user terminal connected by means of said communication unit and in case a second signal, which includes the information indicating that there is no living being in the vehicle, is received from said sensor unit. Thus, the disinfection process is realized without the presence of any living being in the vehicle.
In a possible embodiment of the present invention, the processor unit is configured to provide sending of a third signal, which indicates that the disinfection process of the vehicle is being applied by means of operating the cleaning unit and which includes the duration needed for becoming ready for the next usage, to the server by means of the communication unit. Thus, the user is informed and the duration which shall be waited by the user who has an urgent work must be notified to the user.
In another possible embodiment of the present invention, the cleaning unit comprises a UV-C light source.
In another possible embodiment of the present invention, the cleaning unit comprises a spraying device.
In another possible embodiment of the present invention, the processor unit is configured to provide guiding said movable head of the spraying device towards the seats used by the final user inside the vehicle. Thus, the regions used inside the vehicle are disinfected more.
In another possible embodiment of the present invention, it is placed at the ceiling of the vehicle in a manner viewing all seats of the vehicle. Thus, all areas of the vehicle are disinfected.
In another possible embodiment of the present invention, a drive element is provided for providing locking of vehicle doors; the processor unit is configured to provide operation of the drive element in case the processor unit receives said second signal from the sensor unit. Thus, a person is prevented from entering the vehicle while disinfection process is being realized.
In another possible embodiment of the present invention, a user interface is provided in the vehicle.
In another possible embodiment of the present invention, the processor unit is configured to provide informing and warning of the user by means of the user interface.

In Figure 2, a representative view of the operation scenario of a vehicle cleaning system is given. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In this detailed description, the subject matter vehicle cleaning system is explained with references to examples without forming any restrictive effect only in order to make the subject more understandable.
The invention relates to a vehicle cleaning system (10) for providing disinfection of a shared vehicle (20) after each user.
With reference to Figure 1 and Figure 2, said vehicle cleaning system (10) comprises a user terminal (401) which provides realization of input for the usage of said vehicle (20). In a preferred embodiment of the invention, said user terminal (401) can be a mobile application used by means of a mobile device. For instance, an application provided to a smart phone can be used as the user terminal (401). There is a processor unit (103) associated with the user terminal (401 ) in a manner realizing data exchange. In a possible embodiment of the present invention, said processor unit (103) can be a microprocessor, a computer, etc. which provides reading of computer based software commands. A communication unit (104) is provided in a manner realizing data exchange between the processor unit (103) and the user terminal (401). Said communication unit (104) is provided in a manner realizing wireless communication. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a GSM module is used as the communication unit (104). There is a server (40) where the communication unit (104) is connected. Said server (40) provides temporary storage of data. The data exchange between the processor unit (103) and the user terminal (401) is provided by storing the data in the server (40) temporarily by means of the communication unit (104). There is a user interface (105) connected to the processor unit (103) provided in the vehicle (20). In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, said user interface (105) can be a digital screen, etc. placed to the vehicle (20) such that the user can view.
With reference to Figure 1 and Figure 2, the vehicle cleaning system (10) comprises at least one cleaning unit (106) placed in the vehicle (20) and which provides disinfection of the vehicle (20). In a preferred embodiment of the invention, at least one UV-C light source (1061 ) is used as the cleaning unit (106). In a possible embodiment of the present invention, said UV-C light source (1061) can be placed to different positions so as to able to view all seats inside the vehicle (20). In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, at least one spraying device (1062) is used as the cleaning unit (106). In a possible embodiment of the present invention, said spraying device (1062) can be placed to different positions in a manner viewing all seats inside the vehicle (20). In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, as the cleaning unit (106), at least one UV-C light source (1061 ) and at least one spraying device (1062) are used together. Said spraying device (1062) provides spraying of liquid disinfectant into the vehicle (20). In a possible embodiment of the present invention, the spraying device (1062) is placed in the vicinity of the ceiling of the driver seat. In another possible embodiment of the present invention, the spraying device (1062) is placed in the vicinity of the upper position of the rear-view mirror at a position in a manner providing viewing of all the seats of the vehicle (20). The position, where the spraying device (1062) is placed in the vehicle, can show change according to the usage manner in other preferred embodiments of the present invention. The spraying device (1062) comprises a movable head. The movable head is guided by means of the processor unit (103). The processor unit (103) provides detection of the position where the final user sits in the vehicle (20) and provides guidance of the spraying device (1062) to said position. Thus, the area used in the vehicle (20) is detected and said area can be disinfected more. There is a drive element (102) operated by means of the processor unit (103) and which provides controlling of the door lock (30). There is at least one sensor unit (101) for controlling whether there is anybody in the vehicle (20). In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a movement sensor is used as the sensor unit (101). It is detected by means of said movement sensor whether there is anybody in the vehicle (20). In a possible embodiment of the present invention, as the movement sensor, a PIR sensor can be used which provides detection of the presence of movement in the medium by utilizing the motion of the infrared light emitted by human body. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, said movement sensor is placed in the vicinity of the position where the front glass of the vehicle joins with the vehicle ceiling. Thus, the movement sensor can detect the motions in all seats of the vehicle. In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, a pressure sensor is used as the sensor unit (101). In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, said pressure sensors are placed to all seats of the vehicle. The pressure sensor provides detection of the presence of a specific weight on the seat or detects whether a living being sits on the seat. In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, a distance sensor is used as the sensor unit (101). In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, said distance sensor is placed in the vicinity of the position where the front glass of the vehicle joins with the vehicle ceiling. The sensor unit can comprise at least one of said sensors. The processor unit (103) provides detection of which seats have been used except the driver seat inside the vehicle (20) by the final user in accordance with the data received from the sensor unit (101). Thus, the movable head of the spraying device (1062) is guided to the used seats. The processor unit (103) provides receiving of a first signal, which includes the information indicating that the vehicle (20) usage is ended, from the user terminal (401). The processor unit (103) moreover provides receiving of a second signal, which includes the information indicating that there is nobody in the vehicle (20), from the sensor unit (101 ). The processor unit (103) provides operation of the drive element (102) depending on the first signal and the second signal. The vehicle (20) doors are locked by means of operation of the drive element. The processor unit (103) provides operation of the cleaning unit (106) by means of locking of the vehicle (20) doors. The processor unit (103) provides transferring of a third signal, which includes that the disinfection process of the vehicle (20) is applied by means of operation of the cleaning unit (106) and the duration needed for making the vehicle ready for the next usage, to the server (40) by means of the communication unit (104). The user can provide access to the data through the user terminal (401) connected to the server (40).
An exemplary operation scenario of the present invention is hereunder described;
As a user inputs the option, which includes the information indicating that the usage is completed, by means of the user terminal (401 ) after said user uses a shared vehicle (20), the first signal is produced. The first signal produced is transferred to the server (40) by means of the user terminal (401 ). The communication unit (104) connected to the server (40) provides transfer of the first signal to the processor unit (103). The processor unit (103) provides receiving of a second signal, which includes the information indicating whether there is a living being in the vehicle (20), from the sensors depending on the coming first signal. In case a living being is detected in the vehicle (20) in accordance with the second signal, a warning signal is given, which comprises the information that the living being must leave the vehicle (20), through the user interface (105) provided in the vehicle (20). The warning signal can be audible and/or visual. Warning signal is given until the living being leaves the vehicle (20). Moreover, a fourth signal, which includes the information indicating that there is living being in the vehicle (20) and indicating that thereby the cleaning process cannot be realized, is sent to the user terminal (401 ) by the processor unit (103). Thus, the user who will use the vehicle (20) or the final user who uses the vehicle (20) is informed about the presence of a living being inside the vehicle (20). This condition provides the user to control the vehicle (20). For instance, in case an animal, a child, etc. are forgotten in the vehicle (20), the user is informed. In case the opposite case occurs, animals, children, etc. can get harmed due to the disinfectant medicine. The processor unit (103) provides operation of the drive element (102) in case it is detected that there is no living being inside the vehicle (20) depending on the second signal. By means of operation of the drive element (102), the vehicle (20) doors are locked. The processor unit (103) provides operation of the cleaning unit (106) when it receives the information indicating that the vehicle (20) doors are locked. In a possible embodiment of the present invention, by means of operation of the cleaning unit (106), disinfecting rays are dispersed to the medium in the vehicle (20) from the UV-C light source (1061 ). UV-C light source (1061 ) provides deterioration of the genetic structure of the microorganisms and viruses by means of rays emitted to the medium. Thus, the microorganisms and viruses which exist in the vehicle (20) are made harmless. In another possible embodiment of the present invention, the operation of the spraying device (1062) is provided by means of operation of the cleaning unit (106). The spraying device (1062) provides spraying of disinfecting liquid into the vehicle (20) and provides cleaning of the inner part of the vehicle (20). The processor unit (103) guides the movable head of the spraying device (1062) towards the seats used inside the vehicle (20). Thus, the regions used in the vehicle are disinfected. In another possible embodiment of the present invention, both the UV-C light source (1061) and the spraying device (1062) are simultaneously used as the cleaning unit (106).
The processor unit (103) provides informing of the users by means of the user terminal (401) at the first instant when cleaning process begins. At the user terminal (401), the information like the beginning of the cleaning process, the duration of the cleaning process, etc. are shown to the user. In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the user can provide interruption of the cleaning process before the cleaning process is not completed by means of the user terminal (401). In this case, the user must confirm that he/she accepts all conditions of the problems which may occur afterwards depending on the interruption of the cleaning process. The confirmation process can be realized by means of the user terminal (401 ). The cleaning process is completed within predetermined duration by means of the processor unit (103). The processor unit (103) provides sending of the information, indicating that the cleaning process is completed, to the user interface (105) in case the cleaning process is completed. The processor unit (103) moreover provides sending of a message, which includes the information indicating when and how much the vehicle (20) has been cleaned, to the user by means of the user interface (105) at the instant when the user gets on the vehicle (20) in order to inform the next user who uses the vehicle (20). The user interface (105) provides transfer of the message to the user in an audible and/or visual manner.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, in case a person desires to use the shared vehicle (20) and desires to go from a first position to a second position, first of all, the person creates a request for the shared vehicle (20) by means of the application provided to smart phone. In case the user creates request by means of the application, the information indicating whether the vehicle (20) is suitable for use is shown. If the vehicle (20) is suitable for use, the locks (30) of the door are unlocked and the user can get on the vehicle (20). At the first instant when the user gets on the vehicle (20), the message, which includes the time when the vehicle (20) is last disinfected and the duration of disinfection, is shown through a screen provided to the display panel. Moreover, by means of a loudspeaker provided to the screen, the message is read in an audible manner. Thus, the user is informed audibly and visually in relation to the final disinfection process. In case the user arrives at the second position, he/she gets off the vehicle (20) and provides the input of option, indicating that the vehicle (20) usage has been ended, by means of the user terminal (401). In this case, the information indicating that the user has left the vehicle (20) is transferred to the processor unit (103). The processor unit (103) provides displaying of a warning message in the form of “Disinfection process will be started in the vehicle (20). Please leave the vehicle (20).” through the digital screen in case the processor unit (103) receives a signal, including the presence of a living being inside the vehicle (20), from at least one of the pressure sensor, distance sensor and movement sensor, placed to vehicle (20) seats, depending on the data coming from the mobile application. Moreover, the message is read through the screen in an audible manner. Thus, the living being, who exists in the vehicle (20), is warned. The processor unit (103) provides sending of warning message by means of mobile application to the mobile device of the final user who leaves the vehicle (20) depending on the probability that the living being, forgotten in the vehicle (20), is an animal or a baby. Cleaning process is not realized as long as presence of a living being in the vehicle (20) is detected. In case the living being moves away from the vehicle (20), the drive element (102) is operated by means of the processor unit (103) and the doors are locked. By means of locking of the doors, the UV-C light source (1061 ) and the spraying device (1062) are operated together by means of the processor unit (103). The processor unit (103) provides guiding of the movable head of the spraying device (1062) to the driver seat whereon the final user has sit. By means of operating of the UV-C light source (1061) and the spraying device (1062), the vehicle (20) inner part is disinfected for a predetermined duration. While the inner part of the vehicle (20) is being disinfected, the processor unit (103) provides sending of the time, when the cleaning process starts, and the warning, indicating that the cleaning process shall continue for the determined duration, to the mobile application. In case the duration is completed, the processor unit (103) provides operation of the drive element (102) and provides unlocking of the door lock (30). As the door lock (30) is unlocked, the information, which indicates that the cleaning process of the vehicle (20) is completed, is sent to the mobile application. Thus, the users are informed that the vehicle (20) is ready for use by the next user. The protection scope of the present invention is set forth in the annexed claims and cannot be restricted to the illustrative disclosures given above, under the detailed description. It is because a person skilled in the relevant art can obviously produce similar embodiments under the light of the foregoing disclosures, without departing from the main principles of the present invention.

Claims

CLAIMS A vehicle cleaning system (10) for providing disinfection of a vehicle (20) after a user uses said shared vehicle (20), wherein the subject matter vehicle cleaning system (10) comprises a sensor unit (101) for detecting the presence of a living being in the vehicle (20), a cleaning unit (106) for disinfecting the inner part of the vehicle (20), a processor unit (103) for providing operation of said cleaning unit (106), a communication unit (104) for providing data exchange of said processor unit (103) with a server (40) which is far, a user terminal (401 ) provided in a manner allowing data input depending on said server (40); the processor unit (103) is configured to provide operating of the cleaning unit (106) in case a first signal, which includes the information indicating that the vehicle (20) usage is ended, is received from said user terminal (401) connected by means of said communication unit (104) and in case a second signal, which includes the information indicating that there is no living being in the vehicle (20), is received from said sensor unit (101 ). The vehicle cleaning system (10) according to claim 1 , wherein the processor unit (103) is configured to provide sending of a third signal, which indicates that the disinfection process of the vehicle (20) is being applied by means of operating the cleaning unit (106) and which includes the duration needed for becoming ready for the next usage, to the server (40) by means of the communication unit (104). The vehicle cleaning system (10) according to claim 1 , wherein the cleaning unit (106) comprises at least one UV-C light source (1061 ). The vehicle cleaning system (10) according to claim 1 , wherein the cleaning unit (106) comprises at least one spraying device (1062). The vehicle cleaning system (10) according to claim 1 , wherein the spraying device (1062) comprises a movable head. The vehicle cleaning system (10) according to claim 1 , wherein the processor unit (103) is configured to provide guiding said movable head of the spraying device (1062) towards the seats used by the final user inside the vehicle (20).
7. The vehicle cleaning system (10) according to claim 1 , wherein the spraying device (1062) is placed at the ceiling of the vehicle (20) in a manner viewing all seats of the vehicle (20).
8. The vehicle cleaning system (10) according to claim 1 , wherein the UV-C light source (1061 ) is placed at the ceiling of the vehicle (20) in a manner viewing all seats of the vehicle (20).
9. The vehicle cleaning system (10) according to claim 1 , wherein a drive element (102) is provided for providing locking of vehicle (20) doors; the processor unit (103) is configured to provide operation of the drive element (102) in case the processor unit (103) receives said second signal from the sensor unit (101).
10. The vehicle cleaning system (10) according to claim 1 , wherein a user interface (105) is provided in the vehicle (20).
11. The vehicle cleaning system (10) according to claim 1 , wherein the processor unit (103) is configured to provide informing and warning of the user by means of the user interface (105).
