随着城市现代化发展进程,自动洗车服务已被社会广泛需求。目前,自动洗车机器已取得广泛的研究成果,市场上的自动洗车机器主要分接触式与无接触式。接触式洗车机主要采用擦拭的形式,极易对车辆构成损伤。现有的无接触式洗车广泛采用龙门式,龙门式洗车机主要悬臂式与往复式两种形式,龙门式洗车机器设备结构相对固定,运动自由度较少,难以做到适应不同车外形的清洗方式。现有的接触式与无接触式洗车机设备普遍高度都在3米以上,都面临着设备高度高,场地布置受限的问题,极大了的限制了自动洗车机的商业价值。
因此,如何设计出一种适用于不同场地,并能高质量、高效率的对车辆进行自动化清洗的智能洗车装置是目前需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本申请的目的是,提供一种智能洗车装置及***,以解决原有的洗车装置适用场地局限、清洗质量和清洗效率不高的问题。
本申请采用的技术方案如下:
本申请的第一方面,提供了一种智能洗车装置,包括布置在洗车区域至少一侧的洗车机,洗车机包括沿车辆长度方向布设的横向固定台、安装于横向固定台上方沿横向固定台长度方向进行位移的横向滑台、安装于横向滑台上方并沿横向滑台长度方向进行位移的水平侧滑台、安装于水平侧滑台上方并随水平侧滑台一起移动的主支架、安装于主支架上并沿主支架高度方向进行位移的纵向移动器,其中,水平侧滑台还固定有轮毂清洗装置,轮毂清洗装置通过第一旋转驱动机构实现对车轮毂面的转动喷水清洗,纵向移动器上固定有顶面清洗装置,顶 面清洗装置通过第二旋转驱动机构实现对车顶面的转动喷水清洗。
进一步地,主支架顶部安装有图像识别器,纵向移动器上还固定有机械臂,机械臂随纵向移动器上下移动以对车身上存在的顽固污点进行定点清洗。
进一步地,纵向移动器包括相啮合的1号旋转电机和旋转齿盘,顶面清洗装置为折弯型,其固定端连接旋转齿盘并随旋转齿盘在垂直面上转动。
进一步地,顶面清洗装置包括顶面喷水装置和2号旋转电机,2号旋转电机驱动顶面喷水装置转动角度以调整喷水角度。
进一步地,轮毂清洗装置固定于水平侧滑台两侧的固定板上并朝外伸出横向固定台,轮毂清洗装置顶部固定有车身化学装置,用于对车身侧面喷射清洗化学品。
进一步地,轮毂清洗装置包括轮毂化学装置、轮毂旋转电机和喷水装置,轮毂旋转电机驱动喷水装置转动喷水清洗,轮毂化学装置在轮毂清洗装置的位置固定。
进一步地,主支架上设置有清洗化学供应装置,其中,清洗化学供应装置包括化学箱、微型泵和小型电箱,化学箱固定于主支架后端,微型泵和小型电箱固定于主支架的侧端。
进一步地,横向固定台上设有横向滑轨和第一齿条,横向滑台的底部通过设置的横向滑块与横向滑轨滑动连接,横向滑台上固定有横向驱动电机,横向驱动电机通过第一齿轮与横向固定台上的第一齿条啮合。
进一步地,横向滑台上设有侧向滑轨和第二齿条,水平侧滑台的底部通过设置的水平滑块与侧向滑轨连接,水平侧滑台上固定有水平驱动电机,水平驱动电机通过第二齿轮与横向滑台上的第二齿条啮合。
进一步地,主支架上设有纵向滑轨和第三齿条,纵向移动器的侧端通过设置的纵向滑块与纵向滑轨滑动连接,纵向移动器上固定有纵向驱动电机,纵向驱动电机通过第三齿轮与主支架上的第三齿条啮合。
进一步地,纵向移动器内还固定有侧边喷水装置,侧边喷水装置随纵向移动器上下移动;顶面清洗装置还包含顶面化学装置,顶面化学装置与顶面清洗装置的相对位置固定。
本申请的另一方面,还提供了一种智能洗车***,包含前述的智能清洗装置,还包括后台服务器,智能清洗装置通过通讯模块与后台服务器无线连接,后台服务器根据智能清洗装置扫描的车辆外形数据,计算出清洗轨迹,并发送给智能清洗装置,智能清洗装置根据清洗轨迹完成车辆的自动化清洗。
与现有技术相比,本申请所提供的一种智能洗车装置及***,具有如下技术效果:
1、设备主机由传统的顶部吊装方式,改进为侧面放置,装置行进轨道可以放置在地面支座上,以上改动使设备整体高度大大下降,释放了顶部空间,解决了洗车机一直存在的高度 难题,极大的扩展了设备场景的兼容性,适应更加广阔的设备布置场景,如地下停车场、室内灯低矮空间,实现了洗车店普遍迁移至地下车库进行运营的可能性。
2、采用本申请的方案,洗车机具有多个自由度,横向、侧向、纵向、旋转,且相互间配合。与现有设备相比,其自由度更高,设备执行端(喷水管路)更加灵活,可以执行更加复杂的清洗动作。结合高自由度的设备,可以对车辆实行更加近距离和最佳角度的清洗,使清洗质量大大提高。
3、本申请的方案,总体采用无接触式洗车,有效保护车辆,局部采用机械臂定点除污,完成高质量的清洗流程。

具体实施方式
以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本申请的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本申请的保护范围。如在说明书及权利要求当中使用了某些词汇来指称特定部件。本领域技术人员应可理解,硬件或软件制造商可能会用不同名词来称呼同一个部件。本说明书及权利要求并不以名称的差异来作为区分部件的方式,而是以部件在功能上的差异来作为区分的准则。说明书后续描述为实施本申请的较佳实施方式,然所述描述乃以说明本申请的一般原则为目的,并非用以限定本申请的范围。本申请的保护范围当视所附权利要求所界定者为准。
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本申请做进一步详细说明。
实施例一
参照图1所示,本申请实施例提供了一种智能洗车装置,包括布置在间隔且相对设置的两台洗车机,即洗车机A和洗车机B,二者中间区域为车辆停放靠的自动化清洗作业区域,其中,洗车机A和洗车机B可以被设定为同时工作,或者一台工作,另一台不工作,当同时工作时,洗车机A和洗车机B的动作可以保持一致或者不一致,二者根据车身表面的部位及 部位处污染程度的不同,能够独立按照识别和判断规则,执行个性化清洗。但是,本领域技术人员应当能够理解的是,洗车机可以只布置一台,或者更多台,当布置为一台时,沿车辆周围设置的跑道型滑轨往复喷水清洗,当设置为四台时,可以在车头、车尾和两侧面车身分别布置一台,进行喷水清洗,但优选为两台,即可实现对车辆的全方位清洗。

参照图2~图5所述,该洗车机主要包括:横向固定台1、横向滑台2、水平侧滑台3、主支架4、轮毂清洗装置5、清洗化学供应装置6、纵向移动器7、顶面清洗装置8、机械臂9、图像识别器10。
下面来对前述洗车机的主要结构做详细说明。
横向固定台1,截面呈矩形,沿车辆长度方向布置,其底部通过设置的多根支座1-1固定支撑,横向固定台的内侧面设有第一齿条1-2,顶部设置有横向滑轨1-3,以便与横向滑台2建立滑动连接结构。
横向滑台2,截面呈矩形,水平布置于横向固定台1上部,被横向固定台1所支撑,其长度等于或略大于横向固定台的宽度,横向滑台2通过设置的滑块2-1与横向固定台1上的横向滑轨1-3连接,横向滑台2上设有固定的横向驱动电机2-2,横向驱动电机2-2通过自身的第一齿轮与横向固定台1上的第一齿条1-2啮合,这样,在横向驱动电机2-2的作用下,横向滑台2可在横向固定台沿横向(相当于车辆长度方向)进行横向位移,位移的距离大致等于或略小于横向滑台的长度。为了防止横向滑台脱轨,在横向滑轨1-3两端设有限位装置,限位装置可以通过诸如限位凸起、插梢等方式,以在横向滑轨两端形成阻碍横向滑台继续前移的阻挡物。
横向滑台2的顶部设置有侧向滑轨2-3,内侧面设置有第二齿条2-4,以便与水平侧滑台建立滑动连接结构。横向滑台2的外侧面固定有电机外箱2-5,电机外箱2-5内装有横向驱动电机2-2,电机外箱2-5为密封防水设计。设备主电箱2-6)也固定在横向滑台2上,并与电机外箱2-5在同一侧,设备主电箱2-6)是整台机器的总供电开关。
水平侧滑台3,位于横向滑台2上部,被横向滑台2支撑,水平侧滑台3通过其底部设置的水平滑块3-1与横向滑台的横向滑轨1-3连接,水平侧滑台3后部设有固定的水平驱动电机3-2,水平驱动电机3-2通过自身的第二齿轮与横向滑台的第二齿条2-4啮合,这样,在水平驱动电机3-2的作用下,水平侧滑台3可在横向滑台2上进行水平侧方向(相当于车辆宽 度方向)的位移,改变与车身的距离,同时,水平侧方向(车辆宽度方向)与横向(车辆长度方向)的位移相互垂直,故不仅能够在水平测方向移动还能够在横向方向上随横向滑台2移动而移动,从车头位置到车尾位置,调整不同的清洗位置。此外,侧向滑轨2-3两端设有限位装置,以防止水平侧滑台3脱轨,水平侧滑台3的两侧设有具有一定高度的两块固定板3-3。
轮毂清洗装置5固定于固定板3-3上,相对位置伸出横向固定台1外侧并在横向固定台顶部位置之下,轮毂清洗装置5在水平方向上随水平侧滑台3移动。轮毂清洗装置5顶部固定有车身化学装置5-4,通过喷嘴对车身侧面喷射清洗化学品,车身化学装置5-4相对轮毂清洗装置5的位置固定。轮毂清洗装置5通过第一旋转驱动机构控制其对轮毂进行转动喷水清洗,其设有轮毂旋转电机5-1、轮毂化学装置和喷水装置5-2。喷水装置5-2用于对轮毂进行清洗,轮毂化学装置5-3用于对轮毂喷射清洗化学品。轮毂旋转电机5-1驱动喷水装置5-2转动,可做圆周旋转或特定角度的往复转动,进而实现对轮毂外侧圆周面的360度清洗,轮毂化学装置5-3在轮毂清洗装置5的位置相对固定,并不随喷水装置5-2旋转,设置轮毂化学装置5-3喷射化学品,对一些不溶于水的污渍具有较好的清洗效果。本申请通过设置单独的轮毂清洗装置,在不影响其他器件工作的情况下,针对轮毂不同于车体表面的结构形式,设计了专门的轮毂清洗装置结构,实现了对轮毂的针对性清洗,使洗车功能更加全面。
配合参照图6、图7所示,主支架4设有纵向滑轨4-1,第三齿条4-2,以实现与纵向移动器7的滑动连接。主支架4固定于水平侧滑台3上,主支架4底部与水平侧滑台3连接固定,主支架4的两个侧面与两侧固定板3-1连接固定。主支架4在水平方向上随水平侧滑台3移动。主支架4设有一套清洗化学供应装置6,清洗化学供应装置包含化学箱6-1、微型泵6-2与小型电箱6-3。小型电箱6-3控制微型泵6-2的启停,化学箱6-1固定于主支架4后端,微型泵6-2与小型电箱6-3固定于主支架侧边,微型泵6-2从化学箱6-1内抽出化学品并向车身喷射。本申请将清洗化学供应装置直接固定于洗车机上,能够缩短清洗化学管路长度,提高化学喷淋响应速率。
主支架4顶部固定有图像识别器10,安装高度高于其他设备高度,图像识别器10可以是采用高清摄像头、雷达、距离传感器等组合实现图像识别功能,图像识别器10用于识别车辆外形数据,高精度扫描成像,然后发送给后台服务器,后台服务器根据车辆外形数据计算出智能洗车装置的清洗轨迹或风干轨迹,同时,图像识别器10还还监控清洗过程,同时,还能识别车辆清洗后仍存在的顽固污垢,以方便后续的污垢定点处理。
纵向移动器7包含纵向滑块7-5、纵向驱动电机7-1、1号旋转电机7-2、旋转齿盘7-3、侧边喷水装置7-4。纵向移动器7通过纵向滑块7-5与主支架4上的纵向滑轨4-1连接,纵向驱动电机7-1固定于纵向移动器7后端,通过自身的第三齿轮与主支架4上的第三齿条4-2 啮合,纵向驱动电机7-1带动纵向移动器沿主支架4竖直方向上下移动。1号旋转电机7-2固定于纵向移动器7内,通过齿轮与旋转齿盘7-3啮合,通过1号旋转电机7-2驱动纵向移动器7能够进行一定角度的转动,比如360度的旋转,或者以一定扇形角往复转动,同时,纵向移动器7在横向于水平侧方向随主支架4移动,由纵向驱动电机7-1驱动实现纵向移动。侧边喷水装置7-4固定于纵向移动器7下部,随纵向移动器7移动,侧边喷水装置7-4用于清洗汽车侧身,当纵向移动器7下移时,侧边喷水装置7-4对车身底部进行清洗,当纵向移动器上移时,侧边喷水装置7-4对车身上方进行清洗。
纵向移动器7上固定有一机械劈9,整体随纵向移动器7移动,机械臂9的作用为清理无接触洗车之后留下的顽固污垢。当图像识别器10识别出车身某部位清洗之后仍然存在冲刷不掉的顽固污垢时,则通过处理器给机械臂9发送启动信号,使得机械臂接触到顽固污垢部位,通过机械臂头部的毛刷进行往复刷动,以祛除污垢,或者,通过机械臂头部设置的高压喷嘴对准污垢部位进行高压式冲洗。
本申请的方案,总体采用无接触式洗车,有效保护车辆,局部采用机械臂定点除污,完成高质量的清洗流程。
纵向移动器7还固定连接顶面清洗装置8,顶面清洗装置8包含顶面化学装置8-1、顶面喷水装置8-2、2号旋转电机8-3。顶面清洗装置8呈折弯型,比如L形或弧线形,其固定端与纵向移动器7的旋转齿盘7-3固定,随旋转齿盘7-3做旋转运动,另一端为喷水端,喷水端为一长杆装,其设置有多个喷嘴,多个喷嘴的出水口方向可以设置为相同或者不同,顶面清洗装置8由第二旋转驱动机构,也即2号旋转电机8-3驱动,可完成顶面一定角度的旋转喷水,由于顶面喷水装置8-2本身可随纵向移动器7进行广角范围的旋转,对于车顶面具有较好的清洗效果,但是对于车尾或者车头的某些部位,其存在倾斜面或一些凹凸不平的面,此时单一的旋转不能较好的对这些特殊部位进行清洗或者清洗不到,此时,通过2号旋转电机带动顶面喷水装置8-2沿自身轴向进行一定范围角度的旋转,能够调整顶面喷水装置8-2的喷水角度和方位,使得其对于不平整面或不规则面仍然具有较好的清洗效果。顶面清洗装置8整体随旋转齿盘7-3旋转、随纵向移动器7移动。顶面化学装置8-1与顶面清洗装置8相对位置固定,随顶面清洗装置8动作,顶面化学装置8-1用于对车顶面喷射清洗化学品,顶面喷水装置8-2用于清洗汽车顶部,通过化学品喷淋,配合喷水,尤其是对于一些油渍具有较好的清洗效果。
采用本申请的方案,洗车机具有多个自由度,横向滑台2可沿横向固定台1横向(车辆长度方向)滑动,水平侧滑台3可沿横向滑台2的侧向(车辆宽度方向)滑动,轮毂清洗装置5可随水平侧滑台移动,并可通过旋转驱动机构实现旋转喷水,主支架4及主支架4上的清洗化 学供应装置6可随水平侧滑台3移动,实现对车身不同部位的化学喷淋,纵向移动器安装于主支架上,可随主支架在水平侧向移动,固定于纵向移动器上的侧边喷水装置还能够随主支架在水平侧向移动,同时,纵向移动器的齿盘与主支架的齿条配合,可沿主支架在纵向(车辆高度方向)移动,侧边喷水装置也能在纵向移动。此外,设置有专门的顶面清洗装置8,方便对车辆顶面的清洗,顶面清洗装置连接旋转齿盘,随旋转齿盘做旋转运动,顶面清洗装置8还随纵向移动器7纵向移动,顶面喷水装置8-2通过一旋转电机带动其自身旋转一定角度,实现对车辆特殊部位的清洗。与现有设备相比,其自由度更高,设备执行端(喷水管路)更加灵活,可以执行更加复杂的清洗动作。结合高自由度的设备,可以对车辆实行更加近距离和最佳角度的清洗,使清洗质量大大提高。
实施例二
本申请的实施例二提供了一种智能洗车***,包含上述实施例一种的智能清洗装置,还包括后台服务器,其中,智能清洗装置通过通讯模块与后台服务器无线连接,智能清洗装置在车辆停靠在清洗区域后,自动完成对车辆外形特征数据的扫描,然后发送给后台服务器,后台服务器根据智能清洗装置扫描的车辆外形数据,计算出清洗轨迹,并将清洗轨迹以指令的方式发送给智能清洗装置,智能清洗装置根据清洗轨迹完成车辆的自动化清洗。
本实施例中的智能洗车***,通过自动获取车辆外形数据,然后计算出清洗路径并发送给智能清洗装置执行,智能清洗装置根据预设的轨迹及清洗流程,控制前述实施例一种的洗车机的不同设备组件配合,执行不同的流程,自动化程度高,也提高了清洗效率。
值得注意的是,以上所述仅为本申请的较佳实施例,并非因此限定本申请的专利保护范围,本申请还可以对上述各种零部件的构造进行材料和结构的改进,或者是采用技术等同物进行替换。故凡运用本申请的说明书及图示内容所作的等效结构变化,或直接或间接运用于其他相关技术领域均同理皆包含于本申请所涵盖的范围内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种智能洗车装置,包括布置在洗车区域至少一侧的洗车机,其特征在于,所述洗车机包括沿车辆长度方向布设的横向固定台、安装于所述横向固定台上方沿所述横向固定台长度方向进行位移的横向滑台、安装于所述横向滑台上方并沿所述横向滑台长度方向进行位移的水平侧滑台、安装于所述水平侧滑台上方并随所述水平侧滑台一起移动的主支架、安装于所述主支架上并沿所述主支架高度方向进行位移的纵向移动器,其中,所述水平侧滑台还固定有轮毂清洗装置,所述轮毂清洗装置通过第一旋转驱动机构实现对车轮毂面的转动喷水清洗,所述纵向移动器上固定有顶面清洗装置,所述顶面清洗装置通过第二旋转驱动机构实现对车顶面的转动喷水清洗。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的智能洗车装置,其特征在于,所述主支架顶部安装有图像识别器,所述纵向移动器上还固定有机械臂,所述机械臂随所述纵向移动器上下移动以对车身上存在的顽固污点进行定点清洗。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的智能洗车装置,其特征在于,所述纵向移动器包括相啮合的1号旋转电机和旋转齿盘,所述顶面清洗装置为折弯型,其固定端连接所述旋转齿盘并随所述旋转齿盘在垂直面上转动。
  4. 如权利要求1~3任一所述的智能洗车装置,其特征在于,所述顶面清洗装置包括顶面喷水装置和2号旋转电机,所述2号旋转电机驱动所述顶面喷水装置转动角度以调整喷水角度。
  5. 如权利要求1~4任一所述的智能洗车装置,其特征在于,所述轮毂清洗装置固定于水平侧滑台两侧的固定板上并朝外伸出所述横向固定台,所述轮毂清洗装置顶部固定有车身化学装置,用于对车身侧面喷射清洗化学品。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的智能洗车装置,其特征在于,所述轮毂清洗装置包括轮毂化学装置、轮毂旋转电机和喷水装置,所述轮毂旋转电机驱动所述喷水装置转动喷水,所述轮毂化学装置在所述轮毂清洗装置的位置相对固定。
  7. 如权利要求1或2所述的智能洗车装置,其特征在于,所述主支架上设置有清洗化学供应装置,其中,所述清洗化学供应装置包括化学箱、微型泵和小型电箱,所述化学箱固定于主支架后端,所述微型泵和小型电箱固定于主支架的侧端。
  8. 如权利要求1~7任一所述的智能洗车装置,其特征在于,所述横向固定台上设有横向滑轨和第一齿条,所述横向滑台的底部通过设置的横向滑块与所述横向滑轨滑动连接,所述横向滑台上固定有横向驱动电机,所述横向驱动电机通过第一齿轮与所述横向固定台上的 第一齿条啮合。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的智能洗车装置,其特征在于,所述横向滑台上设有侧向滑轨和第二齿条,所述水平侧滑台的底部通过设置的水平滑块与所述侧向滑轨连接,所述水平侧滑台上固定有水平驱动电机,所述水平驱动电机通过第二齿轮与所述横向滑台上的所述第二齿条啮合。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的智能洗车装置,其特征在于,所述主支架上设有纵向滑轨和第三齿条,所述纵向移动器的侧端通过设置的纵向滑块与所述纵向滑轨滑动连接,所述纵向移动器上固定有纵向驱动电机,所述纵向驱动电机通过第三齿轮与所述主支架上的第三齿条啮合。
  11. 如权利要求1~3或10任一所述的智能洗车装置,其特征在于,所述纵向移动器内还固定有侧边喷水装置,所述侧边喷水装置随所述纵向移动器上下移动;所述顶面清洗装置还包含顶面化学装置,所述顶面化学装置与所述顶面清洗装置的相对位置固定。
  12. 一种智能洗车***,包含上述权利要求1~11任一所述的智能清洗装置,其特征在于,还包括后台服务器,所述智能清洗装置通过通讯模块与所述后台服务器无线连接,所述后台服务器根据所述智能清洗装置扫描的车辆外形数据,计算出清洗轨迹,并发送给所述智能清洗装置,所述智能清洗装置根据所述清洗轨迹完成车辆的自动化清洗。
