技术领域
本申请涉及电汽技术领域,特别涉及一种设备固定结构和电气设备。
背景技术
目前,安装导轨广泛的应用于各种电气设备中,为了使电气设备能够可拆卸的安装固定在安装导轨上,通常会采用连接固定结构,将电气设备安装在到导轨。然而,现有的连接固定结构在安装和拆卸电气设备时通常需要借用辅助工具,装卸非常不方便,工作人员的工作强度高。而不需要借助辅助工具的连接固定结构采用中部驱动的方式,在中间设置驱动结构,在两侧设置扣夹,通过驱动结构驱动两侧扣夹运动以夹持轨道或使轨道脱离,其结构设置较为复杂,制作难度高,成本大。
技术问题
本申请的主要目的是提供一种设备固定结构,旨在提高设备主体与导轨装卸的便利性。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本申请提出的一种设备固定结构,所述设备固定结构设置为将设备主体安装于导轨,所述设备固定结构包括:
卡持件,所述卡持件包括卡持主体、第一扣夹以及第二扣夹,所述卡持主体可移动地连接于所述设备主体,所述第一扣夹设置于所述卡持主体上,所述第二扣夹连接于所述卡持主体背离所述第一扣夹的一端,所述第一扣夹与所述第二扣夹之间形成有用于夹持所述导轨的夹持空间;和
限位件,所述限位件设于所述卡持主体与所述第二扣夹的连接处,并与所述设备主体可转动连接,所述第二扣夹于所述卡持主体移动时被所述限位件带动转动,并于转动时调整所述夹持空间,以使所述导轨卡入或脱出所述夹持空间。
在本申请的一例实施例中,所述卡持主体包括:
移动臂,所述移动臂可移动的连接于所述设备主体;和连接臂,所述连接臂的两端分别连接所述第二扣夹和所述移动臂,所述限位件设于所述连接臂与所述第二扣夹的连接处,所述连接臂与所述移动臂的连接处形成所述第一扣夹,所述第一扣夹形成有朝向所述第二扣夹的第一卡槽,所述第二扣夹形成有朝向所述第一扣夹的第二卡槽,所述第一卡槽和所述第二卡槽之间形成所述夹持空间。
在本申请的一例实施例中,所述连接臂包括:

在本申请的一例实施例中,所述设备固定结构为单一构件,所述限位件为转轴,所述转轴能够于所述卡持主体移动时相对所述设备主体转动并带动所述第二扣夹转动;

有益效果
本申请技术方案提供的设备固定结构设置为将设备主体安装于导轨。在安装时,可先将设备固定结构安装于设备主体,再直接将设备主体压向导轨,以使导轨与第一扣夹和第二扣夹抵接,并通过第一扣夹推动卡持主体朝背离第二扣夹的方向移动,且使限位件在卡持主体移动过程中带动第二扣夹朝背离夹持空间方向转动,从而扩大夹持空间,以使导轨进入夹持空间内。导轨进入夹持空间后,卡持主体和第一扣夹可朝向第二扣夹运动,限位件在卡持主体运动过程中将带动第二扣夹朝向夹持空间转动,以缩小夹持空间,使得导轨能够固定在夹持空间内,防止轨道和设备主体脱离。采用本申请提供的设备固定结构,在安装时,通过设备固定结构的移动即可实现设备主体与导轨之间的安装和拆卸,无需在导轨安装和拆卸过程中挪动设备主体,拆装过程轻松、便捷,能够降低工作人员的劳动强度,减小工作人员工作负担。并且,本申请提供的设备固定结构由卡持件和限位件两个结构组成,结构简单,便于制作加工。

在本申请实施例中,设备固定结构100包括卡持件10和限位件30,卡持件10包括卡持主体11、第一扣夹13以及第二扣夹15,卡持主体11可移动地连接于设备主体300,第一扣夹13设置于卡持主体11上,第二扣夹15连接于所述卡持主体11背离所述第一扣夹13的一端,第一扣夹13与第二扣夹15之间形成有用于夹持导轨500的夹持空间100a,限位件30设于卡持主体11与第二扣夹15的连接处,并与设备主体300可转动连接,第二扣夹15于卡持主体11移动时被限位件30带动转动,并于转动时调整夹持空间100a,以使导轨500卡入或脱出夹持空间100a。
本申请技术方案提供的设备固定结构100设置为将设备主体300安装于导轨500。在安装时,可先将设备固定结构100安装于设备主体300,再直接将设备主体300压向设备主体300,以使导轨500与第一扣夹13和第二扣夹15抵接,并通过第一扣夹13推动卡持主体11朝背离第二扣夹15的方向移动,且使限位件30在卡持主体11移动过程中带动第二扣夹15朝背离夹持空间100a方向转动,从而扩大夹持空间100a,以使导轨500进入夹持空间100a内。导轨500进入夹持空间100a后,卡持主体11和第一扣夹13可朝向第二扣夹15运动,限位件30在卡持主体11运动过程中将带动第二扣夹15朝向夹持空间100a转动,以缩小夹持空间100a,使得导轨500能够稳固的固定在夹持空间100a内,防止轨道和设备主体300脱离。采用本申请提供的设备固定结构100,在安装时,通过设备固定结构100的移动即可实现设备主体300与导轨500之间的安装和拆卸,无需在导轨500安装和拆卸过程中挪动设备主体300,拆装过程轻松、便捷,能够降低工作人员的劳动强度,减小工作人员工作负担。并且,本申请提供的设备固定结构100由卡持件10和限位件30两个结构组成,结构简单,便于制作加工。
参见图6,在本申请的一例实施例中,卡持主体11包括移动臂111和连接臂113,移动臂111可移动的连接于设备主体300,连接臂113的两端分别连接第二扣夹15和移动臂111,限位件30设于连接臂113与第二扣夹15的连接处,连接臂113与移动臂111的连接处形成第一扣夹13,第一扣夹13形成有有朝向第二扣夹15的第一卡槽13a,第二扣夹15形成有朝向第一扣夹13的第二卡槽15a,第一卡槽13a和第二卡槽15a之间形成夹持空间100a。
可以理解,导轨500通常包括导轨主体91和设于导轨500相对两侧的第一折弯部93和第二折弯部95,第一扣夹13和第二扣夹15分别设置的第一卡槽13a和第二卡槽15a,使得在安装时第一折弯部93和第二折弯部95能够分别插设在第一卡槽13a和第二卡槽15a内,以提高设备固定结构100固定导轨500的稳固性,从而提高设备主体300与导轨500安装的连接强度,防止设备主体300脱离导轨500。
参见图6,为了在设备主体300与导轨500安装时导向,在本申请的一例实施例中,第一扣夹13设有朝向夹持空间100a的第一导斜面13b,第二扣夹15设有朝向夹持空间100a的第二导斜面15b。可以理解,第一导斜面13b和第二导斜面15b可以在设备主体300与导轨500装配时与第一折弯部93和第二折弯部95抵接,以在导轨500***夹持空间100a内时为导轨500导向,从而使得导轨500的第一折弯部93和第二折弯部95能够分别卡接在第一卡槽13a和第二卡槽15a内。
参见图7,在本申请的一例实施例中,连接臂113包括连接体1131和弹性折弯体1133,连接体1131的一端与移动臂111连接,并与移动臂111形成第一卡槽13a,弹性折弯体1133连接于连接体1131背离移动臂111的一端,并与第二扣夹15连接,限位件30设于弹性折弯体1133与第二扣夹15的连接处,弹性折弯体1133于移动臂111移动时带动第二扣夹15转动。
可以理解,移动臂111在带动连接体1131移动时,由于限位件30的限制,弹性折弯体1133与第二扣夹15连接的一端将不能在移动臂111的移动方向上移动,又由于连接体1131对弹性折弯体1133在移动臂111的移动方向上的作用力,故连接体1131会带动弹性折弯体1133发生形变,以使弹性折弯体1133带动限位件30转动,并使限位件30带动第二扣夹15转动。当移动臂111带动连接体1131朝背离第二扣夹15方向移动时,移动臂111将会带动第一扣夹13和连接体1131朝背离第二扣夹15方向移动,连接体1131会对弹性折弯体1133施加自连接臂113向移动臂111方向的拉力,并使弹性折弯体1133在移动臂111的移动方向上形变,以让与弹性折弯体1133连接的限位件30能够带动第二扣夹15朝背离夹持空间100a的方向转动,从而扩大夹持空间100a,以便导轨500进入夹持空间100a内。当移动臂111带动第一扣夹13和连接体1131朝向第二扣夹15方向移动时,连接体1131会对弹性折弯体1133施加自移动臂111向连接臂113方向的推力,并使弹性折弯体1133在移动臂111的移动方向上形变,以使与弹性折弯体1133连接的限位件30能够带动第二扣夹15朝向夹持空间100a内转动,从而缩小夹持空间100a,进而将夹持固定在夹持空间100a内,防止导轨500与连接设备主体300的设备固定结构100脱离,保证设备主体300与导轨500连接的稳固性。
参见图6,在本申请的一例实施例中,弹性折弯体1133包括第一直板段1133a、过渡部1133b以及折弯段1133e,第一直板段1133a与连接体1131连接,并自导轨500向设备主体300方向延伸,过渡部1133b包括第二直板段1133c和第三直板段1133d,第二直板段1133c连接于第一直板段1133a背离连接体1131的一端,第三直板段1133d与第二直板段1133c背离第一直板段1133a的一端连接,并与第二直板段1133c呈夹角设置,夹角朝向夹持空间100a,折弯段1133e连接于第三直板段1133d背离第二直板段1133c的一端,并呈开口朝向夹持空间100a的钩状设置,折弯段1133e背离第三直板段1133d的一端与第二扣夹15连接。
可以理解,将第一直板段1133a自导轨500向设备主体300方向延伸,可使弹性折弯体1133与连接体1131和夹持空间100a之间留有一定空间,以保证弹性折弯体1133带动第二扣夹15转动时不会对设备固定结构100与导轨500的安装造成干涉。第一直板段1133a还可以与设备主体300抵接,以防止移动臂111朝背离第二扣夹15方向移动时,移动过度,导致弹性折弯体1133断裂。将第二直板段1133c和第三直板段1133d形成夹角设置,能够在第一直板段1133a和折弯段1133e的连接处起到过渡缓冲作用,从而防止弹性折弯体1133由于第一直板段1133a与直弯段连接处硬度过大而在形变时断裂。将折弯段1133e朝向夹持空间100a设置可以使得弹性折弯体1133整体类似于弧形结构,能够增强弹性折弯体1133整体结构的韧性,防止各个结构的连接处由于刚性过强无法带动第二扣夹15转动,或者由于刚性过强而在形变时折断或断裂。折弯段1133e可以在连接体1131朝向或者背离第二扣夹15移动时发生形变,以带动第二扣夹15转动。将折弯段1133e设为钩状不仅便于过渡段与第二扣夹15的连接,还能够提高折弯段1133e的韧性,保证折弯段1133e在形变过程中不易损坏。将折弯段1133e的开口朝向夹持空间100a能够保证弹性折弯体1133发生形变而带动第二扣夹15转动时,第二扣夹15与移动臂111能够同时朝向或背离夹持空间100a运动,以同步将夹持空间100a调整扩大或者调整缩小。
为了进一步限制弹性折弯体1133的形变范围。防止弹性折弯体1133形变过度而损坏,设备主体300还设有与弹性折弯体1133形状适配的限位板75,限位板75于第一壳体71围合形成供弹性折弯体1133安装的安装槽,如图3所示。
参见图3,在本申请的一例实施例中,设备固定结构100为单一构件,限位件30为转轴,转轴能够于卡持主体11移动时相对设备主体300转动并带动第二扣夹15转动。
可以理解,将设备固定结构100设为单一构件可以增强设备固定结构100中各结构之间的连接强度,避免各个结构的连接处断裂,从而提高设备固定结构100整体的结构强度。同时,将设备固定结构100设为单一构件,还便于设备固定结构100的生产制造,能够提高设备固定结构100的生产组装效率。将限位件30设置为转轴可使设备固定结构100的结构更加简单,制作更加方便。限位件30设为转轴时,限位件30将转动连接于设备主体300,以增强设备主体300与设备固定结构100之间的连接强度。当移动臂111朝向第二扣夹15移动时,限位件30会在被连接体1131带动自设备主体300向导轨500方向转动,以带动第二扣夹15朝向夹持空间100a转动,从而缩小夹持空间100a,以夹持固定导轨500。当移动臂111朝背离第二扣夹15方向移动时,限位件30会在被连接体1131带动自导轨500向设备主体300方向转动,以带动第二扣夹15朝背离夹持空间100a方向转动,从而扩大夹持空间100a,以保证导轨500能够进入夹持空间100a。
当然,于其他实施例中连接臂113与第二扣夹15也可以为分体结构。例如,限位件30可以包括第一齿轮和第二齿轮,连接臂113背离移动臂111的一端设有第一齿轮,第二扣夹15设有连接第一齿轮的第二齿轮,第一齿轮于移动臂111移动时带动第二齿轮转动,以带动第二扣夹15转动调整夹持空间100a。
可以理解,移动臂111移动时可以通过连接臂113带动第一齿轮转动,从而带动第二齿轮转动,第二齿轮转动时会带动与其连接的第二扣夹15转动,从而调节夹持空间100a的大小。限位件30还可以包括驱动件,驱动件可以与第一齿轮或第二齿轮连接,以驱使第一齿轮或第二齿轮转动,并带动第二扣夹15朝向或者背离夹持空间100a转动,且同时带动卡持主体11朝向或背离第二扣夹15移动,以调整夹持空间100a的大小,驱动件可以为电机或者气缸和丝杆组合的结构等。采用驱动件驱动能够提高设备固定结构100的自动化程度,减少人工操作。
参见图图3和图6,在本申请的一例实施例中,所述设备主体300包括第一壳体71和第二壳体73,所述第一壳体71和/或第二壳体73上设置有第一导引槽300a,所述卡持主体11还包括第一导向结构115,所述第一导向结构115设于所述连接体1131背离导轨500的一侧,所述第一导向结构115形成有朝相背方向开口的两个连接槽115a,所述第一导向结构115形成所述连接槽115a的部分结构可移动插设于所述第一导引槽300a内。
可以理解,第一导向结构115不仅能够在卡持主体11相对设备主体300移动时为卡持主体11导向,还可以提高设备固定结构100与设备主体300的连接强度。第一导向结构115可以为滑轨结构或者导向槽和与导向槽适配的导向筋结构等。在本申请中,可以仅有第一壳体71或者第二壳体73与第一导向结构115连接,也可以第一壳体71和第二壳体73均与第一导向结构115连接。卡持主体11相对设备主体300移动时,第一导向结构115可以沿着插设在两个连接槽115a内的第一壳体71和第二壳体73的部分结构移动,以使第一导向结构115沿着第一导引槽300a移动,以为卡持主体11移动导向。由于第一导向结构115形成连接槽115a的部分结构可移动插设于第一导引槽300a内,故第一导向结构115还能够提高设备固定结构100和设备主体300的连接强度。此外,第一导向结构115还可以在设备固定结构100与设备主体300安装时为两者定位,以便于设备固定结构100与设备主体300的安装,保证设备固定结构100能够安装到位。
第一壳体71和/或第二壳体73形成第一导引槽300a于移动臂111移动方向上的的两端,还可以限位第一导向结构115,以将第一导向结构115限位于第一导引槽300a内,从而进一步保证卡持主体11的移动范围,防止卡持主体11移动过度而损坏弹性折弯体1133。
在本申请的一例实施例中,卡持主体11还包括第二导向结构117,第二导向结构117设于移动臂111,并可移动连接于设备主体300。
可以理解,第二限位结构可以进一步限位卡持主体11的移动方向,以使移动臂111沿着第二导向结构117导向的方向移动。在本实施例中,第二导向结构117导向的方向为卡持主体11朝向或背离第二扣夹15移动的方向,从而保证卡持主体11不会移动偏位,进而保证设备主体300、设备固定结构100以及导轨500连接的稳固性。第二导向结构117可以是设备主体300设有滑槽和滑轨的其中之一,移动臂111设有其中之另一。也可以是设备主体300邻近移动臂111的部分结构设有第二导引槽300b或导引筋117的其中之一,移动臂111于移动方向上的相对两侧设有第二导引槽300b或导引筋117的其中之另一,导引筋117至少部分结构插设于第二导引槽300b内,并可于第二导引槽300b内移动。
参见图2和图3,在本申请的一例实施例中,移动臂111设有导引筋117,设备主体300设有第二导引槽300b,移动臂111还设有限位块121。限位块121可限位卡持主体11朝向第二扣夹15移动的距离,从而防止卡持主体11由于重力因素朝向第二扣夹15移动。
参见图3、图6和图7,在本申请的一例实施例中,设备主体300形成有相连通的第一限位槽300c和第二限位槽300d,卡持主体11还包括限位部119,限位部119与移动臂111连接,限位部119的至少部分结构于第一扣夹13与第二扣夹15相向或相背运动时插设于第一限位槽300c或第二限位槽300d内。
可以理解,当卡持主体11朝背离第二扣夹15方向时,限位部119将随着移动臂111朝背离第二扣夹15方向移动,以从第一限位槽300c移动至第二限位槽300d,或者从第一限位槽300c移动至第一限位槽300c与第二限位槽300d的交接处。此时,夹持空间100a将扩张到足以供导轨500装配的大小,导轨500可以进入到夹持空间100a内。当导轨500进入夹持空间100a后,卡持主体11可朝向第二扣夹15移动以使限位部119在移动臂111移动过程中重新进入第一限位槽300c内,此时,由于第一限位槽300c的限制第一扣夹13和第二扣夹15将不再相对移动,夹持空间100a的大小足以夹持固定导轨500,可防止导轨500脱出。第一限位槽300c和第二限位槽300d能够在夹持空间100a缩小或扩大到一定程度时限制移动臂111移动,从而限制第一扣夹13和第二扣夹15相对移动,以保持夹持空间100a大小不变,便于导轨500的安装或者脱离,防止影响导轨500的安装和脱离。
在本申请的一例实施例中,移动臂111设有与第一限位槽300c和第二限位槽300d连通的让位孔11a,限位部119包括弹性臂1191和限位凸块1193,弹性臂1191与移动臂111连接,并设于让位孔11a内,弹性臂1191沿移动臂111的移动方向延伸,限位凸块1193连接于弹性臂1191背离移动臂111的一端,并能够于第一扣夹13与第二扣夹15相向或相背运动时插设于第一限位槽300c或第二限位槽300d内。
可以理解,限位凸块1193设置为***第一限位槽300c或第二限位槽300d内,以在调整夹持空间100a后限位设备固定结构100而固定夹持空间100a的大小,便于设备主体300与导轨500的安装和拆卸。弹性臂1191可在移动臂111移动时在让位孔11a内朝背或背离设备主体300方向发生形变,以带动限位凸块1193卡入或脱离第一限位槽300c或第二限位槽300d,从而保证在导轨500夹持或脱离夹持空间100a后,依然能够通过移动卡持主体11和第二扣夹15来调整夹持空间100a,并保障导轨500的拆卸和安装,提高设备固定结构100的便利性和实用性。
参见图6,在本申请的一例实施例中,设备固定结构100还包括提手17,提手17连接于卡持主体11背离第二扣夹15的一端,并设于设备主体300外。
可以理解,提手17的设置便于握持拉动卡持主体11,以使卡持主体11带动限位件30,使限位件30在卡持主体11朝向或者背离第二扣夹15移动的同时驱动第二扣夹15朝向或者背离夹持空间100a转动,以调整夹持空间100a的大小,从而安装和拆卸导轨500与设备主体300。
为了进一步提高拉动卡持主体11的便利性,提手17可以包括提手主体171和握块173,提手主体171与卡持主体11背离第一扣夹13的一端连接,还可设有朝背离导轨500方向凸设的握块173,握块173连接于提手主体171背离卡持主体11的一侧,并与提手主体171和卡持主体11围合形成握槽17a。握槽17a便于握持推拉卡持主体11,以使卡持主体11能够朝向或背离第二扣夹15移动。朝背离导轨500方向设置的握块173,既不会干扰设备主体300和导轨500的安装,又可以限制握持位置,能够避免提手17在握持推拉过程中脱离。
参见图3,本申请提供的设备固定结构100,在安装时可以自移动臂111朝向第二扣夹15方向安装,也可以自第二扣夹15朝向移动臂111方向安装。例如,可以先将设于移动臂111的第二导向结构117与设备主体300的第二导引槽300b对应安装在第二壳体73上,在对应将第一导向结构115插设在第一导引槽300a内,并将限位件30安装于第二壳体73的对应位置,以完成设备固定结构100与第二壳体73的安装。安装完毕后,可再装配第一壳体71与第二壳体73,并将设备固定结构100与第一壳体71对应组装,以完成设备主体300与设备固定结构100的安装。如此可以避免设备固定结构100由于扭曲或不规则形变状态安装导致设备主体300与设备固定结构100安装不牢导致设备主体300与导轨500连接稳固性差等问题。
参见图4,自由状态时,限位部119的限位凸块1193插设在第一限位槽300c内。在装配设备主体300与导轨500时,可将设备主体300压向导轨500,以使第一扣夹13的第一导斜面13b和第二扣夹15的第二导斜面15b可以分别与第一折弯部93和第二折弯部95抵接,并在设备主体300下压过程中为第一折弯部93和第二折弯部95导向。在设备主体300压向导轨500过程中,第一扣夹13和第二扣夹15将在导轨500的作用下相背移动,以扩大夹持空间100a,使导轨500能够进入夹持空间100a内。此时的移动臂111将带动连接体1131朝背离第二扣夹15方向移动,并拉动弹性折弯体1133发生形变,并且,限位部119的限位凸块1193将从第一限位槽300c移动至第二限位槽300d内,或者从第一限位槽300c移动至第一限位槽300c与第二限位槽300d的交接处。
若限位凸块1193在下压过程中从第一限位槽300c进入第二限位槽300d内,那么当导轨500进入夹持空间100a后,可以自第一扣夹13向第二扣夹15方向推动提手17移动,以使移动臂111带动连接体1131朝向第二扣夹15方向移动,以使限位部119的弹性臂1191将朝向背离设备主体300方向变形,以使限位凸块1193脱离第二限位槽300d,并在移动臂111移动过程中回到第一限位槽300c内。并使连接臂113在移动过程中推动弹性折弯体1133发生形变,以带动限位件30相对设备主体300转动,从而带动第二扣夹15朝向夹持空间100a转动,以缩小夹持空间100a,使导轨500的第一折弯部93和第二折弯部95能够分别***固定在第一卡槽13a和第二卡槽15a内,从而完成导轨500的装配。当提手17推动移动臂111朝向第二扣夹15移动时,从而保证设备主体300与导轨500装配的稳固性。
若限位凸块1193在下压过程中仅从第一限位槽300c移动至第一限位槽300c与第二限位槽300d的交接处,那么当导轨500进入夹持空间100a后,由于导轨500不再对第一扣夹13和第二扣夹15作用,在无外力作用情况下弹性折弯体1133和弹性臂1191将复原,以使限位凸起回弹至第一限位槽300c内,并带动移动臂111、连接臂113以及第一扣夹13朝向第二扣夹15方向移动,且带动第二扣夹15朝向夹持空间100a内转动,以缩小夹持空间100a,使导轨500的第一折弯部93和第二折弯部95能够分别***固定在第一卡槽13a和第二卡槽15a内,从而完成导轨500的装配。当提手17推动移动臂111朝向第二扣夹15移动时,从而保证设备主体300与导轨500装配的稳固性。
参见图5,当需要拆卸设备主体300和导轨500时,可以自第二扣夹15向第一扣夹13方向拉动提手17,以使移动臂111带动连接体1131和第一扣夹13朝背离第二扣夹15方向移动,并使连接臂113带动弹性折弯体1133形变,从而使限位件30相对于设备主体300转动,以带动第二扣夹15朝背离夹持空间100a方向转动,进而扩大夹持空间100a,使导轨500的第一折弯部93和第二折弯部95能够脱离第一卡槽13a和第二卡槽15a。此时设备主体300可以从导轨500上取出,以完成设备主体300和导轨500的拆卸。当提手17带动移动臂111自第二扣夹15向第一扣夹13方向移动时,限位部119的限位凸块1193将从第一限位槽300c进入第二限位槽300d内,此时,即使不再拉动提手17,第一折弯部93与第二折弯部95也未插设在第一卡槽13a和第二卡槽15a内,此时可随意搬动设备主体300,完成拆卸。
可以理解的是,在安装导轨500时,除了将设备主体300压向导轨500,以完成设备主体300与导轨500安装的方式外。还可以通过拉动提手17先扩大夹持空间100a,以使导轨500进入夹持空间100a内,再推动提手17以缩小夹持空间100a,以夹持固定导轨500。
本申请还提出一种电气设备,该电气设备包括设备主体300和设备固定结构100,该设备固定结构100的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本电气设备采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有功能,在此不再一一赘述。
由于本申请提供的设备固定结构100为单个机构件,因此可以简化设备固定结构100的加工和设备固定结构100与设备主体300的组装工艺,能够降低成本,减少对设备主体300体积的需求。并且,由于采用本申请提供的设备固定结构100,设备主体300可以相对于导轨500在垂直方向上***安装或者拆卸,极大地提高了设备主体300维护便利性。采用本申请提供的设备固定结构100能够提高设备主体300与导轨500的安装效率,可以实现一键式操作将设备主体300安装到导轨500上或者从导轨500上拆卸,不需采用辅助工具即可实现设备固定结构100不同状态的转化,简化了设备主体300与导轨500的装卸操作,降低了工人的劳作强度。
此外,采用本申请提供过的设备固定结构100,使得当有多个设备主体300彼此相邻地安装在导轨500上时,它们可以独立的在相邻的设备主体300之间实现安装与拆卸,而无需将相邻的设备主体300移除。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种设备固定结构,其中,所述设备固定结构设置为将设备主体安装于导轨,所述设备固定结构包括:
    卡持件,所述卡持件包括卡持主体、第一扣夹以及第二扣夹,所述卡持主体可移动地连接于所述设备主体,所述第一扣夹设置于所述卡持主体上,所述第二扣夹连接于所述卡持主体背离所述第一扣夹的一端,所述第一扣夹与所述第二扣夹之间形成有用于夹持所述导轨的夹持空间;和
    限位件,所述限位件设于所述卡持主体与所述第二扣夹的连接处,并与所述设备主体可转动连接,所述第二扣夹于所述卡持主体移动时被所述限位件带动转动,并于转动时调整所述夹持空间,以使所述导轨卡入或脱出所述夹持空间。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的设备固定结构,其中,所述卡持主体包括:
    移动臂,所述移动臂可移动的连接于所述设备主体;和
    连接臂,所述连接臂的两端分别连接所述第二扣夹和所述移动臂,所述限位件设于所述连接臂与所述第二扣夹的连接处,所述连接臂与所述移动臂的连接处形成所述第一扣夹,所述第一扣夹形成有朝向所述第二扣夹的第一卡槽,所述第二扣夹形成有朝向所述第一扣夹的第二卡槽,所述第一卡槽和所述第二卡槽之间形成所述夹持空间。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的设备固定结构,其中,所述连接臂包括:
    连接体,所述连接体的一端与所述移动臂连接,并与所述移动臂形成所述第一卡槽;和
    弹性折弯体,所述弹性折弯体连接于所述连接体背离所述移动臂的一端,并与所述第二扣夹连接,所述限位件设于所述弹性折弯体与所述第二扣夹的连接处,所述弹性折弯体于所述移动臂移动时带动所述第二扣夹转动。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的设备固定结构,其中,所述弹性折弯体包括:
    第一直板段,所述第一直板段与所述连接体连接,并自所述导轨向所述设备主体方向延伸;
    过渡部,所述过渡部包括第二直板段和第三直板段,所述第二直板段连接于所述第一直板段背离所述连接体的一端,所述第三直板段与所述第二直板段背离所述第一直板段的一端连接,并与所述第二直板段呈夹角设置,所述夹角朝向所述夹持空间;以及
    折弯段,所述折弯段连接于所述第三直板段背离所述第二直板段的一端,并呈开口朝向夹持空间的钩状设置,所述折弯段背离所述第三直板段的一端与所述第二扣夹连接。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的设备固定结构,其中,所述设备主体包括第一壳体和第二壳体,所述第一壳体和/或第二壳体上设置有第一导引槽,所述卡持主体还包括第一导向结构,所述第一导向结构设于所述连接体背离所述导轨的一侧,所述第一导向结构形成有朝相背方向开口的两个连接槽,所述第一导向结构形成所述连接槽的部分结构可移动插设于所述第一导引槽内。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的设备固定结构,其中,所述卡持主体还包括第二导向结构,所述第二导向结构设于所述移动臂,并可移动连接于所述设备主体。
  7. 如权利要求2所述的设备固定结构,其中,所述设备固定结构为单一构件,所述限位件为转轴,所述转轴能够于所述卡持主体移动时相对所述设备主体转动并带动所述第二扣夹转动;
    和/或,所述连接臂与所述第二扣夹为分体结构,所述限位件包括第一齿轮和第二齿轮,所述连接臂背离移动臂的一端设有第一齿轮,所述第二扣夹设有连接所述第一齿轮的第二齿轮,所述第一齿轮于所述移动臂移动时带动所述第二齿轮转动,以带动所述第二扣夹转动调整所述夹持空间。
  8. 如权利要求2所述的设备固定结构,其中,所述设备主体形成有相连通的第一限位槽和第二限位槽,所述卡持主体还包括限位部,所述限位部与所述移动臂连接,所述限位部的至少部分结构于所述卡持主体与所述第二扣夹相向或相背运动时插设于所述第一限位槽或所述第二限位槽内。
  9. 如权利要求1至8中任意一项所述的设备固定结构,其中,所述第一扣夹设有朝向所述夹持空间的第一导斜面,所述第二扣夹设有朝向所述夹持空间的第二导斜面;
    和/或,所述设备固定结构还包括提手,所述提手连接于所述卡持主体背离所述第二扣夹的一端,并设于所述设备主体外。
  10. 一种电气设备,其中,所述电气设备包括设备主体和如权利要求1至9中任一所述的设备固定结构。
