Description
本发明属于洗涤设备技术领域，具体提供一种洗涤设备的洗涤剂投放装置及洗涤设备。
现有的洗涤设备通常会配置有投放盒，投放盒与洗涤设备的进水***连通，在洗涤过程中，需要在投放盒投放洗涤剂、洗衣粉或者柔顺剂，进水***向投放盒组件内进水将投放盒组件中的洗涤剂稀释冲入到洗涤设备的内筒。
通常情况下洗涤剂投放装置结构复杂，安装或拆卸过程繁琐，客户使用时带来很多的不便。
因此，本领域需要一种新的技术方案来解决上述问题。

此外，还需要说明的是，在本发明的描述中，除非另有明确的规定和限定，术语“设置”、“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解，例如，可以是固定连接，也可以是可拆卸连接，或一体连接；可以是机械连接，也可以是电连接。对于本领域技术人员而言，可根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
基于背景技术中指出的现有的洗涤剂投放装置结构复杂、安装成本高的问题，本发明提供一种洗衣设备的洗涤剂投放装置及洗涤设备，旨在通过简单结构实现不同的洗涤效果，便于安装，同时还降低了维修成本，提高洗涤设备的美观度。
首先参阅图1和图2，其中，图1是本发明的洗涤剂投放装置的立体示意图；图2是本发明的洗涤剂投放装置的分解示意图。
本发明的提供的洗涤设备的包括箱体以及设置在箱体内的洗衣筒，洗涤剂投放装置安装在箱体上。
需要说明的是，本发明的洗涤剂投放装置可以直接固定在箱体内，或者也可以设置在箱体的盘座上，并且，与盘座为嵌入式配合结构，一般来说，洗涤剂投放装置位于洗衣筒的上方，便于洗涤剂投放装置内的洗涤剂能够自然流入至洗衣筒，操作简单，安装成本低。
优选地，如图1和图2所示，本发明的洗涤剂投放装置包括：盖体1、壳体2、储液盒3以及分水盒4，其中，盖体1上设置有第一投放口11和第二投放口12；壳体2与盖体1固定连接且位于盖体1的下方，壳体2上设置有注液口23与洗衣筒连通；储液盒3设置在壳体2内，储液盒3内设置有独立的第一储液腔31和第二储液腔32，第一储液腔31与第一投放口11连通，第二储液腔32与第二投放口12连通，储液盒3上设置有分别与第一储液腔31和第二储液腔32连通的第一出液口311(详见图4)和第二出液口321(详见图4)，第一出液口311和第二出液口321均与注液口23连通，第一储液腔31内设置有与第一出液口311连通的第一虹吸组件，第二储液腔32内设置有与第二出液口321连通的第二虹吸组件；分水盒4设置在壳体2内且位于储液盒3的上方，分水盒4内设置有独立的第一进水腔411(详见图6)和第二进水腔412(详见图6)，第一进水腔411与第一储液腔31连通，第二进水腔412与第二储液腔32连通，分水盒4上设置有分别与第一进水腔411和第二进水腔412连通的第一进水口4111(详见图6)和第二进水口4121(详见图6)，第一进水口4111和第二进水口4121均与外部供水源连通。
需要说明的是，盖体1可以设置为长方形，或者盖体1也可以设置为椭圆形，再或者还可以设置为菱形，优选地，盖体1形成为长方形，第一投放口11和第二投放口12分别设置在盖体1的左右两端，在实际应用中，洗涤剂投放装置需要安装在箱体内预留的安装空间，优选地，第一投放口11和第二投放口12分别位于分水盒4的左右两侧。
还需要说明的是，如图2和图7所示，壳体2与盖体1扣合连接，壳体2内部能够形成容纳腔，壳体2的底壁设置有注液口23，优选地，注液口23的数量设置有一个，且该注液口23呈长条状沿壳体2的长度方向延伸设置。一般来说，分水盒4和储液盒3分别设置在容纳腔的上部和下部，具体地，分水盒4的顶部与盖体1的底部相抵接，储液盒3的底部靠近壳体2的底部，并且，储液盒3的顶部敞口，分水盒4设置在储液盒3的顶部，优选地，分水盒4形成的长度小于储液盒3的长度，也就是说，分水盒4的左右两侧边 均设置在对应储液腔的上方。进一步优选地，第一投放口11与第二投放口12之间的距离大于分水盒4的长度，这样一来，投放口投放的洗涤剂可以直接投放至对应的储液腔，避免分水盒4的顶部对投放口形成干涉作用，从而避免资源浪费。
接着参阅图3和图4，其中，图3是本发明的洗涤剂投放装置的储液盒的结构示意图；图4是本发明的图3中A-A剖面示意图。
在实际应用中，如图2至图4所示，储液盒3内可以划分为第一储液腔31和第二储液腔32，并且第一储液腔31和第二储液腔32对称分布在储液盒3的左右两侧，例如，储液盒3的中间位置可以设置有分隔板33，分隔板33设置有多个，多个分隔板33之间设置有间距，在分隔板33间隙对应的分水盒4的设置有第一螺纹结构，分水盒4的第一螺纹结构能够穿过分隔板33的间隙将分水盒4固定在壳体2的对应位置上，由此可以有效降低储液盒3的整体重量，使得储液盒3轻量化，结构简单，便于安装。
接着参阅图5和图6，其中，图5是本发明的洗涤剂投放装置的分水盒的结构示意图；图6是本发明的洗涤剂投放装置的分水盒的分解示意图。
优选地，如图5和图6所示，分水盒4包括盒体41、底板43以及分水板42，盒体41与底板43连接，分水板42的顶端和底端分别与盒体41和底板43连接以将分水盒4的内部划分为第一进水腔411和第二进水腔412，第一进水口4111和第二进水口4121均设置于盒体41，底板43上设置有分别与第一储液腔31和第二储液腔32连通的第一出水口4112和第二出水口4122。
需要说明的是，分水板42将分水盒4划分为第一进水腔411室和第二进水腔412，并且优选地第一进水腔411和第二进水腔412分别设置在分水盒4的左右两侧，可以防止第一储液腔31和第二储液腔32的液体分别串入第二进水腔412和第一进水腔411，从而被动的触发虹吸；与此同时，第一进水口4111和第二进水口4121分别与第一进水腔411和第二进水腔412的侧部连通，对应地，第一出水口4112和第二出水口4122分别与第一进水腔411和第二进水腔412的底部相连通，通过这样的设置，使得进水口和出水口分布在不同的面上，可以有效降低流水在进水腔室的出水速度，避免资源浪费，提高客户的使用体验。
还需要说明的是，如图6所示，第一出水口4112和第二出水口4122的数量均可以设置为一个，或者也可以设置为多个，优选地，第一出水口4112 和第二出水口4122的数量均为多个，具体地，每个出水口的形状为圆形，并且直径相等，由此，可以有效增加出水量，同时能够防止出水速度过快使得储液腔内的洗涤剂无法充分稀释，有效提高了稀释效率。
优选地，如图2至图6所示，第一虹吸组件包括相互配合的第一虹吸柱312和第一虹吸帽431，第二虹吸组件包括相互配合的第二虹吸柱322和第二虹吸帽432，第一虹吸柱312和第二虹吸柱322的底端均与储液盒3的内底壁连接，第一虹吸帽431和第二虹吸帽432的顶端均与底板43连接，多个第一出水口4112围绕第一虹吸帽431分布，多个第二出水口4122围绕第二虹吸帽432分布。
需要说明的是，第一虹吸组件与第二虹吸组件形成的结构可以相同，或者也可以为不同的虹吸结构，优选地，第一虹吸组件与第二虹吸组件的结构相同，第一虹吸组件和第二虹吸组件分别设置在第一储液腔31和第二储液腔32内，沿储液盒3的高度方向延伸。具体地，第一虹吸组件包括第一虹吸柱312和第一虹吸帽431，第一虹吸柱312设置在第一储液腔31的内底壁，并且第一虹吸柱312的底部与第一储液腔31的内底壁相固定，第一虹吸帽431设置在分水盒4的底板43，与此同时，第一虹吸柱312与第一虹吸帽431相配合；在实际应用中，第一虹吸柱312形成为空心的圆柱状，第一虹吸帽431同样为空心的圆柱状。由此，第一虹吸帽431沿其延伸方向能够与第一虹吸柱312配合构成了第一虹吸组件，使得储液盒3底部的液体通过虹吸结构最大程度的溢出至壳体2中。与此同时，多个第一出水口4112均匀分布在第一虹吸帽431周围，可以有效防止多个出水口对相应地虹吸组件形成干涉作用。
还需要说明的是，如图3和图4所示，第一虹吸柱312与第一储液腔31内底壁连接处设置有第一凹槽313，优选地第一凹槽313设置为圆形，并且第一虹吸柱312设置在第一凹槽313的中心位置，沿第一虹吸柱312的底部的轴向方向设置有多个安装筋，具体地，安装筋的底部和侧部分别与第一凹槽313的底部及第一虹吸柱312的外壁相固定，也就是说，安装筋的截面优选设置为L型，多个安装筋与第一虹吸帽431的内壁和底端相抵接，第一虹吸柱312的周向方向的安装筋的数量优选设置为三个，并且，三个安装筋等间距的固定在第一凹槽313内，通过这样的设置，可以增加第一虹吸帽431与第一虹吸柱312连接处的稳定性，防止第一虹吸帽431在第一虹吸柱312上晃动，与此同时，第一虹吸帽431与第一虹吸柱312连接处的底部设置有 安装筋，便于第一储液腔31的液体顺利溢出至壳体2的注液口23，结构简单，生产成本低，便于安装。与此同时，第二虹吸组件和第一虹吸组件结构相同，在此不在一一赘述。
优选地，如图1、图2、图5和图6所示，分水盒4上还设置有分别与第一进水口4111和第二进水口4121连通的第一注水管413和第二注水管414，壳体2上设置有第一开口21和第二开口22，在安装完成的情形下，第一注水管413和第二注水管414分别位于第一开口21内和第二开口22内且伸出至壳体2的外面。
需要说明的是，第一注水管413和第二注水管414凸出于分水盒4的侧壁设置，例如，第一注水管413和第二注水管414可以沿水平方向凸出设置，或者第一注水管413和第二注水管414也可以沿竖直方向凸出设置，优选地，第一注水管413和第二注水管414沿水平方向凸出设置，图上所示，第一注水管413和第二注水管414分别穿过壳体2的第一开口21和第二开口22，装配完成后，第一注水管413和第二注水管414伸出壳体2的部分可以分别与进水阀和柔顺剂阀相连通，或者也可以均与单独进水阀相连通，只要能够满足客户对不同洗涤剂的需求即可，这样一来，有效避免了第一注水管413和第二注水管414形成干涉作用，能够满足客户在不同阶段使用不同洗涤剂的需求。
继续参阅图1和图2，并接着参阅图7和图8，其中，图7是本发明的洗涤剂投放装置的壳体的结构示意图；图8是本发明的洗涤剂投放装置的盖体的结构示意图。
优选地，如图1、图2和图7所示，洗涤剂投放装置还包括分别设置在第一开口21和第二开口22内的第一密封件51和第二密封件52，第一密封件51上设置有第一通孔511，第二密封件52上设置有第二通孔521，在安装完成的情形下，第一注水管413和第二注水管414分别穿过第一通孔511和第二通孔521。
需要说明的是，第一通孔511和第二通孔521分别对应地套设于第一注水管413和第二注水管414的外侧壁，也就是说，第一通孔511的形状与第一注水管413的外侧壁的形状相适应，并且，第二通孔521的形状与第二注水管414的外侧壁的形状相适应，便于第一注水管413和第二注水管414分别穿过第一通孔511和第二通孔521，可以确保第一注水管413和第二注水管414与壳体2的连接为密封连接，避免液体从相应的注水管侧壁流出，同 时还可以对第一注水管413和第二注水管414形成有效地支撑作用，提高客户的使用体验。
优选地，如图2和图7所示，第一密封件51和第二密封件52均与壳体2卡接固定。
需要说明的是，第一密封件51与壳体2上的第一开口21卡接固定，对应地，第二密封件52与壳体2上的第二开口22卡接固定；进一步地，在第一密封件51的周侧方向设置有卡接槽，在第一开口21的周侧对应地设置有相互配合的卡接柱，并且优选地，第一密封件51和第二密封件52均设置为U型，即第一密封件51和第二密封件52可以通过由上至下的方向***至壳体2的对应开口的位置，使得第一密封件51和第二密封件52能够稳固地与壳体2相连接，有效地提高了第一密封件51与第二密封件52的稳定性。
优选地，如图2、图7和图8所示，盖体1上设置有第一卡接结构，壳体2上设置有第二卡接结构，第一卡接结构与第二卡接结构相配合以将盖体1卡固至壳体2。
需要说明的是，第一卡接结构设置在盖体1的周侧，第一卡接结构可以设置为两个，且两个第一卡接结构分布在盖体1的相对的两侧，或者第一卡接结构也可以设置为四个，分别设置在盖体1的四周，与之对应地，第二卡接结构与第一卡接结构相配合，设置在壳体2的对应位置。优选地，第一卡接结构的数量设置为两个，设置在盖体1的左右两侧。通过这样的设置，有效增加了盖体1与壳体2固定后的稳定性。
实际应用中，第一卡接结构可以设置为卡柱，对应地，第二卡接结构对应地设置为卡块，或者，第一卡接结构也可以设置为卡爪13，对应地，第二卡接结构设置为卡槽24。
优选地，如图7和图8所示，第一卡接结构为形成在盖体1上的卡爪13，第二卡接结构为形成在壳体2上的卡槽24，卡爪13与卡槽24相卡接固定。由此，结构简单，便于安装，并且能够保证盖体1与壳体2的稳固性，增加了投放装置的美观度。
另一方面，本发明还提供了一种洗涤设备，该洗涤设备包括上述的洗涤剂投放装置，该洗涤剂投放装置内嵌于洗涤设备的箱体内，操作简单，同时增加了洗涤设备整体的美观度，提高了安装空间的利用率，用户体验更佳。
至此，已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案，但是，本领域技术人员容易理解的是，本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具 体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下，本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换，这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
- 一种洗涤设备的洗涤剂投放装置，所述洗涤设备包括箱体以及设置在所述箱体内的洗衣筒，所述洗涤剂投放装置安装在所述箱体上，其特征在于，所述洗涤剂投放装置包括：盖体，所述盖体上设置有第一投放口和第二投放口；壳体，其与所述盖体固定连接且位于所述盖体的下方，所述壳体上设置有注液口，所述注液口与所述洗衣筒连通；储液盒，其设置在所述壳体内，所述储液盒内设置有独立的第一储液腔和第二储液腔，所述第一储液腔与所述第一投放口连通，所述第二储液腔与所述第二投放口连通，所述储液盒上设置有分别与所述第一储液腔和所述第二储液腔连通的第一出液口和第二出液口，所述第一出液口和所述第二出液口均与所述注液口连通，所述第一储液腔内设置有与所述第一出液口连通的第一虹吸组件，所述第二储液腔内设置有与所述第二出液口连通的第二虹吸组件；以及分水盒，其设置在所述壳体内且位于所述储液盒的上方，所述分水盒内设置有独立的第一进水腔和第二进水腔，所述第一进水腔与所述第一储液腔连通，所述第二进水腔与所述第二储液腔连通，所述分水盒上设置有分别与所述第一进水腔和所述第二进水腔连通的第一进水口和第二进水口，所述第一进水口和所述第二进水口均与外部供水源连通。
- 根据权利要求1所述的洗涤剂投放装置，其特征在于，所述分水盒包括盒体、底板以及分水板，所述盒体与所述底板连接，所述分水板的顶端和底端分别与所述盒体和所述底板连接以将所述分水盒的内部划分为所述第一进水腔和所述第二进水腔，所述第一进水口和所述第二进水口均设置于所述盒体，所述底板上设置有分别与所述第一储液腔和所述第二储液腔连通的第一出水口和第二出水口。
- 根据权利要求2所述的洗涤剂投放装置，其特征在于，所述第一出水口和所述第二出水口的数量均为多个。
- 根据权利要求3所述的洗涤剂投放装置，其特征在于，所述第一虹吸 组件包括相互配合的第一虹吸柱和第一虹吸帽，所述第二虹吸组件包括相互配合的第二虹吸柱和第二虹吸帽，所述第一虹吸柱和所述第二虹吸柱的底端均与所述储液盒的内底壁连接，所述第一虹吸帽和所述第二虹吸帽的顶端均与所述底板连接，多个所述第一出水口围绕所述第一虹吸帽分布，多个所述第二出水口围绕所述第二虹吸帽分布。
- 根据权利要求1所述的洗涤剂投放装置，其特征在于，所述分水盒上还设置有分别与所述第一进水口和所述第二进水口连通的第一注水管和第二注水管，所述壳体上设置有第一开口和第二开口，在安装完成的情形下，所述第一注水管和所述第二注水管分别位于所述第一开口内和所述第二开口内且伸出至所述壳体的外面。
- 根据权利要求5所述的洗涤剂投放装置，其特征在于，所述洗涤剂投放装置还包括分别设置在所述第一开口和所述第二开口内的第一密封件和第二密封件，所述第一密封件上设置有第一通孔，所述第二密封件上设置有第二通孔，在安装完成的情形下，所述第一注水管和所述第二注水管分别穿过所述第一通孔和所述第二通孔。
- 根据权利要求6所述的洗涤剂投放装置，其特征在于，所述第一密封件和所述第二密封件均与所述壳体卡接固定。
- 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的洗涤剂投放装置，其特征在于，所述盖体上设置有第一卡接结构，所述壳体上设置有第二卡接结构，所述第一卡接结构与所述第二卡接结构相配合以将所述盖体卡固至所述壳体。
- 根据权利要求8所述的洗涤剂投放装置，其特征在于，所述第一卡接结构为形成在所述盖体上的卡爪，所述第二卡接结构为形成在所述壳体上的卡槽，所述卡爪与所述卡槽相适配。
- 一种洗涤设备，其特征在于，所述洗涤设备包括权利要求1至9中任一项所述的洗涤剂投放装置。
