优选地,所述滑块为两个,且两个所述滑块相对布置在所述插装柱的周向上,所述插装柱上设有至少两个相对布置的所述第一卡接部,且至少两个所述第一卡接部一一对应与至少两个所述第二卡接部卡接。
优选地,所述第二固定件还包括驱动件,所述驱动件包括转动设置在所述底壳上的转轴,且所述转轴的一端由所述底壳的一侧面插装至所述底壳内部并位于两个所述滑块之间,所述转轴位于所述底壳内部的一端相对设置有 可分别与两个所述滑块抵接的至少一个第一抵接头和至少一个第二抵接头,所述转轴位于所述底壳外部的一端设有手柄,所述底壳上设有供所述转轴穿过的第二插装孔。
优选地,所述底壳的内顶面设有安装筒,所述安装筒套设在所述插装柱上,且所述安装筒上设有供所述第二卡接部穿过的第一避位缺口和供所述转轴穿过的第二避位缺口。
优选地,所述滑块为包覆在所述安装筒上的U形板,所述U形板朝向所述基板的一端设有滑条,所述底壳的内顶面设有收纳所述滑条的滑槽。
优选地,底壳包括:
壳体,壳体的下端呈开口状;
盖板,盖板与壳体可拆卸连接并封堵壳体的下端开口,第二连接部位于盖板上。
优选地,所述壳体的下端设有与所述第二插装孔连通的第三避位缺口,所述盖板上设有嵌入所述第三避位缺口内的延伸片。
优选地,所述第一卡接部为所述插装柱侧面设置的卡口,且所述插装柱的下端具有倒角,所述第二卡接部为由其端部朝向所述滑块逐步增大的卡头。
优选地,所述卡头的底面为倾斜面,所述卡口内部具有与所述卡头的底面贴合的倾斜面。
优选地,所述底壳朝向所述基板的一端设有至少一个定位槽,所述基板朝向所述底壳的一端设有嵌入在所述定位槽内的至少一个定位块。
优选地,所述定位槽为两个相对布置在所述第一插装孔周侧的V形槽,所述定位块为两个设置在所述基板上的三角形块。
优选地,所述第一连接部为螺钉,所述插装柱为两端呈开口的空心柱体,且所述基板上具有与所述空心柱体对接的第二通孔,所述螺钉的螺柱由所述空心柱体的底部穿插至所述第二通孔外部,且所述螺钉的螺头与所述基板的底部抵接。
优选地,所述基板与所述插装柱之间设有固定凸台,所述底壳朝向所述基板的一侧面设有收纳所述固定凸台的固定腔。
本申请实施例提供的拆装组件,通过驱动滑块移动,使得第一卡接部与第二卡接部实现卡接或分离,从而便于插装柱插装在第一插装孔内实现锁定或将插装柱从第一插装孔内移出实现分离,以此实现了第一固定件和第二固定件的快速分离,即位于第一固定件上的外部物体和位于第二固定件的外部物体可实现快速分离,减少了拆装时间。

本申请的实施方式
下面详细描述本申请的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,旨在用于解释本申请,而不能理解为对本申请的限制,基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
本申请提出一种拆装组件,如图1至图5所示,该拆装组件包括:
第一固定件100,第一固定件100包括基板110,基板110的一端设有插装柱120,另一端设有第一连接部130,插装柱120上设有第一卡接部121;
第二固定件200,第二固定件200包括底壳210和至少一个位于底壳210内的滑块220,底壳210朝向基板110的一端具有第一插装孔211,插装柱120容置于插装孔211,底壳210远离基板110的一端设有第二连接部230,滑块220位于插装柱120的周侧并与底壳210滑动连接,滑块220朝向插装柱120的一侧面设有与第一卡接部121卡接的第二卡接部221,且滑块220背离第二卡接部221的一侧面设有与底壳210内侧壁连接的弹性件240。
本实施例中,基板110的大小和形状与底壳210的顶面相适配即可,如基板110刚好覆盖在底壳210的顶面,插装柱120插装在第一插装孔211内,第一卡接部121的形式可以是与插装柱120一体成型,也可以是第一卡接部121通过弹簧设置在插装柱120上,且插装柱120上设有收纳第一卡接部121 的卡腔,从而便于第一卡接部121收纳在卡腔内后插装柱120从第一插装孔211内移出或插装在第一插装孔211内。此时,在插装柱120完全插装在第一插装孔211内后,可使得第一卡接部121与第二卡接部221卡接,以此限制插装柱120从第一插装孔211内脱离。第一连接部130可以是直接采用螺柱,也可以是根据实际情况设置为不同的连接部件,如第一连接部130采用插接或卡接的形式与外部物体(如监视器、相机或相机保护框等摄影器材)进行固定。
优选底壳210呈矩形状,第一插装孔211为贯穿孔,以与底壳210的内部连通,至于第二连接部230可以是直接采用螺柱,从而通过螺纹连接来固定外部物体(如支架、相机等),当然,第二连接部230也可以是螺纹孔的形式。优选滑块220与底壳210内壁面滑动连接,具体地,可以是滑块220与底壳210之间设置直线导轨以进行滑动连接,也可以是在底壳210或滑块220上设置滑槽,滑块220或底壳210对应插装至滑槽中以实现滑动配合。可选地,第二卡接部221为设在滑块220上的凸起部,第一卡接部121可为设置在插装柱120上的卡接口,从而可通过上述凸起部嵌入该卡接口内实现卡接。弹性件240可采用弹簧,当滑块未被施加其它外力作用时,在弹簧的弹性作用下,滑块220可移动复位以使得第二卡接部221位于第一插装孔211的正下方,当第一插装孔211中插装有插装柱120时,第二卡接部211与第一卡接部121卡接。可选地,滑块220上设置拉杆,或者是另外设置驱动部件,以驱动滑块220移动并压缩弹性件240。本实施例中,通过驱动滑块220移动,使得第一卡接部121与第二卡接部221实现卡接或分离,从而便于插装柱120插装在第一插装孔211内实现锁定或将插装柱120从第一插装孔211内移出实现分离,以此实现了第一固定件100和第二固定件200的快速分离,即位于第一固定件100上的外部物体和位于第二固定件200的外部物体可实现快速分离,减少了拆装时间。
在一较佳实施例中,如图3、图5和图6所示,第一卡接部121、第二卡接部221和滑块220数量不进行限定,优选滑块220为两个,且两个滑块220相对布置在插装柱120的周向上,插装柱120上设有至少两个相对布置的第一卡接部121,且至少两个第一卡接部121一一对应与至少两个第二卡接部221卡接。其中,两个滑块220相向或相背移动,从而便于两个滑块220在相背移动后将插装柱120插装在第一插装孔211内或从第一插装孔211内移出,而在相向移动后即可利用第二卡接部221与第一卡接部121卡接以实现对第 一固定件100进行固定。本实施例中,通过两个滑块220上的第二卡接部221分别与插装柱120上的两个第一卡接部121卡接,从而便于增加第一固定件100与第二固定件200连接的稳定性。
在一较佳实施例中,如图6和图7所示,优选第二固定件200还包括驱动件250,驱动件250包括转动设置在底壳210上的转轴251,且转轴251的一侧由底壳210的一侧面插装至底壳210内部并位于两个滑块220之间,转轴251位于底壳210内部的一侧相对设置有可分别抵接在两个滑块220之间的至少一个第一抵接头252和至少一个第二抵接头253,转轴251位于底壳210外部的一端上设有手柄254,底壳210上设有供转轴251穿过的第二插装孔212,转轴251远离手柄254的一端位于两个滑块220之间或从两个滑块220之间伸出至第二插装孔212。其中,第二插装孔212可以是贯穿至底壳210的相对两侧面,从而便于转轴251转动设置在第二插装孔212内后,提升转动时的稳定性,且优选第二插装孔212的延伸方向与滑块220的滑动方向垂直,当然也可以是转轴251位于底壳210内部的一端直接与其内侧壁转动连接,且优选第一抵接头252和第二抵接头253的端部设有圆倒角,即第一抵接头252和第二抵接头253的端部呈圆头状,以便于减小第一抵接头252和第二抵接头253跟随转轴251转动挤压两个滑块220时的阻力,第一抵接头252和第二抵接头253可相对设置在转轴251的同一平面内,既第一抵接头252和第二抵接头253一体成型;当然第一抵接头252和第二抵接头253可间隔设置在转轴251上;第一抵接头252和第二抵接头253的数量可为一个、两个或两个以上,在此不进行限定;第一抵接头252和第二抵接头253可位于两个滑块220沿转轴251方向延伸的端部,也可位于两个滑块220的中部区域,不进行限定。如一个第一抵接头252和一个第二抵接头253,二者分别间隔固定在转轴251的两侧;再如两个第一抵接头252和两个第二抵接头253,一个第一抵接头252和一个第二抵接头253一体成型,且套设在转轴251上,且两个第一抵接头252平行设置,便于转动手柄254,使得驱动平衡。
手柄254则优选与转轴251可拆卸连接,如手柄254上设有可套设在转轴251上的套孔,且优选转轴251位于底壳210外部的一端侧面具有限位平面,从而便于手柄254通过套孔安装在转轴251上后带动转轴251转动。
优选两个滑块220的相对侧面上分别具有至少收纳第一抵接头252和第二抵接头253部分区域的定位口,从而便于转轴251转动后可分别收纳呈水平状态布置或偏离竖直状态的第一抵接头252和第二抵接头253的端部,以 此也有利于增加两个滑块220呈张开状态时的稳定性。本实施例中,通过转动手柄254即可使得第一抵接头252和第二抵接头253整体呈水平状态或竖直状态或偏离竖直状态,从而便于利用第一抵接头252和第二抵接头253由竖直状态转动至水平状态或偏离竖直状态时驱动两个滑块220相背移动并使得弹性件240被压缩,而第一抵接头252和第二抵接头253由偏离竖直状态或水平状态转动至竖直状态时两个滑块220则可在弹性件240的驱动下相向移动,以此即可便于利用转轴251转动来控制两个滑块220的开合,进而便于第一固定件100与第二固定件200的拆装,整个过程中两个滑块220与第一抵接头252和第二抵接头253抵接,提高用户的体验,增强稳定性。
在一较佳实施例中,如图5、图6至图8所示,优选底壳210的内顶面设有安装筒260,安装筒260套设在插装柱120上且安装筒260上设有供第二卡接部221穿过的第一避位缺口261和供转轴251穿过的第二避位缺口262。滑块220为包覆在安装筒260上的U形板,U形板朝向基板110的一端设有滑条222,底壳210的内顶面设有收纳滑条222的滑槽213。其中,优选安装筒260呈矩形筒体,且安装筒260的上开口端与第一插装孔211对接,从而便于插装柱120由第一插装孔211插装在安装筒260内,第一避位缺口261和第二避位缺口262为由安装筒260的底部向上延伸的缺口,且第一避位缺口261和第二避位缺口262均为相对布置的两个缺口,从而便于驱动件250的安装。此时,优选第一抵接头252和第二抵接头253均为两个,且两两相对设置在转轴251上,从而便于分别与U形板的开口端部抵接。当然,还可在U形板的内侧面设有插装在第一避位缺口261内的限位凸起,以便于对滑动的滑块220进行导向,U形板外侧面设有安装孔223,弹性件240的一端插装在安装孔223内。本实施例中,通过在底壳210内设置安装筒260以及将滑块220设为套设在安装筒260上的U形板,从而便于进一步增加滑块220移动时的稳定性以及增加插装柱120插装在第一插装孔211内的稳定性。
在一较佳实施例中,如图3和图4所示,优选底壳210包括:
壳体214,壳体214的下端呈开口状;
盖板215,盖板215与壳体214可拆卸连接并封堵壳体214的下端开口,第二连接部230位于盖板215上。
其中,盖板215的形状和大小与壳体214的下端开口相适配,从而便于封堵壳体214的下端开口,当然还可在盖板215与底壳210结合的部位做密 封处理,如设置密封圈,以增加底壳210的密封性能。此时,盖板215与壳体214连接的方式可以是通过螺钉壳体214的下端直接连接,也可以是通过螺钉与上述安装筒260的下端连接。同时,优选第二连接部230可为穿过盖板215的螺钉或螺纹孔,从而便于第二固定件200与外部物体连接。本实施例中,通过将底壳210分为壳体214和可拆卸连接的盖板215,从而便于将滑块220等部件设置在底壳210内。
在一较佳实施例中,如图4和图8所示,优选壳体214的下端设有与第二插装孔212连通的第三避位缺口216,盖板215上设有嵌入第三避位缺口216内的延伸片217。其中,第三避位缺口216为壳体214的下端向上延伸的缺口,且该缺口的大小与转轴251相适配,从而便于转轴251通过第三避位缺口216安装在第二插装孔212内,至于延伸片217的大小和形状则与第三避位缺口216相适配即可,且位于第三避位缺口216内的延伸片217还可对位于第二插装孔212内的转轴251进行支撑和限位。
在一较佳实施例中,如图2和图5所示,优选第一卡接部121为插装柱120侧面设置的卡口,且插装柱120的下端具有倒角,第二卡接部221为由其端部朝向滑块220逐步增大的卡头。其中,优选第二卡接部221以及插装柱120的下端均呈锥状体,从而便于分别利用第二卡接部221上位于顶部的倾斜面与插装柱120下端的倾斜面配合,以此实现第一固定件100与第二固定件200连接时,将插装柱120插装在第一插装孔211内后,用力按压第一固定件100即可利用上述两个倾斜面进行导向,以使上述两个滑块220相背移动,并在第二卡接部221到达卡接位置后,两个滑块220在弹性件240的驱动下相向移动,以使得第二卡接部221自动嵌入第一卡接部121,从而实现第一卡接部121与第二卡接部221卡接。
在一较佳实施例中,如图5所示,优选基板110远离底壳210的一端设有阻尼板140,且阻尼板140上设有供第一连接部130穿过的第一通孔141。其中,优选基板110的顶部设有安装腔111,从而便于将阻尼板140安装在安装腔111内,至于阻尼板140可通过胶粘的方式固定在安装腔111内,而阻尼板140则优选采用弹性材料制成,如橡胶,以便于利用阻尼板140与外部物体抵接增加摩擦力,从而避免与第一连接部130连接的外部物体自由转动。
在一较佳实施例中,如图9所示,优选卡头的底面为倾斜面,卡口内部具有与卡头的底面贴合的倾斜面。其中,卡口内部的倾斜面为卡口的底面,优选卡口的底面倾斜的方向以及角度与卡头的底面的方向以及角度一致,从而便于卡口的底面与卡头的底面完全贴合,以便于在卡头嵌入卡口的过程中利用两者上具备的倾斜面进行导向,进而朝向盖板215方向下拉插装柱120,使得插装柱120与滑块220贴合紧密,整体结构紧凑。
在一较佳实施例中,如图2和图5所示,优选底壳210的朝向基板110的一端设有至少一个定位槽218,基板110朝向底壳210的一端设有嵌入在定位槽218内的至少一个定位块112。其中,定位槽218和定位块112的数量以及布置的位置和形状可根据实际情况进行设置,以便于第一固定件100与第二固定件200连接后,限制第一固定件100相对第二固定件200自由转动。如定位槽218为两个相对布置在第一插装孔211周侧的V型槽,定位块112为两个设置在基板110上的三角形块,从而便于利用V形槽的导向性能和定位性能来对基板110进行导向和定位,并且还可限制插装柱120在第一插装孔211内转动。定位槽218和定位块112可为四个,两两相对。
在一较佳实施例中,如图2所示,优选第一连接部130为螺钉,插装柱120为两端呈开口的空心柱体,且基板110上具有与空心柱体对接的第二通孔113,螺钉的螺柱由空心柱体的底部穿插至第二通孔113外部,且螺钉的螺头与基板110的底部抵接。其中,螺钉由空心柱体的下端穿插在第二通孔113内,此时还穿插在上述第一通孔141内并外露部分区域,以便于与外部物体连接,而螺钉的螺头则与基板110的底部抵接以此限制螺钉从第二通孔113移出。
在一较佳实施例中,如图3和图10所示,优选基板110与插装柱120之间设有固定凸台114,底壳210朝向基板110的一侧面设有收纳固定凸台114的固定腔219。其中,优选基板110、固定凸台114和插装柱120一体成型,固定凸台114可为任意形状,如圆形、多边形或异形块体等,圆形块体作为优选,固定凸台114加工方便,而固定腔219由底壳210朝向基板110的一侧面向内凹陷构成,且位于第一插装孔211朝向基板110的一开口端处,并与固定凸台114相适配即可,二者贴合紧密,可实现配合间隙小,便于固定凸台114跟插装柱120***第一插装孔211后嵌入固定腔219内,以避免插 装柱120在第一插装孔211内晃动。此时,插装柱120无需与第一插装孔211刚好适配,即插装柱120可小于第一插装孔211,从而便于将插装柱120***第一插装孔211内。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种拆装组件,其特征在于,包括:
    第一固定件,所述第一固定件包括基板,所述基板的一端设有插装柱,另一端设有第一连接部,所述插装柱上设有第一卡接部;
    第二固定件,所述第二固定件包括底壳和至少一个位于所述底壳内的滑块,所述底壳朝向所述基板的一端具有第一插装孔,所述插装柱容置于所述插装孔,所述底壳远离所述基板的一端设有第二连接部,所述滑块位于所述插装柱的周侧并与所述底壳滑动连接,所述滑块朝向所述插装柱的一侧面设有与所述第一卡接部卡接的第二卡接部,且所述滑块背离所述第二卡接部的一侧面设有与所述底壳内侧壁连接的弹性件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的拆装组件,其特征在于,所述滑块为两个,且两个所述滑块相对布置在所述插装柱的周向上,所述插装柱上设有至少两个相对布置的所述第一卡接部,且至少两个所述第一卡接部一一对应与至少两个所述第二卡接部卡接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的拆装组件,其特征在于,所述第二固定件还包括驱动件,所述驱动件包括转动设置在所述底壳上的转轴,且所述转轴的一端由所述底壳的一侧面插装至所述底壳内部并位于两个所述滑块之间,所述转轴位于所述底壳内部的一端相对设置有可分别与两个所述滑块抵接的至少一个第一抵接头和至少一个第二抵接头,所述转轴位于所述底壳外部的一端设有手柄,所述底壳上设有供所述转轴穿过的第二插装孔。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的拆装组件,其特征在于,所述底壳的内顶面设有安装筒,所述安装筒套设在所述插装柱上,且所述安装筒上设有供所述第二卡接部穿过的第一避位缺口和供所述转轴穿过的第二避位缺口。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的拆装组件,其特征在于,所述滑块为包覆在所述安装筒上的U形板,所述U形板朝向所述基板的一端设有滑条,所述底壳的内顶面设有收纳所述滑条的滑槽。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的拆装组件,其特征在于,所述底壳包括:
    壳体,所述壳体的下端呈开口状;
    盖板,所述盖板与所述壳体可拆卸连接并封堵所述壳体的下端开口,所述第二连接部位于所述盖板上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的拆装组件,其特征在于,所述壳体的下端设有与所述第二插装孔连通的第三避位缺口,所述盖板上设有嵌入所述第三避位缺口内的延伸片。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的拆装组件,其特征在于,所述第一卡接部为所述插装柱侧面设置的卡口,且所述插装柱的下端具有倒角,所述第二卡接部为由其端部朝向所述滑块逐步增大的卡头。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的拆装组件,其特征在于,所述卡头的底面为倾斜面,所述卡口内部具有与所述卡头的底面贴合的倾斜面。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的拆装组件,其特征在于,所述底壳的朝向所述基板的一端设有至少一个定位槽,所述基板朝向所述底壳的一端设有嵌入在所述定位槽内的至少一个定位块。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的拆装组件,其特征在于,所述定位槽为两个相对布置在所述第一插装孔周侧的V形槽,所述定位块为两个设置在所述基板上的三角形块。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的拆装组件,其特征在于,所述第一连接部为螺钉,所述插装柱为两端呈开口的空心柱体,且所述基板上具有与所述空心柱体对接的第二通孔,所述螺钉的螺柱由所述空心柱体的底部穿插至所述第二通孔外部,且所述螺钉的螺头与所述基板的底部抵接。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的拆装组件,其特征在于,所述基板与所述插装柱之间设有固定凸台,所述底壳朝向所述基板的一侧面设有收纳所述固定凸台的固定腔。
