咖啡,是用经过烘焙磨粉的咖啡豆制作出来的饮料。作为世界三大饮料之一,其与可可、茶同为流行于世界的主要饮品,咖啡壶是一种人们常用的咖啡壶,原理利用加压的热水快速通过咖啡粉萃取咖啡液,咖啡粉盛装在下底座和上壶之间的漏斗内,漏斗底面开设有若干通气孔。
现有技术中至少存在如下问题没有得到解决:1、传统咖啡壶的增压阀是利用不锈钢做的,利用不锈钢的重量封住摩卡壶的出水口来增加压力,这种通过自重的方式顶住咖啡出口无法起到增压的效果,咖啡还未煮透就大量的从出水口溢出了,影响了咖啡的口味;2、且现有咖啡壶的上壶与下壶之间同伙螺纹连接,安装繁琐的同时,上下壶所连接的螺纹口,也不利于清洗;3、咖啡壶在煮咖啡时,较细的咖啡粉十分容易穿过滤片沸腾至上壶内,同时咖啡粉渣粘附与上壶的底部,影响咖啡质量的同时也造成了上下壶的清洗难度。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种增压式高效咖啡壶,其特征在于:所述提取机构(2)包括上水管(201),且上水管(201)固定连接在咖啡上壶(1)内壁的底面并与咖啡上壶(1)的底部连通,所述上水管(201)的顶端螺纹连接有分水件(202),且分水件(202)外壁的两侧均开设有贯穿至其内壁的出水口(203),所述分水件(202)上螺纹连接有端盖(204),且端盖(204)内壁的底面开设有限位腔(205),所述限位腔(205)内活动穿插有第一弹簧(206)和硅胶盖(207),且第一弹簧(206)活动套接在硅胶盖(207)的上半端,且第一弹簧(206)活动套接在硅胶盖(207)上,且硅胶盖(207)的下半端活动插接在分水件(202)内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种增压式高效咖啡壶,其特征在于:所述蒸煮机构(4)包括下壶(401),且下壶(401)活动插接在咖啡上壶(1)的底部,所述下壶(401)内活动套接有粉槽(402),且粉槽(402)内壁的边缘活动套接有过滤盘(403),且过滤盘(403)的顶部活动插接有过滤片(404),所述下壶(401)的外壁活动嵌套有转盘(405),且下壶(401)的外壁活动连接有三个卡扣(406)和固定连接有三个第二弹簧(407),三个所述第二弹簧(407)的另一端分别与三个卡扣(406)上半端的一侧固定连接,且三个卡扣(406)下半端的一侧分别与转盘(405)活动搭接,三个所述卡扣(406)分别与卡沿(3)卡合。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种增压式高效咖啡壶,其特征在于:所述端盖(204)外壁的两侧均开设有与出水口(203)相配合的通口,且端盖(204),内壁的底端开设有与分水件(202)相配合的螺纹。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种增压式高效咖啡壶,其特征在于:所述上水管(201)为直径从上打下依次增大的锥管结构,且上水管(201)与咖啡上壶(1)内壁的连接处做圆弧处理。
  6. 根据权利要求2、3所述的一种增压式高效咖啡壶,其特征在于:所述过滤片(404)活动插接在上水管(201)内,所述咖啡上壶(1)活动搭接在过滤盘(403)的顶部。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的一种增压式高效咖啡壶,其特征在于:所述过滤片(404)的过滤密度比过滤盘(403)过滤密度小,且过滤片(404)活动插接在过滤盘(403)顶面的中部。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的一种增压式高效咖啡壶,其特征在于:所述转盘(405)的外壁固定连接有三个凸起和三个弧形块,且三个弧形块分别与三个卡扣(406)活动搭接。
