Campo da Invenção Field of Invention
[0001] The present invention describes a process applied by an instruction management system, communications and pre-programmed tasks in an electronic device. The present invention lies in the fields of embedded systems, software engineering and task management.
Antecedentes da Invenção Background of the Invention
[0002] The beginning of the electronics industry could hardly have foreseen that such embedded technology would currently be made available by electronic devices, nor the various resources made available at hand, without even having to leave the place, for example: instant messages, calls, online shopping, social interactions, bank transfers, among others.
[0003] On the one hand, numerous cell phone applications and computer software are launched, which makes everyday life more practical and efficient, performing numerous tasks on the same device. On the other hand, the excess of information and resources can generate disorganization, memory failures, inefficiency in carrying out activities, since the increase in resources means an increase in tasks per minute to be fulfilled.
[0004] In order to meet deadlines, start projects on certain dates and optimize the user's time, that is, in order to respect the time of each task, schedules or programmed actions are carried out according to the future date and time, recurrences and number of repetitions to be performed. For example, an employee in the treasury sector of a company periodically, for example, monthly, schedules e-mails to customers or scheduled debit payments, which are scheduled in each application to run according to the scheduled date.
[0005] In simpler situations such as commemorative dates, messages are generally sent to birthdays as long as the dates are remembered by memory itself or by applications and websites that have registered users' birthdays.
[0006] In situations of unexpected events such as an accident or death, close contacts are informed by third parties, since the person himself has little or no communication with relatives and friends. In these situations involving an unexpected event such as an accident causing the death of the treasury employee, the company on the professional side and the employee's family on the personal side are left without information about the deceased, since only he would have access to various data, passwords and accounts banking, for example.
[0007] From this, the state of the art of a system that schedules a communication using several applications is lacking, and the communication is carried out only after activation by the person himself or by third parties predetermined by the user. With this, the treasury employee could have programmed the triggering of numerous messages and personal information containing, for example, passwords and will.
[0008] In this sense, we seek to develop an application used in electronic devices that performs a plurality of tasks according to a given event, not just according to a specific date or time. That is, the application would allow tasks, instructions and communications, which are relevant to routine situations or situations of greater or lesser frequency, to be performed according to programmed and scheduled instructions, making everyday life more practical and faster. With this, the user uses moments of idleness and prevents memory failures, with more organization, in order to meet deadlines, dates and schedule. Therefore, idle periods are taken advantage of, aiming at the execution of actions by anticipating tasks, instructions or communications at any time or in any place, being able to continue at any time a schedule that did not have time to finish or even edit, duplicate or delete a certain pre-programmed task.
[0009] Thus, from what can be seen from the researched literature, no documents were found anticipating or suggesting the teachings of the present invention, so that the solution proposed here has novelty and inventive activity compared to the state of the art.
Sumário da Invenção Summary of the Invention
[0010] Thus, the present invention solves the problems of the state of the art from a process applied by a task manager capable of receiving, at any time and in any place, instructions from a user and transmitting them to different systems of electronic devices, also at any time, and the transmission of the task is activated by the user or by third parties. Said process also monitors the occurrence of events associated with user instructions, so that tasks are performed by systems according to instructions provided as a certain event occurs, such as a deadline. Thus, each programmed task is executed without the user having to check whether an event has occurred or whether it is within the deadline, promoting better performance of the user's routine with programmed use of the various electronic systems available. In addition to the manager transmitting instructions or information directly to the second system, which is a means of communicating with a recipient, in which the recipient can respond to messages directly through the contact form that the user defines to receive, which may be one or several different forms, for example WhatsApp®, email and SMS. To do so, said process is applied by a first system that receives task instructions from the user and transmits them to a second system, both systems implemented in an electronic device. In this case, for illustrative purposes, the so-called second system refers to applications implemented on an electronic device, such as text messaging, email, and social networking applications accessed by the system first. Thus, the user's time is optimized, since numerous functions of the applications are accessed by a single system provided by the present invention, the user being able, according to the task instruction, to send a message by different means and to different contacts, that is; the same message can be sent to one contact via email, to another via WhatsApp® and to another via SMS. Another advantage is that, as there is the management and scheduling of pre-programmed tasks such as sending messages with different recurrences and frequencies, the repetition of the same task is avoided, since each sending is independent of the other.
[0011] In a first object, the present invention presents a pre-programmed task management system in an electronic device, in which the management system stores a project that transmits task instructions to a second system, and the management system management comprises a user interface that receives and stores projects with task instructions in an information store; and an activation module that triggers the transmission of stored task instructions to the second system. Also, tasks can include attachments, links, text, messages, photos, videos, and other file types.
[0012] In a second object, the present invention presents a pre-programmed task management process, in an electronic device, being implemented by a pre-programmed task management system, and the process comprises the steps of supply and storing projects with task instructions in an information store via a management system user interface; and triggering, via an activation method, the transmission of task instructions to a second system.
[0013] Said activation method is an external activator, being activated by the user himself or even by third parties. With that, the The present invention makes it possible for the user of the management system to perform tasks without the presence of the electronic device, so that the activation method is activated externally to the system.

Descrição Detalhada da Invenção Detailed Description of the Invention
[0037] Despite having numerous resources, an electronic device user is unable to execute his programmed routine in advance, as he has to wait for a certain date or occurrence of an event to perform it. The present invention proposes a management system for instructions, communications and tasks pre-programmed by the user who inserts task instructions into the system, which, in turn, waits for the occurrence of a certain event or date to then send task instructions to be executed by second systems implemented in the same electronic device or in another previously programmed electronic device.
[0038] In this way, the user of the electronic device is able to better manage his time by accessing a plurality of second systems through the system of the present invention, and can also edit, at any time, any previously made instructions. Furthermore, the occurrence of an event is determined both by monitoring events external to the electronic device and also by internal events with activations by the user himself using the system, as well as by external activations by the user himself or by third parties, since the system of the invention is accessed remotely by the user himself or by a third party(ies), even if the third parties are not aware of such activators or what they are activating.
[0039] In a first object, the present invention presents a system for managing instructions, communications and pre-programmed tasks in an electronic device that comprises a user interface; a communication channel that transmits the pre-programmed tasks to at least a second system implemented in the electronic device; and a data control center communicating with the user interface and the communication channel. That is, the management system stores at least one project, with each project having one or more task instructions. Projects are received by the user interface and stored in an information store. In one embodiment, the information store is a data cloud for remote access. [0040] For illustrative purposes, without restriction to the scope of the invention, an electronic device consists of a microcontroller communicating with other devices via cable or Wi-Fi, that is, mobile electronic devices such as a cell phone, smartphone, computer, or even devices of home automation applied to lights, doors, windows and stereo. Among the tasks that can be performed by each electronic device, we can mention sending e-mail; posting photos and videos to a social network; sending messages (SMS, WhatsApp® and similar); sending a link, turning lights on or off as well as opening or closing windows; make and receive calls; bill payment and bank transfer; play music; among others.
[0041] The user interface of the management system instructions, communications and pre-programmed tasks of the present invention comprises an input device that receives task instructions to be transmitted to the data control center. In one embodiment, the input device is a keyboard integrated and/or connected to the electronic device. In another embodiment, the input device is a touch screen disposed on the electronic device. In these embodiments, the user enters instructions via the keyboard or via the screen on how a task should be performed and task details, such as: task instructions, events, specification of which is the second system, additional information on time, date, location , etc. Additionally, in one embodiment, the information store stores models created as a reference for projects. Still, task instructions correspond to a set of information for the task to be executed by the second system. In one embodiment, task instructions have at least: user's own contact and/or third-party contact, message, task frequency, and quota related to a number of contacts. In one embodiment where the user creates a project from a trade model, the project has tasks for periodic purchases of materials. In this last embodiment, the task instructions are the quantity of each material, supplier contact, frequency of purchase and data for billing.
[0042] In an embodiment that a pre-programmed task corresponds to sending a message to a person or company from another country, or that is in another time zone, considering business hours location on destination, task details and instructions are: recipients, message body, event/subject corresponding to date and time sent according to recipients' time zone.
[0043] In another embodiment where a pre-programmed task corresponds to sending the location of the electronic device in a situation where the user does not find said device, the device receives a message from a contact previously defined by the user for such pre-programmed task. programmed with the following task instructions: definition of the contact of third parties and/or the user himself, sending the location of the device to the defined contact in the occurrence of the event of receiving the message from the defined contact, quota of the number of contacts that can receive the location of the device.
[0044] In one embodiment, the second system in an electronic device is an application installed on a smartphone cell phone such as, for example, text/voice/video message applications, social network, email, bank account, calendar, music or of home automation. In this embodiment, the system of the invention is also an application implemented on the smartphone.
[0045] In one embodiment, the instruction, communications and pre-programmed task management system of the invention is unidirectional, that is, it only sends pre-programmed tasks to the second system or to a set of second systems (e.g., an application or set of applications), but does not receive tasks from this second system.
[0046] Furthermore, in one embodiment, the management system is native to the electronic device, so there is no need for the user to install said system.
In another embodiment, the management system is made available on a software download platform, in which the user can download and install on the electronic device itself,
[0048] In one embodiment, the management system has permission to communicate and interact with the second system as if it were the user of the first system. In one embodiment, the second system sends task instructions to a recipient, such that the recipient does not necessarily own the management system. In this embodiment, the second system, being a messaging application, receives a task to send a file to the recipient who also has access to the messaging application. Thus, the recipient is unaware that the task instructions for sending the file come from the management system.
[0049] In one embodiment, the data control center of the invention comprises an information store, locally or remotely. The user interface task instructions transmitted to the data control center receive processing, in order to infer the events of the instructions. Such instruction events are stored in the information store. The events of the instructions comprise events external to the device, for example, the occurrence of a fact, forecast of rain, drop in the value of a barrel of oil; and events internal to the device that comprise activators for the system of the invention, in order to transmit pre-programmed tasks to the second system, for example purposes, end of a deadline, arrival of a commemorative date or an anniversary, receipt of message of a previously defined contact for situations of death of the user or electronic device not found by the user.
[0050] Additionally, the data control center comprises an event monitoring system that operates according to instructions received from the user interface, transmitting event states to the data control center that stores them in the information store. In this way, the information store comprises both the events of the instructions and the states of the events, thus comprising a history of events, that is, the events that have already occurred are allocated in the data store. information, so that the user can consult them when necessary. When the user wants to temporarily deactivate a project, the management system allows the project to be archived in the information store, so that such archived instructions can be restored for consultation and reuse.
[0051] Thus, to trigger the transmission of task instructions, the management system has an activation module. The activation module is one of: activator by date, manual activator, direct external activator, or indirect external activator. In one embodiment, the management system of the invention makes the event monitoring system available, as an addition to the system, only to users with privileges to use the event monitoring system. Thus, the direct external activator is related to the user's own contact and the indirect external activator is related to the contact of third parties.
[0052] In another embodiment where the management system does not provide such a monitoring system described above, the information store only comprises the storage of events internal to the electronic device with the activators for the system of the invention. That is, the transmission of task instructions can be triggered by the activator by date, the date being related to the electronic device.
[0053] In an embodiment where a pre-programmed task corresponds to sending a notification to the user when there is rain forecast for the next day, the task instructions are: rain forecast event, notification message telling the user to load an umbrella, sending time after identifying the change of state of the event and specifying the second system if it is sent to a text message application or if it just inserts a notification on the user's smartphone screen. For this purpose, the event monitoring system communicates with an online database, so that the event monitoring system can check the weather forecast by consulting the occurrence of an event external to the electronic device. In this embodiment, the states of the rain forecast event are: there is rain forecast and there is no rain forecast. According to task instructions, the event monitoring system checks for changes in the states of inferred events. The online database accessed by the event monitoring system is not restricted to weather forecasting, which is an illustrative example of the invention.
[0054] In addition to the external event, such as the forecast of rain, events external to the electronic device include external activation according to pre-programmed task instructions. In one embodiment, a pre-programmed task is executed in the event of receiving messages, for example, from ten third parties, being recipients indicated by the user, who make one, two or as many attempts to send messages as may be necessary to execute the task. task. In this embodiment, the pre-programmed task is to send a link in the event of receiving messages from the ten third parties. In this embodiment, the recipient clicks on the link that forwards the recipient to the second system, for example, e-mail, SMS and WhatsApp®. Still in the same embodiment, an additional pre-programmed task is sending a message, attaching any type of data, in the event of receiving messages according to a quota of at least 25%, 50%, 75% or 100% of the ten indicated third parties by the user, keeping in mind that the choice of percentage and number of recipients is up to the system user.
[0055] In one embodiment, the data control center comprises access to an electronic device database, which provides information such as the user's contact list, calendar with holidays, commemorative dates and birthdays, emergency contacts, contacts of cellular operators, that is, contacts and dates that are accessed by the management system of the invention as this information is necessary to carry out the task instructions. [0056] In one embodiment, the pre-programmed task is to send an automatic response in the event of receipt of predetermined contact. In this embodiment, if the predetermined contact is one of the emergency contacts of the electronic device or a certain predetermined task of the application, the content of the automatic response asks the contact to call at another time; or if another predetermined contact is a contact of cellular operators with unwanted marketing, the application identifies the recorded call and the content of the automatic response asks the contact not to call anymore and may also have the option of blocking the caller's number by means of the identification of being a recording as well as some predetermined words.
[0057] In one embodiment, the pre-programmed task corresponds to sending a message to a contact predetermined by the user in the event that the electronic device is not moved for more than a certain amount of hours defined by the user, the lack of movement of the device electronic is an activator for the data control center to access the database connected to the electronic device, obtaining information such as the contact list and then sending the message to the predetermined contact, which may, at the sole discretion of the application user, according to tasks predetermined, send your location and eventually, if that possibility exists, even your vital signs, ambulance call, communication with the emergency doctor, etc.
[0058] The data control center of the invention transmits pre-programmed tasks, which are based on the states of stored events, through the communication channel to a second system associated with an electronic device. In one embodiment, the transmission of pre-programmed tasks occurs when there is a state change of an event for manual activation identified by the data control center. Whether changing the state of an external event or triggering an internal or external event trigger, in all cases they are identified by the data control center and transmissions of task instructions have been carried out. Additionally, the management system has a project organizer, so that the user can access a data panel containing the pre-programmed tasks in a list. In one embodiment, the project organizer has a data counter, which corresponds to an information store space used by the user; a user-saved time counter to show time savings achieved by the user; a project history with all projects in the infostore listed; and even a history of tasks with task instructions separated by projects, by contact, by type of second system, or another filter indicated by the user.
[0059] In one embodiment, the pre-programmed task management system is accessed by more than one electronic device to trigger pre-programmed tasks by the user of the system. In this embodiment, the user is linked to a single access login for the task management system, enabling him to have his access key (password) with the option of being his registered phone number or e-mail, so that the key can be replaced or exchanged by the user at any time.
[0060] In one embodiment, the pre-programmed task management system of the invention comprises providing a compilation of pre-programmed tasks by the user, including task instructions. In this embodiment, the system of the invention being an application for a cell phone or another electronic device, the management system presents on the screen all the tasks to be performed by the second systems. [0061] In a second object, the present invention presents a process for managing instructions, communications and pre-programmed tasks in an electronic device, being implemented in a management system for instructions, communications and pre-programmed tasks, in which the said system is as previously defined, comprising the steps of receiving task instructions by an input device comprised in a user interface; transmission of task instructions to a data control center; monitoring of events indicated in user interface task instructions; storage of event states in an information store comprised in the data control center; and transmitting the pre-programmed tasks, based on the states of the stored events, to a second system implemented in the electronic device.
[0062] The step of receiving task instructions of the invention comprises inserting task instructions into the input device. In one embodiment, the task instructions are inputs of information to be used in the step of transmitting the task instructions to the data control center.
[0063] In one embodiment, the insertion of task instructions into the input device is performed by the user of the electronic device.
[0064] The pre-programmed task management process of the present invention comprises a processing of task instructions after the task instruction receiving step, inferring events from the task instructions that are transmitted to the task monitoring step events. In one embodiment, the data control center interprets the task instructions and identifies the events in the task instructions as events external to the electronic device or as internal events with internal or external triggers. External events are entered in the event monitoring step, while triggers are stored in the information store.
[0065] Additionally, the event monitoring step is performed by an event monitoring system included in the data control center. In one embodiment, the instructions, communications and pre-programmed task management system makes the event monitoring system available, as an addition to the management system, only to users with privileges to use the event monitoring system.
[0066] Furthermore, events, whether external or internal, are stored in the information store, locally and/or remotely. In this way, the information store comprises all the data for both the events and the states of the events.
[0067] The transmission step of the pre-programmed tasks of the present invention comprises a prior identification of the state change of the events monitored by the data control center. In one embodiment, the transmission of pre-programmed tasks occurs when there is a state change of an event identified by the data control center. A change of state of an event comprises change of state of external event and activation of trigger of internal event, both are identified by the data control center. Thus, the process of the present invention has a step of triggering the transmission of task instructions to the second system. The activation step is carried out through an activation method between: activator by date, manual activator, direct external activator related to the user's own contact, indirect external activator related to the contact of third parties. [0068] In an embodiment where the pre-programmed task management system is an application implemented in a smartphone cell phone, the steps of the instruction management process of the invention for sending a congratulation message to a predetermined contact comprise the following sequence of steps: user accesses the management system via cell phone, user enters task instructions, containing a second system, which is a text message application or any other type of application or file, the message itself, the predetermined contact, date and time shipping; the management system performs processing to identify the anniversary date as an internal trigger event; the information store stores the internal event with trigger; the data control center identifies activation of the activator when the birthday of the predetermined contact arrives; and the management system transmits the pre-programmed task to the text message application or any other type of file, which then performs the sending of the message. In one embodiment, the task instructions correspond to at least one message, own contact and/or third-party contact being recipients who have access to the message sent by the second system, frequency of transmission of the task instructions, and quota related to a number of contacts who receive the message.
[0069] Additionally, before the pre-programmed task transmission step, the pre-programmed task management system allows changing any data of tasks not yet executed in a project, such as editing or removing task instructions, or even even the cancellation of tasks or the project as a whole. In one embodiment, the system of the invention being a cell phone application, the management system presents on the cell phone screen all the tasks to be performed by the second systems. With this, it is possible to visualize the pre-programmed tasks as well as modify the instructions of the tasks, and the compilation of the tasks includes receiving filters from organization for ordering the tasks, for example purposes, according to the date of execution of the tasks and responsible for the execution of the tasks and also the state of the task and the date or event for its execution.
[0070] In this embodiment, the compilation of projects or tasks comprises a search function, in order to locate projects or tasks through one or more words for the search. From there, task instructions are located and can be edited, displaying all task instructions related to each pre-programmed task on the cell phone screen. In one embodiment, the compilation of projects corresponds to a project organizer formed by the process of the present invention, so that the project organizer has pre-programmed tasks. With this, the project organizer provides a data counter, a saved time counter, a project history, and a task history. In one embodiment, the saved time counter considers a period that the user would perform the pre-programmed task, in this case, the user without the management system of the invention. Also, the saved time counter considers duplication of time, when the user uses a project template or duplicates an existing project and/or task in the information store.
[0071] The instruction management system, communications pre-programmed tasks of the invention integrates functionalities of other systems present in electronic devices, therefore, said system contributes to the management of the numerous tasks performed by various electronic resources available to the user. The scheduling of tasks present in daily life by the management system makes it possible to meet deadlines, inhibits the user from forgetting important dates and provides the user with the ability to program actions in foreseen situations, thus anticipating, in their available moments in their daily lives, an event future.
[0072] The examples shown here are intended only to exemplify some of the numerous ways to carry out the invention, however without limiting its scope.
[0073] The pre-programmed task management system in an electronic device in the example is a native cell phone application, that is, one that has already been installed by the cell phone manufacturer before the product is obtained by the user. On the initial screen, after the user logs in or registers in the application, inserting the user's own contact types that are used by the example system, the user is allowed to create a certain project, he can create the pre-programmed tasks and, based on that, some options for second systems that can receive tasks instructed by the user are presented: text message application, social network, camera, calls, speaker, TV, bedroom light and curtain. room window. Additionally, the management system comprises receiving tasks or messages from a second system.
[0074] The pre-programmed tasks can be the most diverse, among them but not only: sending messages, links, files, activating the device's camera to film, taking pictures, activating the recorder to record. Or else, more complex tasks, such as posting a photo and also viewing a comment received by the same pre-programmed task management system as in the example.
[0075] Pre-programmed tasks comprise task instructions with external or internal event with activator such as date, time, including the activator can be activated by the user himself on the electronic device, or even remote activation by the user or predetermined contact for each task or each project as a whole.
[0076] Another pre-programmed task corresponds to sending a message to a certain number of predetermined contacts, for example, after the death of the user, and even so, non-projects activated can be activated. For this, contacts predefined by the user perform activation of the project linked to the recipient, through a link to be sent recurrently to the contact predefined by the user as recipient of the link and, with that, the preprogrammed tasks are executed, being able to , in this case, send messages or files to the predetermined contacts, including to the contacts themselves that are activated by the activation module, being the direct external activator (the user himself) or indirect (predefined contacts). Thus, the predetermined contact clicks on the link sent by the system, which then identifies the receipt of link activation by the predefined contact, with said receipt being an external activator for the preprogrammed task. With this, the project is activated and the consequent sending of tasks, among them, the sending of messages and files to the predetermined contacts, which may have attachments, such as videos, photos and documents according to the instructions of the pre-programmed task.

[0077] For the example management system, a user needs to access the manager through an access platform, with a user interface as shown in figure 1.
[0078] With this, the user accesses a project screen with the option to create a new project as shown in figure 2.
[0079] Figures 3 and 4 show the creation of a new project, in which the user interface provides an activation method among the activator options: data, manual, direct external and indirect external.
[0080] In the case of activator by date, the user inserts a date, in which the task is transmitted to a second system. The second system is, for example, a text messaging application.
[0081] Then, to create a task within the project, the user interface receives task instructions as shown in figure 5. Initially, the user informs contact data related to the second system, which receives task instructions from the management system.
[0082] In the case of activator by date, the user chooses a date and a recurrence, in which the task is executed by the second system on the date and according to the chosen recurrence. Finally, the user enters a message and can still attach a file to the message. In short, the task instructions are: contact data, date, recurrence, message and attachments. In the case of an external activator, the user informs contacts that trigger the transmission of task instructions when the informed contact communicates with the management system. Thus, in the case of a direct external activator, the contact refers to the user himself, and in the case of an indirect external activator, the contact refers to third parties predetermined by the user.
[0083] After providing task instructions to the user interface, the user interface provides communication methods that correspond to the second system, for example WhatsApp®, e-mail and SMS as shown in figures 6 and 7. Thus, the method of communication chosen by the user is related to the previously informed contact data. In the case of the indirect activator, the user chooses a quota for activation, in which the pre-programmed task is transmitted from activation through clicks on activation links by pre-defined contacts, so that the number of clicks reaches the minimum percentages of the quota for activation chosen by the user.
[0084] The recurrence refers to a repetition of the transmission of the task instructions as shown in figure 8. The quota corresponds to a percentage of the informed contacts to receive the message as shown in figure 9. Depending on the activation method, certain instructions of tasks are blocked as shown in figure 10 until reaching the percentage chosen by the user. [0085] In addition, the management system alerts when there are missing task instructions for transmission to the second system, as shown in figures 11 and 12.
[0086] Additionally, the management system has a project organizer containing all pre-programmed tasks in a task history. With this, the project organizer is provided with a data counter as shown in figure 13. Thus, the user monitors data usage by the data counter, in which a data package is acquired by the user, limiting the use of Dice. Still, figure 13 shows the data package of up to 1 GB of a basic plan. The data package includes the task instructions and their attachments. The user can at any time migrate from a paid data package to larger packages.
[0087] Figure 14 shows a section of pending items related to task instructions. Thus, when the user does not complete all the necessary information for the transmission of task instructions to the second system, the task is shown in the pending section.
[0088] Finally, the user, who uses the management system, can schedule a plurality of tasks at any time, with the transmission of task instructions to the second system only when the activation method is triggered. From the present invention, the user saves time, optimizing hours of idleness. With that, figure 15 shows a counter of time saved for the user who uses the management system.
[0089] In summary, the set of figures 16a to 16e shows a flowchart of screens, in which the user enters task instructions and chooses an activation method through the user interface.
[0090] Thus, figure 16a illustrates a user accessing the system, being directed to a registration screen or to a login screen. From the access allowed to the user by the system, the user can create projects and tasks within each project.
[0091] Thus, figure 16b illustrates screens that request task instructions from the user, such as recurrence and attachments.
[0092] Additionally, figure 16c illustrates a screen that alerts the user of pending projects, where the user can edit or delete the project/task.
[0093] Figure 16d illustrates the information store, where projects and system tasks are allocated, including archived projects. In addition, the user can log in and out of the system from different electronic devices.
[0094] Figure 16e illustrates a profile screen and a project editing screen. On the profile screen, the system provides user data with space used from the data package acquired by the user, as well as time saved by the user when creating tasks and projects through the system of the invention.
